By using the scheme of the embodiment, when the data of another device needs to be accessed in the device, the data can be downloaded from the another device to the memory and cached in real time, so that the device can directly perform cross-device access on the data in a memory caching mode without performing cross-device transmission and storage of the data in advance, the occupation of the storage space of the electronic device and the time consumption of transmission operation are saved, and the data access efficiency can be effectively improved. Meanwhile, different downloading processing is carried out on the data to be accessed based on the condition whether the data to be accessed meets the first preset condition or not, and the memory of the equipment can be used more reasonably.
Referring to fig. 3, it is a flowchart of a third embodiment of a method for accessing data across devices provided in the present application, and in the third embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the method for accessing data across devices may further include any one or more of the following processing steps:
and step 104, when a first end access instruction of the operation body for ending the access to the target shared data is received, clearing the data content corresponding to the target shared data from the memory of the first electronic device.
The first end access instruction for ending the access to the target shared data may be a close instruction for closing the data content of the exposed target shared data, for example, the user closes the displayed picture, audio/video or document by using an operation body such as his finger, a touch pen or a mouse, after receiving a closing instruction triggered by the user executing the closing operation on the displayed picture, audio/video or document by using the corresponding operation body, the method indicates that the user finishes the access of the target shared data, for this case, the data content of the target shared data may be purged from the memory of the first electronic device, so as to release the occupation of the internal memory, and when the user needs to access the data content of the target shared data again, and the data content of the target shared data can be obtained again in a real-time downloading and memory caching mode for the user to access.
The first end access instruction for ending accessing the target shared data may also be a deletion instruction for deleting the indication information of the target shared data, for example, a user deletes a thumbnail of a certain picture/audio/video, a document icon of a certain document, and the like displayed on the first electronic device by using an operation body such as a finger, a stylus, a mouse, and the like of the user, and after receiving a deletion instruction triggered by the user executing a deletion operation on the indication information of the target shared data, such as the thumbnail of the target shared data, the document icon, and the like by using the corresponding operation body, the user does not need to access the target shared data in the current sharing, so that data content of the target shared data can be removed from a memory of the first electronic device to release the occupation of the memory, and the indication information of the target shared data can also be removed together.
And 105, when a second access ending instruction for ending the access to the shared data of the second electronic device of the operation body is received, ending the sharing relationship with the second electronic device, and stopping displaying the indication information of the shared data of the second electronic device.
The second ending access instruction for ending accessing to the shared data of the second electronic device may also be diversified, and may be, for example, an instruction for ending the sharing triggered by the user performing an operation of closing the shared APP, an operation of closing a shared function of the device itself, or performing a corresponding operation on a button/menu item for "closing the sharing" in the shared APP, or the like.
It should be noted that the above operation may be performed by a user in any one of the first electronic device and the second electronic device, that is, the sharing relationship between the devices may be ended by performing the above operation in any one of the devices having the sharing relationship, and is not necessarily limited to a specific one of the devices.
When a second access ending instruction for ending accessing the shared data of the second electronic device of the operation body is received, the sharing relationship between the first electronic device and the second electronic device can be ended, the indication information of the shared data of the second electronic device is stopped being displayed, and meanwhile, shared data content and the indication information which are not cleared in the memory of the first electronic device can be cleared together to release the occupation of the memory.
By using the scheme of the embodiment, when data of another device needs to be accessed on one device, cross-device transmission and storage of the data do not need to be performed in advance, occupation of storage space of the electronic device and time consumption of transmission operation are saved, and data access efficiency can be effectively improved. Meanwhile, in the process of accessing data across equipment, when an instruction for finishing accessing the corresponding shared data is received, the shared data is cleared in the current equipment memory of the data accessed across equipment in time, so that the occupation of the shared data on the memory can be released in time, and the equipment memory is saved.
In yet another embodiment, the present application provides another method for accessing data across devices, and referring to fig. 4, it is a flowchart of a fourth embodiment of the method for accessing data across devices provided by the present application, in this embodiment, the method is also applicable to a first electronic device, and the first electronic device is capable of establishing a communication connection with a second electronic device; the first electronic device may be, but is not limited to, various types of portable/wearable mobile terminals such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a personal digital assistant, a smart watch, and a smart watch, or various types of computer devices such as a notebook, a desktop, and an all-in-one machine; the second electronic device may also be any type of device described above, but is not limited to this, and besides the any type of device described above, the second electronic device may also be a server device in a cloud, such as a certain server device separately deployed at a cloud end or a certain server device in a server cluster deployed in a centralized manner at a cloud end.
As shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, the method for accessing data across devices includes the following steps:
step 401, when the shared data of the second electronic device needs to be accessed, determining whether the second electronic device meets a second predetermined condition, and obtaining a determination result.
The second predetermined condition may be that the second electronic device is within a predetermined range around the first electronic device, e.g., both are within a signal range of the same Wi-Fi, or within an effective transmission range of bluetooth, etc.
The second predetermined condition may also be that the first electronic device and the second electronic device need to pass mutual authorization of each other, and specifically, the second predetermined condition may be authorization based on authorization authentication/verification of both sides, and the like.
When the first electronic device needs to access the shared data of the second electronic device, for example, a user triggers data sharing with another party by performing a corresponding sharing operation on the first electronic device or the second electronic device (for example, data sharing of the second electronic device may be performed only by the first electronic device, or data sharing between the first electronic device and the second electronic device may also be performed), the first electronic device may first determine whether the second electronic device satisfies the second predetermined condition.
And 402, if the judgment result shows that the data sharing requirement is met, acquiring indication information of the shared data of the second electronic equipment based on the communication connection and caching the indication information in a memory.
If the second electronic device meets the second predetermined condition, for example, the second electronic device is located in a predetermined range around the first electronic device, or the first electronic device and the second electronic device pass the authorization of the other party, the first electronic device may obtain the indication information of the shared data of the second electronic device and cache the indication information in the memory of the first electronic device.
For example, a thumbnail of a picture shared by the second electronic device, a thumbnail of an audio/video file, a document icon of an office document, and the like are acquired, and these pieces of information are cached in the memory of the first electronic device.
And step 403, displaying the indication information of the cached shared data.
On the basis of the indication information of the cached shared data of the second electronic device, the indication information of the shared data of the second electronic device can be displayed on the first electronic device based on caching, so as to provide an access entry for a user to cross the device on the first electronic device to access the corresponding shared data of the second electronic device.
The implementation manner of displaying the indication information of the shared data of the second electronic device on the first electronic device may specifically refer to the above explanation, and here, detailed description is omitted.
Here, it should be noted that, unlike the case in the prior art where a device needs to display indication information (such as a thumbnail or a document icon) of certain data on the premise that the data has already been stored, in the present application, when a first electronic device displays indication information of shared data of a second electronic device based on a data access right item shared by the second electronic device, data content of the shared data of the second electronic device is not stored in the first electronic device, and the data content is still stored in the second electronic device.
Step 404, obtaining an access instruction for accessing the target shared data, wherein the access instruction is generated based on a predetermined operation executed by the operating body on the indication information of the target shared data.
When a user needs to cross devices on first electronic equipment to access a certain target shared data in shared data of second electronic equipment, a corresponding operation body can be used for executing a preset operation on indication information of the target shared data displayed on the first electronic equipment, so that the access to the target shared data is triggered. Specifically, for example, when the first electronic device detects an access operation performed by the user for target shared data on the basis of the detected operation information, an access instruction for accessing the target shared data on the first electronic device may be generated on the basis of the detected operation information.
Step 405, downloading the data content corresponding to the target shared data from the second electronic device to the memory of the first electronic device and caching the data content based on the communication connection.
After the access instruction for accessing the target shared data (the data is stored in the second electronic device) on the first electronic device is generated, in response to the instruction, the first electronic device downloads the data content of the target shared data from the second electronic device to the memory of the first electronic device based on the communication connection between the first electronic device and the second electronic device, and specifically caches the downloaded data in the memory of the first electronic device (instead of storing the downloaded data in the hard disk or the external memory card of the first electronic device) so as to support the user to access the data on the first electronic device.
And 406, displaying the data content corresponding to the cached target shared data, and receiving an access operation to the displayed data content.
After the data content of the target shared data downloaded from the second electronic device is cached in the memory of the first electronic device, the data content of the target shared data can be displayed on the first electronic device based on the cached data, so that a user can access the first electronic device.
The data content for displaying the target shared data may be, but is not limited to, an image content for displaying a certain picture, playing a certain audio file/video file, displaying a document content of a certain office document (e.g., word, excel), expanding a certain folder to further display each file included therein, and the like, and the display processing of the data content of the target shared data may specifically be determined according to a data type/a file type of the target shared data, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The user can access the data content of the target shared data during the process of displaying the data content of the target shared data by the first electronic device, for example, view or edit the picture content/document content, listen to music, watch the played video, select a certain file in the expanded folder, and so on.
Correspondingly, the first electronic device can accept the access operation of the user to the displayed data content at least on the own device, such as accepting the editing of the picture content/document content by the user, accepting various control operations of the played audio and video by the user, and the like, so that the data content of the target data displayed on the first electronic device is matched with the access operation of the user in the process of accessing the first electronic device by the user. The first electronic device receives the access operation of the user on the displayed data content on its own device, and means that the first electronic device performs corresponding processing on the data content of the target shared data cached by the first electronic device based on the access operation of the user on the target shared data and synchronously displays the processing result to the user, for example, receives the editing result of the user on picture content/document content and displays the editing result, receives the control operation of the user on the audio/video pause/fast forward/fast backward and the like, and correspondingly displays the audio/video pause/fast forward/fast backward interface and the like.
Several more typical application scenarios of the present application are exemplified below.
Under the condition that the second predetermined condition is that the second electronic device is in a predetermined range around the first electronic device, a typical application scenario is that a user can share data (two terminals may belong to the same user or different users) on another device (such as a PC, a mobile phone, etc.) in the same Wi-Fi signal range by using devices such as the mobile phone, etc., where the two devices are the mobile phone and the PC, respectively, for example, the user can cache information such as thumbnails of data shared by the PC, document icons, etc., in a memory of the mobile phone, and display the information as an entry for the user to access PC data across devices, and when the user operates (such as clicks or double clicks) a thumbnail of a certain picture/audio/video or document icon, the mobile phone downloads a picture/audio/video or document corresponding to the operated thumbnail or document icon from the PC based on a communication connection with the PC, and the downloaded data is cached in the memory of the mobile phone, and the cached data is displayed for the user to access.
Under the condition that the second predetermined condition is that the first electronic device and the second electronic device need to pass the authorization of the other party, a typical application scenario is that, when the device such as the user mobile phone and the other device (such as a mobile phone, a PC, a cloud server and the like) pass the authorization authentication/verification of the other party, taking the two devices as the user mobile phone and the cloud server respectively as an example, the user can cache the indication information of the data shared by the cloud server by using the mobile phone, for example, cache thumbnails of all pictures in a cloud album provided by the cloud server, and display the thumbnails, and when the user clicks a thumbnail to view a picture, the user can download the picture content from the cloud server to the memory and display the picture content for the user to view.
According to the scheme, the data can be directly accessed in a memory cache mode in a cross-device mode by the device through downloading the data from another device to the memory of the device in real time and caching when the data needs to be accessed in a cross-device mode, cross-device transmission and storage of the data are not needed in advance, occupation of storage space of the electronic device and time consumption of transmission operation are saved, and data access efficiency can be effectively improved.
Referring to fig. 5, which is a flowchart of a fifth embodiment of a method for accessing data across devices provided in the present application, this embodiment further describes the method for accessing data across devices in the previous embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, in this embodiment, the method for accessing data across devices may further include the following steps:
step 407, if the second electronic device does not satisfy the second predetermined condition, if the cached indication information of the shared data of the second electronic device is not cleared, when an access instruction for accessing the target shared data is obtained, establishing a communication connection with the second electronic device, downloading, based on the established communication connection, the data content corresponding to the target shared data from the second electronic device to the memory of the first electronic device and caching the data content corresponding to the cached target shared data on the first electronic device, and displaying, on the first electronic device, the data content corresponding to the target shared data for the first electronic device to access.
Specifically, in the above embodiment, it is mentioned that, in the case that the second electronic device satisfies the second predetermined condition, the first electronic device caches the indication information of the shared data of the second electronic device and displays the cached indication information as an entry for the user to access the shared data of the second electronic device on the first electronic device.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, if the second electronic device no longer satisfies the above condition (for example, the second electronic device is no longer within a predetermined range around the first electronic device, or after the two devices are disconnected from communication, the two devices do not pass authorization again), but the indication information of the shared data of the second electronic device cached in the memory of the first electronic device is still future and cleared, and correspondingly, the indication information is still normally displayed on the first electronic device. In this case, the first electronic device may directly try (without the second electronic device satisfying the second predetermined condition as a precondition) to establish a communication connection with the second electronic device again, for example, try to establish a connection in a suitable manner (for example, based on a mobile network, the internet, or a relay device, etc.) based on the current actual situation, and on the basis of establishing the connection, download the corresponding shared data of the second electronic device and cache the data for the user to access.
For example, for the case that the second predetermined condition is that the second electronic device is within a predetermined range around the first electronic device, taking the first and second electronic devices as the user's mobile phone and PC respectively as an example, if the mobile phone and PC are no longer within the same Wi-Fi signal range and have been disconnected from each other, when the user clicks the thumbnail of the PC data whose cache is not cleared again, the mobile phone will try to establish a connection with the PC in another way, and download the data content of the corresponding data from the PC and cache the data content for the user to access.
For the case that the second predetermined condition is that the first electronic device and the second electronic device need to pass the authorization of the other party, taking the first electronic device and the second electronic device as the user mobile phone and the cloud server, respectively, when the first electronic device and the second electronic device are disconnected, and when the user clicks a thumbnail of a certain cloud picture in the album, which is not cleared, again, the mobile phone will try to establish connection with the cloud server (without passing the authorization authentication/verification of the two parties), and then download the corresponding picture content to the mobile phone memory and cache the picture content for the user to access.
In this embodiment, under the condition that the second electronic device does not satisfy the second predetermined condition, if the cached indication information of the shared data of the second electronic device is not cleared, when an access instruction for accessing the target shared data is obtained, directly attempting to establish a communication connection with the second electronic device on the premise that the second electronic device satisfies the condition is no longer performed, so as to provide the first electronic device with a function of accessing the data of the second electronic device across devices, and user experience can be effectively improved.
Corresponding to the above method for accessing data across devices, the present application further provides a first electronic device, which may be, but is not limited to, a portable/wearable mobile terminal of various types such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a personal digital assistant, a smart band, and a smart watch, or may also be a computer device of various types such as a notebook, a desktop, and an all-in-one machine.
The first electronic device is capable of establishing a communication connection with a second electronic device, and the first electronic device is capable of presenting an indication of shared data of the second electronic device, that is, the second electronic device is capable of sharing its data access rights with the first electronic device based on its communication connection with the first electronic device, to enable a device user of a first electronic device to have cross-device access to device data of a second electronic device, which may also be any of the types of devices described above, but not limited thereto, the second electronic device may be a server device in the cloud in addition to any of the above-mentioned types of devices, such as a certain server device deployed individually in the cloud or a certain server device in a server cluster deployed in a centralized manner.
Referring to fig. 6, a schematic structural diagram of a sixth embodiment of a first electronic device provided in the present application is shown, in this embodiment, the first electronic device includes:

The first communication unit 601 may be, but is not limited to, a bluetooth module, a Wi-Fi module, a 3G/4G (3rd/4th-Generation, third/fourth Generation mobile communication technology) communication module, etc. for providing a communication function on the first electronic device.

A first memory 603 for storing at least one instruction set.
The first Memory 603 may be various types of Memory devices with data storage function, such as ROM (read only Memory), FLASH, optical disc, hard disc, etc., and the stored instruction set is used to instruct the first processor 604 to perform the corresponding data processing operation as described below, and the instruction set may be stored in the first Memory 603 in the form of program.
A first processor 604 for invoking and executing the set of instructions in the memory 603, by executing the set of instructions:
obtaining an access instruction for accessing target shared data, wherein the access instruction is generated based on a predetermined operation executed by an operating body on indication information of the target shared data;
downloading data content corresponding to the target shared data from the second electronic equipment to a memory of the first electronic equipment and caching the data content based on the communication connection;
and controlling the first display unit to display the data content corresponding to the cached target shared data and accept the access operation of the displayed data content.
The second electronic device may share device data with the first electronic device by sharing the data sharing right item, and the data shared by the second electronic device with the first electronic device may include, but is not limited to, file data of picture files (such as all pictures or part of pictures in an album) on the second electronic device, audio and video files, various office documents (such as word, excel, and the like), or may also be a folder including multiple files (such as an album, a folder in which multiple audio and video files are stored), and the like.
Correspondingly, the first electronic device may display the indication information of the shared data of the second electronic device based on the data access right item shared by the second electronic device. The indication information of the shared data may be, but is not limited to, a thumbnail of a picture file/audio-video file, a document icon of an office document, and the like, which can indicate and identify the corresponding shared data.
Here, it should be noted that, unlike the case where the device in the prior art needs to display the indication information (such as the thumbnail or the document identifier) of certain data on the premise that the data is already stored, in the present application, when the first electronic device displays the indication information of the shared data of the second electronic device based on the data access right shared by the second electronic device, the first electronic device does not store the data content of the shared data of the second electronic device, and these data contents are still stored in the second electronic device.
In a specific implementation, the indication information of the shared data of the second electronic device may be cached in the memory of the first electronic device, so as to support the display of the indication information of the shared data on the first electronic device. And displaying indication information of shared data of the second electronic equipment on the first electronic equipment, wherein the indication information can be at least used for providing an access entrance for a user to cross equipment on the first electronic equipment to access corresponding data of the second electronic equipment.
When a user needs to cross devices on first electronic equipment to access a certain target shared data in shared data of second electronic equipment, a corresponding operation body can be used for executing a preset operation on indication information of the target shared data displayed on the first electronic equipment, so that the access to the target shared data is triggered. Specifically, for example, when the first electronic device detects an access operation performed by the user for target shared data on the basis of the detected operation information, an access instruction for accessing the target shared data on the first electronic device may be generated on the basis of the detected operation information.
After the access instruction for accessing the target shared data (the data is stored in the second electronic device) on the first electronic device is generated, in response to the instruction, the first electronic device downloads the data content of the target shared data from the second electronic device to the memory of the first electronic device based on the communication connection between the first electronic device and the second electronic device, and specifically caches the downloaded data in the memory of the first electronic device (instead of storing the downloaded data in the hard disk or the external memory card of the first electronic device) so as to support the user to access the data on the first electronic device.
In this embodiment, the communication connection between the first electronic device and the second electronic device may be, but is not limited to, a communication connection in any connection manner such as bluetooth, Wi-Fi (Wireless-Fidelity), internet, or a mobile network.
After the data content of the target shared data downloaded from the second electronic device is cached in the memory of the first electronic device, the data content of the target shared data can be displayed on the first electronic device based on the cached data, so that a user can access the first electronic device.
The data content for displaying the target shared data may be, but is not limited to, an image content for displaying a certain picture, playing a certain audio file/video file, displaying a document content of a certain office document (e.g., word, excel), expanding a certain folder to further display each file included therein, and the like, and the display processing of the data content of the target shared data may specifically be determined according to a data type/a file type of the target shared data, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The user can access the data content of the target shared data during the process of displaying the data content of the target shared data by the first electronic device, for example, view or edit the picture content/document content, listen to music, watch the played video, select a certain file in the expanded folder, and so on.
Correspondingly, the first electronic device can accept the access operation of the user to the displayed data content at least on the own device, such as accepting the editing of the picture content/document content by the user, accepting various control operations of the played audio and video by the user, and the like, so that the data content of the target data displayed on the first electronic device is matched with the access operation of the user in the process of accessing the first electronic device by the user.
The first electronic device receives the access operation of the user on the displayed data content on its own device, which means that the first electronic device performs corresponding processing on the data content of the target shared data cached by the first electronic device based on the access operation of the user on the target shared data, and synchronously displays the processing result to the user, for example, receiving the editing operation of the user on picture content/document content, editing the memory cache data and displaying the editing result, receiving the control operation of the user on the pause/fast forward/fast backward of the audio and video, controlling the state of the memory data, correspondingly displaying the state interface of the pause/fast forward/fast backward of the audio and video, and the like.
By using the scheme of the embodiment, when the data of another device needs to be accessed in the device, the data can be downloaded from the another device to the memory and cached in real time, so that the device can directly perform cross-device access on the data in a memory caching mode without performing cross-device transmission and storage of the data in advance, the occupation of the storage space of the electronic device and the time consumption of transmission operation are saved, and the data access efficiency can be effectively improved.
In the seventh embodiment, the processing function of the first processor 604 in the first electronic device is further described. In this embodiment, the processor 604 may specifically implement its processing function by executing the following processing procedures:
establishing a communication connection with a second electronic device;
establishing a sharing relation with second electronic equipment, and displaying indication information of at least one shared data of the second electronic equipment;
obtaining an access instruction for accessing target shared data, wherein the access instruction is generated based on a predetermined operation executed by an operating body on indication information of the target shared data;
judging whether the target shared data meets a first preset condition or not to obtain a judgment result;
if the judgment result shows that the data content meets the requirement, downloading the original data content corresponding to the target shared data from the second electronic equipment to the memory of the first electronic equipment and caching;
if the judgment result shows that the basic data content does not meet the requirement, downloading the basic data content corresponding to the target shared data from the second electronic equipment to the memory of the first electronic equipment and caching the basic data content; the data volume of basic data content corresponding to the target shared data is smaller than the data volume of original data content corresponding to the target shared data;
displaying the data content corresponding to the cached target shared data, receiving and responding to browsing operation and/or editing operation of the data content, and feeding back the change information of the data content to the second electronic equipment when the response result shows that the data content is changed, so that the second electronic equipment synchronously changes the data content.
The first electronic device and the second electronic device may establish a short-range communication connection through bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or may establish a long-range connection through internet, mobile network, or the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In specific implementation, as an embodiment, a data sharing function between the electronic device and other electronic devices may be provided on the electronic device in the form of a mobile APP (Application program); in another embodiment, the function of sharing data among different devices may be directly added to the operating system of the electronic device, so that the function is a self-contained function of the operating system.
Correspondingly, for the first embodiment, the user may send a request for establishing a sharing relationship to the other party in a sharing APP of the first electronic device or the second electronic device (the APP may be an APP dedicated to share data, or may be an APP added with the data sharing function in some social APPs), and then after the sharing APP of the other party receives the request, the sharing relationship between the two parties may be established. In this embodiment, the sharing APP of the device may store device information (such as sharing APP accounts of the devices) of the multiple devices in advance in a manner of an individual contact or a group contact, so that when there is a data sharing requirement, data sharing between the multiple devices corresponding to a single device or a group of the individual contact and the sharing APP can be achieved by sending a sharing request to the individual contact or the group.
For the second implementation manner, the user may call the data sharing function of the first electronic device or the second electronic device through its own function, and provide the device identifier (such as a mobile phone number, an IP (Internet Protocol) address of a computer, etc.) of the opposite device on the device when calling out the function, so as to send a data sharing request to the opposite device, and after receiving the request, the opposite device may establish a sharing relationship between the two devices.
In practical applications, the establishment of the sharing relationship between the first electronic device and the second electronic device may also be implemented in combination with a corresponding authorization control policy, for example, before the second electronic device shares data with the first electronic device, the second electronic device sends a verification interface to the first electronic device, or sends a login interface requiring an authorized account (and password) to be input at the same time, so that the first electronic device can share data of the second electronic device after inputting a correct verification code or inputting login information such as a correct account and password to obtain authorization of the second electronic device, thereby implementing cross-device access to the data of the second electronic device.
After the establishment of the sharing relationship between the first electronic device and the second electronic device is completed, the first electronic device may cache the indication information of the shared data of the second electronic device based on the memory to show the indication information of the shared data of the second electronic device, such as a thumbnail of an album picture shared by the first electronic device, a thumbnail of an audio/video file, a document icon of an office document, and so on, wherein, in the case that the type or the number of the shared data to be shown is small, the indication information of each type/each shared data may be directly displayed in a list, and in the case that the type or the number of the shared data to be shown is large, the indication information may be displayed in a group by using a predetermined grouping policy (e.g., the same type data are combined into one group, or the shared data are displayed according to the original grouping condition thereof on the second electronic device, and so on), the display form of each shared data on the first electronic device is not limited in the present application.
For the way of implementing data sharing in the form of APP, generally, the indication information of each data shared by the second electronic device can be directly displayed on the APP interface; for the way of implementing data sharing in the form of the self-contained function of the device system, the indication information of each shared data can be displayed on the sharing interface corresponding to the self-contained sharing function of the device in a centralized manner, the display way is similar to that under the mobile APP, and detailed description is omitted here, alternatively, the indication information of each shared data may be displayed under the existing storage path of the corresponding type of data of the first electronic device according to the file type to which the shared data belongs, for example, a plurality of pictures shared from a second electronic device are displayed as an independent group of pictures in the album of the first electronic device as thumbnails thereof, or thumbnails of a plurality of pictures shared from the second electronic device and thumbnails of the pictures local to the album are displayed in a mixed manner (in this case, the thumbnails of the shared pictures can be displayed in a special mark or special effect manner, etc. for the convenience of distinguishing the shared and local pictures for users), and so on.
In practical applications, the display manner of displaying the indication information of the data shared from the second electronic device in the first electronic device may be various, and the above listed manner is only used as an example and is not limited to the illustration manner, and is not necessarily limited to a specific one or several.
Displaying, on the first electronic device, indication information of shared data of the second electronic device, at least being usable for providing an access portal for a user to access, on the first electronic device, the corresponding data of the second electronic device across devices.
When a user needs to cross equipment on first electronic equipment to access a certain target data in shared data of second electronic equipment, a corresponding operation body can be used for executing a preset operation on indication information of the target shared data displayed on the first electronic equipment, so that the access of the target shared data is triggered. Specifically, for example, when the first electronic device detects an access operation performed by the user for target shared data on the basis of the detected operation information, an access instruction for accessing the target shared data on the first electronic device may be generated on the basis of the detected operation information.
As a possible implementation, the first predetermined condition may be that the data type of the target shared data is a predetermined data type. The predetermined data type may be a data type such as a picture and/or a document with a small data amount.
As another possible implementation, the predetermined condition may also be that the data amount of the target shared data is below a predetermined data amount threshold.
Other possible embodiments are possible in practice and need not be limited to the examples described above.
Specifically, if the target shared data meets the first predetermined condition, for example, the target shared data is data with a small data volume, such as a picture or a document, or the data volume of the target shared data is lower than a predetermined data volume threshold, the target shared data does not occupy too large memory space, so that the corresponding original data content of the target shared data meeting the first predetermined condition can be directly downloaded from the second electronic device, and the downloaded original data content is cached in the memory of the first electronic device.
On the contrary, if the target shared data does not satisfy the first predetermined condition, for example, the target shared data is data with a large data volume, such as audio or video, or the data volume of the target shared data is not lower than a predetermined data volume threshold, the target shared data occupies a large memory space.
In order to save the memory space and avoid the large occupation of the memory space by the target shared data, for the target shared data that does not meet the first predetermined condition, the embodiment downloads the corresponding basic data content from the second electronic device only, and caches the downloaded basic data content in the memory of the first electronic device.
For example, if the second electronic device shares a video file of a high-definition video, the file data of the video may be downloaded according to a standard definition standard and cached in a memory of the first electronic device, so that the first electronic device can normally display the video content of the video.
After the data content of the target shared data downloaded from the second electronic device is cached in the memory of the first electronic device, the data content of the target shared data is displayed on the first electronic device based on the caching, so that a user can access the data content on the first electronic device, specifically, the user can perform various access operations such as browsing, editing or controlling (for example, playing control) on the displayed data content of the target shared data, and the first electronic device responds to the user operation by performing corresponding processing on the cached data when detecting the user operation.
When the response result indicates that the data content of the cached target shared data is changed, the change information of the data content can be fed back to the second electronic device, so that the second electronic device synchronously changes the data content of the target shared data.
Of course, when the response result indicates that the data content of the cached target shared data is changed, the update information may be selected to be synchronized to the second electronic device or not to be synchronized to the second electronic device in combination with the corresponding permission control policy or the preset permission setting information (that is, the second electronic device only opens the cross-device data access function under the non-modified permission to the first electronic device), which is not limited in this embodiment.
By using the scheme of the embodiment, when the data of another device needs to be accessed in the device, the data can be downloaded from the another device to the memory and cached in real time, so that the device can directly perform cross-device access on the data in a memory caching mode without performing cross-device transmission and storage of the data in advance, the occupation of the storage space of the electronic device and the time consumption of transmission operation are saved, and the data access efficiency can be effectively improved. Meanwhile, different downloading processing is carried out on the data to be accessed based on the condition whether the data to be accessed meets the first preset condition or not, and the memory of the equipment can be used more reasonably.
In the eighth embodiment following the present application, the first processor 604 in the first electronic device may be further configured to perform any one or more of the following operations:
when a first end access instruction of an operation body for ending the access of the target shared data is received, clearing data content corresponding to the target shared data from a memory of first electronic equipment;
and when a second access ending instruction for ending the access of the shared data of the second electronic equipment of the operation body is received, ending the sharing relation with the second electronic equipment, and stopping displaying the indication information of the shared data of the second electronic equipment.
The first end access instruction for ending the access to the target shared data may be a close instruction for closing the data content of the exposed target shared data, for example, the user closes the displayed picture, audio/video or document by using an operation body such as his finger, a touch pen or a mouse, after receiving a closing instruction triggered by the user executing the closing operation on the displayed picture, audio/video or document by using the corresponding operation body, the method indicates that the user finishes the access of the target shared data, for this case, the data content of the target shared data may be purged from the memory of the first electronic device, so as to release the occupation of the internal memory, and when the user needs to access the data content of the target shared data again, and the data content of the target shared data can be obtained again in a real-time downloading and memory caching mode for the user to access.
The first end access instruction for ending accessing the target shared data may also be a deletion instruction for deleting the indication information of the target shared data, for example, a user deletes a thumbnail of a certain picture/audio/video, a document icon of a certain document, and the like displayed on the first electronic device by using an operation body such as a finger, a stylus, a mouse, and the like of the user, and after receiving a deletion instruction triggered by the user executing a deletion operation on the indication information of the target shared data, such as the thumbnail of the target shared data, the document icon, and the like by using the corresponding operation body, the user does not need to access the target shared data in the current sharing, so that data content of the target shared data can be removed from a memory of the first electronic device to release the occupation of the memory, and the indication information of the target shared data can also be removed together.
The second ending access instruction for ending accessing to the shared data of the second electronic device may also be diversified, and may be, for example, an instruction for ending the sharing triggered by the user performing an operation of closing the shared APP, an operation of closing a shared function of the device itself, or performing a corresponding operation on a button/menu item for "closing the sharing" in the shared APP, or the like.
It should be noted that the above operation may be performed by a user in any one of the first electronic device and the second electronic device, that is, the sharing relationship between the devices may be ended by performing the above operation in any one of the devices having the sharing relationship, and is not necessarily limited to a specific one of the devices.
When a second access ending instruction for ending accessing the shared data of the second electronic device of the operation body is received, the sharing relationship between the first electronic device and the second electronic device can be ended, the indication information of the shared data of the second electronic device is stopped being displayed, and meanwhile, shared data content and the indication information which are not cleared in the memory of the first electronic device can be cleared together to release the occupation of the memory.
By using the scheme of the embodiment, when data of another device needs to be accessed on one device, cross-device transmission and storage of the data do not need to be performed in advance, occupation of storage space of the electronic device and time consumption of transmission operation are saved, and data access efficiency can be effectively improved. Meanwhile, in the process of accessing data across equipment, when an instruction for finishing accessing the corresponding shared data is received, the shared data is cleared in the current equipment memory of the data accessed across equipment in time, so that the occupation of the shared data on the memory can be released in time, and the equipment memory is saved.
Corresponding to the above method for accessing data across devices, the present application further provides another first electronic device, where the first electronic device is capable of establishing a communication connection with a second electronic device; the first electronic device and the second electronic device may be any one of the computer devices or the mobile terminals, and the second electronic device may also be a server device in a cloud, such as a certain server device deployed individually by the cloud or a certain server device deployed in a centralized server cluster.
Referring to fig. 7, a schematic structural diagram of a ninth embodiment of a first electronic device provided in the present application is shown, in this embodiment, the first electronic device includes:
a second communication unit 701, configured to establish a communication connection with a second electronic device.
The first communication unit 701 may be, but is not limited to, a bluetooth module, a Wi-Fi module, a 3G/4G communication module, etc. for providing a communication function on the first electronic device.
And a second display unit 702 for displaying information.
A second memory 703 for storing at least one instruction set.
The second memory 703 may be various types of memory devices having data storage functions, such as ROM, FLASH, optical disc, hard disc, etc., and stores the instruction set for instructing the second processor 704 to perform the corresponding data processing operations as described below, and the instruction set may be stored in the form of a program in the second memory 703.
A second processor 704 configured to invoke and execute the set of instructions in the memory, by executing the set of instructions:
when the shared data of the second electronic equipment needs to be accessed, judging whether the second electronic equipment meets a second preset condition or not to obtain a judgment result;
if the judgment result shows that the data is satisfied, acquiring indication information of the shared data of the second electronic equipment based on the communication connection and caching the indication information in a memory;
controlling the second display unit to display the cached indication information of the shared data;
obtaining an access instruction for accessing target shared data, wherein the access instruction is generated based on a predetermined operation executed by an operating body on indication information of the target shared data;
downloading data content corresponding to the target shared data from the second electronic equipment to a memory of the first electronic equipment and caching the data content based on the communication connection;
and displaying the data content corresponding to the cached target shared data, and receiving the access operation of the displayed data content.
The second predetermined condition may be that the second electronic device is within a predetermined range around the first electronic device, e.g., both are within a signal range of the same Wi-Fi, or within an effective transmission range of bluetooth, etc.
The second predetermined condition may also be that the first electronic device and the second electronic device need to pass mutual authorization of each other, and specifically, the second predetermined condition may be authorization based on authorization authentication/verification of both sides, and the like.
When the first electronic device needs to access the shared data of the second electronic device, for example, a user triggers data sharing with another party by performing a corresponding sharing operation on the first electronic device or the second electronic device (for example, data sharing of the second electronic device may be performed only by the first electronic device, or data sharing between the first electronic device and the second electronic device may also be performed), the first electronic device may first determine whether the second electronic device satisfies the second predetermined condition.
If the second electronic device meets the second predetermined condition, for example, the second electronic device is located in a predetermined range around the first electronic device, or the first electronic device and the second electronic device pass the authorization of the other party, the first electronic device may obtain the indication information of the shared data of the second electronic device and cache the indication information in the memory of the first electronic device.
For example, a thumbnail of a picture shared by the second electronic device, a thumbnail of an audio/video file, a document icon of an office document, and the like are acquired, and these pieces of information are cached in the memory of the first electronic device.
On the basis of the indication information of the cached shared data of the second electronic device, the indication information of the shared data of the second electronic device can be displayed on the first electronic device based on caching, so as to provide an access entry for a user to cross the device on the first electronic device to access the corresponding shared data of the second electronic device.
The implementation manner of displaying the indication information of the shared data of the second electronic device on the first electronic device may specifically refer to the above explanation, and here, detailed description is omitted.
Here, it should be noted that, unlike the case in the prior art where a device needs to display indication information (such as a thumbnail or a document icon) of certain data on the premise that the data has already been stored, in the present application, when a first electronic device displays indication information of shared data of a second electronic device based on a data access right item shared by the second electronic device, data content of the shared data of the second electronic device is not stored in the first electronic device, and the data content is still stored in the second electronic device.
When a user needs to cross devices on first electronic equipment to access a certain target shared data in shared data of second electronic equipment, a corresponding operation body can be used for executing a preset operation on indication information of the target shared data displayed on the first electronic equipment, so that the access to the target shared data is triggered. Specifically, for example, when the first electronic device detects an access operation performed by the user for target shared data on the basis of the detected operation information, an access instruction for accessing the target shared data on the first electronic device may be generated on the basis of the detected operation information.
After the access instruction for accessing the target shared data (the data is stored in the second electronic device) on the first electronic device is generated, in response to the instruction, the first electronic device downloads the data content of the target shared data from the second electronic device to the memory of the first electronic device based on the communication connection between the first electronic device and the second electronic device, and specifically caches the downloaded data in the memory of the first electronic device (instead of storing the downloaded data in the hard disk or the external memory card of the first electronic device) so as to support the user to access the data on the first electronic device.
After the data content of the target shared data downloaded from the second electronic device is cached in the memory of the first electronic device, the data content of the target shared data can be displayed on the first electronic device based on the cached data, so that a user can access the first electronic device.
The data content for displaying the target shared data may be, but is not limited to, an image content for displaying a certain picture, playing a certain audio file/video file, displaying a document content of a certain office document (e.g., word, excel), expanding a certain folder to further display each file included therein, and the like, and the display processing of the data content of the target shared data may specifically be determined according to a data type/a file type of the target shared data, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The user can access the data content of the target shared data during the process of displaying the data content of the target shared data by the first electronic device, for example, view or edit the picture content/document content, listen to music, watch the played video, select a certain file in the expanded folder, and so on.
Correspondingly, the first electronic device can accept the access operation of the user to the displayed data content at least on the own device, such as accepting the editing of the picture content/document content by the user, accepting various control operations of the played audio and video by the user, and the like, so that the data content of the target data displayed on the first electronic device is matched with the access operation of the user in the process of accessing the first electronic device by the user. The first electronic device receives the access operation of the user on the displayed data content on its own device, and means that the first electronic device performs corresponding processing on the data content of the target shared data cached by the first electronic device based on the access operation of the user on the target shared data and synchronously displays the processing result to the user, for example, receives the editing result of the user on picture content/document content and displays the editing result, receives the control operation of the user on the audio/video pause/fast forward/fast backward and the like, and correspondingly displays the audio/video pause/fast forward/fast backward interface and the like.
Several more typical application scenarios of the present application are exemplified below.
Under the condition that the second predetermined condition is that the second electronic device is in a predetermined range around the first electronic device, a typical application scenario is that a user can share data (two terminals may belong to the same user or different users) on another device (such as a PC, a mobile phone, etc.) in the same Wi-Fi signal range by using devices such as the mobile phone, etc., where the two devices are the mobile phone and the PC, respectively, for example, the user can cache information such as thumbnails of data shared by the PC, document icons, etc., in a memory of the mobile phone, and display the information as an entry for the user to access PC data across devices, and when the user operates (such as clicks or double clicks) a thumbnail of a certain picture/audio/video or document icon, the mobile phone downloads a picture/audio/video or document corresponding to the operated thumbnail or document icon from the PC based on a communication connection with the PC, and the downloaded data is cached in the memory of the mobile phone, and the cached data is displayed for the user to access.
Under the condition that the second predetermined condition is that the first electronic device and the second electronic device need to pass the authorization of the other party, a typical application scenario is that, when the device such as the user mobile phone and the other device (such as a mobile phone, a PC, a cloud server and the like) pass the authorization authentication/verification of the other party, taking the two devices as the user mobile phone and the cloud server respectively as an example, the user can cache the indication information of the data shared by the cloud server by using the mobile phone, for example, cache thumbnails of all pictures in a cloud album provided by the cloud server, and display the thumbnails, and when the user clicks a thumbnail to view a picture, the user can download the picture content from the cloud server to the memory and display the picture content for the user to view.
According to the scheme, the data can be directly accessed in a memory cache mode in a cross-device mode by the device through downloading the data from another device to the memory of the device in real time and caching when the data needs to be accessed in a cross-device mode, cross-device transmission and storage of the data are not needed in advance, occupation of storage space of the electronic device and time consumption of transmission operation are saved, and data access efficiency can be effectively improved.
In the tenth embodiment of the present application, the second processor 704 in the second electronic device may be further configured to perform the following operations:
under the condition that the second electronic device does not meet the preset condition, if indication information of cached shared data of the second electronic device is not cleared, when an access instruction for accessing target shared data is obtained, a communication connection with the second electronic device is established, based on the established communication connection, data content corresponding to the target shared data is downloaded from the second electronic device to a memory of the first electronic device and cached, and the cached data content corresponding to the target shared data is displayed on the first electronic device for the first electronic device to access.
Specifically, in the above embodiment, it is mentioned that, in the case that the second electronic device satisfies the second predetermined condition, the first electronic device caches the indication information of the shared data of the second electronic device and displays the cached indication information as an entry for the user to access the shared data of the second electronic device on the first electronic device.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, if the second electronic device no longer satisfies the above condition (for example, the second electronic device is no longer within a predetermined range around the first electronic device, or after the two devices are disconnected from communication, the two devices do not pass authorization again), but the indication information of the shared data of the second electronic device cached in the memory of the first electronic device is still future and cleared, and correspondingly, the indication information is still normally displayed on the first electronic device. In this case, the first electronic device may directly try (without the second electronic device satisfying the second predetermined condition as a precondition) to establish a communication connection with the second electronic device again, for example, try to establish a connection in a suitable manner (for example, based on a mobile network, the internet, or a relay device, etc.) based on the current actual situation, and on the basis of establishing the connection, download the corresponding shared data of the second electronic device and cache the data for the user to access.
For example, for the case that the second predetermined condition is that the second electronic device is within a predetermined range around the first electronic device, taking the first and second electronic devices as the user's mobile phone and PC respectively as an example, if the mobile phone and PC are no longer within the same Wi-Fi signal range and have been disconnected from each other, when the user clicks the thumbnail of the PC data whose cache is not cleared again, the mobile phone will try to establish a connection with the PC in another way, and download the data content of the corresponding data from the PC and cache the data content for the user to access.
For the case that the second predetermined condition is that the first electronic device and the second electronic device need to pass the authorization of the other party, taking the first electronic device and the second electronic device as the user mobile phone and the cloud server, respectively, when the first electronic device and the second electronic device are disconnected, and when the user clicks a thumbnail of a certain cloud picture in the album, which is not cleared, again, the mobile phone will try to establish connection with the cloud server (without passing the authorization authentication/verification of the two parties), and then download the corresponding picture content to the mobile phone memory and cache the picture content for the user to access.
In this embodiment, under the condition that the second electronic device does not satisfy the second predetermined condition, if the cached indication information of the shared data of the second electronic device is not cleared, when an access instruction for accessing the target shared data is obtained, directly attempting to establish a communication connection with the second electronic device on the premise that the second electronic device satisfies the condition is no longer performed, so as to provide the first electronic device with a function of accessing the data of the second electronic device across devices, and user experience can be effectively improved.
In another embodiment of the present application, the first device is capable of caching data on the second device when the second device satisfies a predetermined condition, and only data cached on the first device by the second device is responded to the data on the second device and displayed on the first device by a user operation (e.g., clicking).
It should be noted that, in the present specification, the embodiments are all described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments may be referred to each other.
For convenience of description, the above system or apparatus is described as being divided into various modules or units by function, respectively. Of course, the functionality of the units may be implemented in one or more software and/or hardware when implementing the present application.
From the above description of the embodiments, it is clear to those skilled in the art that the present application can be implemented by software plus necessary general hardware platform. Claims (10)

1. The method for accessing the data across the devices is applied to a first electronic device, wherein the first electronic device can establish communication connection with a second electronic device, and the first electronic device can display indication information of shared data of the second electronic device;
the method comprises the following steps:
obtaining an access instruction for accessing target shared data, wherein the access instruction is generated based on a predetermined operation executed by an operating body on indication information of the target shared data;
downloading data content corresponding to the target shared data from the second electronic equipment to a memory of the first electronic equipment and caching the data content based on the communication connection;
and displaying the data content corresponding to the cached target shared data, and receiving the access operation of the displayed data content.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to obtaining the access instruction for accessing the target shared data, the method further comprises:
establishing a communication connection with a second electronic device;
and establishing a sharing relation with the second electronic equipment, and displaying the indication information of at least one shared data of the second electronic equipment.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein establishing a sharing relationship with the second electronic device, and presenting information indicative of at least one shared data of the second electronic device, comprises:
obtaining access authority which is granted by the second electronic equipment and aims at shared data on the second electronic equipment, and establishing a sharing relation with the second electronic equipment;
and displaying a thumbnail image of at least one shared data file of the second electronic equipment.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the downloading, from the second electronic device, the data content corresponding to the target shared data to a memory of the first electronic device and caching the data content comprises:
judging whether the target shared data meets a first preset condition or not to obtain a judgment result;
if the judgment result shows that the data content meets the requirement, downloading the original data content corresponding to the target shared data from the second electronic equipment to the memory of the first electronic equipment and caching;
if the judgment result shows that the basic data content does not meet the requirement, downloading the basic data content corresponding to the target shared data from the second electronic equipment to the memory of the first electronic equipment and caching the basic data content; and the data volume of the basic data content corresponding to the target shared data is smaller than that of the original data content corresponding to the target shared data.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein accepting access to the exposed data content comprises:
receiving browsing operation and/or editing operation on the data content;
and responding to the browsing operation and/or the editing operation, and feeding back the change information of the data content to the second electronic equipment when the response result shows that the data content is changed, so that the second electronic equipment synchronously changes the data content.
6. The method of any one of claims 1-5, further comprising:
when a first end access instruction of an operation body for ending the access of the target shared data is received, clearing data content corresponding to the target shared data from a memory of first electronic equipment;
or,
and when a second access ending instruction for ending the access of the shared data of the second electronic equipment of the operation body is received, ending the sharing relation with the second electronic equipment, and stopping displaying the indication information of the shared data of the second electronic equipment.
7. A method for accessing data across devices, the method being applied to a first electronic device capable of establishing a communication connection with a second electronic device, the method comprising:
when the shared data of the second electronic equipment needs to be accessed, judging whether the second electronic equipment meets a second preset condition or not to obtain a judgment result;
if the judgment result shows that the data is satisfied, acquiring indication information of the shared data of the second electronic equipment based on the communication connection and caching the indication information in a memory;
displaying indication information of the cached shared data;
obtaining an access instruction for accessing target shared data, wherein the access instruction is generated based on a predetermined operation executed by an operating body on indication information of the target shared data;
downloading data content corresponding to the target shared data from the second electronic equipment to a memory of the first electronic equipment and caching the data content based on the communication connection;
and displaying the data content corresponding to the cached target shared data, and receiving the access operation of the displayed data content.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
under the condition that the second electronic device does not meet the second preset condition, if the cached indication information of the shared data of the second electronic device is not cleared, when an access instruction for accessing the target shared data is obtained, a communication connection with the second electronic device is established, based on the established communication connection, data content corresponding to the target shared data is downloaded from the second electronic device to a memory of the first electronic device and cached, and the cached data content corresponding to the target shared data is displayed on the first electronic device for the first electronic device to access.
9. A first electronic device, comprising:
the first communication unit is used for establishing communication connection with the second electronic equipment;
the first display unit is used for displaying information;
a first memory for storing at least one instruction set;
a first processor for invoking and executing the set of instructions in the memory, by executing the set of instructions:
obtaining an access instruction for accessing target shared data, wherein the access instruction is generated based on a predetermined operation executed by an operating body on indication information of the target shared data;
downloading data content corresponding to the target shared data from the second electronic equipment to a memory of the first electronic equipment and caching the data content based on the communication connection;
and controlling the first display unit to display the data content corresponding to the cached target shared data and accept the access operation of the displayed data content.
10. A first electronic device, comprising:
the second communication unit is used for establishing communication connection with second electronic equipment;
the second display unit is used for displaying information;
a second memory for storing at least one instruction set;

and displaying the data content corresponding to the cached target shared data, and receiving the access operation of the displayed data content.
