Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating pruritus vulvae and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating pruritus vulvae and application thereof.
Background
Pruritus vulvae is a common gynecological disease and a symptom caused by various lesions of vulva, and the common causes are as follows: the pudendum pruritus is caused by pudendum skin allergy or skin inflammation caused by drug allergy or chemical stimulation; thirdly, vulvar pruritus is caused by the unsanitary pudendum, poor air permeability or bad stimulation caused by the carelessness of cleanness and poor clothing quality; the pruritus vulvae symptom is usually paroxysmal, is generally aggravated at night or when irritant food is eaten, brings serious influence to the work and life of a patient, the pruritus seriously influences the sleep of the patient, other diseases are caused, and great trouble is caused to the life of the patient;
at present, the western medicine treatment adopts anti-infection and other comprehensive therapies, and mostly adopts oral or external western medicines, which have certain side effects, frequently relapse of the disease and unsatisfactory treatment effect; therefore, the traditional Chinese medicine composition treats pruritus vulvae through a dialectical formula of the traditional Chinese medicine, has a good curative effect, is coated by adopting an ointment, greatly reduces the side effect of the medicine on a patient, and achieves the purpose of fundamentally treating diseases.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the technical problems, the invention aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating pruritus vulvae and application thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating pruritus vulvae is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
340 parts of fructus cnidii, 340 parts of fructus kochiae, 260 parts of periploca forrestii, 420 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis 380, 260 parts of scutellaria baicalensis 220, 200 parts of rheum officinale 160, 200 parts of lithospermum 160, 10-30 parts of saffron crocus, 200 parts of cortex meliae 160, 200 parts of wild chrysanthemum 160, 8-12 parts of artificial bezoar, 1-3 parts of camphor and 0.8-1.2 parts of borneol;
preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating pruritus vulvae is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
320 parts of common cnidium fruit, 320 parts of belvedere fruit, 240 parts of periploca forrestii schltr, 400 parts of lightyellow sophora root, 240 parts of baical skullcap root, 180 parts of rhubarb, 180 parts of lithospermum, 20 parts of saffron crocus, 180 parts of chinaberry bark, 180 parts of wild chrysanthemum flower, 10 parts of artificial bezoar, 2 parts of camphor and 1 part of borneol;
the invention also provides a traditional Chinese medicine ointment containing the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating pruritus vulvae.
The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine ointment specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) boiling in water: decocting the raw material medicines in parts by weight with water for 3 times, wherein the water adding amount and the decocting time are respectively 10 times and 90 minutes; 8 times of the amount of the raw materials, and 60 minutes; 6 times of the amount of the raw materials, and 40 minutes; filtering, mixing filtrates, and concentrating the filtrate to obtain concentrated solution A;
(2) alcohol precipitation: adding ethanol into the concentrated solution A in the step (1), stirring to obtain a mixed solution, refrigerating the mixed solution for 24 hours, taking a supernatant, and recovering the ethanol in the supernatant to obtain a concentrated solution B;
(3) preparing an ointment: adding the artificial bezoar and the camphor in parts by weight into the concentrated solution B in the step (2), uniformly stirring, adding the glycerol, the carbomer and the purified water, fully stirring, sterilizing, filling and packaging to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine ointment.
Further, the relative density of the concentrated solution A in the step (1) is 1.06-1.14;
further, the relative density of the concentrated solution B in the step (2) is 1.10-1.15;
further, the content of ethanol in the mixed solution in the step (2) is 65 +/-2%;
further, the weight ratio of the glycerol to the carbomer in the step (2) is 37.5: 1.
The Chinese medicinal composition takes the common cnidium fruit, the belvedere fruit and the lightyellow sophora root as monarch medicaments, and the common cnidium fruit can eliminate dampness and expel wind, kill parasites and relieve itching, warm kidney and strengthen yang; the broom cypress fruit can clear heat, promote diuresis, dispel wind and relieve itching; the sophora flavescens can clear heat, promote diuresis, resist bacteria, diminish inflammation and expel parasites;
the traditional Chinese medicine composition takes the cortex meliae, the wild chrysanthemum and the periploca forrestii as ministerial medicines, and the cortex meliae can clear heat, dry dampness and kill insects; flos Chrysanthemi Indici has effects of dispelling pathogenic wind and heat, relieving swelling and removing toxic substance; caulis et folium Periplocae Forrestii can promote blood circulation and remove meridian obstruction; the three components act together to play the roles of clearing heat and drying dampness, and killing insects and detoxifying;
the invention takes the baical skullcap root, the rhubarb, the sinkiang arnebia root and the saffron as adjuvant drugs, and the baical skullcap root can clear heat and dry dampness; radix et rhizoma Rhei has effects in cooling blood, dispelling blood stasis, and stopping bleeding; the lithospermum has the effects of cooling blood, activating blood, detoxifying and promoting eruption; the saffron has the effects of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, dispersing stagnation and relieving stasis and pain;
in the invention, camphor and borneol are used as guiding drugs; the camphor can relieve swelling and pain, kill parasites and relieve itching, the borneol can promote the absorption of the traditional Chinese medicine components through mucous membrane and subcutaneous tissues, and the camphor and the borneol can achieve the effects of relieving pain and harmonizing the medicines by the combination of the camphor, the borneol and the subcutaneous tissues;
the traditional Chinese medicine composition has the effects of clearing heat, eliminating dampness, killing and inhibiting bacteria, relieving itching and eliminating inflammation through the compatibility of monarch, minister, assistant and guide; is not only suitable for the diseases of recurrent pruritus vulvae, leukoplakia vulvae and the like, but also has ideal effect on treating the diseases of skin pruritus and the like caused by unknown reasons and inflammation.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition has the advantages of wide raw material medicine source, low cost, no side effect and high clinical application value;
