7. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the temporary storage rack is disposed at a lateral position of the body, and the vertical posts at both sides of the temporary storage rack are provided with pillows for positioning both ends of the unwinding shaft of the winding drum.
8. The roll handling apparatus of claim 7 wherein the staging frame includes opposed angled guards positioned on the outside of the pillows.
