Abstract

提供一种涉及miRNA指纹图谱在人膀胱及泌尿道上皮癌(包括膀胱癌、肾盂癌、输尿管癌、排尿管癌等)诊断和治疗中的应用，由miRNA组成的多个指纹图谱能够非常有效地区分膀胱及泌尿道上皮癌的尿液样本与非膀胱及泌尿道上皮癌的尿液样本，灵敏度高，特异性强。可有效地用于膀胱及泌尿道上皮癌的检测，早期诊断与筛查，及膀胱及泌尿道上皮癌药物的筛选。
