3) Filling the granular cigarette releasing material into the hollow cigarette tube by using granular filling and sealing equipment, coating glue on the tube opening, bonding the glue with the glued tube opening by using high-permeability paper, and finally drying to finish the production of the granular cigarette with the heated cigarette.
The above two kinds of structural cigarettes and commercially available heated cigarette cigarettes (thin sheet type cigarette, structure is thin sheet section-hollow section-polylactic acid cooling section-cellulose acetate filtering section; integral particle type cigarette, structure is particle section-blocking section-cavity section-polyester fiber filtering section, all the components are filled in the paper tube) are respectively sucked by iQOS smoking set (inner core heating) and infrared smoking set (circumferential heating) in contrast, and the amount of smoke per mouth is shown in fig. 7 and 8. When the infrared smoking set is used for smoking, the heating energy is higher, and the smoke release amount of the four cigarette samples is better than that of the iQOS cigarette. Compared with four cigarettes, the flake cigarette smoke has poor release stability, and the change of secondary smoke increase exists in the later period, because the acetate fiber material is softened and contracted, the cooling and interception capacity of the smoke is greatly reduced, and bad smell is released.
Different cigarettes are respectively subjected to comparative sensory evaluation by using an iQOS smoking set (inner core heating) and an infrared smoking set (circumferential heating), the sensory evaluation indexes are 7, namely, the atomization amount (the full score is 20), the relaxation feeling (the full score is 20), the satisfaction (the full score is 10), the fragrance quality (the full score is 12), the strength (the full score is 8), the taste (the full score is 20) and the irritation (the full score is 10), and the specific results are shown in a table 1 and a table 2. It can be seen that the smoke volume, ease of use, aroma quality, taste and irritation of the granular cigarette are superior to those of the sheet cigarette when the iQOS smoking set is used for smoking. As for the particle type cigarette, the particle type cigarette has better light feeling and taste than the particle type cigarette sold in the market, and because each component of the particle type cigarette sold in the market is wrapped in the paper tube, the mouth feeling is not as soft and comfortable as the filter stick when the cigarette is sucked. When infrared smoking is used, the amount and strength of each cigarette smoke is increased, but the irritation is increased, as compared with iQOS smoking. However, the overall sensory smoking experience of the particle-type cigarette is better than that of the sheet-type cigarette and the commercially available integral particle-type cigarette.

3) filling the granular cigarette releasing material into the hollow cigarette tube by using granular filling and sealing equipment, coating glue on the tube opening, bonding the glue with the glued tube opening by using high-permeability paper, and finally drying to finish the production of the granular cigarette with the heated cigarette.
