In some embodiments, if the collaborative editing relationship is a synchronous editing relationship, the editing operation of each second user on the target document is synchronized to other second users in real time; wherein the method further comprises a step S14 (not shown), in step S14, the first user device receives an edited target document shared by one of the second users to the first user, and makes the editing right of the target document transferred from the second users to the first user. In some embodiments, if the collaborative editing relationships corresponding to the second users are synchronous editing relationships, after the first user shares the target document with the second users, the second users synchronously edit the target document together, and the editing operation of each second user on the target document is synchronized in real time to other second users. In some embodiments, after the plurality of second users complete the synchronous editing of the target document, one of the plurality of second users may share the edited target document to the first user again, so that the editing right of the target document is transferred from the plurality of second users to the first user, the plurality of second users lose the editing right of the target document, and the first user obtains the editing right of the target document again. In some embodiments, any of the plurality of second users may re-share the edited target document to the first user. In some embodiments, a specific user of the plurality of second users may re-share the edited target document to the first user, where the specific user may be a user with the highest editing permission level among the plurality of second users.
In some embodiments, the editing configuration information further includes a feedback second user of the plurality of second users, the feedback second user has an authority to share the edited target document with the first user, and other second users of the plurality of second users except the feedback second user do not have an authority to share the edited target document with the first user; wherein the step S14 includes: and the first user equipment receives the edited target document which is fed back to be shared by the second users to the first user, and the editing authority of the target document is transferred to the first user by the plurality of second users. In some embodiments, the first user may designate one or more feedback second users among the multiple second users, only the feedback second users may share the target document after the synchronous editing to the first user again, and none of the multiple second users except the feedback second user may share the target document after the synchronous editing to the first user again, that is, only the feedback second user may initiate feedback of the target document after the synchronous editing by the multiple second users to the first user, and the other second users may not initiate feedback of the target document after the synchronous editing by the multiple second users to the first user.
In some embodiments, if the collaborative editing relationship is a summary editing relationship, the editing configuration information further includes a summary second user of the plurality of second users, and after editing is completed, other second users of the plurality of second users except the summary second user share the edited target document to the summary second user, so that the summary second user can merge the target document and the other second users lose the editing right of the target document; wherein the method further comprises: and the first user equipment receives the merged target document shared by the summarized second user to the first user, and the editing authority of the target document is transferred to the first user from the summarized second user. In some embodiments, if the collaborative editing relationships corresponding to the plurality of second users are summary editing relationships, the first user needs to designate a summary second user among the plurality of second users, after the first user shares the target document with the plurality of second users, the plurality of second users can edit the target document independently of each other, editing operations of each second user on the target document do not affect each other, and each second user needs to share the edited target document with the summary second user. In some embodiments, the first user may further set a feedback time limit corresponding to each second user, and each second user needs to share the edited target document to the summarizing second user within the feedback time limit. In some embodiments, after each second user shares the edited target document with the summarizing second user, the second user loses the editing right of the target document. In some embodiments, the summarizing second user receives a plurality of edited target documents shared by a plurality of second users to the summarizing second user, and then the summarizing second user needs to perform a merging operation on the plurality of edited target documents to obtain a final merged target document, and the final merged target document is shared again to the first user, so that the editing right of the target document is transferred from the summarizing second user to the first user, the summarizing second user loses the editing right of the target document, and the first user obtains the editing right of the target document again. In some embodiments, the summarizing second user may directly send the final merged target document to the plurality of second users. In some embodiments, the summarizing second user may upload the final merged target document to the server, and then the server actively sends the final merged target document to the plurality of second users, or the server sends the final merged target document to one of the plurality of second users in response to an acquisition request of the second user.
In some embodiments, if the collaborative editing relationship is a delivery editing relationship, the editing configuration information further includes editing sequence information corresponding to the plurality of second users; wherein, the sharing the target document to a second user in response to the sharing operation of the first user on the target document, and causing the editing right of the target document to be transferred from the first user to the second user, includes: in response to the sharing operation of the first user on the target document, sharing the target document to a second user ranked at the top according to the editing sequence information in the plurality of second users, so that the editing authority of the target document is transferred to the second user ranked at the top by the first user, the target document is shared by the second user ranked at the top after the editing is completed to a second user ranked at the next bottom by the second user ranked at the top according to the editing sequence information, and so on, transferring the editing authority of the target document to the second user ranked at the next bottom by the second user ranked at the top; wherein the method further comprises: and the first user equipment receives the edited target document shared by the second user in the last order of the plurality of second users according to the editing sequence information, so that the editing authority of the target document is transferred to the first user from the second user in the last order. In some embodiments, if the collaborative editing relationship corresponding to the plurality of second users is a transfer editing relationship, the first user needs to specify editing sequence information corresponding to the plurality of second users in the editing configuration information, then the first user may only share the target document with the second user, which is ranked first according to the editing sequence information, among the plurality of second users, but may not share the target document with other users among the plurality of second users, and the editing authority of the target document is transferred from the first user to the second user ranked first, after the second user ranked first further edits the target document, the edited target shared document may only be given to the second user, which is ranked next to the second user ranked first according to the editing sequence information, among the plurality of second users, but may not share the edited target document with other users among the plurality of second users, and transferring the editing authority of the target document from the second user ranked at the first position to the second user ranked at the next position, and so on, wherein each second user in the plurality of second users edits the target document in sequence according to the editing sequence information until the second user ranked at the last position in the plurality of second users according to the editing sequence information can only re-share the edited target document to the first user after further editing the target document, and the editing authority of the target document is transferred from the second user ranked at the last position to the first user.
Fig. 2 is a diagram illustrating a first user equipment for sharing a document according to an embodiment of the present application, where the first user equipment includes a one-module 11 and a two-module 12. A one-to-one module 11, configured to respond to an editing configuration operation performed by a first user for a target document, to acquire editing configuration information corresponding to the target document, where the first user is a sharing initiator of the target document and the first user has an editing right of the target document, and the editing configuration information includes a collaborative editing mode corresponding to the target document; and a secondary module 12, configured to, if the collaborative editing mode is a pass editing mode, respond to a sharing operation of the first user for the target document, share the target document to a second user, and enable an editing right of the target document to be transferred from the first user to the second user.
The one-to-one module 11 is configured to, in response to an edit configuration operation performed by a first user for a target document, acquire edit configuration information corresponding to the target document, where the first user is a sharing initiator of the target document and the first user has an edit right of the target document, and the edit configuration information includes a collaborative edit mode corresponding to the target document. In some embodiments, the first user may be the creator of the target document. In some embodiments, the first user may perform an editing configuration operation on the target document when creating the target document, and set editing configuration information corresponding to the target document. In some embodiments, the first user may further perform an editing configuration operation on the target document before sharing the target document, and set editing configuration information corresponding to the target document. In some embodiments, the editing configuration information includes a collaborative editing mode corresponding to the target document, where the collaborative editing mode includes, but is not limited to, a free editing mode and a transfer editing mode, the free editing mode refers to that after the first user shares the target document with other users, the first user and other users may all have editing rights of the target document, and may edit the target document together, or may also edit the target document separately, the transfer editing mode refers to that after the first user shares the target document with other users, the first user loses editing rights of the target document, and other users obtain editing rights of the target document, that is, the editing rights of the target document are transferred along with sharing of the target document. In some embodiments, the editing configuration information corresponding to the target document may be stored in the server, or the editing configuration information corresponding to the target document may also be stored in the user equipment, or the editing configuration information corresponding to the target document may also be directly stored inside the target document.
And a secondary module 12, configured to, if the collaborative editing mode is a pass editing mode, respond to a sharing operation of the first user for the target document, share the target document to a second user, and enable an editing right of the target document to be transferred from the first user to the second user. In some embodiments, if the collaborative editing mode of the target document is the pass editing mode, in response to the first user sharing the target document to the second user, the editing right of the target document is transferred from the first user to the second user, the first user loses the editing right of the target document, and the second user obtains the editing right of the target document. In some embodiments, the first user may be one or more. In some embodiments, the first user may share the target document with the second user in an IM message, an email, or the like, or may share target document identification information such as a link address and a document number of the target document with the second user, and the second user may request to obtain the target document from the server according to the target document identification information. In some embodiments, the first user may perform the sharing operation after the target document is created, or may perform the sharing operation after the editing operation on the target document is completed. In some embodiments, after the second user finishes editing the target document, the second user may share the edited target document with other users again, the editing right of the target document is transferred from the second user to other users, the edited target document may also be re-shared with the first user, and the editing right of the target document is transferred from the second user to the first user again. In some embodiments, the first user device may share the target document directly to the second user device, or may share the target document to the second user device via the server. In some embodiments, the editing right of the target document may be recorded in the target document, and as the first user device shares the target document with the second user device, the editing right recorded in the target document on the first user device is updated to the fact that the first user loses the editing right of the target document, and the editing right recorded in the target document on the second user device is updated to the fact that the second user obtains the editing right of the target document. In some embodiments, the editing right of the target document may be further recorded in the server, and as the first user device shares the target document with the second user device via the server, the editing right recorded in the server is updated to that the first user loses the editing right of the target document and the second user obtains the editing right of the target document, and then the server may actively send the updated editing right to the first user device and the second user device, or the server may also send the updated editing right to the first user device or the second user device in response to an editing request or an editing right query request of the first user or the second user for the target document. In some embodiments, the editing right of the target document may also be recorded in the editing configuration information corresponding to the target document, and as the first user shares the target document with the second user, the editing right recorded in the editing configuration information corresponding to the target document is updated to the fact that the first user loses the editing right of the target document, and the second user obtains the editing right of the target document. In some embodiments, each user may edit the target document in a revision mode when editing the target document, and edit information of each user is recorded in the target document, where the edit information includes, but is not limited to, edit content, name of an editor, edit time, and the like.
The method and the device support a transfer editing mode aiming at the target document, respond to the sharing operation of a first user aiming at the target document under the transfer editing mode, share the target document to a second user, and enable the editing authority of the target document to be transferred to the second user by the first user, so that transfer editing aiming at the target document can be achieved, the document sharing mode is more various and flexible, the user can select to adopt the transfer editing mode under the actual application scene that the target document needs to be transferred and modified, the document editing efficiency can be improved, and the document editing experience of the user is enhanced.
In some embodiments, the apparatus is further configured to: receiving an edited target document shared by other users to the first user, and enabling the editing authority of the target document to be transferred to the first user from the other users. Here, the related operations are the same as or similar to those of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and therefore are not described again, and are included herein by reference.
In some embodiments, the editing configuration information further includes user identification information of one or more users that can own the editing rights of the target document; wherein the device further comprises a three-module 13 (not shown). A third module 13, configured to obtain a second user selected by the first user from the one or more users according to the editing configuration information. In some embodiments, the editing configuration information further includes editing permission levels corresponding to the one or more users, and the first user shares the target document to a second user for the second user to edit the target document; wherein the one-three module 13 is configured to: and obtaining a second user selected by the first user from the one or more users according to the editing configuration information, wherein the editing permission level of the second user is less than or equal to that of the first user. In some embodiments, the apparatus is further configured to: obtaining a third user selected by the first user from the one or more users according to the editing configuration information, wherein the editing permission level of the third user is greater than or equal to that of the first user; in response to the sharing operation of the first user for the target document, sharing the target document to the third user for the third user to review the target document, and enabling the editing right of the target document to be transferred from the first user to the third user. In some embodiments, the editing configuration information further includes user identification information of a reviewing user corresponding to at least one of the one or more users, and if there is a target reviewing user corresponding to the second user, the target document is shared to the target reviewing user by the second user after the second user performs the editing operation. In some embodiments, if the number of the second users is one and the second user selects to continue sharing after the editing is completed, the target document is shared by the second user to a third user, and the editing right of the target document is transferred from the second user to the third user. In some embodiments, the apparatus is further configured to: and uploading the editing configuration information to a server so that the second user can obtain the editing configuration information from the server, and determining the third user according to the editing configuration information. In some embodiments, the sharing the target document to a second user in response to the sharing operation of the first user for the target document includes: responding to the sharing operation of the first user for the target document, sharing the target document and the editing configuration information to a second user, so that the second user can determine the third user according to the editing configuration information. FIG. 3 illustrates an exemplary system that can be used to implement the various embodiments described in this application.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 3, the system 300 can be implemented as any of the devices in the various embodiments described. In some embodiments, system 300 may include one or more computer-readable media (e.g., system memory or NVM/storage 320) having instructions and one or more processors (e.g., processor(s) 305) coupled with the one or more computer-readable media and configured to execute the instructions to implement modules to perform the actions described herein.
For one embodiment, system control module 310 may include any suitable interface controllers to provide any suitable interface to at least one of processor(s) 305 and/or any suitable device or component in communication with system control module 310.
The system control module 310 may include a memory controller module 330 to provide an interface to the system memory 315. Memory controller module 330 may be a hardware module, a software module, and/or a firmware module.
System memory 315 may be used, for example, to load and store data and/or instructions for system 300. For one embodiment, system memory 315 may include any suitable volatile memory, such as suitable DRAM. In some embodiments, the system memory 315 may include a double data rate type four synchronous dynamic random access memory (DDR4 SDRAM).
For one embodiment, system control module 310 may include one or more input/output (I/O) controllers to provide an interface to NVM/storage 320 and communication interface(s) 325.
For example, NVM/storage 320 may be used to store data and/or instructions. NVM/storage 320 may include any suitable non-volatile memory (e.g., flash memory) and/or may include any suitable non-volatile storage device(s) (e.g., one or more Hard Disk Drives (HDDs), one or more Compact Disc (CD) drives, and/or one or more Digital Versatile Disc (DVD) drives).
NVM/storage 320 may include storage resources that are physically part of the device on which system 300 is installed or may be accessed by the device and not necessarily part of the device. For example, NVM/storage 320 may be accessible over a network via communication interface(s) 325.
Communication interface(s) 325 may provide an interface for system 300 to communicate over one or more networks and/or with any other suitable device. System 300 may wirelessly communicate with one or more components of a wireless network according to any of one or more wireless network standards and/or protocols.
For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 305 may be packaged together with logic for one or more controller(s) (e.g., memory controller module 330) of the system control module 310. For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 305 may be packaged together with logic for one or more controller(s) of the system control module 310 to form a System In Package (SiP). For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 305 may be integrated on the same die with logic for one or more controller(s) of the system control module 310. For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 305 may be integrated on the same die with logic for one or more controller(s) of the system control module 310 to form a system on a chip (SoC).
In various embodiments, system 300 may be, but is not limited to being: a server, a workstation, a desktop computing device, or a mobile computing device (e.g., a laptop computing device, a holding computing device, a tablet, a netbook, etc.). In various embodiments, system 300 may have more or fewer components and/or different architectures. For example, in some embodiments, system 300 includes one or more cameras, a keyboard, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) screen (including a touch screen display), a non-volatile memory port, multiple antennas, a graphics chip, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), and speakers.

wherein the obtaining of the second user selected by the first user from the one or more users according to the edit configuration information comprises:
and obtaining a second user selected by the first user from the one or more users according to the editing configuration information, wherein the editing permission level of the second user is less than or equal to that of the first user.
5. The method of clause 4, wherein the method further comprises:
obtaining a third user selected by the first user from the one or more users according to the editing configuration information, wherein the editing permission level of the third user is greater than or equal to that of the first user;
in response to the sharing operation of the first user for the target document, sharing the target document to the third user for the third user to review the target document, and enabling the editing right of the target document to be transferred from the first user to the third user.
6. The method according to clause 3, wherein the editing configuration information further includes user identification information of a reviewing user corresponding to at least one of the one or more users, and if a target reviewing user corresponding to the second user exists, the target document is shared to the target reviewing user by the second user after the second user performs the editing operation.
7. The method according to clause 1, wherein if the number of the second users is one and the second users choose to continue sharing after editing is completed, the target document is shared to a third user by the second users, and the editing right of the target document is transferred from the second users to the third user.
8. The method of clause 7, wherein the method further comprises:
and uploading the editing configuration information to a server so that the second user can obtain the editing configuration information from the server, and determining the third user according to the editing configuration information.
9. The method according to clause 7, wherein the sharing the target document to a second user in response to the sharing operation of the first user for the target document comprises:
responding to the sharing operation of the first user for the target document, sharing the target document and the editing configuration information to a second user, so that the second user can determine the third user according to the editing configuration information.
10. The method according to clause 1, wherein the number of the second users is multiple, and the target document is shared with the first user by the multiple second users after editing is completed.
11. The method according to clause 10, wherein the editing configuration information further includes a collaborative editing relationship corresponding to the second users, so that the second users collaboratively edit the target document according to the collaborative editing relationship.
12. The method according to clause 11, wherein if the collaborative editing relationship is a free editing relationship, the editing configuration information further includes feedback time limits corresponding to the plurality of second users;
wherein the method further comprises:
receiving a plurality of edited target documents shared by the plurality of second users to the first user within the feedback time limit, and enabling the editing authority of the target documents to be transferred to the first user by the plurality of second users.
13. The method of clause 12, wherein the method further comprises:
and when the feedback period is reached, receiving a target document which is automatically shared to the first user by second user equipment corresponding to at least one second user which is not currently shared to the first user and is currently edited by the second user.
14. The method of clause 13, wherein the method further comprises:
and acquiring a merged target document according to the merging operation of the first user aiming at the plurality of edited target documents.
15. The method according to clause 11, wherein, if the collaborative editing relationship is a synchronous editing relationship, the editing operation of each second user on the target document is synchronized to other second users in real time;
wherein the method further comprises:
receiving an edited target document shared by one of the second users to the first user, and enabling the editing authority of the target document to be transferred to the first user by the second users.

The method according to clause 15, wherein the editing configuration information further includes a feedback second user among the plurality of second users, the feedback second user has a right to share the edited target document with the first user, and the other second users except the feedback second user among the plurality of second users do not have a right to share the edited target document with the first user;
wherein the receiving an edited target document shared by one of the second users to the first user and the transferring the editing right of the target document from the second users to the first user includes:
and receiving the edited target document which is fed back to be shared by the second users to the first user, and enabling the editing authority of the target document to be transferred to the first user from the second users.
17. The method according to clause 11, wherein if the collaborative editing relationship is a summary editing relationship, the editing configuration information further includes a summary second user among the plurality of second users, and after editing is completed, other second users among the plurality of second users except the summary second user share the edited target document to the summary second user, so that the summary second user can merge the target document, and the other second users lose the editing right of the target document;
wherein the method further comprises:
and receiving the merged target document shared by the second summarizing user to the first user, and transferring the editing authority of the target document from the second summarizing user to the first user.
18. The method according to clause 11, wherein if the collaborative editing relationship is a delivery editing relationship, the editing configuration information further includes editing sequence information corresponding to the plurality of second users;
wherein, the sharing the target document to a second user in response to the sharing operation of the first user on the target document, and causing the editing right of the target document to be transferred from the first user to the second user, includes:
in response to the sharing operation of the first user on the target document, sharing the target document to a second user ranked at the top according to the editing sequence information in the plurality of second users, so that the editing authority of the target document is transferred to the second user ranked at the top by the first user, the target document is shared by the second user ranked at the top after the editing is completed to a second user ranked at the next bottom by the second user ranked at the top according to the editing sequence information, and so on, transferring the editing authority of the target document to the second user ranked at the next bottom by the second user ranked at the top;
wherein the method further comprises:
receiving an edited target document shared by a second user in the plurality of second users, which is ranked at the last according to the editing sequence information, to the first user, so that the editing authority of the target document is transferred from the second user ranked at the last to the first user.
19. An apparatus for sharing a document, the apparatus comprising:
a processor; and
a memory arranged to store computer executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to perform the method of any of clauses 1 to 18.
20. A computer-readable medium storing instructions that, when executed by a computer, cause the computer to perform the operations of the method of any of clauses 1 to 18.
21. A computer program product comprising a computer program, characterized in that the computer program realizes the steps of the method according to any of clauses 1 to 18 when executed by a processor.

Claims (10)

1. A method for sharing a document is applied to a first user equipment, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps of responding to an editing configuration operation executed by a first user for a target document, and obtaining editing configuration information corresponding to the target document, wherein the first user is a sharing initiator of the target document and has editing authority of the target document, and the editing configuration information comprises a collaborative editing mode corresponding to the target document;
and if the collaborative editing mode is a transfer editing mode, responding to the sharing operation of the first user for the target document, sharing the target document to a second user, and enabling the editing authority of the target document to be transferred from the first user to the second user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving an edited target document shared by other users to the first user, and enabling the editing authority of the target document to be transferred to the first user from the other users.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the editing configuration information further comprises user identification information of one or more users who can own editing rights of the target document;
if the collaborative editing mode is a pass-through editing mode, the method responds to the sharing operation of the first user on the target document, shares the target document to a second user, and enables the editing authority of the target document to be transferred from the first user to the second user, and before the execution, the method further comprises:
and obtaining a second user selected by the first user from the one or more users according to the editing configuration information.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the editing configuration information further includes editing permission levels corresponding to the one or more users, and the first user shares the target document to a second user for the second user to edit the target document;
wherein the obtaining of the second user selected by the first user from the one or more users according to the edit configuration information comprises:
and obtaining a second user selected by the first user from the one or more users according to the editing configuration information, wherein the editing permission level of the second user is less than or equal to that of the first user.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the method further comprises:
obtaining a third user selected by the first user from the one or more users according to the editing configuration information, wherein the editing permission level of the third user is greater than or equal to that of the first user;
in response to the sharing operation of the first user for the target document, sharing the target document to the third user for the third user to review the target document, and enabling the editing right of the target document to be transferred from the first user to the third user.
6. The method according to claim 3, wherein the editing configuration information further includes user identification information of a reviewer corresponding to at least one of the one or more users, and if a target reviewer corresponding to the second user exists, the target document is shared to the target reviewer by the second user after the second user performs the editing operation.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein if the number of the second users is one and the second users choose to continue sharing after editing is completed, the target document is shared by the second users to a third user, and the editing authority of the target document is transferred from the second users to the third user.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the method further comprises:
and uploading the editing configuration information to a server so that the second user can obtain the editing configuration information from the server, and determining the third user according to the editing configuration information.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein the sharing the target document to a second user in response to the sharing operation of the first user for the target document comprises:
responding to the sharing operation of the first user for the target document, sharing the target document and the editing configuration information to a second user, so that the second user can determine the third user according to the editing configuration information.
10. The method according to claim 1, wherein the second users are multiple, and the target document is shared by the multiple second users to the first user after editing is completed.
