Abstract
本发明提供了一种蓄电池,主要应用于机动车或船舶,具体包括盖体和设置于盖体两侧的正极、负极导电端子(车用接线端子),正极导电端子与电池本体的正极电源电性连接,负极导电端子与电池本体的负极电源电性连接。正极、负极导电端子还分别延伸出一导电片,在延伸出的导电片上分别设置了正极引出端子和负极引出端子。在特殊情况需要用到车用或船舶用蓄电池时,无需将连接导线断掉,只需将其他电器连接到正极、负极引出端子即可,防止连接导线被拆卸和安装回去过多次数而影响车用或船舶用蓄电池的供电能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及蓄电池技术领域,具体涉及一种蓄电池。
背景技术
蓄电池多用于机动车或船舶上,现有技术的蓄电池只有仅供机动车或船舶本身使用的传统接线端子,传统接线端子通过连接导线给机动车或船舶供电,传统接线端子与连接导线多为不可拆卸或难拆卸结构。在遇到一些特殊情况时,需要车载或船舶用蓄电池给其他电器供电,只能先将车载或船舶用蓄电池上的连接导线断掉,将其他电器接到传统接线端子上使用,连接导线与传统接线端子来回拆卸和安装回去的次数过多会影响车载或船舶用蓄电池的供电能力,影响机动车或船舶的性能。
另外,生活中有的机动车蓄电池的接线端子为左负右正的结构,有的为左正右负的结构,蓄电池上如果只设计传统的接线端子很难适用不同种类的机动车或船舶。
发明内容
为了克服了上述技术弊端,本发明提供了一种蓄电池,包括盖体和设置于盖体两侧的正极、负极导电端子,正极导电端子与电池本体的正极电源电性连接,负极导电端子与电池本体的负极电源电性连接。
本发明的创新点在于:正极、负极导电端子还分别延伸出一正极导电片和负极导电片,在延伸出的正极、负极导电片上分别设置了正极引出端子和负极引出端子。在特殊情况需要用到车用或船舶用蓄电池时,无需将连接导线断掉,只需将其他电器连接到正极、负极引出端子即可,防止车用或船舶用蓄电池连接导线被拆卸和安装回去过多次数而影响蓄电池的供电能力。
本发明采用传统接线端子加引出端子的组合设计,优选为6端子组合,除了能满足不同类型机动车或船舶“左负右正”和“左正右负”的使用要求外,还可以将引出端子供其他电器使用。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
参照图1-图3,本发明的一种车载蓄电池,包括盖体1和设置于盖体两侧的正极导电端子2、负极导电端子3(车用接线端子),正极导电端子2与电池本体4的正极电源电性连接,负极导电端子3与电池本体4的负极电源电性连接,正极、负极导电端子用于与机动车或船舶连接导线连接,给机动车或船舶供电。
正极、负极导电端子还分别延伸出一正极导电片24和负极导电片34,在延伸出的正极导电片24和负极导电片34上分别设置了正极引出端子21和负极引出端子31,正极引出端子21和负极引出端子31用于和机动车或船舶之外的其他电器连接。在特殊情况需要用到本发明车载蓄电池时,无需将车用或船舶用连接导线断掉,只需将其他电器连接到正极、负极引出端子即可,防止车用或船舶连接导线被拆卸和安装回去过多次数而影响蓄电池的供电能力。
在进一步的实施例中,为了精简生产工艺,本发明正极引出端子21与正极导电端子2设计为一体式结构,该一体式结构与盖体1注塑为一体成型;负极引出端子31与负极导电端子3也设计为一体式结构,该一体式结构同样与盖体1注塑为一体成型,节省了安装步骤。
优选地,正极、负极导电端子分别设置于盖体1两端,正极导电端子2 包括正极导电排23和正极导电排23两端的正极接线端子22,正极导电23排将两个正极接线端子22连接为一体;负极导电端子3包括负极导电排33和负极接线排33两端的负极接线端子32,负极导电排33将两个负极接线端子32连接为一体,正极、负极接线端子用于连接车用或船舶用的连接导线,给机动车或船舶供电。
生活中,有的机动车蓄电池的接线端子为左负右正的结构,有的为左正右负的结构,蓄电池上如果只设计传统的接线端子很难适用不同种类的机动车或船舶。本发明采用一台电池4个传统接线端子加一个正极引出端子21和一个负极引出端子31的设计,能同时满足不同类型机动车“左负右正”和“左正右负”的要求,还可以将引出端子供其他电器使用。
优选地,本发明将正极、负极引出端子设计为螺丝杆式。

1.一种蓄电池,包括电池本体、盖体和设置于盖体两侧的正极、负极导电端子,所述正极导电端子与电池本体的正极电源电性连接,所述负极导电端子与电池本体的负极电源电性连接,其特征在于,所述正极、负极导电端子还分别延伸出一正极导电片和负极导电片,在延伸出的所述正极、负极导电片上分别设置了正极引出端子和负极引出端子。
2.如权利要求1所述的蓄电池,其特征在于,所述正极导电端子、正极引出端子与正极导电片为一体式结构,该一体式结构与所述盖体注塑为一体成型,所述负极导电端子、负极引出端子与负极导电片为一体式结构,该一体式结构与所述盖体注塑为一体成型。
3.如权利要求2所述的蓄电池,其特征在于,所述正极导电端子包括正极导电排和正极导电排两端的正极接线端子,所述负极导电端子包括负极导电排和负极接线排两端的负极接线端子。
4.如权利要求3所述的蓄电池,其特征在于,所述正极、负极引出端子均设置为一个,所述正极、负极引出端子为螺丝杆式端子。
