3. The functional stopper for a non-burning cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the flavoring essence comprises one of oil-soluble essence and polyol-soluble essence.

s2, adding edible essence into the base material;
s3: weighing the materials, weighing the adhesive and magnesium stearate in the same proportion according to the requirement, adding the adhesive and the magnesium stearate into the powder base material, and uniformly mixing;
