Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to facial exfoliating scrub cream and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The skin, the largest organ of the human body, is composed mainly of epidermis, dermis and subcutaneous tissue. The object of research in the cosmetic field is the epidermal layer, which consists of the stratum corneum, the transition layer, the granular layer, the echinocyte layer and the basal layer. The stratum corneum, the outermost layer of the skin structure, is formed by division, differentiation, migration and aging of basal layer cells, has the functions of resisting and relieving external stimuli, and is the first line of defense of the skin. Meanwhile, the metabolism renewal cycle of the normal skin stratum corneum is about 4 weeks generally, but the stratum corneum of many people is not renewed in time due to external medicines or poor cosmetics, irregular daily work and rest and the like, so that the stratum corneum is seriously proliferated, the skin is attractive, and even a series of skin problems such as bacterial infection, acne and the like are caused.
The use of exfoliating products to help the skin remove the excess stratum corneum has become very important, and at present, the cosmetic field is dominated by two exfoliating modes: chemical exfoliation and physical exfoliation. Chemical exfoliating products are often applied to skin by strong-acid chemicals to chemically peel off horny layers, the retention time of the exfoliating chemicals on the skin is strictly limited, professional practitioners with rich experience are often required to operate the chemical exfoliating products, in addition, the chemical exfoliating products have strong irritation, the skin horny layers are extremely easy to excessively peel off, the skin barrier function is damaged, and serious patients have the risk of infection and disfigurement.
Physical exfoliating is relatively mild, and generally, synthetic plastic microspheres such as polyethylene are added into cream, the cream containing the plastic microspheres is smeared and massaged on skin, and the purpose of exfoliating is achieved through physical friction. The method has obvious effect and no skin stabbing pain, and is the mainstream mode for removing cutin. However, scientists have found that the plastic microspheres flow into rivers, lakes and oceans along with the waste cleaning liquid through sewers, and are ingested by aquatic animals and enriched in their biochains, which leads to the animals suffering from damage and even death of species groups, and the european union has prohibited the products containing the plastic microspheres from being sold on the market. Another way of physically exfoliating is to add natural plant seed particles, such as walnut shell particles, to the cosmetic. Although the particles are renewable, easy to degrade and environment-friendly, the particles are not uniform in size and smooth enough due to the limitation of the manufacturing process, and the pricking feeling is obvious when the particles are used.
The natural microcrystalline cellulose frosted particles have a microporous structure, and can adsorb and take away dirt in the process of friction with skin, but after the frosted cream containing the single natural microcrystalline cellulose frosted particles is used, the skin is dry and not moist enough to keep moisture, and the natural microcrystalline cellulose frosted particles also adsorb skin moisture in the process of adsorbing the dirt, so that the skin is dry.

In the technical scheme, in the first to fourth steps, the stirring speed is 30 r/min-100 r/min.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the facial exfoliating scrub cream provided by the invention takes erythritol and microcrystalline cellulose as scrub particles, the particles are uniform in size and round, the erythritol is mainly extracted from starch-rich grain crops such as wheat and corn after microbial fermentation, the source is green, the resources are rich, and meanwhile, when the erythritol is dissolved in water, a large amount of heat can be absorbed, the scrub cream has a cool feeling, and the scrub cream can soothe and calm the skin; in addition, the microcrystalline cellulose is a porous high molecular substance, has soft and elastic texture, and can absorb and remove dead skin, foreign matters and the like on the skin when in massage use; because the erythritol and the microcrystalline cellulose are used as the mixed abrasive particles, when the scrub cream is used for massaging and kneading, the particles of the erythritol and the microcrystalline cellulose contact with aged stratum corneum cells, so that the aged cells are peeled off from the surface of the skin, and meanwhile, foreign matters such as oxidized oil and fat on the surface layer of the skin are adsorbed and washed away along with flushing water; can accelerate the metabolism of skin and restore the smooth, tender and transparent state. In addition, the erythritol particles are round and moist, a small amount of warm water is matched in the kneading process, and after the kneading process is carried out, a small amount of erythritol can be adsorbed on the skin, so that the skin moisturizing and moistening effects are achieved. Compared with the scrub cream only containing single erythritol or microcrystalline cellulose, the scrub cream provided by the invention has the moistening feeling of natural erythritol and simultaneously has the microporous structure of microcrystalline cellulose, can carry away dirt and release nutrient substances in the porous structure in the using process through the synergistic effect of the scrub particle erythritol and the microcrystalline cellulose, so that the technical problem that the skin is dry and not moist enough after the scrub cream only containing single natural microcrystalline cellulose scrub particles is used in the prior art is solved. In addition, the erythritol and the microcrystalline cellulose are used as the frosted particles and come from renewable resources, and the erythritol particles are soluble in water, so that the microcrystalline cellulose particles are easy to degrade and do not cause harm to the environment. Therefore, the scrub cream prepared by mixing erythritol and microcrystalline cellulose as scrub particles has a remarkable exfoliating effect, has the effects of moisturizing, brightening skin and moistening skin, is safe, mild and non-irritant to facial skin, and is environment-friendly.
(2) The facial exfoliating scrub cream provided by the invention has the advantages that the Indian turnbuckle seed oil, the hydrogenated sunflower seed oil, the large flower cocoa resin and the seabuckthorn fruit oil are added as the skin care oil, and under the synergistic effect of erythritol, the scrub cream can play a better lubricating effect and can reduce the tingling caused by the scrub particles. In addition, because the erythritol particles are easily dissolved in water, different people can adjust the using method of the scrub cream according to self conditions, for example, when people sensitive to pain use the scrub cream, a small amount of water can be added, and in the kneading process, the erythritol particles can be slowly dissolved and reduced, so that the stimulation of the erythritol particles to the skin is greatly reduced.
(3) The facial exfoliating scrub cream provided by the invention has the obvious effects of peeling aged keratinocytes and homogenizing skin textures, and due to the fact that the facial scrub cream is rich in erythritol and polyunsaturated oil (Indian rattan seed oil, hydrogenated sunflower seed oil, cocoa resin of large flower and sea buckthorn fruit oil), the facial scrub cream can deeply nourish the skin through the synergistic effect of the erythritol and the polyunsaturated oil, stimulate the synthesis of skin elastin, promote the metabolism and the renewal of cells, and achieve the effects of improving the water content of the skin and the skin brightness.
(4) According to the facial exfoliating scrub cream provided by the invention, the 4-tert-butyl cyclohexanol is used as an anti-allergy agent, so that the problems of skin redness, peeling, stabbing pain and the like which possibly occur after the scrub cream is used can be relieved, and the sensitization probability of the scrub cream is further greatly reduced.
(5) According to the preparation method of the facial exfoliating scrub cream, provided by the invention, the caprylic/capric triglyceride and the stabilizer are soaked at room temperature for swelling and are sheared for homogenization, so that a first stably fused system can be obtained, and then different mixed phases are sequentially added in the steps from the second step to the fourth step, so that the scrub cream with good system stability can be finally obtained. The preparation method has the characteristics of simple process, low production cost and suitability for large-scale production.
