Detailed Description
The embodiment of the application provides a document cooperative processing method and a related device, which are used for realizing document cooperative processing on instant messaging application and avoiding the complicated step of switching back and forth between office software and a communication tool.
The terms "first," "second," "third," "fourth," and the like in the description and in the claims of the present application and in the drawings described above, if any, are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the application described herein are, for example, capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "corresponding" and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
At present, in a daily office scene of an enterprise, a requirement that multiple persons collaboratively edit and process the same document often exists. For example, if an enterprise needs to write a project plan, a research and development department may be required to provide a new project concept, and a technical department may be required to provide technical support for implementing the project concept; further, a market segment may be required to provide market prospects, cost and revenue analysis, etc. for the project concept. In addition, for any part in the project technical book, such as the project conception part or the technical support part, multiple persons in the same part may be required to cooperate and complete. Thus, in such a scenario, multiple departments within an enterprise may be required, with multiple people within the same department collaborating together to process the same document.
In order to meet the requirement that multiple persons may need to collaboratively edit and process the same document in an enterprise office scene, some office software provides an online document collaboration technology. At present, in the online document collaboration technology, after a document creator creates a document on office software, another user is invited to join in document collaboration through a communication tool (e.g., a mail or instant messaging software, etc.), wherein both the document creator and the invited user need to register accounts on the office software in advance, and the invited user needs to run the same office software as the document creator on a terminal of the invited user to join in document collaboration; in addition, in the process of online collaboration, a document creator and an invited user often need to switch back and forth between office software and a communication tool, so that the steps of cooperatively processing the document by the user are complicated.
In view of this, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for collaborative processing of a document, where the method is applied to a document collaborative processing system shown in fig. 1, please refer to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of the document collaborative processing system in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, a plurality of terminals are connected to a server through a network, any two terminals can communicate with each other through the server, and each terminal is deployed with an instant messaging client (e.g., a client such as a WeChat, enterprise WeChat, or QQ). Specifically, after a document is created on a terminal of any user through an instant messaging client deployed on the terminal, the document can be sent to a server, and the document is shared to other users through the server; other users can join in the cooperative processing of the document by receiving and opening the document sent by the server on the instant messaging client of the terminal; in the process of the cooperative processing of the document, the editing processing of the document by any user added into the cooperative processing of the document is uploaded to the server, and the server sends the editing processing of the document by the user to the terminals of other users, so that the document displayed on the terminals of other users can be updated, and the online cooperative processing of the document is realized.
The terminal shown in fig. 1 is only a simple illustration, and in practical applications, the terminal includes, but is not limited to, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, and other terminal devices that can be deployed with an instant messaging client and can access or edit a document.
In the above description of the document cooperative processing system provided in the embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 2, and fig. 2 is an exemplary diagram of a document cooperative processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application.
An embodiment of a method for collaborative processing of a document provided in an embodiment of the present application includes:
201. acquiring a document creating instruction, wherein the document creating instruction is triggered by a first operation object through a first client, and the first client is an instant messaging client;
in this embodiment, an instant messaging client (i.e., a first client) is pre-deployed on a terminal of a user, and when a user needs to create a collaborative document, the user may trigger a document creation instruction by selecting or clicking a relevant button for creating the document on an interface of the instant messaging client, that is, a first operation object triggers the document creation instruction through the first client. In this way, after the user triggers the document creation instruction, the first client may acquire the document creation instruction.
The instant messaging client may specifically include, but is not limited to, a wechat client, an enterprise wechat client, a QQ client, and the like, and the instant messaging client is not limited herein.
202. Creating a first document according to the document creation instruction;
in this embodiment, after the first client obtains the document creation instruction, a document may be created on an interface of the first client according to the document creation instruction, where when the first client creates the document, an interface may be newly created on an original session interface as an independent document interface, that is, the first client may create an independent window as a document window, and a user may implement operations such as viewing or editing the document on the document window. That is to say, when a user creates a document, the document running on the first client can be created and obtained only by triggering the document creation instruction through the first client, and the creation of the document is not required to be realized through special office software.
After the first client creates the document, the user may perform editing operations such as title editing, content editing and the like on the document,
it should be noted that the document referred in this embodiment of the present application may specifically be a word, an excle, or other text document, and may also be a static picture, a dynamic picture, an audio document, a multimedia document, or other document that is a combination of a text document and a picture or audio, and is not limited herein. For convenience of description, a method for document cooperative processing will be described below by taking a word text document as an example.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is an exemplary diagram of creating a document on an instant messaging client according to an embodiment of the present application. Firstly, on an interface of a first client, a user can trigger a document creation instruction by clicking a button of 'create document' on the first client; after the first client acquires the document creation instruction, a document window independent of the session window is created, and a blank document (i.e., a created document) is displayed on the document window. The document is provided with a common document editing toolbar, so that the adjustment of document content formats such as font size, font format and font color in the document can be realized. In addition, the user may also save the document, for example, save the document locally, or save the document on a server (i.e., upload the document onto the server and save the document on the server).
In addition, in order to facilitate the user to manage the self-created document or the browsed document, the user can view the self-created document, the browsed document or the deleted document record and the like by entering an interface for managing the document in the first client.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is an exemplary diagram of document management provided by the embodiment of the present application. The user may enter the document management interface by triggering a document management instruction on the main interface of the first client (for example, clicking a "document management" button on the main interface of the first client), and the document management interface is specifically as shown in fig. 4, and the user may display an "i create" button and a "recently viewed" button on the left side of the document management interface, and the user may view a document created by the user or a document recently viewed by the user through one of the buttons. On the right side of the document management interface, specific document information is mainly displayed, including information such as a document name, a creator name, and a modification time.
203. If a document sharing instruction is obtained, sending a first document to the server, wherein the document sharing instruction carries an identifier of a second operation object, and the document sharing instruction is used for indicating the server to send the first document to a second client corresponding to the second operation object;
in this embodiment, after the user creates the document, the user may select to share the document with other users, so that other users can join in the collaborative processing of the document and process the document together with the document, where the document may be a document that the user has edited or a blank document that the user has just created.
Specifically, the document sharing mode of the user may be that the user clicks a "forward" button or a "share button" on a document window, or triggers a document sharing instruction through a shortcut key or the like; after obtaining the document sharing instruction, the first client displays a sharable user or group to the user, where the sharable user or group may be a contact or group in an instant messaging account corresponding to the user, may also be an organization structure where the user is located (for example, an enterprise, a department, a group, and the like where the user is located), and may also be a member of other organization structures (for example, a member of an external enterprise). Then, the user selects a user or a group which needs to be shared from sharable users or groups displayed by the first client; after acquiring the user or the group to be shared selected by the user, the first client sends a first document to the server, and sends a document sharing message to the server, wherein the document sharing message includes an identifier corresponding to the user or the group to be shared (i.e., an identifier of the second operation object), so that the server can send the document to the corresponding user or the group according to the document sharing message.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a diagram illustrating document sharing provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, there is a "forward" button on the upper right side of the document window, and the user can trigger an instruction to share the document by clicking the button; then, after acquiring a sharing instruction of the document, the first client displays a new sharing window on the original document window in an overlapping manner, wherein the sharing window comprises users or groups which can be shared by the users and users to be shared or groups to be shared which are selected by the users; after the user selects the user or group to share, the user may click the "share" button on the lower right side of the sharing window to confirm that the document is shared with the user or group selected. After acquiring a confirmation instruction of a user, the first client sends the document and a document sharing message corresponding to the document to a server, wherein the document sharing message comprises an identifier of a user to be shared or an identifier of a group to be shared, so that the server sends the document to the corresponding user or group according to the document sharing message. It can be understood that, when the document sharing message includes the identifier of the group to be shared, the server may determine the users included in the group according to the identifier of the group to be shared, and then send the document to the users included in the group respectively.
204. And if a document editing instruction is received, displaying a second document through an interface of the first client, wherein the second document is generated after the first document is edited, and the document editing instruction is triggered by a second operation object.
In this embodiment, after the user shares the document with another user or a group, since the document is a collaborative processing document, another user sharing the document may also have the right to edit the document, and therefore, another user may join in the collaborative editing of the document. In the process of collaborative editing of a document, if other users edit the document, an instruction for the user to edit the document is sent to the server, and the server forwards the editing instruction to each user who is currently collaboratively processing the document, so that the document displayed on the client corresponding to each user is edited correspondingly. That is to say, after the first client sends the first document and the corresponding document sharing message to the server, in the process that the first client continues to present the first document, the first client may receive a document editing instruction sent by the server, that is, in the process of the collaborative processing of the document, another user (that is, the second operation object) sends the document editing instruction to the server through the client, so that the first client responds to the document editing instruction, updates the currently presented first document, that is, edits the first document according to the document editing instruction to obtain the second document, and presents the second document to the user on the interface of the first client.
Specifically, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is an exemplary diagram of a document presentation provided by an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the left side (a) of fig. 6 shows that the document content edited by the current user is displayed on the interface of the first client before the first client receives no document editing instruction, wherein the user is a supervisor of the market department, drafts a project personnel arrangement plan and edits personnel responsible for research by the market department; the right side (b) in fig. 6 shows that after the first client shares the document, the first client receives a document editing instruction sent by the server, and then the first client edits the first document shown in the left side (a) in fig. 6 in response to the document editing instruction, and updates the first document to obtain a second document, which shows that, compared with the first document shown in the left side (a) in fig. 6, the second document shown in the left side (b) in fig. 6 has corresponding characters "zhao workers and forest workers" added after the character "technical support personnel", that is, in the process of editing the document by the market department, the technical department also edits the document, that is, edits the personnel responsible for the support of the technical department are edited. In this way, when the market director edits the document, the market director can acquire the edited content of the document by other users in real time, so as to acquire the progress of the document cooperative processing.
It can be understood that, in this embodiment, for each user added to the document co-processing process, if other users trigger a document editing instruction, the server forwards the document editing instruction to the client of each user, so that the document presented on the client of each user is synchronously updated in real time during the document co-processing process.
In this embodiment, the document capable of being processed cooperatively is directly created on the instant messaging application, and after the document is successfully created, the document can be shared with other collaborators through the instant messaging application, so that the collaborators can realize the cooperative processing of the document on the instant messaging application, and thus the whole document cooperative processing step can be performed on the instant messaging application, and the complicated step of switching between office software and a communication tool back and forth is avoided.
Optionally, on the basis of the embodiments corresponding to fig. 3, in an optional embodiment of the method for document cooperative processing provided in the embodiment of the present application, before the step of sending the first document to the server if the document sharing instruction is received, the method further includes:
if receiving an authority setting instruction, generating authority configuration information according to the authority setting instruction, wherein the authority configuration information comprises an identifier of an operation object and a document authority corresponding to the identifier of the operation object, and the document authority comprises one or more of document access authority or document editing authority;
if the document sharing instruction is obtained, sending a first document to the server, wherein the sending includes:
and if the document sharing instruction is acquired, sending the first document and the permission configuration information corresponding to the first document to the server.
It can be understood that in some business office scenarios, a document created by a creator may be a document with strong privacy, and the creator does not want some users outside the business or outside the department to view the document, and in this case, it is often necessary for the creator to set the authority of the document in advance, so that only a specific user can access or edit the document after the document is shared.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, in order to ensure the security of the document, before the user shares the document with other users, the user may set the authority of the document in advance, for example, which part of users has the authority to access the document, which part of users has the authority to edit the document, which part of users can set the authority of the document, and the like. Specifically, after the user sets the authority of the document, the first client may receive an authority setting instruction triggered by the user, generate corresponding authority configuration information, and send the authority configuration information to the server in the process of sharing the document by the user, so that the server determines whether the user has the authority to access or edit the document according to the authority configuration information when other users request to access or edit the document, so as to ensure the security in the document circulation process.
The authority configuration information includes an identifier of an operation object and a document authority corresponding to the identifier of the operation object, where the operation object may include one or more of an organization architecture (e.g., an enterprise or a department), a user, and a group, that is, after the user sets the authority of the document, the first client may establish an association relationship between the operation object and the document authority according to an authority setting instruction triggered by the user, and for each operation object selected by the user, there is a document authority corresponding to the operation object, and the document authority includes one or more of a document access authority or a document editing authority. In this way, when the server determines that the right of the other user for the document is requested, the server may query whether the user belongs to the operation object in the right configuration information, and obtain the document right corresponding to the user according to the association relationship between the operation object and the document right.
It is noted that after the document is shared, that is, during the document co-processing, the user belonging to the creator or the user having the document setting authority may set the authority of the document again, so as to generate new authority configuration information. After receiving the new permission configuration information, the server notifies the user currently co-processing the document according to the new permission configuration information, for example, after receiving the new permission configuration information, the server notifies the user a only having access permission, and changes the permission of the user a to be an editing permission, so that the user a can edit the document; for another example, the server, after receiving the new rights configuration information, notifies user B having editing rights, and changes the rights of user B to have no access rights, so that user B can no longer access the document.
Optionally, on the basis of the foregoing embodiments corresponding to fig. 3, in an optional embodiment of the method for document cooperative processing provided in the embodiment of the present application, if the permission setting instruction is received, before generating permission configuration information according to the permission setting instruction, the method further includes:
and if the permission setting request instruction is received, displaying the operation object to be set with the permission and the document permission to be set through an interface of the first client, wherein the operation object to be set with the permission comprises one or more of operation objects which belong to the same object set with the first operation object or interaction objects of the first operation object.
In this embodiment, when a user requests to set a document right, the first client responds to a right setting request instruction of the user, and displays an operation object to be set with the right and a document right to be set on an interface of the first client, and the user can select a corresponding operation object and a document right corresponding to the operation object according to the operation object and the document right displayed on the interface, and further trigger the right setting instruction, thereby realizing setting of the right. The operation object to be set with the right may be an operation object belonging to the same object set as the first operation object, that is, the operation object for the user to select may be an object belonging to the same organizational structure as the user, for example, an object in the same enterprise, an object in the same department, or an object in the same group; the operation object to be set with the authority can also be an interactive object of the first operation object, namely, the operation object selected by the user can be a contact, a group member and the like in the instant messaging account of the user; the operation object to be set with the right may also be an operation object outside the object set to which the first operation object belongs, that is, the operation object for the user to pick may be an object outside the organizational structure to which the user belongs, and may be a member of an external enterprise (i.e., a member outside the enterprise to which the user belongs), for example.
Specifically, referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a diagram illustrating document rights setting provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 7, after the user clicks the authority setting button (circle button) at the upper left corner of the document window, the user triggers an authority setting request instruction, and the first client displays a corresponding authority setting screen on the interface in response to the instruction; on the authority setting screen, the user can select the object which the user wants to set the authority, namely all enterprise personnel, appointed contact persons or groups, only the user or external enterprises and the like, and the user can also correspondingly select the authority which the user selects, namely editing authority or access authority and the like; after the user finishes setting, the user can trigger the permission setting instruction by clicking a 'confirm' button at the lower right corner of the permission setting picture, and the first client responds to the permission setting instruction to generate corresponding permission configuration information. For example, the authority configuration information may be: all enterprise personnel — editable permissions; i.e., all business personnel have the right to edit the document.
It can be understood that, in the document cooperative processing process, due to the requirement of the document cooperative processing, a new collaborator may need to be added, or an existing collaborator may need to be deleted (i.e. the editing right or access right of the collaborator is recovered), at this time, the user may trigger the right setting request instruction at any time, and then set the right on the right setting screen displayed by the first client, for example, the access right or editing right is given to the original object without right, so as to add the new collaborator; or deleting the existing access right or editing right of part of the collaborators, thereby realizing the deletion of the existing collaborators. It should be noted that after the user modifies the permission by triggering the permission setting request instruction, the permission corresponding to the collaborator is updated in real time, for example, after the user recovers the editing permission of a collaborator, the client corresponding to the collaborator immediately reminds the collaborator that the collaborator does not have the editing permission in real time, and the collaborator cannot edit any more; for another example, after the user newly gives the editing authority to some objects, the objects can implement editing of the document in real time so as to add to the collaborative processing of the document.
In addition, in addition to the user who created the document may add corresponding collaborators, new collaborators may also be added by the collaborators who have joined the document in the collaboration process, for example, the collaborators who have joined the document in the collaboration process send the document to other users to invite new users to enter the collaboration process of the document, thereby achieving the addition of collaborators. The authority corresponding to the collaborator invited to the cooperation process of the document follows the authority of the inviter, namely when the authority of the inviter is editing authority, the authority of the invitee is editing authority, and when the authority of the inviter is access authority, the authority of the invitee is access authority.
It should be noted that, in general, the deletion operation of an existing collaborator can only be performed by the user who created the document, that is, only the user who created the document can delete the existing collaborator, and other collaborators cannot delete the corresponding collaborator, so as to ensure that the rights are easy to manage.
Optionally, on the basis of the foregoing embodiments corresponding to fig. 3, in an optional embodiment of the method for document cooperative processing provided in the embodiment of the present application, the method further includes:
and if the cooperative processing feedback information sent by the server is received, displaying a third operation object and an editing record of the third operation object through an interface of the first client, wherein the cooperative processing feedback information comprises an identifier of the third operation object and the editing record of the third operation object, and the third operation object is an operation object for cooperatively processing the first document.
In this embodiment, after a user shares a document, if another user joins in the document cooperative processing, the server may obtain an identifier of the user joining in the document cooperative processing (for example, when the user requests the server to access the document, the server obtains the identifier of the user), and then the server may send cooperative processing feedback information to all users currently performing the cooperative processing on the document, where the cooperative processing feedback information includes the identifier of the user joining in the document cooperative processing, so that the user joining in the document cooperative processing may be shown on an interface of each user, and thus, the user in the process of cooperatively processing the document may see another user currently performing the cooperative processing on the document, so that each user may know a person currently performing the cooperative processing on the document.
In addition, after the user added to the document cooperation process edits the document, the cooperation process feedback information may further include an editing record corresponding to the user, that is, a record of the document edited by each user may be seen on the user interface.
Specifically, referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a diagram illustrating document rights setting provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 8, a document being processed collaboratively is shown on the interface of the first client corresponding to the creator user (zhang), and a column of the document shows "current online person: zhang III, Zhao Gong and Wang Ting, namely, the document shows the people who are currently processing the document cooperatively. Therefore, Zhang III can know other people who are currently processing the document in a coordinated way in real time so as to be convenient for the people to master the progress of the document in the coordinated way in real time; in addition, by displaying the personnel who are collaboratively processing the document on the client interface, the creator user can know which users are not added into the collaborative processing of the document, so that the creator user can be reminded of adding part of users into the collaborative processing of the document in a targeted manner.
The document cooperative processing method provided by the embodiment of the present application is mainly introduced from the perspective of the instant messaging client of the creator user, and the document cooperative processing method provided by the embodiment of the present application is introduced from the perspective of the instant messaging client corresponding to the user who joins in the document cooperative processing.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a diagram illustrating a method for collaborative processing of a document according to an embodiment of the present application.
An embodiment of a method for collaborative processing of a document provided in an embodiment of the present application includes:
901. receiving a first document sent by a server, wherein the first document is sent to the server by a first client;
in this embodiment, after the creator user shares a document with another user (hereinafter, referred to as a shared user), a client (a second client) of the shared user may receive a first document sent by a server, where the first document is sent to the server by the creator user through the client (i.e., the first client).
902. Displaying the first document on an interface of a second client, wherein the second client is an instant messaging client;
in this embodiment, after receiving the first document, the shared user may be displayed on an interface of the client of the shared user, where the client of the shared user may also be an instant messaging client the same as the instant messaging client used by the creator user, or may also be an instant messaging client different from the instant messaging client used by the creator user. For example, both the client of the shared user and the client used by the creator user are WeChat; or the client used by the client of the shared user is WeChat, and the client used by the creator user is enterprise WeChat.
903. And if the document editing instruction is acquired, sending the document editing instruction to a server so that the server sends the document editing instruction to the first client, wherein the document editing instruction is used for indicating the first client to display a second document, and the second document is generated after the first document is edited.
In this embodiment, after the shared user edits the document displayed on the second client, the second client may receive a document editing instruction triggered by the user, and the second client may send the instruction to the server, so that the server forwards the document editing instruction to the first client of the creator user or another client currently collaboratively processing the document, so that the first client updates the displayed first document in response to the document editing instruction, that is, edits the first document according to the document editing instruction to obtain a second document, and displays the second document to the creator user on an interface of the first client.
It is worth noting that in the embodiment of the application, the creator user may send the document to the shared user by directly forwarding the document or forwarding the document card, or may send the link of the document to the shared user by means of an email, a short message, or other instant messaging tools after exporting the link of the document, so that the shared user obtains the document by opening the link of the document.
Optionally, on the basis of the foregoing embodiments corresponding to fig. 9, in an optional embodiment of the method for document cooperative processing provided in this embodiment of the application, before receiving the document sent by the server, the method further includes:
receiving a document sharing message sent by a server;
displaying a document sharing message on a session interface of a second client, wherein the document sharing message comprises a document link;
acquiring a document access instruction;
and sending a document access message to the server according to the document access instruction, wherein the document access message comprises a document link.
It will be appreciated that, because in practical applications, the data size of the document created by the creator user may be large (e.g., several mbytes or ten mbytes), some users in poor network environments may not be willing to immediately receive or open the document. Therefore, in this embodiment, after the creator user shares the document with the shared user, the second client of the shared user may receive a document sharing message carrying a document link sent by the server, and display the document sharing message on the session interface thereof, where the document sharing message is used to inform that the shared user currently has a document to be cooperatively processed; after the shared user clicks the document link in the document sharing message, triggering a document access instruction, and after the second client acquires the document access instruction, sending the document access message to the server according to the document access instruction, wherein the document access message comprises the document link, so that the server sends the corresponding document to the user according to the document access message.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 10, fig. 10 is an exemplary diagram of document presentation provided by an embodiment of the present application. The upper diagram (a) in fig. 10 shows that the second client corresponding to the shared user receives the document sharing message sent by the server, and displays the document sharing message on the corresponding session interface; the lower diagram (b) in fig. 10 shows that after the shared user triggers the document access instruction by clicking the document link in the document sharing message, the second client sends the document access message to the server in response to the document access instruction, receives the document sent by the server, and presents the document sent by the server on the interface.
Optionally, on the basis of the embodiments corresponding to fig. 9, in an optional embodiment of the method for document cooperative processing provided in the embodiment of the present application, the document access message further includes an identifier of the second operation object;
receiving a first document sent by a server, wherein the first document comprises:
and if the identifier of the second operation object has the document access right, receiving the first document sent by the server, wherein the document right of the identifier of the second operation object is determined according to the right configuration information, and the right configuration information is sent to the server by the first client.
In this embodiment, after the creator user sets the authority for the document, before the server sends the document to the shared user, the server may perform identity authentication on the shared user first, and only after the shared user has the access authority for the document, the server sends the document to the shared user. It can be understood that, when the creator user sets the access right that only a specific person inside the enterprise has a document, if the creator user shares the document in a group inside the enterprise, all persons inside the enterprise can request to access the document, at this time, the server can authenticate the identity of the user requesting to access the document, and only when the identity of the user requesting to access passes, the server sends the document to the user.
Specifically, after a creator user sets a document authority, a first client corresponding to the creator user sends authority configuration information to a server, when a shared user requests to access a document, a corresponding identifier of the shared user is sent to the server, the server determines whether the identifier of the shared user has the access authority according to the authority configuration information, if so, the document is sent to the user, and otherwise, the document is refused to be sent to the user.
Specifically, referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a schematic diagram illustrating a client communicating with a server according to an embodiment of the present application; the server performs identity authentication on the user as follows:
1. first, after the user logs in the instant messaging client 1101 and receives a document sharing message sent by the server, the user exchanges an identity ticket (e.g., docsid and dcoskey) for the document from the background server, where docsid is used to mark the identity of the current user, and dcoskey and docsid are used to perform authentication, so as to mark an effective access term and authority information of the user for the document. When a user clicks a document link to request to access a document, the docsid corresponding to the user is carried in a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) of the document, and the docsk corresponding to the user is planted in a cookie (cache) of a domain where a current domain name is located.
2. After the server receives the access request of the document, the authentication module 1102 of the server obtains the dosid, docskey and docid (i.e. document ID) from the URL and the cookie respectively, and verifies whether the login state of the current user is valid, whether the right to view the document exists, and the like according to the right configuration information, thereby implementing the authentication of the user identity.
3. If the identity of the user is successfully verified, the server will pull the data related to the document (specifically including the information of the current collaborator, the document content, the right configuration information, etc.) from the storage server (i.e., the storage module 1103) in the underlying background, and return the data to the client of the user.
4. After the client of the user opens the document, the client initiates a long link service, and establishes a long link with the long link service module 1104 of the server, so as to update the document content in real time and notify the authority information in real time in the collaboration process.
5. In the process of editing the document, the editing behavior in the editor triggers message notification of the long-link service every time, data of the document is updated to the background server in real time to be stored, and meanwhile, the background server also notifies other people of editing or permission change of the document in the cooperation process in real time.
6. For a background storage server, the content of the document exists in the form of an instruction set, if conflicts of different users for the edited content of the same position of the document occur, a merging algorithm of the instruction set is triggered, and the merged document is returned to the user; if the conflict which cannot be merged occurs, the user is prompted that the document content has the conflict, and the user needs to manually abandon a part of the content or merge the content with the conflict.
7. After the user opens the document, the document can be forwarded to other users for viewing at any time, or other users are invited to join in the cooperative processing of the document. In the document, a list of collaborators that are currently online can be seen, as can the information for each editor.
Optionally, on the basis of the foregoing embodiments corresponding to fig. 9, in an optional embodiment of the document cooperative processing method provided in this embodiment of the present application, displaying the first document on an interface of the second client includes:
and if the identifier of the second operation object has the document editing authority, displaying the editable first document on an interface of the second client.
Specifically, after a creator user sets a document right, a first client corresponding to the creator user sends right configuration information to a server, when a shared user requests to access a document, a corresponding identifier of the shared user is sent to the server, the server determines whether the identifier of the shared user has an editing right according to the right configuration information, and if the identifier of the shared user has the editing right, an editable document is sent to the user, so that the client of the user can display the editable first document. It is understood that if the user has the editing right, the user must have the access right, and the user has the access right, the user must not have the editing right. When a user has only access rights and no editing rights, the document presented on the user's client is not editable.
