Scrub cream and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to scrub cream and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The scrub cream is a product for cleaning skin deeply. For some people with slower skin cutin renewal, if deep cleaning is not performed, the skin is easy to become dark and rough without elasticity, and the long-term situation can cause pore blockage, acne growth and chicken skin peeling. The scrub cream can help to remove dead skin of body skin and remove rough cuticle, so that the skin is more exquisite and smooth. Although the existing scrub cream has various types, the scrub cream has the problems of insufficient fineness, irritation, excessive friction force, single effect, complex preparation process and the like.
CN103251536A discloses a scrub cream of dead skin-removing luffa, which comprises the following preparation raw materials: 0.5-0.6kg of polymer gel, 40-42kg of distilled water, 9-10kg of old loofah pulp, 1.8-2kg of chrysanthemum morifolium, 3-3.2kg of olive oil and 0.2-0.25kg of compound antibacterial agent. However, the old loofah pulp has thicker plant fibers, and the product is not fine enough and is easy to damage the skin; the preparation time of the dead skin removing towel gourd scrub cream is more than ten days, and the preparation time is long.
CN111249167A discloses a sea salt cleaning scrub cream and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation raw materials comprise a water phase material and an alcohol phase material, the water phase material comprises 1-50 parts by weight of water, and the alcohol phase material comprises 0.5-80 parts by weight of sea salt, 1-50 parts by weight of an alcohol solvent and 1-40 parts by weight of an anionic surfactant. However, the sea salt cleansing scrub cream only has the effects of cleansing skin dirt and controlling oil, cannot provide the skin care effect, and has single product effect.
CN106727090A discloses a scrub cream made of walnuts, and the preparation method of the scrub cream comprises the following steps: adding semen Juglandis and ground Aloe juice, mixing, homogenizing, adding small amount of natural coffee powder to paste, and refrigerating at below 20 deg.C; the mass ratio of the walnut frosts to the aloe juice is 4: 1. However, the scrub cream has poor scrub effect, does not have the effects of moisture retention, sterilization, oxidation resistance and the like, and needs refrigeration below 20 ℃.

Experimental example 1
Evaluation of in vivo exfoliating and oil controlling Properties
Test samples: the scrub creams provided in examples 1-20 and comparative examples 1-3;
the test method comprises the following steps: the scrub cream was evaluated for exfoliating effect by the percentage of moisture lost through the skin and for degreasing effect by the percentage of change in sebum content. 230 volunteers of 22-25 years old are selected, the tested subjects are divided into 23 groups, 10 subjects are in each group, the same test sample is used, the use position is the same position on the back of an arm, and any cosmetics except the test sample cannot be used in the test process; testing by adopting a sebum measuring instrument and a percutaneous loss water tester; before use, the sebum content and the transdermal water dispersion of a test person are respectively tested; after use, the test subjects were tested for sebum content and transdermal water loss. The transdermal water loss (TEWL) is the rate of transdermal water loss per unit time and per unit cross-sectional area, and a higher TEWL indicates more water loss per unit time and a weaker skin moisturizing ability.
The sebum content change rate (sebum content after use of the product-sebum content before use)/sebum content before use;
a Tewl value change ratio (after product use Tewl value-before use Tewl value)/before use Tewl value;
the test results are shown in table 1:

Comparative example 3 -1.4 -4.1
As can be seen from the data in Table 1, the change rate of the sebum content of the scrub cream provided by the invention is between-0.8% and-3.9%, and the scrub cream can be further optimized to be between-3.4% and-3.9% by adjusting the composition and the content of each component; the change rate of percutaneous moisture loss of the scrub cream provided by the invention is between-0.4 and-8.1 percent, and the components and the content can be further optimized to be between-7.8 and-8.1 percent by adjusting. The scrub creams provided in examples 1-3 have significantly reduced water loss through skin and sebum content, and exhibit excellent exfoliating, moisturizing and oil control effects, while showing that the scrub creams provided in examples 1-3 are effective in preventing the loss of a cuticle film during the use of the product.
As can be seen by comparing example 1 with examples 4-9, the scrub creams provided by examples 4-9 have large water loss and small change in sebum content, indicating that the same excellent effects of exfoliating, moisturizing and oil control as example 1 cannot be achieved, indicating that the choice of scrub agent is important for the efficacy of the product, and when the scrub agent is a combination of solid sugar and solid alcohol, the scrub cream shows excellent efficacy, indicating that the combination of solid sugar and solid alcohol has synergistic effect.
As can be seen from the comparison of example 1 with examples 10-14, the base oil affects the degreasing effect of the scrub, and the degreasing effect of the scrub is deteriorated in the absence of any one of the components of synthetic oil, mineral oil and vegetable oil; the vegetable oil is the most main factor influencing the moisturizing effect of the scrub cream, and when the rose fruit oil and/or the sea buckthorn fruit oil are/is lacked, the moisturizing effect of the scrub cream is obviously reduced; the compound of the synthetic grease, the mineral oil and the vegetable oil has the synergistic effect, and the effects of moisture retention and oil control can be realized.
As can be seen from the comparison of example 1 with examples 15-20, the composition of the synthetic oil and fat, the composition of the mineral oil and fat and the composition of the makeup remover all affect the oil-controlling and moisturizing effects of the scrub cream.
As can be seen by comparing example 1 with comparative examples 1-3, the composition of the scrub significantly affects the efficacy of the scrub; the scrub cream adopts solid sugar and solid alcohol as scrub agents, and the scrub cream is massaged and kneaded through particles, so that deep cleaning is realized, and the exfoliating of aged keratinocytes can be effectively promoted; when aged keratinocytes are exfoliated, the scrub agent, the base oil, the thickener and the makeup remover are mutually matched to realize synergistic interaction, and when solid alcohol and/or solid sugar are lacked, the moisturizing and oil controlling capacity of the scrub cream is weakened.
