As a preferable technical solution, the auxiliary agent includes at least one of an antioxidant, a chelating agent, and a pH adjusting agent;

preferably, the chelating agent is caprylyl hydroxamic acid;
preferably, the pH adjuster is citric acid;
the invention also provides a preparation method of the soft gel scrub paste, which at least comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding polyalcohol, a surfactant, a thickening agent, a cutin peeling agent auxiliary agent and deionized water into a container according to the mass percentage, controlling the temperature to be 85-95 ℃, stirring and homogenizing for 3-20 minutes until the mixture is uniformly mixed;
(2) Cooling to 40-50 ℃, adding essence and solubilizer, stirring for 3-20 minutes until the mixture is uniformly mixed, and discharging after the mixture is qualified.
Has the advantages that:
1. the soft rubber scrub cream provided by the invention can form a special colloid, is rich in foam, has weak acidity in the whole formula, is high in stability, and realizes the functions of mild cleaning and exfoliating.
2. Based on the system, the surfactant combination comprising betaine amphoteric surfactants, amino acid surfactants and nonionic APG surfactants is adopted, and the mass ratio of the betaine amphoteric surfactants to the amino acid surfactants to the nonionic APG surfactants is controlled to be (2-5): (8-12): (5-8), under the condition that the formation of special colloid is not influenced, the soft rubber scrub cream has excellent foam characteristics, is thick and continuous in foam, has a large contact area with the skin, is matched with a weak acid formula system, is close to the pH value of the skin, and realizes mild and efficient cleaning.
3. Based on the system of the invention, the mass ratio of (1-1.5): (0.2-0.4) of a thickener combination of carrageenan and sodium chloride, in particular by incorporating a thickener comprising a mixture of, by mass, 0.7:0.5 of carrageenan (k) and carrageenan (iota) combined carrageenan serving as main thickeners, so that the prepared soft rubber scrub forms special colloid, the crisp colloidal particles are uniformly dispersed in the continuous soft rubber, fine particles are not carried on the surface of the colloid smoothly, the smoothness of the whole system is reduced, the mild exfoliating effect is achieved in friction, the scrub feeling of the crisp colloidal particles is matched with excellent foam, and mild and efficient cleaning is achieved.
4. The invention adopts the following components in a mass ratio of 0.7:0.5 of carrageenan (k) and carrageenan (iota) are combined to form a continuous colloid, so that the effect of stabilizing free water is achieved, and the product stability is effectively improved.

The mass ratio of the glycerol to the butanediol to the 1,3-propanediol to the 1,2-hexanediol to the dipropylene glycol is 35:1.22:0.74:0.42:0.05;
the surfactant comprises betaine amphoteric surfactant, amino acid surfactant and nonionic APG surfactant; the mass ratio of the betaine amphoteric surfactant to the amino acid surfactant to the nonionic APG surfactant is 4:10:6; the betaine amphoteric surfactant is cocamidopropyl betaine; the amino acid surfactant is sodium lauroyl sarcosinate; the nonionic APG surfactant is coco glucoside.
The thickening agent is a combination of carrageenan and sodium chloride; the mass ratio of the carrageenan to the sodium chloride is 1.2:0.3; the carrageenan is the combination of carrageenan (k) and carrageenan (iota); the mass ratio of the carrageenan (k) to the carrageenan (iota) is 0.7:0.5.

the antioxidant is p-hydroxyacetophenone;
the chelating agent is caprylyl hydroximic acid;
the pH regulator is citric acid;
in another aspect, embodiment 1 of the present invention provides a method for preparing a soft gel scrub, including the steps of:
(1) Adding polyalcohol, surfactant, thickener, cutin exfoliant auxiliary agent and deionized water into a container according to the mass percentage, controlling the temperature to be 90 ℃, stirring and homogenizing for 15 minutes until the mixture is uniformly mixed;
(2) Cooling to 45 ℃, adding essence and solubilizer, stirring for 10 minutes until the mixture is uniformly mixed, and discharging after the mixture is qualified.

(1) The soft gel scrub prepared in examples and comparative examples was observed to form a specific colloidal state, wherein the specific colloid was defined as: the crisp colloidal particles are uniformly dispersed in the continuous soft rubber, and the surface of the rubber is not smooth and has fine particles; the continuous soft gel is defined as: a continuous gel with fluidity, elasticity, smooth surface and the results reported in table 1;
(2) The soft gum scrub (1 g) prepared in the examples and the comparative examples is diluted with water according to the volume ratio of 1:9 and then placed into a foaming bottle to be foamed for 10 times, the foaming degree of the soft gum scrub product is evaluated according to the evaluation standard (the material object picture is shown in attached figures 1-5) in the table 2, and the results are recorded in the table 1;
(3) The soft gum scrub obtained in the examples and the comparative examples are subjected to freeze-thaw cycling at-18 ℃ to-48 ℃ (at-18 ℃, 8 ℃,5 ℃,25 ℃,40 ℃ and 48 ℃), whether the product has a water bleeding phenomenon (the surface of the product has obvious flowing liquid) is observed, and the results are recorded in table 1;

Claims (10)
1. The soft rubber scrub is characterized by comprising the following preparation raw materials in percentage by mass: 5-50% of polyhydric alcohol, 10-30% of surfactant, 0.5-5% of thickening agent, 0.5-5% of cutin peeling agent, 0.1-0.5% of essence, 0.1-0.5% of solubilizer, 0.1-0.3% of auxiliary agent and the balance of deionized water.
2. The soft gel scrub of claim 1, wherein the polyol comprises glycerin, butylene glycol, 1,3-propanediol, 1,2-hexanediol, dipropylene glycol.
3. The soft gel scrub paste of claim 2, wherein the mass ratio of glycerin, butylene glycol, 1,3-propylene glycol, 1,2-hexylene glycol and dipropylene glycol is (30-40): (1-1.5): (0.5-1): (0.2-0.6): 0.05.
4. the soft gel scrub of claim 3, wherein the surfactant comprises a betaine amphoteric surfactant, an amino acid surfactant, a nonionic APG surfactant.
5. The soft gel scrub cream according to claim 4, wherein the weight ratio of the betaine amphoteric surfactant to the amino acid surfactant to the nonionic APG surfactant is (2-5): (8-12): (5-8).
6. The soft gel scrub of claim 5, wherein said nonionic APG surfactant is coco glucoside or decyl glucoside.
7. The soft gel scrub of claim 6, wherein the thickener is one or more of carrageenan, xanthan gum, carbomer, guar gum, sodium chloride, and potassium chloride.
8. The soft gel scrub of claim 7, wherein the thickener is a combination of carrageenan and sodium chloride; the mass ratio of the carrageenan to the sodium chloride is (1-1.5): (0.2-0.4).
9. The soft gel scrub of claim 8, wherein the solubilizer is a long chain alkyl polyether; the long-chain alkanol polyether is at least one of C12-13 alkanol polyether-3, C12-13 alkanol polyether-6, C12-13 alkanol polyether-7 and C12-13 alkanol polyether-9.
10. A method of preparing a soft gel scrub as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9 comprising at least the steps of:
(1) Adding polyalcohol, a surfactant, a thickening agent, a cutin peeling agent auxiliary agent and deionized water into a container according to the mass percentage, controlling the temperature to be 85-95 ℃, stirring and homogenizing for 3-20 minutes until the mixture is uniformly mixed;
(2) Cooling to 40-50 ℃, adding essence and solubilizer, stirring for 3-20 minutes until the mixture is uniformly mixed, and discharging after the mixture is qualified.
