Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of antibacterial toothpaste, in particular to anhydrous antibacterial toothpaste containing peach carin and cymene and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
Along with the improvement of living standard, people pay more and more attention to personal hygiene, and toothpaste has become a necessity for life of people for a long time. Bacteria in plaque on teeth, especially anaerobes and their products, are the major cause of gingivitis and periodontal disease. Research shows that effective control of the number of pathogenic bacteria in the oral cavity is of great significance for preventing and treating common oral problems and diseases. The tooth brushing can effectively improve the oral environment, and the proper amount of the toothpaste with the effects of bacteriostasis and anti-inflammation is beneficial to preventing oral diseases and eliminating or reducing oral peculiar smell. However, the traditional toothpaste has poor antibacterial effect on the oral cavity, has no auxiliary functions except simple functions of cleaning the oral cavity and teeth, and cannot keep the oral cavity clean for a long time.
Cymene and peach phyrin have excellent bacteriostatic and anti-inflammatory functions, and are bacteriostatic and anti-inflammatory components suitable for oral care. O-cymene-5-ol is an excellent antifungal component, is an isomer of thymol, has good permeability, is an oral biomembrane and is not easily and effectively killed by a bactericide which only disinfects on the surface, and cymene can permeate the oral biomembrane to better reduce dental plaque. The gingerol is a protein derived from Palo chinensis which is a new zealand, which is a natural plant bacteriostatic agent having an outstanding bacteriostatic activity against Staphylococcus aureus.
However, cymene and persimmon phenol are components that are hardly soluble in water, and therefore, it is difficult to exert their bacteriostatic effects in a general aqueous toothpaste formulation system. In the past, some surfactants are needed to be added into toothpaste, and the addition of solubilizer reduces the antiseptic and antibacterial performance of toothpaste. In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention discloses a formula scheme of anhydrous toothpaste, which adopts an anhydrous toothpaste process to bear functional substances and has good antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides an anhydro-antibacterial toothpaste containing sinol and cymene and a method for manufacturing the same, in which an anhydro-toothpaste system is used instead of a hydrous toothpaste system, and glycerin, polyethylene glycol-8, propylene glycol, and the like are used as a liquid phase, thereby ensuring better stability and effect of cymene and cymene phenol, better exerting antibacterial effect of cymene and cymene phenol in the anhydrous system, and reducing the usage of toothpaste.
The invention provides the following technical scheme: the invention provides an anhydrous antibacterial toothpaste containing peach carin phenol and cymene, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.05-0.1 part of cymene, 0.2-0.5 part of peach carin, 50-70 parts of humectant, 0.2-2 parts of thickening agent, 0.2-3 parts of surfactant, 10-30 parts of abrasive, 0.08-0.4 part of sweetening agent and 0.5-3 parts of essence.
Preferably, the antibacterial anhydrous toothpaste containing persimmon phenol and cymene comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.05-0.1 part of cymene, 0.3-0.5 part of peach carin, 58-70 parts of humectant, 0.5-2 parts of thickening agent, 0.2-3 parts of surfactant, 15-30 parts of abrasive, 0.08-0.3 part of sweetening agent and 0.5-3 parts of essence.
Further, the humectant is selected from one or more of glycerin, polyethylene glycol-8 or propylene glycol.
Further, the thickening agent is selected from one or two of carbomer or polyvinylpyrrolidone.
Further, the surfactant is selected from one or more of sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate or sodium methyl lauroyl taurate.
Further, the abradant is silicon dioxide.
Preferably, the sweetener is selected from one or more of sucralose, sodium saccharin or aspartame.
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing an anhydrous bacteriostatic toothpaste containing persimmon phenol and cymene, which comprises the following steps:
weighing cymene, peach carina phenol, glycerol, polyethylene glycol-8, propylene glycol, a thickening agent, a surfactant, an abrasive, a sweetening agent and essence according to the proportion for later use;
step two, adding the glycerol, the polyethylene glycol-8, the propylene glycol and the thickening agent in the step one into a homogenizer, heating to 60 ℃ by using boiled steam, homogenizing for 40-60 min, adding cymene and the peach phenol, stirring for 10-15 min, and dissolving uniformly to obtain a colloidal mixture;
pumping the colloidal mixture obtained in the step two into a paste making machine, adding the friction agent weighed in the step one, keeping the vacuum degree in the paste making machine between-0.07 Mpa and-0.095 Mpa, and stirring for 35 min;
step four, adding the surfactant and the sweetener in the step one into the paste making machine in the step three, adjusting and keeping the vacuum degree in the paste making machine between-0.065 Mpa and-0.08 Mpa, and stirring for half an hour;
