(3) Harvesting
The cultivation groove is opened on the ground, the substrate is planed to take out the yam, the substrate is mixed with 1000-1500 times of EM bacteria liquid, the water content is regulated to 88-94%, and the soil pile with the pile height of 50-80cm is collected for fermentation for 1-2 weeks and then is used as a water holding cultivation substrate for repeated use.
