The spool taking and placing device as defined in claim 1, wherein the swinging element is located at a side of the support opposite to the lifting mechanism, the movable member is pivotally connected to two sides above the swinging element, and the third driving portion is provided with two hydraulic cylinders, and push rods of the two hydraulic cylinders are respectively connected to the movable member.
5. The spool taking and placing device according to claim 1, wherein the temporary storage rack is arranged at the side of the main body, and the upright posts at the two sides of the temporary storage rack are provided with pillow pads for positioning the two ends of the spool to be placed.
6. The spool taking and placing device according to claim 5, wherein the temporary storage rack is provided with opposite inclined baffles at the outer sides of the two pillows.
