Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of novel tobacco products, and particularly relates to a bio-based firmware material for a particle type heating cigarette and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the improvement of the economic culture level, more and more people pay more attention to physical health, and development of novel tobacco products is imperative. Particulate heated cigarettes are one of the important forms of new tobacco products. The particle type heating cigarette is different from the heating non-burning cigarette product sold at present, tobacco particles are adopted as the cigarette releasing substance, the smoke quantity is sufficient, the cigarette releasing continuity is good, the sensory quality is excellent, and the formula optimization adjustment space is large. However, how to encapsulate tobacco particles in a cigarette, and no dropping and inhalation during heating and smoking are key technical problems in cigarette production.
The firmware material used to block tobacco particles is one of the important components of particulate heated cigarettes. At present, the high-temperature-resistant plastic firmware is used as a middle-section blocking material, but the plastic product is a non-degradable material and has insufficient heat resistance, softening and melting can occur in the heating and sucking process, so that an effective blocking effect can not be achieved, peculiar smell can be released, the smoke quality and sucking experience are seriously reduced, and the plastic product is not easy to degrade in the environment after being used, so that the environment is polluted. Petroleum energy is taken as non-renewable energy with the largest global consumption, and is consumed in a large amount and exhausted increasingly while human beings accelerate the development of social economy, so that people face the crisis of environmental pollution and resource shortage. The biomass material can effectively play roles in sustainable development and environmental protection.
Therefore, research into new firmware materials is of great importance.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, provides a bio-based firmware material for particle type heating cigarettes and a preparation method thereof, and aims to ensure that the bio-based firmware material has better blocking and flavoring effects in cigarettes.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme for realizing the purpose:
a biological base firmware material for particle type heating cigarette is characterized in that: the firmware material is a bamboo powder-based firmware material, and comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 70-80% of bamboo powder, 10-15% of adhesive, 5-10% of flavoring filler, 5-10% of glycerol and water accounting for 80-100% of the total mass of the rest raw materials (namely the rest raw materials except water, including the bamboo powder, the adhesive, the flavoring filler and the glycerol); or the firmware material is a plastic starch-based firmware material, and the firmware material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 80-95% of plastic starch and 5-20% of flavoring filler.
Further, the binder is at least one of bio-based guar gum, sodium alginate and gelatin.
Further, the flavoring filler is tobacco dust.
Further, the plastic starch is prepared by mixing acetic acid starch with at least one of corn starch, potato starch and sweet potato starch according to a mass ratio of 3:7, mixing, and adding glycerol accounting for 30-35% of the total mass of the starch for melt blending.
The firmware material comprises: the bamboo powder is used as a pure natural material, and after being mixed with an adhesive and water and dried, the bamboo powder can form a material with stronger mechanical property. Meanwhile, the bamboo powder can also transfer fragrance of plant ash in the use process, and has the function of partially enhancing fragrance. Starch is a natural biopolymer, widely used in plants such as corn, is generally non-thermoplastic, has a glass transition temperature and a melting point higher than the thermal decomposition temperature, is directly heated without a melting process, does not have thermoplastic processability, and cannot be processed by using a plastic processing machine such as a screw extruder. The principle of thermoplastic starch production is to convert starch molecules into disordered structures, thereby forming starch resins with thermoplastic properties. The tobacco powder is used as the flavoring material to be added into the firmware material, so that the tobacco flavor can be effectively released in the heating process, the peculiar smell possibly emitted by the firmware material in the heating process is covered, and the smoking experience is improved.
The preparation method of the bamboo powder-based firmware material comprises the following steps: mixing the raw materials according to the proportion, mixing, extruding and cutting by a screw extruder to obtain a firmware material with the required shape and size, and finally drying to obtain a finished product;
the preparation method of the plastic starch-based firmware material comprises the following steps: and (3) after the raw materials are melted and blended uniformly according to the proportion, mixing, extruding and cutting the mixture by a screw extruder to obtain the firmware material with the required shape and size, and finally drying the firmware material to obtain the finished product.
The invention also discloses application of the firmware material, which is used as an auxiliary material of the particle type heating cigarette to play roles in blocking tobacco particles and assisting flavoring.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the firmware material of the invention is fully biodegradable and can not cause pollution when being discarded in the environment.
2. The firmware material provided by the invention has a certain mechanical strength and higher thermal stability, does not deform and carbonize after being heated, can effectively prevent tobacco particles from falling off, and can be added with tobacco powder as an aroma-enhancing material to improve the quality of the smoke sucked.
3. The preparation process of the firmware material is simple, the raw materials are easy to obtain, and the industrial production is easy. The invention has no chemical solvent and is environment friendly.
