Abstract
本发明提供了一种金属玻璃胶的制备工艺,包括下述组分:硅酮、碳酸钙、羟基硅油、甲基硅油、甲基硅烷、硅烷交联剂、硅烷偶联剂、气相二氧化硅和碳酸钠,硅酮包含有机羟基硅酮和有机甲基硅酮两种。本发明中搅拌模式采用正反双向转动,搅拌时间控制在一至二小时之间,搅拌转速控制在六十转每分钟左右,搅拌一小时后中途实时观察搅拌情况,根据搅拌情况适当调整搅拌时间,搅拌时间为三至五小时之间,搅拌转速控制在一百转每分钟左右,搅拌三小时后中途实时观察搅拌情况,根据搅拌情况适当调整搅拌时间,在搅拌混合时根据搅拌不同原料采用不同搅拌模式,正反搅拌能够充分混合,切搅拌一定时间后根据搅拌情况适当调整时间。

技术领域
本发明属于玻璃胶技术领域,尤其是涉及一种金属玻璃胶的制备工艺。
背景技术
玻璃胶是将各种玻璃与其它基材进行粘接和密封的材料。主要分两大类:硅酮胶和聚氨酯胶。硅酮胶密封胶就是我们通常说的玻璃胶,又分酸性和中性两种。中性胶又分为:石材密封胶、防霉密封胶、防火密封胶、管道密封胶等。
玻璃胶在制备过程中,需要进行混合搅拌,但是现有的搅拌混合工艺的搅拌效果不好。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种金属玻璃胶的制备工艺。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种金属玻璃胶的制备工艺,包括下述组分:硅酮、碳酸钙、羟基硅油、甲基硅油、甲基硅烷、硅烷交联剂、硅烷偶联剂、气相二氧化硅和碳酸钠。
进一步的,所述硅酮包含有机羟基硅酮和有机甲基硅酮两种。
所述的金属玻璃胶的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
选取有机羟基硅酮、有机甲基硅酮、碳酸钙、羟基硅油、甲基硅油、甲基硅烷、硅烷交联剂、硅烷偶联剂、气相二氧化硅和碳酸钠等原料;
将有机羟基硅酮、有机甲基硅酮和碳酸钙基料置于搅拌装置中进行搅拌混合,搅拌模式采用正反双向转动,搅拌时间控制在一至二小时之间,搅拌转速控制在六十转每分钟左右,搅拌一小时后中途实时观察搅拌情况,根据搅拌情况适当调整搅拌时间;
基料搅拌混合均匀后,在其内部加入羟基硅油、甲基硅油、甲基硅烷、硅烷交联剂、硅烷偶联剂和气相二氧化硅等辅料,再次进行搅拌混合,搅拌模式同样采用正反双向转动,搅拌时间为三至五小时之间,搅拌转速控制在一百转每分钟左右,搅拌三小时后中途实时观察搅拌情况,根据搅拌情况适当调整搅拌时间;
将搅拌混合均匀的原料送入混合灌装设备中,在混合搅拌设备中填充氮气进行保护,在其中加入碳酸钠后进行混合,混合完毕后再进行灌装,灌装过程中保持氮气保护;
灌装后进行密封,灌装盛料的设备前段采用密封较好的硅胶套进行密封。
相对于现有技术,本发明所述的修补剂具有以下优势:
1、本发明中搅拌模式采用正反双向转动,搅拌时间控制在一至二小时之间,搅拌转速控制在六十转每分钟左右,搅拌一小时后中途实时观察搅拌情况,根据搅拌情况适当调整搅拌时间,搅拌时间为三至五小时之间,搅拌转速控制在一百转每分钟左右,搅拌三小时后中途实时观察搅拌情况,根据搅拌情况适当调整搅拌时间,在搅拌混合时根据搅拌不同原料采用不同搅拌模式,正反搅拌能够充分混合,切搅拌一定时间后根据搅拌情况适当调整时间;
2、本发明中将搅拌混合均匀的原料送入混合灌装设备中,在混合搅拌设备中填充氮气进行保护,在其中加入碳酸钠后进行混合,混合完毕后再进行灌装,灌装过程中保持氮气保护;灌装后进行密封,灌装盛料的设备前段采用密封较好的硅胶套进行密封,氮气保护能够防止添加碳酸钠发生反应,碳酸钠在玻璃胶使用时能够起到速凝效果,且硅胶套在玻璃胶使用一部份后套上能够起到较好的密封效果,防止剩余玻璃胶反应硬化。

下面来结合实例详细说明本发明。
实施例1
一种金属玻璃胶的制备工艺,包括下述组分:硅酮、碳酸钙、羟基硅油、甲基硅油、甲基硅烷、硅烷交联剂、硅烷偶联剂、气相二氧化硅和碳酸钠。
所述的金属玻璃胶的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)选取有机羟基硅酮、有机甲基硅酮、碳酸钙、羟基硅油、甲基硅油、甲基硅烷、硅烷交联剂、硅烷偶联剂、气相二氧化硅和碳酸钠等原料;
(2)将有机羟基硅酮、有机甲基硅酮和碳酸钙基料置于搅拌装置中进行搅拌混合,搅拌模式采用正反双向转动,搅拌时间控制在一小时,搅拌转速控制在六十转每分钟左右,搅拌一小时后中途实时观察搅拌情况,根据搅拌情况适当调整搅拌时间;
(3)基料搅拌混合均匀后,在其内部加入羟基硅油、甲基硅油、甲基硅烷、硅烷交联剂、硅烷偶联剂和气相二氧化硅等辅料,再次进行搅拌混合,搅拌模式同样采用正反双向转动,搅拌时间为三小时,搅拌转速控制在一百转每分钟左右,搅拌三小时后中途实时观察搅拌情况,根据搅拌情况适当调整搅拌时间;
(4)将搅拌混合均匀的原料送入混合灌装设备中,在混合搅拌设备中填充氮气进行保护,在其中加入碳酸钠后进行混合,混合完毕后再进行灌装,灌装过程中保持氮气保护;
(5)灌装后进行密封,灌装盛料的设备前段采用密封较好的硅胶套进行密封。
实施例2

(3)基料搅拌混合均匀后,在其内部加入羟基硅油、甲基硅油、甲基硅烷、硅烷交联剂、硅烷偶联剂和气相二氧化硅等辅料,再次进行搅拌混合,搅拌模式同样采用正反双向转动,搅拌时间为五小时,搅拌转速控制在一百转每分钟左右,搅拌三小时后中途实时观察搅拌情况,根据搅拌情况适当调整搅拌时间;
(4)将搅拌混合均匀的原料送入混合灌装设备中,在混合搅拌设备中填充氮气进行保护,在其中加入碳酸钠后进行混合,混合完毕后再进行灌装,灌装过程中保持氮气保护;
(5)灌装后进行密封,灌装盛料的设备前段采用密封较好的硅胶套进行密封。

1.一种金属玻璃胶的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括下述组分:硅酮、碳酸钙、羟基硅油、甲基硅油、甲基硅烷、硅烷交联剂、硅烷偶联剂、气相二氧化硅和碳酸钠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属玻璃胶的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述硅酮包含有机羟基硅酮和有机甲基硅酮两种。
3.权利要求1-2中任一项所述的金属玻璃胶的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)选取有机羟基硅酮、有机甲基硅酮、碳酸钙、羟基硅油、甲基硅油、甲基硅烷、硅烷交联剂、硅烷偶联剂、气相二氧化硅和碳酸钠等原料;
(2)将有机羟基硅酮、有机甲基硅酮和碳酸钙基料置于搅拌装置中进行搅拌混合,搅拌模式采用正反双向转动,搅拌时间控制在一至二小时之间,搅拌转速控制在六十转每分钟左右,搅拌一小时后中途实时观察搅拌情况,根据搅拌情况适当调整搅拌时间;
