The combination of the traditional Chinese medicine composition and the traditional Chinese medicine composition can ensure that the mosquito-repellent effect and the antibacterial effect of the traditional Chinese medicine composition are better.
A preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine composition for repelling mosquitoes comprises the following steps:
aging the raw materials at 70-80 deg.C for 5-10min, and pulverizing to particle size less than 1mm to obtain powder.
Through curing the raw materials, the medicine properties of the medicinal materials are milder, the water content of the medicinal materials is reduced, the deterioration of the medicinal materials is avoided, and the service time of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is prolonged. When the raw materials are cured at 70-80 deg.C for 5-10min, the medicinal properties are optimal, and the application time is longest. Through crushing, volatile substances of the medicinal materials are better volatilized, the concentration of the volatile substances in the air is improved, and the mosquito repelling effect of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is better. Meanwhile, the medicinal materials do not need to be directly contacted with the skin, so that the safety of the traditional Chinese medicine composition in use is improved, almost no side effect exists, and meanwhile, the medicinal materials are all natural components, so that the possibility of forming drug resistance is low. When the particle size is less than 1mm, the volatile substances in the medicinal materials have the best volatilization effect.
In the embodiment, the powder is further bagged, and each bag is 20-30g to prepare the sachet.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared into the sachet, the method is simple and rapid, the sachet can be prepared by local materials, the use is convenient, the sachet is suitable for large-scale production, the active ingredients of the medicinal materials are not lost, the fragrance of the medicinal materials is naturally diffused, and the mosquito repelling effect can be further enhanced. After the mosquito repellent is used, the replacement is convenient, the residual medicinal materials can be recycled to be made into balm or mosquito repellent liquid, the utilization rate of the medicinal materials can be further improved, and the waste of the medicinal materials is avoided.
Also comprises adding ethanol into the powder, performing microwave extraction for 30-50min, concentrating the extractive solution, and solidifying. The mass ratio of the ethanol to the powder is (2-5): 1. concentrating to obtain extract with relative density of 1-1.25. Curing at 1-5 deg.C for 10-15 min.
The effective components in the medicinal materials can be separated out by extracting the powder with ethanol, and the effective components in the medicinal materials can be dissolved out to the maximum extent by adopting microwave extraction for 30-50 min. Wherein, the mass ratio of ethanol to powder is (2-5): when 1, the effect of precipitating the active ingredient is best. Concentration can further improve the concentration of effective components, so that the mosquito and insect repelling effect is better. After being cured, the coating is more convenient to carry and use.
After concentrating and before solidifying, heating and melting natural beeswax to obtain a solution, adding the extract into the solution, and stirring and mixing for 5-10 min. The mass ratio of the natural beewax to the extract is (0.1-1.5) to 1.
The natural beeswax is used as a curing agent for curing, so that the operation is simple and the curing time is short. The hardness of the ointment is more suitable for use under the condition of the proportion of the natural beewax and the extract. When the ointment is used, the volatile substances of the ointment can be used for repelling mosquitoes, and the ointment can also be smeared on clothes or skin to achieve the effect of repelling mosquitoes.
