Background
In recent years, the heated non-burning cigarettes have shown a rapidly increasing trend in the tobacco sales market. Chinese patent CN1099998160A discloses a cigarette without burning by heating, wherein the pipe wall of the supporting element can rebound after passing through the cutter, the adaptability of the supporting element on the machine is high, the production efficiency and the product quality of the cigarette can be improved, and the supporting element is not easy to collapse and has high supporting performance for the cigarette. However, the prior art has a single function, or only can improve the smoking quality, or only can improve the cigarette supporting performance, and cannot meet the requirements of not only improving the smoking quality but also improving the supporting performance of the cigarette cartridge supporting section, which are required in the development of heating non-burning cigarettes.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to make up the vacancy in the prior art and provide a functional barrier sheet which has the function of a supporting section and can improve the smoking quality and is used for heating non-combustible cigarettes.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a functional barrier sheet for heating a non-combustible cigarette, the barrier sheet being disposed in a heated non-combustible cigarette cartridge proximate to a smoker particle segment, the functional barrier sheet comprising a functional material, a binder, an excipient, and a wetting agent.
The dosage of the binder is not more than 20% of the mass of the functional material, and the dosage of the excipient is not more than 5% of the mass of the functional material.
The functional material is one or more of inorganic mineral materials with the grain size of less than 80 meshes, plant materials and tobacco materials. The inorganic mineral material is one or more of molecular sieve, diatomite and montmorillonite. The plant material is one or more of fructus Siraitiae Grosvenorii, radix Puerariae, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, radix Ophiopogonis, and Ginseng radix.
The dosage of the wetting agent is 0.6-1.2 times of the mass of the mixture of the functional material, the binder and the excipient.
The wetting agent is one or more of water, natural plant extract water solution, glycerol water solution and propylene glycol water solution. The natural plant extract is one or more of fructus Phyllanthi, lemon balm, herba Menthae and fructus Lycii.
The functional barrier sheet also contains characteristic essence, wherein the characteristic essence is oil-soluble essence and is one or more of dried orange peel essence, juicy peach essence, milk essence, mint essence and Hami melon essence.
The preparation method of the functional barrier sheet for heating non-combustible cigarettes comprises the following steps:
(1) uniformly mixing the functional material, the binder and the excipient;
(2) adding a wetting agent into the mixture of the functional material, the binder and the excipient to prepare a soft material;
(3) embedding the soft material into a mold in an extrusion forming mode, drying the mold embedded with the soft material at 80-100 ℃ for 1-2h, cooling the dried and formed soft material, and then demolding to obtain the functional barrier sheet.
The functional barrier sheet can also be subjected to characteristic fragrance and essence loading to obtain the characteristic fragrance functional barrier sheet.
The functional barrier sheet can be used in a cigarette cartridge or a multi-section combined type cigarette cartridge which is integrally formed based on a paper hollow tube.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the invention provides a brand new method for improving the supporting performance of a cigarette bullet supporting section.
(2) The functional barrier sheet prepared by the invention has good supporting effect, can load water-soluble essence and oil-soluble essence at the same time, can obviously enrich the cigarette fragrance, improve the satisfaction, improve the smoke fineness and improve the smoking quality of the heated non-combustible cigarette;
(3) the production and preparation method of the functional barrier sheet is simple, has strong operability and standardability, is convenient for realizing industrial production, and has good application prospect.

A functional barrier sheet for heating a non-combustible cigarette, the barrier sheet being disposed in a heated non-combustible cigarette cartridge proximate to a smoker particle segment, the functional barrier sheet comprising a functional material, a binder, an excipient, and a wetting agent.
The dosage of the binder is not more than 20% of the mass of the functional material, and the dosage of the excipient is not more than 5% of the mass of the functional material.
The functional material is one or more of inorganic mineral materials with the grain size of less than 80 meshes, plant materials and tobacco materials. The inorganic mineral material is one or more of molecular sieve, diatomite and montmorillonite. The plant material is one or more of fructus Siraitiae Grosvenorii, radix Puerariae, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, radix Ophiopogonis, and Ginseng radix. The tobacco raw material is one or two of tobacco leaves and tobacco stems.
The binder used in the invention is a binder commonly used in food and medicine production, such as povidone, hypromellose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose and the like.
The excipient used in the invention is microcrystalline cellulose, calcium sulfate, mannitol and the like.
The dosage of the wetting agent is 0.6-1.2 times of the mass of the mixture of the functional material, the binder and the excipient. The wetting agent is one or more of water, natural plant extract water solution, glycerol water solution and propylene glycol water solution. The natural plant extract is one or more of fructus Phyllanthi, lemon balm, herba Menthae and fructus Lycii.

The functional barrier sheet prepared by the method can be further subjected to characteristic fragrance loading to obtain the characteristic fragrance functional barrier sheet. The characteristic perfume loading method can adopt the prior art method.
The functional barrier sheet can be used in the prior art of integrally formed cigarettes based on paper hollow tubes or multi-section composite cigarettes. Fig. 1 shows the situation that the functional barrier sheet 2 is placed in the cigarette cartridge integrally formed by the paper hollow tube, the cigarette cartridge integrally formed by the paper hollow tube comprises a smoking particle section 1, a hollow section 3 and a filter section 4 which are connected in sequence, and the functional barrier sheet 2 is placed between the smoking particle section 1 and the hollow section 3 and is close to the smoking particle section.
Example 1
Weighing 80g of molecular sieve powder, 20g of fructus momordicae powder, 10g of dried orange peel powder, 5g of sodium carboxymethylcellulose and 1g of microcrystalline cellulose, and uniformly mixing. Weighing 10g of lemon balm extract, 90g of water, 1g of glycerol and 5g of propylene glycol, and uniformly mixing the lemon balm extract, the water, the glycerol and the propylene glycol with the mixed powder to prepare a soft material. Weighing 30g of molecular sieve powder, 70g of tobacco powder, 8g of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and 2g of microcrystalline cellulose, and uniformly mixing. Weighing 20g of mint extract, 80g of water, 2g of glycerol and 8g of propylene glycol, and uniformly mixing the mint extract, the water, the glycerol and the propylene glycol with the mixed powder to prepare a soft material. And embedding the soft material into a mold in an extrusion forming mode, drying in a drying oven at 90 ℃ for 1.5h, cooling and demolding to obtain the functional barrier sheet with the diameter of 5.3 mm.

Weighing 90g of diatomite powder, 10g of kudzu root powder, 13g of sodium carboxymethylcellulose and 3g of calcium sulfate, and uniformly mixing. Weighing 15g of fructus phyllanthi extract, 110g of water, 2g of glycerol and 8g of propylene glycol, and uniformly mixing with the mixed powder to prepare a soft material. And embedding the soft material into a mold in an extrusion forming mode, drying in a drying oven at 100 ℃ for 1h, cooling and demolding to obtain the functional barrier sheet with the diameter of 6.9 mm.
Example 4
Weighing 70g of diatomite powder, 10g of radix ophiopogonis powder, 20g of ginseng powder, 18g of povidone and 5g of microcrystalline cellulose, and uniformly mixing. Weighing 10g of the medlar extract, 100g of water, 2g of glycerol and 5g of propylene glycol, and uniformly mixing the medlar extract, the water, the glycerol and the propylene glycol with the mixed powder to prepare a soft material. And embedding the soft material into a mold in an extrusion forming mode, drying in a drying oven at 100 ℃ for 1h, cooling and demolding to obtain the functional barrier sheet with the diameter of 7.0 mm.

Weighing 100g of molecular sieve powder, 20g of sodium carboxymethylcellulose and 5g of mannitol, and uniformly mixing. Weighing 100g of water, 1g of glycerol and 5g of propylene glycol, and uniformly mixing the water, the glycerol and the propylene glycol with the mixed powder to prepare a soft material. Weighing 100g of molecular sieve powder, 20g of polyvidone and 5g of microcrystalline cellulose, and uniformly mixing. 75g of water, 1g of glycerol and 1g of propylene glycol are uniformly mixed with the mixed powder to prepare a soft material. Weighing 115g of montmorillonite powder, 20g of sodium carboxymethylcellulose and 5g of microcrystalline cellulose, and uniformly mixing. Weighing water 90g, glycerol 1g and propylene glycol 1g, and mixing with the mixed powder uniformly to prepare a soft material. Sensory quality evaluation was performed by putting the functional barrier sheets prepared in examples 1 to 8 into a non-burning heated cigarette pack, and sensory quality evaluation results are shown in fig. 1 with respect to the case where the functional barrier sheet was not added. As can be seen from table 1, the sensory quality of smoking a non-burning cigarette is significantly improved after the functional barrier sheet of the present invention is disposed in a heated non-burning cigarette cartridge. Production trial production also proves that after the functional barrier sheet, the support performance of the cigarette bullet support section is obviously improved, and the product quality is improved.
