Abstract
The invention provides a particle for heating non-combustible smoke and a preparation method and application thereof, and the particle comprises the following components in parts by weight: 4-9 parts of natural plants, 2-3 parts of plant extract, 0-3 parts of plant essence and 1-3 parts of smoke agent. The granule for tobacco realizes complete pure nature without chemical addition, has good granule fluidity, and is convenient for storage and transportation; the powder with different sizes is granulated to have a certain porous structure, so that the carbonization efficiency during smoking is improved; the flavor is changeable and the characteristic fragrance is obvious.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of heating non-combustible cigarettes, and particularly relates to particles for heating non-combustible cigarettes as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The heating non-combustion tobacco product is a novel tobacco product which generates smoke releasing effect by heating tobacco materials with different forms, starts in the 80 th age of the 20 th century and is one of the important categories of the novel tobacco product; also known as low temperature smoke; the heating of the non-burning tobacco product is to heat the processed tobacco shred (cigarette cartridge) to a certain temperature by a special heating device, but not to ignite the tobacco, so that the tobacco shred is only heated but not burnt, and the novel tobacco product is heated to a degree enough to give out smoke, and the taste is closer to real smoke. The cigarette bullet is not ignited in the air, the heating temperature is below 500 ℃, and the heating temperature is greatly reduced, so that the release amount of harmful ingredients in the smoke is reduced, and a certain smoking feeling is provided for a smoker.
At present, most of cigarettes which are not heated and combusted are made by rolling tobacco sheets or granulating tobacco powder, and the raw materials are still tobacco products, so that the harmfulness of smoking tobacco cannot be completely avoided. Further, the plant extract comprises at least one of colloid and sugar, the colloid comprises at least one of pectin, tragacanth, acacia gum, guar gum and agar, the sugar comprises at least one of glucose, lactose, fructose, sucrose, maltose and ribose in plants, and the smoke agent comprises at least one of glycerol, glycerol diacetate and propylene glycol.
The invention provides a preparation method of particles for heating and non-burning cigarettes, which comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing a powder base material: grinding natural plants into powder, and sieving to obtain base material;
s2, weighing the materials: weighing plant extract and plant essence according to fragrance requirement, adding into the powder base material, weighing smoke agent, adding into the powder base material, and mixing;
and S3, forming particles.
Further, in the step S1, the natural plants are ground into powder and sieved to obtain plant particles of 10-40 meshes; or grinding natural plants into powder, sieving to obtain plant powder with two particle sizes of 40-100 mesh and 100-200 mesh, and mixing at a certain proportion.
Further, in the step S3, the base granules with a particle size of 10-40 meshes are directly added with plant powder which is sieved by a 100-mesh sieve outside the granules, and the granules for cigarettes are obtained after sieving.

The method of claim 1, wherein the plant extract comprises at least one of a colloid and a saccharide, the colloid comprises at least one of pectin, tragacanth, acacia, guar gum and agar, the saccharide comprises at least one of glucose, lactose, fructose, sucrose, maltose and ribose in the plant, and the smoke agent comprises at least one of glycerol, glycerol diacetate and propylene glycol.
5. A particle for heating non-combustible smoke produced by the method as recited in any one of claims 1 to 4.
