In order to relieve itching, people involuntarily grab the affected part, often resulting in skin scratching, and skin breakage is easy to cause infection. Besides the problems of blood absorption and disturbance to people, mosquitoes are also the transmission vectors of various infectious diseases such as yellow fever, malaria, encephalitis B, dengue fever and the like.
The existing various anthelmintic drugs are mostly prepared from chemical components, which not only have certain side effects, but also cause pollution to the environment. After some insect repellents are used for a long time, the mosquitoes or flying insects can generate drug resistance, so that the insect prevention effect is reduced.

After the mosquito repellent is used, the replacement is convenient, the residual medicinal materials can be recycled to be made into balm or mosquito repellent liquid, the utilization rate of the medicinal materials can be further improved, and the waste of the medicinal materials is avoided.
Also comprises adding ethanol into the powder, performing microwave extraction for 30-50min, concentrating the extractive solution, and solidifying. The mass ratio of the ethanol to the powder is (2-5): 1. concentrating to obtain extract with relative density of 1-1.25. Curing at 1-5 deg.C for 10-15 min.
The effective components in the medicinal materials can be separated out by extracting the powder with ethanol, and the effective components in the medicinal materials can be dissolved out to the maximum extent by adopting microwave extraction for 30-50 min. Wherein, the mass ratio of ethanol to powder is (2-5): when 1, the effect of precipitating the active ingredient is best. Concentration can further improve the concentration of effective components, so that the mosquito and insect repelling effect is better. After being cured, the coating is more convenient to carry and use.
After concentrating and before solidifying, heating and melting natural beeswax to obtain a solution, adding the extract into the solution, and stirring and mixing for 5-10 min. The mass ratio of the natural beewax to the extract is (0.1-1.5) to 1.
The natural beeswax is used as a curing agent for curing, so that the operation is simple and the curing time is short. The hardness of the ointment is more suitable for use under the condition of the proportion of the natural beewax and the extract. When the ointment is used, the volatile substances of the ointment can be used for repelling mosquitoes, and the ointment can also be smeared on clothes or skin to achieve the effect of repelling mosquitoes. The paste prepared by the method can increase the using method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition, and is more convenient to use in different environments or under different conditions.

TABLE 1 paste ingredient test results
As can be seen from table 1, the pastes of examples 2 to 6 of the present invention all contained menthol, safrole, anethole and anisaldehyde, and the content of each ingredient was the largest in example 6. In examples 2 to 4, the raw materials and the paste were prepared in the same steps but with different amounts of the raw materials and different operating conditions, and it was found that the paste had a higher content of the active ingredient in the raw materials and operating conditions of example 4. In contrast, in example 6, the content of each active ingredient was the highest, i.e., the extraction rate of the active ingredient was the best, in the preparation steps and the preparation conditions of example 6, compared with examples 2 to 5.
2. Clinical trial
70 subjects were selected and randomized into 7 groups of 10 subjects each. Groups 1-7 correspond to the mosquito repellent prepared using examples 1-7 of the present invention. Wherein 1 group and 7 groups respectively wear the sachet on the body, and 2-6 groups respectively carry the ointment on the body, and keep the ointment to be volatilized freely in the air. 1-7 groups of testers wait for 1 hour in places with more mosquito accumulation respectively, and the mosquito prevention effect of the testers is investigated after 1 hour, and the investigation result is as follows:
TABLE 2 mosquito test results
The effect is shown: mosquitoes hardly have the biting condition; the method has the following advantages: mosquitoes have a few bites; and (4) invalidation: mosquitoes bite normally.
As can be seen from Table 2, the sachets or pastes prepared in the embodiments 1-7 of the invention have good anti-mosquito effect. Example 1 compared with example 7, the addition of honeysuckle, cacumen biotae and folium artemisiae argyi can improve the mosquito-repellent effect of the sachet. Example 6 compared with example 7, the traditional Chinese medicine composition has better mosquito-repellent effect after being prepared into paste. Example 6 compared with examples 2 to 5, the addition of raw materials and the addition of preparation steps can further improve the anti-mosquito effect.
In conclusion, the traditional Chinese medicine composition for repelling mosquitoes in the embodiment of the invention has good mosquito repelling effect, no side effect and low possibility of forming drug resistance. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, through curing the raw materials, the medicinal properties of the medicinal materials are milder, the water content of the medicinal materials is reduced, the medicinal materials are prevented from going bad, and the service life of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is prolonged. Through crushing, volatile substances of the medicinal materials are better volatilized, the concentration of the volatile substances in the air is improved, and the mosquito repelling effect of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is better. Meanwhile, the medicinal materials do not need to be directly contacted with the skin, so that the safety of the traditional Chinese medicine composition in use is improved, almost no side effect exists, and meanwhile, the medicinal materials are all natural components, so that the possibility of forming drug resistance is low.
