In some cases, the document sharing request is not only used to distribute the target document to each second user, but also used to synchronize corresponding initial page presentation information, for example, in some embodiments, the document sharing request further includes corresponding initial page presentation information, and the initial page presentation information is used to indicate initial page information presented by the target document in the second user device. For example, the initial page presentation information includes initial page position information about a current target document presented by the first user equipment through the display device, position information of related elements in the initial page, and the like, a page position (for example, from page 1, presentation range 15 to page 2, presentation range 14) of document presentation in an initial screen corresponding to the document sharing request, position information of a cursor in the screen in the current page, position information of a pointer in the current page, and an object position of a selected object in the page in the current page, and the like. The document sharing request sent by the first user equipment to the network equipment further comprises corresponding initial page presenting information, the network equipment receives the initial page presenting information and distributes the initial page presenting information to each second user equipment along with the target document, and after the second user equipment receives the initial page presentation, the second user equipment presents the initial page information in the target document through the display device, such as the page positions from page 1, page 15 to page 2, page 14 in the target document, and the like, so that the consistency of the page positions of the target document presented by the first user and each second user is realized.
In some embodiments, the document sharing request further includes a corresponding voice connection request, where in step S106, the network device determines the target document according to the document identification information, and generates sharing link information about the target document based on the target document and the voice connection request; and distributing the shared link information to second user equipment corresponding to the one or more second user identification information, wherein the first user and a second user corresponding to the one or more second user identification information are participating in the document discussion event, and the voice connection requests the user to establish voice connection between users in the document discussion event. For example, the document discussion event of the target document may further include a corresponding voice call, for example, each user may join the voice call as needed, or directly join the voice call while the user joins the document discussion event, and the corresponding document discussion event may be established according to an access operation of at least one second user on corresponding shared link information, and the voice call between the first user and the second user is established while the second user joins the document discussion event. For example, the network device generates corresponding sharing link information according to the acquired target document and the voice connection request, and sends the sharing link information to each second user device, and the second user device receives the corresponding sharing link information, and may join the document discussion event and join the corresponding voice call based on a touch operation of the second user on the sharing link information. As in some embodiments, the method further includes step S108 (not shown), in step S108, if a voice join request about the voice call, which is sent by one of the second user devices corresponding to the one or more second user identification information, is obtained, the network device returns an initial target document corresponding to the initial page presentation information to the one of the second user devices based on the voice join request. In other cases, the network device may also issue one or more revision information or revision records, etc. while returning to the original document. The initial revision information includes one or more revision information for adjusting the target document from the initial page presentation information to the second page presentation information in the document discussion event, for example, the network device stores one or more revision information or revision records from the beginning of the document discussion event to the second user when joining a voice call, and the network device returns the one or more revision information or revision records to the second user device while issuing the initial target document to the second user device, so that the revision progress of the target document at each user device end is kept synchronous, and the second user is prevented from missing modifications on the target document.
In some embodiments, the method further includes step S109 (not shown), in step S109, if a voice connection request initiated by any user in the document discussion event is acquired, the network device establishes a voice call of the document discussion event based on the voice connection request, where the voice connection request is determined based on a triggering operation of the voice control in the target document by the any user. For example, the document discussion event and the corresponding voice call are not established at the same time, or the voice call is included in the document discussion event, and after the corresponding document discussion event is established, the corresponding voice call may be enabled inside the document application, and so on. If the first user and one or more second users are participating in the document discussion event, any user of the document discussion event may initiate a voice connection request in the document application of the user device of the user, and the voice connection request is sent to the user devices of other users in the document discussion event via the network device, so that the other users can join a voice call, and the like.
In some embodiments, the method further includes step S110 (not shown), in step S110, if the network device acquires an establishment request about the target document sent by the first user device, where the establishment request includes the one or more second user identification information; establishing a document discussion event of the target document based on the one or more second user identification information, wherein the document discussion event comprises a voice call of a second user corresponding to the one or more second user identification information about the first user. For example, the target document may also be temporarily created when the document discussion event is started, for example, the first user device sends a creation request about the target document to the network device based on a creation operation about the target document by the first user, where the creation request further includes second user identification information of one or more second users participating in the discussion, and the like. The network device establishes the target document based on the establishment request, and establishes a document discussion event of the target document based on the one or more second user identification information, wherein the document discussion event also comprises voice calls among users, the network device can establish a corresponding voice call while pulling each user into a channel corresponding to the document discussion event, or set a voice call control on the channel, and each user can select whether to join the voice call or not according to needs. In some embodiments, the method further comprises step S111 (not shown), in step S111, the network device giving revision rights to the first user with respect to the target document. For example, the network device gives the first user a revision right about the target document while establishing the target document, such as only the first user can edit or revise the target document, and the like, and prevents confusion of document editing caused by simultaneous revision of a plurality of users, and the like. Or the network device may give the first user an editing right about the target document, and at the same time, may also give other users a certain editing right, such as a revision right at a position different from the position of the page currently edited by the first user, in other words, the first user has a revision right with the highest priority, and the other users have revision rights at the next level, and the like. By optimizing the revision permission, the target document can be edited more orderly, and a good document discussion environment is created.
In some embodiments, the method further includes step S112 (not shown), in step S112, the network device acquires revision state information of each user in the document discussion event, and sends the revision state information of each user to the user device corresponding to each user. For example, each user device determines revision state information of each user according to an operation of the corresponding user on the target document, and sends the revision state information to the corresponding network device, the network device acquires the revision state information of each user and sends the revision state information to the user device corresponding to each user, for example, each user device also presents user identification information of each user, such as a name and an image of each user, on a document presentation page of the target document of the document discussion event, and presents the revision state information of each user at the position of each user identification information, such as whether the user has online or offline, or whether the user has a revision right or is being revised, and the like. As in some embodiments, the revision status information includes, but is not limited to, a state-in-revision, a state-not-revisable, a state-revisable, and the like. For example, the revision-in-progress state is used to represent that the user is in revision, that is, the user device detects that the user performs revision operation on the target document and continues to perform the revision operation for a certain time, and determines that the user is in the revision-in-progress state, and sends revision state information in the revision to the corresponding network device; the revisable state is used for representing that the user has revision authority and does not revise the target document at present, and the like, if the network device gives the revision authority of the user about the target document, and the user device detects that the user does not have revision operation about the target document within a certain time, the user device determines that the user is in a revisable state, and returns revision state information corresponding to the revisable state to the network device; if the network device does not give the user the revision right about the target user, the user is determined to be in the non-revisable state, and the giving of the revision right can be random or according to the setting of the first user (such as transferring or selecting part of the users to have the right). By the display of the revision status information, it is possible to present the revision of the user with respect to the target user more intuitively, while preventing confusion of revision and the like caused by too many user revisions.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises step S113 (not shown). In step S113, the network device generates a revision record related to the target document according to the revision information, wherein the revision record includes a revision user and a revision time corresponding to the revision information. For example, the network device also generates a corresponding revision record according to the corresponding revision information, such as that the revision record includes a revision user (e.g., a first user, etc.) of the revision information and a revision time (e.g., a time when the revision information is completed, etc.) in addition to revision contents including the revision information. Of course, in some cases, the revising user may be all users participating in the document discussion event, such as a user who marks the reviser of the meeting record as all participating in the document discussion time, such as a first user and one or more second users. In some embodiments, the revision user includes all users of the document discussion event. By the method, the participation sense of each user about the target document is improved, the enthusiasm of each user is improved, and the discussion event between the user and the document can be smoothly developed.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises step S114 (not shown). In step S114, if the network device obtains a second revision synchronization request related to the target document, where the one or more second user identification information corresponds to one of the second user devices, where the second revision synchronization request includes the document identification information of the target document and second revision information related to the current page information of the second user to which the one of the second user devices belongs; in response to the second revision synchronization request, determining the latest target document according to the document identification information, and updating the target document according to the second revision information; and distributing the updated target document to other second user equipment in the second user equipment and the first user equipment corresponding to the one or more second user identification information. For example, in addition to the revision of the target document by the first user, the other second users may also revise the target document, and if the network device receives a second revision synchronization request sent by one of the second user devices, the network device updates the target document based on second revision information included in the second revision synchronization request, and synchronizes the updated second revision information to the first user device and the other second user devices, and so on. Here, the second revision information includes editing operations such as insertion, deletion, replacement, and movement of the second user with respect to the target document, and the second revision synchronization may further include second page presentation information of the second user with respect to the target document, for example, if the second user touches the target document through an input device such as a wheel, a mouse, or a touch screen, and adjusts a currently presented page of the target document, the network device sends the second page presentation information to the first user and other second users for the user device terminals to synchronize the adjustment operations of the currently presented page, and the like.

Fig. 4 illustrates a method for synchronizing revision information of a target document according to another aspect of the present application, applied to a first user equipment, and also applicable to the system topology illustrated in fig. 1, the method including steps S201 and S202. In step S201, a first user device acquires revision information and current page presentation information of a first user about the target document, wherein the first user is participating in a document discussion event of the target document; in step S202, a first user device sends a revision synchronization request about the target document to a corresponding network device, where the revision synchronization request includes document identification information of the target document, revision information of the first user about the target document, and current page presence information indicating current page information of the target document presented in one or more second user devices corresponding to second users participating in the document discussion event. For example, the network device may establish a corresponding document discussion event based on a target document uploaded by the first user device and store and update the target document, or the network device sets a corresponding document database in which documents uploaded by users and corresponding document identification information are stored, and the network device may call the target document corresponding to the document identification information based on the document identification information of the first user device, such as a target document stored after the document discussion event related to the target document is ended. The current page presentation information includes current page position information about a current target document presented by the first user equipment through the display device, position information of relevant elements in the current page, page position (such as presentation range from page 3, line 11 to page 4, line 10) of document presentation in the current screen, position information of a cursor in the current page in the screen, position information of a pointer in the current page, position of an object selected from the current page in the current page, revision position of content revised by the revision information in the current page, and the like. In some cases, the revision synchronization request is automatically generated by the first user device based on the revision operation of the first user, if the first user device detects a revision operation on the target document by the first user device, and if the operation duration of the corresponding revision operation satisfies a first duration threshold (e.g., 1s, in other words, real-time update per second, etc.) or the corresponding revision operation ends, the first user device generates the corresponding revision synchronization request and transmits the revision synchronization request to the network device, the revision synchronization request including document identification information, revision information, current page presentation information, and the like of the target document, and the network device receives the revision synchronization request and synchronizes the revision information to the target document, and the like, on the respective user device side in response to the revision synchronization request. After receiving the corresponding revision synchronization request, the network device may determine, based on the document identification information query matching, the latest target document and one or more second user identification information currently participating in the document discussion event of the target document, where the determined latest target document may be a target document containing the revision (such as previous revision information) information of the current document discussion event, may also accept a latest clean version of the revision, or may return a required version thereof based on the requirements of each user. The second user identification information includes identification information used for indicating uniqueness of each second user, such as a name, a head portrait, a number, account information or an identification card, a mobile phone number, a serial number and other unique identifications of the second user. The document discussion event is initiated by a first user, for example, the first user sends a request for establishing or sharing a target document to a corresponding contact object (for example, a contact object in an application, a contact object list of a mobile phone is pulled up to select the contact object, or a communication object shared to other communication applications, etc.) inside the target document, after the corresponding contact object receives the request, the network device establishes a document discussion event about the target document based on the first user and the corresponding contact object, and the document discussion event is used for conducting discussion and revision, etc. about the target document. The network device updates the determined latest target document according to revision information, such as adding the revision information to the target document in a revision record manner, or replacing revised contents of the revision information with the revised contents in the target document to generate a clean version of the target document, and the like, wherein the revision information includes, but is not limited to, editing operations such as insertion, deletion, replacement, and movement of the target document, and the revision information can also be used for generating a corresponding revision record including a corresponding revision user, revision time, revision contents, and the like. The network device distributes the updated target document and the current page presentation information to the second user devices corresponding to the one or more second user identification information, for example, the network device queries and acquires the mobile phone number or device MAC address information of the corresponding second user device according to the second user identification information, and sends corresponding information to the second user devices based on the corresponding mobile phone number or device MAC address information, for example, sends the corresponding target document and the current page presentation information through a short message or communication information in application. And each second user equipment receives the corresponding updated target document and the current page presenting information, adjusts the current page information of the target document according to the current page information, for example, adjusts the current presenting page of the corresponding current page to the presenting range from the 11 th line of the 3 rd page to the 10 th line of the 4 th page, and presents a cursor, a pointer, a selected object, revision information and the like at the corresponding position of the current page information. Of course, the pointer, the cursor, and the like of the second user equipment end are not limited by the current page presentation information, and the cursor, the pointer, and the like presented by the current page presentation information are only used for presenting the real-time page scene, and the like of the first user equipment end. And in the document discussion event of the target document, each second user acquires the target document in advance, for example, the first user directly sends the corresponding target document to each second user through the network device, or acquires the target document based on a document sharing request of the first user about the target document.

Fig. 5 illustrates a method for synchronizing revision information of a target document according to another aspect of the present application, applied to a second user equipment, and also applicable to the system topology illustrated in fig. 1, the method including steps S301 and S302. In step S301, a second user device receives an updated target document and corresponding current page presentation information sent by a corresponding network device, where the current page presentation information is used to indicate current page information of the target document presented in the second user device; in step S302, the second user equipment presents the current page information in the target document through a display device according to the current page presentation information. For example, the network device may establish a corresponding document discussion event based on a target document uploaded by the first user device and store and update the target document, or the network device sets a corresponding document database in which documents uploaded by users and corresponding document identification information are stored, and the network device may call the target document corresponding to the document identification information based on the document identification information of the first user device, such as a target document stored after the document discussion event related to the target document is ended. The current page presentation information includes current page position information about a current target document presented by the first user equipment through the display device, position information of relevant elements in the current page, page position (such as presentation range from page 3, line 11 to page 4, line 10) of document presentation in the current screen, position information of a cursor in the current page in the screen, position information of a pointer in the current page, position of an object selected from the current page in the current page, revision position of content revised by the revision information in the current page, and the like. In addition to the revision of the target document by the first user, the target document may also be revised by other second users, and if the network device receives a second revision synchronization request sent by one of the second user devices, the target document is updated based on second revision information included in the second revision synchronization request, and the updated second revision information is synchronized to the first user device and the other second user devices, and the like. Here, the second revision information includes editing operations such as insertion, deletion, replacement, and movement of the second user with respect to the target document, and the second revision synchronization may further include second page presentation information of the second user with respect to the target document, for example, if the second user touches the target document through an input device such as a wheel, a mouse, or a touch screen, and adjusts a currently presented page of the target document, the network device sends the second page presentation information to the first user and other second users for the user device terminals to synchronize the adjustment operations of the currently presented page, and the like.
In addition, the present application also provides a corresponding device capable of implementing the above embodiments, which is described below with reference to fig. 6 to 8.
FIG. 6 illustrates a network device for synchronizing target documents, the network device including a one-to-one module 101, a two-to-two module 102, a three-to-three module 103, and a four-to-four module 104, according to an aspect of the subject application. A module 101, configured to receive a revision synchronization request sent by a first user equipment and related to a target document, where the revision synchronization request includes document identification information of the target document, revision information of a first user to which the first user equipment belongs and current page presence information; a second module 102, configured to determine, in response to the revision synchronization request, the latest target document and one or more second user identification information currently participating in a document discussion event according to the document identification information; a third module 103 for updating the target document according to the revision information; a fourth module 104, configured to distribute the updated target document and the current page presence information to second user equipment corresponding to the one or more second user identification information, where the current page presence information is used to indicate current page information that the target document is present in the second user equipment. Here, the specific implementation corresponding to the one-to-one module 101, the two-to-two module 102, the one-to-three module 103, and the one-to-four module 104 shown in fig. 6 is the same as or similar to the embodiment shown in the step S101, the step S102, the step S103, and the step S104 shown in fig. 3, and thus, the detailed description is omitted and is included herein by reference.
In some embodiments, the apparatus further comprises a five module 105 (not shown) and a six module 106 (not shown). A fifth module 105, configured to receive a document sharing request sent by the first user equipment and related to the target document, where the document sharing request includes the document identification information and the one or more second user identification information; a sixth module 106, configured to determine the target document according to the document identification information, and distribute the target document to second user equipment corresponding to the one or more second user identification information, where the second user corresponding to the one or more second user identification information and the first user is participating in the document discussion event. In some embodiments, the apparatus further comprises a seven module 107 (not shown). A seventh module 107, configured to establish the document discussion event according to the document identification information and the one or more second user identification information, where participating users of the document discussion event include the first user and second users corresponding to the one or more second user identification information. In some embodiments, a sixth module 106 is configured to determine the target document according to the document identification information, and generate shared link information about the target document based on the target document; and distributing the shared link information to second user equipment corresponding to the one or more second user identification information, wherein the first user and the second user corresponding to the one or more user identification information are in the document discussion event. In some embodiments, the document sharing request further includes corresponding initial page presentation information, where the initial page presentation information is used to indicate initial page information presented by the target document in the second user equipment. In some embodiments, the document sharing request further includes a corresponding voice connection request, where a sixth module 106 is configured to determine the target document according to the document identification information, and generate sharing link information about the target document based on the target document and the voice connection request; and distributing the shared link information to second user equipment corresponding to the one or more second user identification information, wherein the first user and a second user corresponding to the one or more second user identification information are participating in the document discussion event, and the voice connection requests the user to establish voice connection between users in the document discussion event. In some embodiments, the apparatus further includes an eight module 108 (not shown) configured to, if a voice join request about the voice call, sent by one of the second user devices corresponding to the one or more second user identification information, is obtained, return an initial target document corresponding to the initial page presentation information to the one of the second user devices based on the voice join request. In some further embodiments, the returning an initial target document corresponding to the initial page presentation information to one of the second user equipments based on the voice join request further includes: and returning corresponding initial revision information to one of the second user equipment based on the voice joining request, wherein the initial revision information comprises revision information adjusted from the initial page presentation information to the second page presentation information, and the second page presentation information corresponds to a target document when the voice joining request is acquired. In some embodiments, the apparatus further includes a nine module 109 (not shown) configured to, if a voice connection request initiated by any user in the document discussion event is acquired, establish a voice call of the document discussion event based on the voice connection request, where the voice connection request is determined based on a triggering operation of the any user on a voice control in the target document. In some embodiments, the apparatus further includes a tenth module 110 (not shown) configured to, if a setup request sent by the first user equipment about the target document is obtained, where the setup request includes the one or more second user identification information; establishing a document discussion event of the target document based on the one or more second user identification information, wherein the document discussion event comprises a voice call of a second user corresponding to the one or more second user identification information about the first user. In some embodiments, the apparatus further includes an eleven module 111 (not shown) for assigning revision rights to the first user with respect to the target document. In some embodiments, the apparatus further includes a twelve module 112 (not shown) configured to obtain revision status information of each user in the document discussion event, and send the revision status information of each user to a user device corresponding to each user. As in some embodiments, the revision status information includes, but is not limited to, a state-in-revision, a state-not-revisable, a state-revisable, and the like. In some embodiments, the apparatus further includes a thirteen-module 113 (not shown) for generating a revision record about the target document according to the revision information, wherein the revision record includes a revision user and a revision time corresponding to the revision information. In some embodiments, the revision user includes all users of the document discussion event. In some embodiments, the apparatus further includes a fourteenth module 114 (not shown) configured to, if a second revision synchronization request about the target document is obtained that is sent by one of the second user devices corresponding to the one or more second user identification information, where the second revision synchronization request includes document identification information of the target document and second revision information about the current page information of a second user to which the one of the second user devices belongs; in response to the second revision synchronization request, determining the latest target document according to the document identification information, and updating the target document according to the second revision information; and distributing the updated target document to other second user equipment in the second user equipment and the first user equipment corresponding to the one or more second user identification information. Here, the specific implementation corresponding to the fifty-one module 105 to the fourteen module 114 is the same as or similar to the embodiment shown in the foregoing step S105 to step S114, and thus is not repeated herein and is included herein by way of reference.
Fig. 7 illustrates a first user device for synchronizing revision information of a target document according to another aspect of the present application, which includes two modules, one module 201 and two modules 202. A first module 201, configured to obtain revision information and current page presentation information of a first user about the target document, where the first user is participating in a document discussion event of the target document; a second module 202, configured to send a revision synchronization request related to the target document to a corresponding network device, where the revision synchronization request includes document identification information of the target document, revision information of the first user related to the target document, and current page presence information, where the current page presence is used to indicate current page information of the target document that is present in one or more second user devices, and the one or more second user devices correspond to second users participating in the document discussion event. Here, the specific implementation corresponding to the two-in-one module 201 and the two-in-two module 202 shown in fig. 7 is the same as or similar to the embodiment shown in the step S201 and the step S202 shown in fig. 4, and thus is not repeated herein and is included herein by reference.
Fig. 8 illustrates a second user device for synchronizing revision information of a target document according to still another aspect of the present application, which includes a three-in-one module 301 and a three-in-two module 302. A third module 301, configured to receive an updated target document sent by a corresponding network device and corresponding current page presentation information, where the current page presentation information is used to indicate current page information of the target document presented in the second user device; a third-second module 302, configured to present, through a display device, the current page information in the target document according to the current page presentation information. Here, the specific implementation corresponding to the three-in-one module 301 and the three-in-two module 302 shown in fig. 8 is the same as or similar to the embodiment shown in the step S301 and the step S302 shown in fig. 5, and thus is not repeated herein and is included herein by reference.
In addition to the methods and apparatus described in the embodiments above, the present application also provides a computer readable storage medium storing computer code that, when executed, performs the method as described in any of the preceding claims.
The present application also provides a computer program product, which when executed by a computer device, performs the method of any of the preceding claims.
The present application further provides a computer device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a memory for storing one or more computer programs;
the one or more computer programs, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any preceding claim.
FIG. 9 illustrates an exemplary system that can be used to implement the various embodiments described herein;
in some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 9, the system 400 can be implemented as any of the above-described devices in the various described embodiments. In some embodiments, system 400 may include one or more computer-readable media (e.g., system memory or NVM/storage 420) having instructions and one or more processors (e.g., processor(s) 405) coupled with the one or more computer-readable media and configured to execute the instructions to implement modules to perform the actions described herein.
For one embodiment, system control module 410 may include any suitable interface controllers to provide any suitable interface to at least one of the processor(s) 405 and/or any suitable device or component in communication with system control module 410.
The system control module 410 may include a memory controller module 430 to provide an interface to the system memory 415. The memory controller module 430 may be a hardware module, a software module, and/or a firmware module.
System memory 415 may be used, for example, to load and store data and/or instructions for system 400. For one embodiment, system memory 415 may include any suitable volatile memory, such as suitable DRAM. In some embodiments, system memory 415 may include a double data rate type four synchronous dynamic random access memory (DDR4 SDRAM).
For one embodiment, system control module 410 may include one or more input/output (I/O) controllers to provide an interface to NVM/storage 420 and communication interface(s) 425.
For example, NVM/storage 420 may be used to store data and/or instructions. NVM/storage 420 may include any suitable non-volatile memory (e.g., flash memory) and/or may include any suitable non-volatile storage device(s) (e.g., one or more Hard Disk Drives (HDDs), one or more Compact Disc (CD) drives, and/or one or more Digital Versatile Disc (DVD) drives).
NVM/storage 420 may include storage resources that are physically part of the device on which system 400 is installed or may be accessed by the device and not necessarily part of the device. For example, NVM/storage 420 may be accessed over a network via communication interface(s) 425.
Communication interface(s) 425 may provide an interface for system 400 to communicate over one or more networks and/or with any other suitable device. System 400 may wirelessly communicate with one or more components of a wireless network according to any of one or more wireless network standards and/or protocols.
For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 405 may be packaged together with logic for one or more controller(s) of the system control module 410, such as memory controller module 430. For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 405 may be packaged together with logic for one or more controller(s) of the system control module 410 to form a System In Package (SiP). For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 405 may be integrated on the same die with logic for one or more controller(s) of the system control module 410. For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 405 may be integrated on the same die with logic of one or more controllers of the system control module 410 to form a system on a chip (SoC).
In various embodiments, system 400 may be, but is not limited to being: a server, a workstation, a desktop computing device, or a mobile computing device (e.g., a laptop computing device, a handheld computing device, a tablet, a netbook, etc.). In various embodiments, system 400 may have more or fewer components and/or different architectures. For example, in some embodiments, system 400 includes one or more cameras, a keyboard, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) screen (including a touch screen display), a non-volatile memory port, multiple antennas, a graphics chip, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), and speakers.
It should be noted that the present application may be implemented in software and/or a combination of software and hardware, for example, implemented using Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), general purpose computers or any other similar hardware devices. In one embodiment, the software programs of the present application may be executed by a processor to implement the steps or functions described above. Likewise, the software programs (including associated data structures) of the present application may be stored in a computer readable recording medium, such as RAM memory, magnetic or optical drive or diskette and the like. Additionally, some of the steps or functions of the present application may be implemented in hardware, for example, as circuitry that cooperates with the processor to perform various steps or functions.
In addition, some of the present application may be implemented as a computer program product, such as computer program instructions, which when executed by a computer, may invoke or provide methods and/or techniques in accordance with the present application through the operation of the computer. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the form in which the computer program instructions reside on a computer-readable medium includes, but is not limited to, source files, executable files, installation package files, and the like, and that the manner in which the computer program instructions are executed by a computer includes, but is not limited to: the computer directly executes the instruction, or the computer compiles the instruction and then executes the corresponding compiled program, or the computer reads and executes the instruction, or the computer reads and installs the instruction and then executes the corresponding installed program. Computer-readable media herein can be any available computer-readable storage media or communication media that can be accessed by a computer.
Communication media includes media by which communication signals, including, for example, computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules, or other data, are transmitted from one system to another. Communication media may include conductive transmission media such as cables and wires (e.g., fiber optics, coaxial, etc.) and wireless (non-conductive transmission) media capable of propagating energy waves such as acoustic, electromagnetic, RF, microwave, and infrared. Computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules, or other data may be embodied in a modulated data signal, for example, in a wireless medium such as a carrier wave or similar mechanism such as is embodied as part of spread spectrum techniques. The term "modulated data signal" means a signal that has one or more of its characteristics set or changed in such a manner as to encode information in the signal. The modulation may be analog, digital or hybrid modulation techniques.
By way of example, and not limitation, computer-readable storage media may include volatile and nonvolatile, removable and non-removable media implemented in any method or technology for storage of information such as computer-readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data. For example, computer-readable storage media include, but are not limited to, volatile memory such as random access memory (RAM, DRAM, SRAM); and non-volatile memory such as flash memory, various read-only memories (ROM, PROM, EPROM, EEPROM), magnetic and ferromagnetic/ferroelectric memories (MRAM, FeRAM); and magnetic and optical storage devices (hard disk, tape, CD, DVD); or other now known media or later developed that can store computer-readable information/data for use by a computer system.
An embodiment according to the present application comprises an apparatus comprising a memory for storing computer program instructions and a processor for executing the program instructions, wherein the computer program instructions, when executed by the processor, trigger the apparatus to perform a method and/or a solution according to the aforementioned embodiments of the present application.

1. a method for synchronizing revision information of a target document, applied to a network device, wherein the method comprises:
receiving a revision synchronization request which is sent by a first user device and is about a target document, wherein the revision synchronization request comprises document identification information of the target document, revision information of a first user to which the first user device belongs and current page presentation information;
in response to the revision synchronization request, determining the latest target document and one or more second user identification information currently participating in a document discussion event according to the document identification information;
updating the target document according to the revision information;
and distributing the updated target document and the current page presenting information to second user equipment corresponding to the one or more second user identification information, wherein the current page presenting information is used for indicating current page information presented by the target document in the second user equipment.
2. The method of clause 1, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving a document sharing request about the target document, which is sent by the first user equipment, wherein the document sharing request includes the document identification information and the one or more second user identification information;
and determining the target document according to the document identification information, and distributing the target document to second user equipment corresponding to the one or more second user identification information, wherein the second users corresponding to the first user and the one or more second user identification information are participating in the document discussion event.
3. The method of clause 2, wherein the method further comprises:
and establishing the document discussion event according to the document identification information and the one or more second user identification information, wherein the participating users of the document discussion event comprise the first user and second users corresponding to the one or more second user identification information.
4. The method according to clause 2, wherein the determining the target document according to the document identification information, and distributing the target document to second user equipment corresponding to the one or more second user identification information, wherein the second user of the first user corresponding to the one or more second user identification information is participating in the document discussion event comprises:
determining the target document according to the document identification information, and generating sharing link information about the target document based on the target document;
and distributing the shared link information to second user equipment corresponding to the one or more second user identification information, wherein the first user and a second user corresponding to the one or more second user identification information are in the document discussion event.
5. The method according to any one of clauses 2 to 4, wherein the document sharing request further includes corresponding initial page presentation information, and the initial page presentation information is used for indicating initial page information presented by the target document in the second user equipment.
6. The method according to clause 5, wherein the document sharing request further includes a corresponding voice connection request, wherein the determining the target document according to the document identification information and distributing the target document to second user equipment corresponding to the one or more second user identification information, wherein the first user and the second user corresponding to the one or more second user identification information participating in the document discussion event include:
determining the target document according to the document identification information, and generating sharing link information corresponding to the target document based on the target document and the voice connection request;
and distributing the shared link information to second user equipment corresponding to the one or more second user identification information, wherein the first user and a second user corresponding to the one or more second user identification information are participating in the document discussion event, and the voice connection request is used for establishing voice connection between users in the document discussion event.
7. The method of clause 6, wherein the method further comprises:
and if a voice adding request which is sent by one of the second user equipment and corresponds to the one or more second user identification information and is related to the voice call is acquired, returning an initial target document corresponding to the initial page presentation information to the one of the second user equipment based on the voice adding request.
8. The method of clause 7, wherein the returning an initial target document corresponding to the initial page presentation information to one of the second user devices based on the voice join request, further comprises:
and returning corresponding initial revision information to one of the second user equipment based on the voice joining request, wherein the initial revision information comprises revision information adjusted from the initial page presentation information to the second page presentation information, and the second page presentation information corresponds to a target document when the voice joining request is acquired.
9. The method of clause 5, wherein the method further comprises:
and if a voice connection request initiated by any user in the document discussion event is acquired, establishing a voice call of the document discussion event based on the voice connection request, wherein the voice connection request is determined based on the triggering operation of any user in the target document about a voice control.
10. The method of clause 1, wherein the method further comprises:
if an establishment request about the target document sent by the first user equipment is obtained, wherein the establishment request comprises the one or more second user identification information;
establishing a document discussion event of the target document based on the one or more second user identification information, wherein the document discussion event comprises a voice call of the first user and a second user corresponding to the one or more second user identification information.
11. The method of clause 10, wherein the method further comprises:
assigning revision rights to the first user with respect to the target document.
12. The method of clause 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and acquiring revision state information of each user in the document discussion event, and sending the revision state information of each user to user equipment corresponding to each user.
13. The method of clause 12, wherein the revision status information includes any one of:
the state in revision:
an unrepairable state;
the status may be revised.
14. The method of clause 13, wherein the method further comprises:
and generating a revision record related to the target document according to the revision information, wherein the revision record comprises a revision user and a revision time corresponding to the revision information.
15. The method of clause 14, wherein the revised users include all users of the document discussion event.
16. The method of clause 1, wherein the method further comprises:
if a second revision synchronization request which is sent by one of second user equipment and related to the target document and corresponds to the one or more second user identification information is acquired, wherein the second revision synchronization request comprises the document identification information of the target document and second revision information of a second user belonging to the second user equipment and related to the current page information;
in response to the second revision synchronization request, determining the latest target document according to the document identification information, and updating the target document according to the second revision information;
and distributing the updated target document to other second user equipment in the second user equipment and the first user equipment corresponding to the one or more second user identification information.
17. A method for synchronizing revision information of a target document, applied to a first user equipment, wherein the method comprises:
acquiring revision information and current page presentation information of a first user about the target document, wherein the first user is participating in a document discussion event of the target document;
sending a revision synchronization request about the target document to a corresponding network device, wherein the revision synchronization request includes document identification information of the target document, revision information of the first user about the target document, and current page presentation information, the current page presentation being used to indicate current page information of the target document presented in one or more second user devices, the one or more second user devices corresponding to second users participating in the document discussion event.
18. A method for synchronizing revision information of a target document, applied to a second user equipment, wherein the method comprises:
receiving an updated target document and corresponding current page presentation information sent by corresponding network equipment, wherein the current page presentation information is used for indicating current page information presented by the target document in the second user equipment;
and presenting the current page information in the target document through a display device according to the current page presentation information.
19. A method of synchronizing revision information of a target document, wherein the method comprises:
the method comprises the steps that first user equipment acquires revision information and current page presentation information of a first user about a target document, wherein the first user is participating in a document discussion event of the target document;
the first user equipment sends a revision synchronization request about the target document to a corresponding network equipment, wherein the revision synchronization request comprises document identification information of the target document, revision information of the first user about the target document and current page presentation information, the current page presentation is used for indicating current page information presented by the target document in one or more second user equipments, and the one or more second user equipments correspond to second users participating in the document discussion event;
the network equipment receives the revision synchronization request, and determines the latest target document and one or more second user identification information currently participating in the document discussion event according to the document identification information;
the network equipment updates the target document according to the revision information and distributes the updated target document and the current page presentation information to second user equipment corresponding to the one or more second user identification information, wherein the current page presentation information is used for indicating current page information presented by the target document in the second user equipment;
the second user equipment receives an updated target document and corresponding current page presentation information sent by corresponding network equipment, wherein the current page presentation information is used for indicating the current page information of the target document presented in the second user equipment;
and the second user equipment presents the current page information in the target document through a display device according to the current page presentation information.
20. An apparatus for synchronizing revision information of a target document, wherein the apparatus comprises:
a processor; and
a memory arranged to store computer executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to perform the operations of the method of any of clauses 1 to 18.
21. A computer-readable medium storing instructions that, when executed, cause a system to perform operations to perform the method of any of clauses 1 to 18.

Claims (10)

1. A method for synchronizing revision information of a target document, applied to a network device, wherein the method comprises:
receiving a revision synchronization request which is sent by a first user device and is about a target document, wherein the revision synchronization request comprises document identification information of the target document, revision information of a first user to which the first user device belongs and current page presentation information;
in response to the revision synchronization request, determining the latest target document and one or more second user identification information currently participating in a document discussion event according to the document identification information;
updating the target document according to the revision information;
and distributing the updated target document and the current page presenting information to second user equipment corresponding to the one or more second user identification information, wherein the current page presenting information is used for indicating current page information presented by the target document in the second user equipment.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving a document sharing request about the target document, which is sent by the first user equipment, wherein the document sharing request includes the document identification information and the one or more second user identification information;
and determining the target document according to the document identification information, and distributing the target document to second user equipment corresponding to the one or more second user identification information, wherein the second users corresponding to the first user and the one or more second user identification information are participating in the document discussion event.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
if an establishment request about the target document sent by the first user equipment is obtained, wherein the establishment request comprises the one or more second user identification information;
establishing a document discussion event of the target document based on the one or more second user identification information, wherein the document discussion event comprises a voice call of the first user and a second user corresponding to the one or more second user identification information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and acquiring revision state information of each user in the document discussion event, and sending the revision state information of each user to user equipment corresponding to each user.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
if a second revision synchronization request which is sent by one of second user equipment and related to the target document and corresponds to the one or more second user identification information is acquired, wherein the second revision synchronization request comprises the document identification information of the target document and second revision information of a second user belonging to the second user equipment and related to the current page information;
in response to the second revision synchronization request, determining the latest target document according to the document identification information, and updating the target document according to the second revision information;
and distributing the updated target document to other second user equipment in the second user equipment and the first user equipment corresponding to the one or more second user identification information.
6. A method for synchronizing revision information of a target document, applied to a first user equipment, wherein the method comprises:
acquiring revision information and current page presentation information of a first user about the target document, wherein the first user is participating in a document discussion event of the target document;
sending a revision synchronization request about the target document to a corresponding network device, wherein the revision synchronization request includes document identification information of the target document, revision information of the first user about the target document, and current page presentation information, the current page presentation being used to indicate current page information of the target document presented in one or more second user devices, the one or more second user devices corresponding to second users participating in the document discussion event.
7. A method for synchronizing revision information of a target document, applied to a second user equipment, wherein the method comprises:
receiving an updated target document and corresponding current page presentation information sent by corresponding network equipment, wherein the current page presentation information is used for indicating current page information presented by the target document in the second user equipment;
and presenting the current page information in the target document through a display device according to the current page presentation information.
8. A method of synchronizing revision information of a target document, wherein the method comprises:
the method comprises the steps that first user equipment acquires revision information and current page presentation information of a first user about a target document, wherein the first user is participating in a document discussion event of the target document;
the first user equipment sends a revision synchronization request about the target document to a corresponding network equipment, wherein the revision synchronization request comprises document identification information of the target document, revision information of the first user about the target document and current page presentation information, the current page presentation is used for indicating current page information presented by the target document in one or more second user equipments, and the one or more second user equipments correspond to second users participating in the document discussion event;
the network equipment receives the revision synchronization request, and determines the latest target document and one or more second user identification information currently participating in the document discussion event according to the document identification information;
the network equipment updates the target document according to the revision information and distributes the updated target document and the current page presentation information to second user equipment corresponding to the one or more second user identification information, wherein the current page presentation information is used for indicating current page information presented by the target document in the second user equipment;
the second user equipment receives an updated target document and corresponding current page presentation information sent by corresponding network equipment, wherein the current page presentation information is used for indicating the current page information of the target document presented in the second user equipment;
and the second user equipment presents the current page information in the target document through a display device according to the current page presentation information.
9. An apparatus for synchronizing revision information of a target document, wherein the apparatus comprises:
a processor; and
a memory arranged to store computer executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to perform the operations of the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable medium storing instructions that, when executed, cause a system to perform operations to perform a method as recited in any of claims 1-7.
