step S102, displaying data contents on terminals according to sharing rights, wherein the terminals comprise a plurality of terminals, and the terminals are cooperated with one another;
in step S103, different data contents are displayed on each terminal.
By adopting the online document cooperation method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the viewing range, the operation authority and other multiple abilities of the user to the data content of the online document are controlled by setting one sharing authority, that is, one sharing authority can control the abilities of multiple users, so that the data content required by the user can be displayed individually for different users, and the cooperative operation among the users can be realized. Meanwhile, under the collaborative editing environment, the data content displayed on the user interface can be differentiated. Because the content rights and the operation rights of a plurality of users can be set through one right, the rights of different users are different, and different users can cooperate the same online document based on the corresponding rights, so that new documents do not need to be repeatedly made when different contents in the online document are shared to different users, and the cooperation of the online document is simpler and more convenient.
Optionally, the data content displayed by the terminals is data content in the same online document, and the data content displayed by each terminal is different but belongs to the same online document.
Optionally, the terminals cooperate with each other, including: each terminal can perform one or more operations of viewing, adding, deleting and modifying data contents in the same online document.
Optionally, displaying the data content on the terminal according to the sharing right, including: determining identification information of a terminal; determining a cooperative role of the terminal according to the identification information of the terminal; and setting a sharing authority for the terminal based on the cooperative role, and displaying the data content matched with the sharing authority of the cooperative role on the terminal.
Optionally, the identification information of the terminal is an ID (Identity Document) of the terminal. Optionally, the collaborative role of the terminal includes that the terminal is a creator or collaborator of the data content. Therefore, when the data content is displayed through the sharing authority, the displayed data content can be determined according to the identity of the user.
Optionally, a sharing right is set for the terminal based on the cooperative role, so that the sharing right set for the terminal has a restriction of the cooperative role, for example: the collaborators are not allowed to view content created by other users, are not allowed to add content created by other users, are not allowed to delete content created by other users, are not allowed to modify content created by other users, are not allowed to edit content created by other users, are not allowed to reduce content created by other users, etc.

Optionally, the operation right is one or more of addition, deletion and modification of data content.
Optionally, before obtaining the sharing right, the online document cooperation method further includes: acquiring an authority parameter sequence; and configuring sharing authority according to the selected authority parameter item. The sequence of rights parameters includes a plurality of items of rights parameters, for example, the sequence of rights parameters includes not allowing the collaborators to view content created by other users, not allowing the collaborators to add content created by other users, not allowing the collaborators to delete content created by other users, not allowing the collaborators to modify content created by other users, not allowing the collaborators to edit content created by other users, and not allowing the collaborators to reduce content created by other users. Among them, the collaborators are not allowed to view the contents created by other users, the collaborators are not allowed to add the contents created by other users, the collaborators are not allowed to delete the contents created by other users, the collaborators are not allowed to modify the contents created by other users, the collaborators are not allowed to edit the contents created by other users, and the collaborators are not allowed to reduce the contents created by other users into right parameter items. And the user selects the authority parameter item in the authority parameter sequence, so that the configuration of sharing authority is realized. Optionally, the sharing right is obtained by configuring multiple right parameter items. Optionally, the sharing right is configured by a single right parameter item.
With reference to fig. 2, another online document collaboration method provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure includes:
step S201, acquiring an authority parameter sequence; configuring sharing authority according to the selected authority parameter item;
step S202, obtaining sharing authority;
step S203, displaying data content on terminals according to the sharing authority, wherein the terminals comprise a plurality of terminals and all the terminals are mutually cooperated;
in step S204, the data content displayed on each terminal is different.
Optionally, configuring a sharing right according to the selected right parameter item, including: acquiring a configuration interface; according to the permission requirements, sharing permissions with permission parameter items are set on a configuration interface; the authority parameter item of the sharing authority comprises a content control sub-parameter and/or an operation sub-parameter.
Optionally, the content manipulation sub-parameters include one or more rights to view, modify, delete, and add to the data content. Optionally, the operation subparameter comprises rights to share the online document.
Optionally, the online document collaboration method further includes: and under the condition that the first data content is changed, the first terminal capable of displaying the first data content synchronously displays the updated data content in real time.
Optionally, it is monitored whether the data content changes, and in case of a content change, the online document is updated with the changed content. Different terminals can access the same online document through the sharing authority, so that the same online document can be updated according to the operation of different terminals by adopting the mode, the data contents of different terminals can be synchronized in real time, and the cooperative processing of the online documents is facilitated.
In some embodiments, the data contents displayed by different terminals are respectively monitored, and when the change of the part of the contents is monitored, the changed contents are updated to the online document, so that the whole online document does not need to be monitored, and the real-time update of the data contents at different terminals can be realized more quickly.
Optionally, the sharing right is sent between the terminals in a link form; or the sharing authority is sent between the terminals in a two-dimensional code form.
Optionally, according to the sharing right, before the terminal displays the data content, the method further includes: judging the type of the sharing authority; under the condition that the sharing authority is the composite cooperation authority, executing a step of displaying data content on the terminal; and under the condition that the sharing authority is the single cooperation authority, executing the step of displaying all online documents on the terminal. The single cooperation authority only comprises one parameter authority item, and the composite cooperation authority comprises a plurality of parameter authority items.
With reference to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides another online document collaboration method, including:
step S301, receiving an access request, and determining a sharing authority of the access request;
step S302, acquiring an authority parameter item of the sharing authority and acquiring a cooperative role of a terminal sending an access request;
step S303, inputting the authority parameter item and the cooperative role into an authority filter; and generating and sending data content to be displayed.
By adopting the online document cooperation method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, when the server receives the access request, differentiated data contents can be displayed on the terminal.
In some embodiments, after a sharing instruction of a user with an authority is acquired, a sharing link is generated, an identifier ID of a terminal is determined, and configuration of the sharing authority is performed in a kernel; for example, a creator can only view and/or operate data content created by the creator, then identify an authority parameter in a sharing link, set the authority of a corresponding user according to the authority parameter, the sharing link associates a sharing connection ID, the sharing connection ID associates an online document ID, the authority of the user is directed to the same online document, and the same sharing link is the same sharing link ID and corresponds to the online document; if the sharing link has the authority parameters related to the users, storing one piece of data content for each user, wherein the data content seen by each user is different; if the sharing link does not relate to the user-related permission parameters, the data content is stored once. And matching the data content corresponding to the user according to the authority of the user. The embodiment of the disclosure realizes that the user can only see partial data content in the online document; the data content created by the user can be edited, or the data content created by other people can be edited; associating with a user through the set sharing authority; the sharing link can be modified as long as the user has the right; for example, there are online document a and online document B, the link viewed by accessing online document a is the link of online document a, and the link viewed by accessing online document B is the link of online document B.
In an actual application scenario, when online forms filled by multiple users together are shared, each user can only check the data content created by the user, but cannot check the data content filled by other users.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is an online form of "invoice", a button is provided in a view in the online form, and a user clicks to display a permission parameter setting interface, as shown in fig. 5, the permission parameter setting interface displays a permission parameter sequence, and the permission parameter sequence includes a plurality of permission parameter items, for example: "No collaborators are allowed to view records created by others" and "No collaborators are allowed to edit records created by others" shown in FIG. 5. Under the condition that the user selects two right parameter items of ' the record created by the collaborator is not allowed to be viewed by the collaborator ' the record created by the other people is not allowed to be edited ', the situation that the collaborator can only view the ' purchase order ' table can be quickly set, and only the data content created by the collaborator can be viewed/edited on the basis of the ' the purchase order ' table. And then, creating a sharing link, specifying the sharing authority of the link, and binding the corresponding sharing authorities together and storing the sharing authorities in a server. When a user accesses the sharing link, the corresponding sharing authority can be found in the server through the sharing link, and the sharing authority is connected to the corresponding authority filter according to the difference between the sharing authority and the user and then connected to the same data content. As shown in fig. 6, the user 1 and the user 2 access the sharing link 1 and are bound to a sharing link 1 condition group, and the user 1 and the user 2 access the sharing link 2 and are bound to a sharing link 2 condition group, and are respectively connected to the corresponding authority filters 1, 2, 3, and 4, and then are connected to the same data content. When a sharing link is set to be created and the condition is set as 'no collaborator is allowed to view records created by others'. When Zhang three and Li four both access this link, there are two entitlement filters, one for each operation. An online table corresponding to fig. 7 and 8 is obtained.
In some embodiments, the presentation page sharing the link may have a multi-display form. For example, when the sharing right is that only data insertion is allowed and reading, deleting and modifying are not allowed, a display page in which only data content insertion is allowed may be displayed, such as the display page shown in fig. 9.
As shown in fig. 10, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides an online document collaboration method, applied to a first client, where the method includes:
step S1001, responding to a sharing instruction of a user to the online document, determining an access object and a limiting condition corresponding to the access object, and generating a sharing link corresponding to the online document; the restriction condition is used for limiting partial content in the online document; the sharing link is used for accessing the content in the online document by the access object according to the limiting condition;
step S1002, sending the sharing link, the access object, and the limitation condition to the server for storage, so that the server can feed back the content corresponding to the access object and the limitation condition in the online document in response to the access request of the sharing link.
By adopting the online document cooperation method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the sharing link corresponding to the online document is generated according to the sharing instruction of the user, the accessible object is specified for the sharing link, and the sharing link and the corresponding limiting condition are bound and stored in the server, wherein the limiting condition is used for limiting part of content needing to be shared to the user in the online document. Therefore, when the server receives an access request of the sharing link, the content corresponding to the access object and the limiting condition in the online document can be fed back to the client, and the fed back content is limited by the access object and the limiting condition and only shares part of content in the online document, so different content in the online document can be shared for different users without repeatedly making the document. Meanwhile, as the shared client only displays the corresponding online document content, the shared user can quickly search and use the related online document content.
Optionally, the online document is a document stored in a server.
Optionally, the sharing instruction of the user to the online document includes an access object determining instruction, a limitation condition determining instruction and a link generating instruction, where the sharing link corresponding to the online document is generated in response to the link generating instruction, an accessible object is determined for the sharing link in response to the object determining instruction of the user, and a limitation condition corresponding to the access object is determined in response to the limitation condition determining instruction.
Optionally, after generating the sharing link corresponding to the online document, the method further includes: and generating a two-dimensional code corresponding to the sharing link. By generating the two-dimensional code, the user can conveniently access the sharing link in a code scanning mode, and online documents can be conveniently shared.
Optionally, the restriction condition is used to characterize a condition for restricting access of the access object to the document content, such as not allowing the access object to view content created by other users, not allowing the access object to modify content created by other users, and the like. Optionally, the restriction condition is used to characterize a condition for the access object to access the document content, for example, allowing the access object to view content created by other users, allowing the access object to view content created by itself, allowing the access object to modify content created by other users, allowing the access object to view content whose creation time is within a preset range, allowing the access object to view content whose background color is a preset color, and the like.
As shown in fig. 11, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides an online document collaboration method, applied to a second client, where the method includes:
step S1101, acquiring a sharing link;
step S1102, generating an access request corresponding to the sharing link in response to an access instruction of the user to the sharing link;
step S1103, sending the access request to a server corresponding to the sharing link, triggering the server to determine an online document, an access object and a limiting condition according to the access request, and feeding back content corresponding to the access object and the limiting condition in the online document; the restriction condition is used for limiting partial content in the online document;
in step S1104, the content is received and displayed.
By adopting the online document cooperation method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the access request is sent to the server after the sharing link is clicked, when the server receives the access request of the sharing link, the content corresponding to the access object and the limiting condition in the online document can be fed back to the client, and only part of the content in the online document is shared because the fed back content is limited by the access object and the limiting condition, so that the second client can receive the content appointed to be shared by the first client, and the whole process of sharing the online document avoids repeatedly making different documents when different online document contents are appointed to different second clients. The operation is simple and convenient, and meanwhile, the user corresponding to the second client can quickly search and use the related online document content.
Optionally, the first client and the second client are different clients. Therefore, the user can generate the sharing link corresponding to the online document and share the online document to other users in a sharing link mode. Optionally, the first client and the second client are the same client, so that the user generating the sharing link can also access the online document by clicking the sharing link.
In some embodiments, the first client is a document editing tool.
In some embodiments, the second client is a document editing tool, a chat tool, a browser, or the like. And under the condition that the second client is the instant messaging tool, the second client receives the content fed back by the server and pops up a display window for displaying. In some embodiments, the second client is an instant messaging tool such as WeChat, QQ and the like, and after the user clicks the sharing link at the second client, a browser window is popped up to display the corresponding content in the online document.
Optionally, the obtaining the sharing link includes: and acquiring the two-dimensional code corresponding to the sharing link, and decoding the two-dimensional code to acquire the sharing link. Optionally, the obtaining the sharing link includes: and receiving the sharing link sent by the first client. Optionally, the obtaining the sharing link includes: and acquiring the sharing link input by the user.
Optionally, generating an access request corresponding to the sharing link in response to an access instruction of the user to the sharing link, where the access request includes: and responding to an access instruction generated by clicking the sharing link by the user to generate an access request corresponding to the sharing link. Optionally, generating an access request corresponding to the sharing link in response to an access instruction of the user to the sharing link, where the access request includes: and responding to an access instruction generated by inputting the sharing link and confirming access by the user in the browser to generate an access request corresponding to the sharing link.
Optionally, after displaying the content, the method further includes: and responding to the editing operation of the user on the content, acquiring the edited content, sending the edited content to the server, and triggering the server to update the online document according to the edited content. Because the generated sharing link corresponds to part of content limited by the limiting conditions in the online document, users of different clients can conveniently and quickly focus on only the content which needs to be focused on, and the users can conveniently look up/edit the content. Meanwhile, different sharing links can be generated for the same online document according to the access object and the limiting condition, and different clients can access the same online document through different sharing links, so that the online document can be cooperatively processed by adopting the mode.
Referring to fig. 12, an online document collaboration method provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure is applied to a server, where the server stores a plurality of online documents, sharing links corresponding to each online document, and limiting conditions corresponding to each sharing link; the limiting conditions are used for limiting part of content in the corresponding online document; the method comprises the following steps:
step S1201, under the condition that an access request sent by a client is received, determining a sharing link and an access object corresponding to the access request;
step S1202, obtaining a limiting condition and an online document corresponding to the sharing link; determining the limiting condition corresponding to the sharing link as a target limiting condition, and determining the online document corresponding to the sharing link as a target online document;
