Description

Preparation method of agricultural waste matrix degradable covering plate for replacing mulching film
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural mulching films, in particular to a preparation method of an agricultural waste matrix degradable covering plate for replacing a mulching film.
Background
The traditional agricultural plastic mulch residue has serious influence on soil structure, crop growth and ecological environment, and needs to be developed for new environment-friendly full-biodegradation substitute products to solve the white pollution problem of mulch residue. In addition, the long-term use of a large amount of chemical fertilizer can accelerate soil acidification, lead to soil hardening, reduce the number and activity of soil microorganisms and lead to soil malnutrition. The organic covering material is a novel agricultural land covering material formed by taking agricultural and forestry waste as a raw material and crushing or original ecological processing, and has the functions of widely and easily available raw materials, good air permeability, biodegradability, weed growth inhibition, pest and disease prevention, soil structure improvement, soil fertility enhancement, crop growth promotion and the like.
The organic cover is green and low-carbon, is beneficial to improving the value of agricultural and forestry waste and promoting the construction of beautiful villages, has wide popularization and application prospect and economic and ecological value, and is concerned by a plurality of enterprises and researchers. The patent application number 202110781607.8 discloses an organic covering water-based setting curing agent, a preparation method and an application method thereof, and acrylic acid, methacrylate, styrene and the like are adopted to prepare the organic covering with higher adhesive strength. Patent application number 202110781606.3 discloses an organic covering pad and a preparation method thereof, wherein the organic covering pad is prepared by adopting ammonium chloride, calcium carbonate and plant powder through hot press molding. The patent application number 202010340936.4 discloses a method for improving soil by using organic covers for gardens, which adopts nocardia liquid and brown sugar to accelerate the degradation time of the organic covers for garden greening wastes. The patent application number 201510946855.8 is a research on a method for producing an organic covering by using landscaping waste, and the organic covering pad product prepared by crushing, enzymolysis, flame retarding, dyeing, sterilization and disinsection is not easy to rot, is sanitary in package and is easy to store. Patent application number 201711016952.2 discloses a preparation method of an organic covering pad by using pyrolysis oil urea-formaldehyde resin to adhere landscaping waste particles. However, the existing organic covers are mostly used for landscaping, and are rarely used for reporting crops, and the organic covers are mostly scattered paved when being used in a large area, so that loss pollution is easy to cause, and a water channel is blocked. More importantly, the existing organic covering pad is basically prepared by adopting an organic adhesive through hot pressing, the process is complex, the energy consumption is high, the organic adhesive cannot be degraded after being solidified, and secondary pollution is easy to cause.
The output of crop wastes in China is the first in the world, and accounts for 17.3% of the total output of the world. Both straw and rice hulls are typical crop waste, the annual crop straw yield is about 9 hundred million tons and the rice hull yield is about 4500 thousand tons throughout the country. The two are used as agricultural wastes, and the resources are rich, cheap and easy to obtain. However, because crop wastes have rough surfaces, few nutritional ingredients, low added value and small natural bulk density, the crop wastes are unfavorable for recycling and transportation, and are regarded as yellow pollution wastes, a small amount of crop wastes are processed into feeds and activated carbon, and a large amount of crop wastes are not scientifically and reasonably utilized. The main components of crop waste are cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin, silicon dioxide, a small amount of lipid, crude protein and other organic compounds, the silicon dioxide on the surface of rice hulls is distributed in a net shape and mainly plays a role of a framework, and has the effects of moisture resistance, moth resistance, flame retardance and heat preservation and heat insulation on rice, but the interfacial problem caused by biological barriers of siliceous coating surfaces of rice hulls limits the improvement of the structure-performance of the rice hulls during materialization utilization, so that the adhesiveness of the rice hulls is poor, and popularization and utilization of the rice hulls are hindered. At present, the comprehensive utilization rate of agricultural waste resources such as straw, rice husk and the like in China is low, so that not only is the resource wasted, but also huge pressure is brought to the environment. Therefore, the resource and high-value utilization of agricultural wastes such as straw, rice husk and the like are explored, and the method has remarkable social and economic benefits and ecological environmental protection benefits.
In order to promote efficient recycling of agricultural wastes and construction of beautiful villages and promote green agricultural production and low-carbon sustainable development, the invention discloses a method for manufacturing an agricultural waste matrix degradable covering plate.
