Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of scalp care products, and particularly relates to a scalp care cleaning composition prepared by using a high-salt surfactant system and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the continuous improvement of living standard, the self-consciousness of consumers is unprecedentedly enhanced, and the consumers are willing to invest more time to understand products, understand the components in the products, understand the preparation principle of the products and judge whether the products are really suitable for themselves or not from the preparation principle, and whether the products are really friendly to the environment, the earth and the people. It is under such a storm that head care products containing synthetic anti-dandruff ingredients are subject to consumer extrusion and they prefer to select natural ingredients that have a long history of human contact as more trusted ingredients themselves. On the one hand, the content of inorganic salt used in the traditional shampoo surface active system is generally not more than 1.5%, and the viscosity of the system is greatly reduced after the content is exceeded, so that the appearance acceptable for consumers cannot be formed.
Meanwhile, the seawater is reported to contain more than 80 elements, and the trace elements brought out are basically beneficial elements, because the concentration from the seawater taken into the beach to the crystallization and precipitation of sodium chloride is a slow process, and most heavy metal elements in the concentrated seawater are greatly reduced in the period of time. On one hand, heavy metal is heavy, and is precipitated and concentrated at the bottom of the pool in the process of seawater concentration; on the other hand, different algae such as blue algae, brown algae, green algae, red algae, diatoms and the like grow in the primary concentration pond of offshore seaside and beach field, and the algae adsorb copper ions, cadmium ions, lead ions, nickel ions, zinc ions, tin ions and copper ions.
Sea salt has long been the best source of trace elements supplementation in humans. The prior art discloses some technical solutions for the use of sea salt, but the more specific use and research of sea salt is very limited, and particularly the technical solutions for the combined use with other ingredients are not very numerous and specific. On the other hand, conventional cosmetics prepared using natural foaming ingredients utilize their surface activities, and further intensive studies on these ingredients have not been conducted to develop their more advanced properties. Particularly, the sapindus saponin is mainly used in a crude body, the specific structure of the sapindus saponin is not disclosed much, and the use condition is less disclosed.

Examples of Effect test
1. Scanning Electron microscope Hair comparison study
After three primary hairs of the same condition as the contrast line and the market competitive products in the embodiment are used for 30 times continuously, the surface of the hair is imaged by an electronic scanning microscope to observe the hair damage condition; electron microscopy imaging of the first three tresses of hair was performed as shown in FIGS. 1A, 1B, and 1C.
After 30 applications, the hair was imaged under an electron scanning microscope, fig. 2A, fig. 2B, and fig. 2C, respectively.
From the above figures, it can be seen that the product prepared using the inorganic salt in the physical form according to the present invention shows positive improvement in hair appearance after 30 consecutive uses, and the hair cleansing product using the non-styling inorganic salt contained in the racing product has severe damage to the hair surface, severe damage to the hair appearance, and severe damage to the hair scales.
2. Inorganic salt crystal microscopic comparison study
The physical appearance of the inorganic salt was observed in a comparative study using commercial competitive products and the example samples under a microscope as shown in fig. 3A and fig. 3B.
The change in physical form of the particles after 30 seconds of contact with water is shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B.
From the above results, we can see that the inorganic salts used in the examples have regular physical appearance and very uniform particle size; the inorganic salt used by the competitive product is in an amorphous physical form and has different particle sizes; the physical form image of the article 30 seconds into water shows that the inorganic salt of the example is substantially completely dissolved, while the inorganic salt of the competitive product still has a large number of sharp water chestnut particles 30 seconds after the inorganic salt is into water.
The physical form of the competitor's inorganic salt in water after 1 minute is shown in figure 5.
From this result, the inorganic salts of the examples rapidly dissolved into the water absorbed by the hair, while the competitors also present, after up to 1 minute in the water absorbed by the hair, sharp small crystals which inevitably risk scratching the hair scalp. The existence of crystals for a long time can not only care the hair and the scalp, but also even damage the hair and the scalp, and the conclusion is corresponding to the conclusion of an electronic scanning electron microscope, which shows that the control of the particle size has important value and significance.
