Further, the rose facial scrub cream with the mild moisturizing function further comprises 0.0001-0.5% of a coloring agent and 0.01-0.5% of a preservative.
Further, the rose facial scrub with mild moisture retention comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
skin conditioner: 1-5% of trehalose, 0.05-0.5% of tocopherol, 0.05-0.5% of nicotinamide, 0.5-3% of rosa damascena flower water and 0.01-0.1% of rosa damascena flower oil;
surfactant (b): 7-12% of ammonium lauryl sulfate and 1-5% of cocamidopropyl betaine;
and (3) an emollient: 0.02-0.5% of jojoba seed oil, 0.05-0.5% of isononyl isononanoate, 0.1-1% of rosa canina fruit oil and 0.02-0.5% of macadamia nut seed oil;
exfoliating agent: 15-25% of sea salt particles and 0.2-1% of walnut shell powder;
humectant: 8-13% of glycerol and 0.5-5% of butanediol;
thickening agent: 2-4% of hydroxypropyl starch phosphate and 1-4% of PEG-150 distearate;
colorant: 0.0001 to 0.5 percent of toner;
preservative: 0.01-0.5% of methyl hydroxybenzoate;
solvent: water and the balance.

sequentially adding water and trehalose according to the formula amount into an emulsifying pot, pre-dispersing glycerol and hydroxypropyl starch phosphate according to the formula amount, adding into the emulsifying pot, and homogenizing at the rotating speed of 2000 and 2500r/min for 3-8 min to ensure that the material body is completely and uniformly dispersed without particles;
sequentially adding ammonium lauryl sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine and PEG-150 distearate into the emulsifying pot according to the formula ratio, stirring and heating to 80-85 ℃ to completely dissolve the materials until no lumps exist;
sequentially adding the jojoba seed oil, isononyl isononanoate, rosa canina fruit oil, macadamia nut seed oil and tocopherol into the emulsifying pot according to the formula amount, uniformly stirring, vacuumizing the emulsifying pot for defoaming, and stirring and cooling to 40-45 ℃;
sequentially adding the nicotinamide, the rosa damascena flower water, the walnut shell powder, the rosa damascena flower oil and the toner into the emulsifying pot according to the formula amount, and fully stirring;
taking a proper amount of stainless steel container, mixing butanediol and methyl hydroxybenzoate according to the formula amount, heating to 70-75 ℃ to completely dissolve the mixture until the mixture is transparent, adding the mixture into the emulsifying pot, and uniformly stirring;
adding the sea salt particles with the formula amount into an emulsifying pot while stirring, and fully and uniformly stirring;
sampling, checking and filling after the product is qualified.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the rose facial scrub cream with the mild moisture retention function provided by the invention has the advantages that the concentration of sea salt particles is reasonably controlled, the skin barrier is not damaged, the moisture of facial skin is prevented from being taken away, the walnut shell powder can take away redundant grease on the surface of the skin, the walnut shell powder and the skin scrub cream are mutually matched, and the cuticle is mildly and effectively removed. In addition, the mild surfactant ammonium lauryl sulfate and cocamidopropyl betaine are adopted for matching, so that the facial skin dirt can be effectively removed, the facial skin dirt can be mild without damaging the skin, the skin barrier can not be damaged, and meanwhile, the rosa damascena flower water and the rosa damascena flower oil are matched for moistening and moisturizing. After the face is washed by the rose facial scrub cream, the face skin is fresh, clean and cool, smooth and moist, and the phenomenon of dryness and pruritus can not occur.
(2) The preparation method of the rose facial scrub cream with mild moisturizing function provided by the invention is simple in process and simple and convenient to operate.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description, and it should be noted that any combination of the embodiments or technical features described below can be used to form a new embodiment without conflict. The raw materials, equipments and the like used in the following examples are commercially available unless otherwise specified.
Examples 1 to 5
A rose facial scrub cream with mild moisture retention is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 1-16% of a skin conditioner, 5.5-23% of a surfactant, 0.15-4.5% of an emollient, 10-33% of a cutin exfoliating agent, 5.5-28% of a humectant, 2-10% of a thickening agent, 0.0001-0.5% of a colorant, 0.01-0.5% of a preservative, a solvent and the balance, wherein the specific formula is shown in table 1 below.

The mild moisturizing rose facial scrub of examples 1-5 was prepared as follows:
sequentially adding water and trehalose according to the formula amount into an emulsifying pot, pre-dispersing glycerol and hydroxypropyl starch phosphate according to the formula amount, adding into the emulsifying pot, and homogenizing at the rotating speed of 2300r/min for 5min to completely and uniformly disperse the materials without particles;
adding ammonium lauryl sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine and PEG-150 distearate into an emulsifying pot in the formula ratio in sequence, stirring and heating to 80-85 ℃, so that the material is completely dissolved until no block exists;
sequentially adding the jojoba seed oil, isononyl isononanoate, rosa canina fruit oil, macadamia nut seed oil and tocopherol into an emulsifying pot according to the formula amount, uniformly stirring, vacuumizing the emulsifying pot for defoaming, and stirring and cooling to 40-45 ℃;
sequentially adding the nicotinamide, the rosa damascena flower water, the walnut shell powder, the rosa damascena flower oil and the toner into an emulsifying pot according to the formula amount, and fully stirring;
taking a proper amount of stainless steel container, mixing butanediol and methyl hydroxybenzoate according to the formula amount, heating to 70-75 ℃ to completely dissolve the mixture until the mixture is transparent, adding the mixture into an emulsifying pot, and uniformly stirring;
adding the sea salt particles with the formula amount into an emulsifying pot while stirring, and fully and uniformly stirring;
sampling, checking and filling after the product is qualified.
As shown in fig. 1, which is a schematic representation of the facial scrub provided in example 1 of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a schematic representation of the facial scrub applied to the hand, it can be seen that walnut (walnut region) shell flour is distributed in the scrub.
Comparative example 1
Comparative example 1 differs from example 1 in that: the weight percentage of sea salt particles in the facial scrub was 40% and the rest was the same as in example 1.
Comparative example 2
Comparative example 2 differs from example 1 in that: the exfoliating agent was the same as in example 1, except that only the sea salt particles were used, and no walnut shell flour was included.
Comparative example 3
Comparative example 3 differs from example 1 in that: the exfoliating agent was the same as in example 1, except that walnut shell flour was used only, and no sea salt particles were included.
Comparative example 4
Comparative example 4 differs from example 1 in that: the surfactant ammonium lauryl sulfate was replaced with sodium lauryl sulfate, i.e., the surfactant of comparative example 4 was composed of "sodium lauryl sulfate and cocamidopropyl betaine" and was otherwise the same as in example 1.
Comparative example 5
Comparative example 5 differs from example 1 in that: the surfactant cocamidopropyl betaine was replaced with an alkyl imidazoline, i.e., the surfactant of comparative example 5 consisted of "ammonium lauryl sulfate and an alkyl imidazoline", and the rest was the same as in example 1.
Comparative example 6
Comparative example 6 differs from example 1 in that: the kinds of surfactants were increased, and the surfactant of comparative example 5 consisted of "ammonium lauryl sulfate 5%, cocamidopropyl betaine 3%, and alkylolamide 5%" and the rest was the same as in example 1.
Comparative example 7
Comparative example 7 differs from example 1 in that: the skin conditioner was omitted for Rosa damascena water and Rosa damascena oil, and the rest was the same as in example 1.
Effect verification
1. Stability test and pH test
The rose facial scrub obtained in examples 1 to 5 was subjected to stability tests including a heat resistance test, a cold resistance test and a cold-heat cycle test, in which samples were respectively placed in an environment of 45 ℃ and left for 30 days while the heat resistance test was performed; when cold resistance test is carried out, the samples are respectively placed in an environment with the temperature of-15 ℃ and are placed for 30 days; when the cold and hot circulation test is carried out, samples are respectively and alternately placed in an environment of 45 ℃ and an environment of-15 ℃ in sequence, the alternating frequency is once for 24 hours, and the test period is 30 days. The test results are shown in table 2 below.
The facial scrub of examples 1 to 5 was subjected to pH test according to "determination of pH value" hygienic chemical test method in technical specification for cosmetic safety (2015 edition), respectively, and the results are shown in table 2 below.

As can be seen from the records in table 2, the facial scrubs of examples 1-5 all passed the heat resistance test, cold resistance test and the cold-heat cycle test with better stability. In addition, the pH of human skin is generally between 4.5 and 6.5, the skin surface is relatively adaptive to weak acidity, and the pH of the facial scrub cream provided by the embodiment of the invention is about 5.5, is close to the pH of the facial skin, and cannot cause stimulation to the skin.
2. Trial evaluation of volunteers
60 female volunteers with healthy facial skin are selected, the age is distributed between 25 and 28 years, the female volunteers are averagely divided into 12 groups, 5 volunteers in each group are selected, and the facial scrub samples of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 7 are respectively tried on each group of volunteers. The evaluation was performed after 5 weeks after trial once a week, the cleanliness, the moistening degree, the smoothness, the irritation sensitivity and the comfort were scored, the scoring range was 1-10 points, the higher the score, the better the evaluation, the average value of each group of volunteers was calculated, and the average value was recorded in table 3.
The test indexes are defined as follows:
cleanliness: after the skin care product is used, the cutin of the skin is removed, and the skin is clean and has no dirt;
moistening degree: moistening and keeping moisture without drying;
flexibility and smoothness: skin lubrication;
stimulus sensitivity: no irritation, no discomfort and no allergy;
comfort: is not greasy, sticky, dry and tight.

As can be seen from the records in table 3, the volunteers evaluated the facial scrub of the present example more highly, while the facial scrub of the comparative example was changed in formulation and evaluated less, which indicates that the facial scrub provided by the present example is reasonable in formulation and provides a more perfect user experience for the user.
3. Evaluation of moisturizing Effect
60 female volunteers with healthy skin are selected, the age is distributed between 25 and 28 years, the female volunteers are averagely divided into 12 groups, 5 volunteers in each group are tried on the facial scrub samples of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 7 respectively, and the moisture content of the facial skin is measured by a skin moisture meter after 0h, 1h, 2h, 3h and 4h are tried on the facial scrub samples respectively. The test results were averaged as shown in table 4 below.

As can be seen from the records in table 4, the moisturizing condition of the facial scrub provided by the example of the present invention is superior to that of the comparative example, and the moisturizing condition of the facial scrub provided by the example of the present invention is superior.
The rose facial scrub cream with the mild moisturizing function provided by the embodiment of the invention is reasonable in component matching, proper in dosage, appropriate in concentration of sea salt particles, free of damage to skin barriers and capable of avoiding taking away facial skin moisture, and walnut shell powder can take away redundant grease on the skin surface, and the walnut shell powder and the skin scrub cream are matched with each other to mildly and effectively remove the stratum corneum. In addition, mild surfactant ammonium lauryl sulfate and cocamidopropyl betaine are adopted for matching, dirt on the face skin can be effectively removed, the skin is mild and cannot be damaged, and meanwhile, rosa damascena flower water and rosa damascena flower oil are matched for moistening and moisturizing. After the face is washed by the rose facial scrub cream provided by the embodiment of the invention, the facial skin is fresh, clean and refreshing, and is smooth and moist, so that the phenomenon of dryness and pruritus can not occur.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby, and any insubstantial changes and substitutions made by those skilled in the art based on the present invention are within the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A rose facial scrub with mild moisture retention is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 1-16% of a skin conditioner, 5.5-23% of a surfactant, 0.15-4.5% of an emollient, 10-33% of a cutin remover, 5.5-28% of a humectant, 2-10% of a thickener, a solvent and the balance; wherein the skin conditioning agent comprises Rosa damascena flower water and Rosa damascena flower oil; the surfactant is a combination of ammonium lauryl sulfate and cocamidopropyl betaine; the cutin peeling agent is a combination of sea salt particles and walnut shell powder, and the weight percentage of the sea salt particles in the face scrub cream is 10-30%.
2. The mild moisturizing rose facial scrub of claim 1 wherein the surfactant is a combination of ammonium lauryl sulfate 5-15% and cocamidopropyl betaine 0.5-8% and the exfoliating agent is a combination of sea salt particles 10-30% and walnut shell flour 0.2-3% by weight in the facial scrub.
3. The mild moisturizing rose facial scrub of claim 1, wherein the skin conditioning agent comprises trehalose, tocopherol, niacinamide, rosa damascena water, and rosa damascena oil.
4. The mild moisturizing rose facial scrub of claim 3, wherein the skin conditioning agent comprises, by weight in the facial scrub, 0.5-8% trehalose, 0.05-1% tocopherol, 0.05-1% niacinamide, 0.5-5% rosa damascena water, and 0.01-0.5% rosa damascena oil.
5. The mild moisturizing rose facial scrub of claim 1 wherein the emollient comprises jojoba oil, isononyl isononanoate, rosa canina fruit oil, and macadamia nut oil.
6. The mild moisturizing rose facial scrub of claim 5 wherein said emollient comprises 0.02 to 1% jojoba oil, 0.05 to 1% isononyl isononanoate, 0.1 to 1.5% rosa canina oil, and 0.02 to 1% macadamia nut oil, by weight of the facial scrub.
7. A mild moisturizing rose facial scrub as claimed in claim 1 wherein said humectant comprises glycerin 5-18% and butylene glycol 0.5-10% and said thickener comprises hydroxypropyl starch phosphate 1-5% and PEG-150 distearate 1-5% by weight of the facial scrub.
8. The mild moisturizing rose facial scrub of claim 1 further comprising 0.0001 to 0.5% colorant and 0.01 to 0.5% preservative.
9. The mild moisturizing rose facial scrub of claim 1 comprising the following components in weight percent:
skin conditioner: 1-5% of trehalose, 0.05-0.5% of tocopherol, 0.05-0.5% of nicotinamide, 0.5-3% of rosa damascena flower water and 0.01-0.1% of rosa damascena flower oil;
surfactant (b): 7-12% of ammonium lauryl sulfate and 1-5% of cocamidopropyl betaine;
and (3) an emollient: 0.02-0.5% of jojoba seed oil, 0.05-0.5% of isononyl isononanoate, 0.1-1% of rosa canina fruit oil and 0.02-0.5% of macadamia nut seed oil;
exfoliating agent: 15-25% of sea salt particles and 0.2-1% of walnut shell powder;
humectant: 8-13% of glycerol and 0.5-5% of butanediol;
thickening agent: 2-4% of hydroxypropyl starch phosphate and 1-4% of PEG-150 distearate;
colorant: 0.0001 to 0.5 percent of toner;
preservative: 0.01-0.5% of methyl hydroxybenzoate;
solvent: water and the balance.
10. A method of making a mild moisturizing rose facial scrub as in claim 9 comprising the steps of:
sequentially adding water and trehalose according to the formula amount into an emulsifying pot, pre-dispersing glycerol and hydroxypropyl starch phosphate according to the formula amount, adding into the emulsifying pot, and homogenizing at the rotating speed of 2000 and 2500r/min for 3-8 min to ensure that the material body is completely and uniformly dispersed without particles;
sequentially adding ammonium lauryl sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine and PEG-150 distearate into the emulsifying pot according to the formula ratio, stirring and heating to 80-85 ℃ to completely dissolve the materials until no lumps exist;
sequentially adding the jojoba seed oil, isononyl isononanoate, rosa canina fruit oil, macadamia nut seed oil and tocopherol into the emulsifying pot according to the formula amount, uniformly stirring, vacuumizing the emulsifying pot for defoaming, and stirring and cooling to 40-45 ℃;
sequentially adding the nicotinamide, the rosa damascena flower water, the walnut shell powder, the rosa damascena flower oil and the toner into the emulsifying pot according to the formula amount, and fully stirring;
taking a proper amount of stainless steel container, mixing butanediol and methyl hydroxybenzoate according to the formula amount, heating to 70-75 ℃ to completely dissolve the mixture until the mixture is transparent, adding the mixture into the emulsifying pot, and uniformly stirring;
adding the sea salt particles with the formula amount into an emulsifying pot while stirring, and fully and uniformly stirring;
sampling, checking and filling after the product is qualified.
