Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of industrial hemp products, and particularly relates to a granular industrial hemp tobacco core material for heating non-combustible cigarettes and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The 'hemp legalization' is gradually accepted in countries in Europe and America, but consumers in the market mainly consume the hemp by burning and smoking the rolled hemp and smoking the electronic cigarette added with tetrahydrocannabinol. The consumption mode has great potential safety hazard, and the main reason is that Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) has a fantastic effect on human bodies. Industrial cannabis refers to cannabis with a tetrahydrocannabinol content of less than 0.3%, and is therefore considered to have no drug utilization value, while Cannabidiol (CBD) is a main chemical component in industrial cannabis and is also a non-addictive component, has pharmacological actions of anti-spasm, anti-anxiety and anti-inflammation, can not only be used for treating various difficult and complicated diseases, but also can effectively eliminate the hallucinogenic action of Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) on human body, and is called as an "anti-drug compound".
By utilizing the design principle of low-harm heating tobacco in the current tobacco industry, the industrial hemp is made into the smokable heating industrial hemp, so that not only can the common hemp consumers obtain safer hemp products, but also the tobacco heating machine can play a role in the consumers: antispasmodic, anxiolytic, sedative, anti-insomnia, antiemetic, anti-inflammatory, anti-epileptic, anti-tumor, neuroprotective, metabolic and immunoregulatory, cardiovascular, hepatoprotective, and antibacterial effects.
Based on the above factors, it is necessary to develop a heating industrial hemp tobacco core material with simple process, low cost, good smoking quality and physiological satisfaction.
Disclosure of Invention
The first purpose of the invention is to provide a granular industrial hemp tobacco core material for heating non-combustible cigarettes.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the granular industrial hemp tobacco core material for the cigarette which is not combusted by heating.
The first purpose of the invention is realized by the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-80 parts of industrial hemp raw material, 0-10 parts of plant auxiliary material, 0-10 parts of excipient, 0-5 parts of adhesive, 0-20 parts of smoke agent and 0-15 parts of spice.
The second object of the present invention is achieved by comprising the steps of:
s1, processing the industrial hemp raw material: taking industrial hemp raw material with the mass percentage of 0-80%, extracting and concentrating to obtain concentrated extract, and then blending with distilled waterThe pitch density is 1.0 to 1.5g/m3Obtaining a liquid material A; crushing the rest industrial hemp raw materials to 400-1000 meshes, and spraying water to adjust the water content to 5-10% to obtain powder A;
s2, processing of plant auxiliary materials: taking plant auxiliary materials with the mass percent of 0-100%, extracting and concentrating to obtain a concentrated extract, and then adjusting the density to 1.0-1.5 g/m by using distilled water3Obtaining a liquid material B; crushing the rest plant auxiliary materials to 400-1000 meshes, and spraying water to adjust the water content to 5-10% to obtain powder B;
s3, preparing a solid base material: uniformly mixing the powder A, the powder B and an excipient to obtain a solid base material;
s4, preparing a mixed solution: uniformly mixing the adhesive and the spice, then adding the smoke agent and uniformly mixing, then adding the liquid material A and the liquid material B and uniformly mixing, standing for 2 hours at normal temperature, and filtering by using a 200-mesh filter screen to obtain a mixed solution;
s5, preparing a finished product: granulating the solid base material and the mixed solution to obtain particles with the particle size of 5-200 meshes, drying the particles, adjusting the moisture content of the particles to be below 10%, and screening.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the solid industrial hemp ultrafine powder can be loaded with more than 10 percent of smoke agent in the granulation process, can quickly generate smoke in a short time under the condition of lower heating temperature, atomizes and brings out cannabidiol in industrial hemp, and ensures that a smoker can have physiological satisfaction. The number of the suction ports can be effectively increased while the normal suction experience is maintained, and the number of the suction ports can reach more than 15.

The present invention is further illustrated by the following examples, which are not intended to be limiting in any way, and any modifications or alterations based on the teachings of the present invention are within the scope of the present invention.

Preferably, the industrial hemp raw material is one or more of industrial hemp leaves, stems and extracted solid residues.
Preferably, the plant auxiliary materials are one or more of vetiver, vanilla, iris, mangnolia, jasmine and tree moss.
Preferably, the excipient is one or more of light calcium carbonate, heavy calcium carbonate, bentonite and diatomite, and the moisture of the excipient is controlled to be 5-10%.
Preferably, the excipient is in the form of a spindle or a sphere, and the particle size is 800-4500 meshes.
Preferably, the binder is one or more of water, ethanol, guar gum, starch gum, chitosan, carboxymethyl cellulose, pectin, acacia, sodium alginate, gelatin, glucose, polyallyl alcohol and fructose.
Preferably, the smoking agent is propylene glycol and/or glycerol.
Preferably, the fragrance is an aromatic plant extract.

s5, preparing a finished product: granulating the solid base material and the mixed solution to obtain particles with the particle size of 5-200 meshes, drying the particles, adjusting the moisture content of the particles to be below 10%, and screening.
S5, granulating by a dry granulator, specifically, tabletting the solid base material and the mixed solution by the dry granulator, cutting into small pieces, and granulating by two-stage granulation to obtain granules.
And S5, granulating by a wet granulator, specifically, adding the solid base material into the wet granulator, uniformly stirring and mixing, spraying the mixed solution to the solid base material by a spray gun, and granulating under the action of a stirring paddle and a cutter.
S5, granulating by a boiling one-step granulator, specifically, adding a solid base material into a bin of the boiling one-step granulator, adding a mixed solution into a top spraying system of the boiling one-step granulator, boiling the solid base material into a reaction kettle under the action of compressed air, simultaneously atomizing the mixed solution from the top of the reaction kettle by using clean compressed air, combining with the solid base material, and continuously accumulating and enlarging the solid base material in particle form to prepare particles through repeated and continuous boiling combination.
