Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is an implementation environment of a document content sharing method provided in an embodiment of the present application, and referring to fig. 1, the implementation environment may include a plurality of terminals 101 and a server 102, where the plurality of terminals 101 may respectively perform data interaction with the server 102 based on network connection.
In the embodiment of the present application, the users logged on the plurality of terminals 101 may be accessing one document in the server 102 at the same time, each terminal 101 may send the server 102 editing operation information of the user logged on the terminal 101 on one document, and the server 102 may forward the editing operation information to the terminal 101 where other users accessing the document are located.
For example, the document may be a table, which may be accessed by a plurality of users, and the server 102 may have the table stored thereon, and a plurality of terminals 101 where the plurality of users are located may access the table in the server 102 through a network connection, and the plurality of users may edit the table at the same time. The plurality of terminals 101 may transmit the editing operation information to the server 102, and the server 102 may transmit the editing operation information transmitted from one terminal 101 to the other terminals 101, thereby achieving data synchronization in the table. The document is only taken as a table for illustration, the document can also be a word document, and the embodiment of the application is not limited to this.
The plurality of terminals 101 may access the server 102 through installed terminals, or may access the server 102 through a web portal, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
The document content sharing method is applied to a terminal, where the terminal may be one terminal 101 of the plurality of terminals 101, and in this embodiment of the present application, multiple users may edit the same document at the same time, where for a certain terminal, a local user logged in on the terminal may access a document, and other users logged in other terminals may access the document and edit the document. The multiple users may feed back for content in the same document, thereby expanding the discussion.
The following describes a specific flow of the document content sharing method according to the embodiment shown in fig. 2. Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a document content sharing method provided in an embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 2, the document content sharing method may include the following steps:
201. and the terminal responds to the display instruction of the target document, and jumps the interface to the display interface of the target document.
In the embodiment of the application, the user can open the target document at the terminal, edit the target document, and the terminal responds to the display instruction of the target document to jump the interface to the display interface of the target document.
The display instruction of the target document may be applied to a social application, and the interface skip process performed by the terminal may be performed in the social application, or may be skipped from the social application to a browser, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
For example, multiple users may share viewing or editing rights for the same document, and the creation process of the target document may be as shown in fig. 3 to 7. Taking this document creation process as an example in a social application, a user may trigger a document creation control (e.g., "write document" 301) in the social application shown in fig. 3, and a terminal may create a document in response to a document creation instruction. As shown in fig. 4, a user may edit a document title 401 of the newly created document and a sharing user 402, that is, a user who may have viewing or editing rights to the document. The user may select a sharing user among his contacts, the terminal may provide the selected contact interface 501, and organization information 502 of the enterprise (e.g., an enterprise address book and an enterprise partner) may also be provided in the contact interface 501 for selecting contacts. Once selected, as shown in FIG. 6, a "Create document" control 601 may be touch-operated to create a document the creation of the file is complete, and the user may edit the document content in a "body" portion 701, as shown in FIG. 7. Of course, in addition to the above-mentioned document creation function, other functions may be provided in the social application, as shown in fig. 3, backlog or newly created backlog implementation may be provided, files may be added, or file entries may be provided, which are not listed here.
In one possible implementation, when the creation of the target document is successful, a user group corresponding to the target document may be generated based on the selected plurality of shared users. For example, if the user selects 3 sharing users, the user and the 3 sharing users may edit the target document, and the terminal may generate a user group with a number of 4 users. The 4 users may be discussed in the user group for the target document.
202. And the terminal responds to a selection instruction of the content in the target document to acquire the selected content in the target document.
If the user wants to share the content in the part of the target document to other users, the user can perform selection operation on the content in the target document, and when the terminal receives a selection instruction triggered by the selection operation, the terminal can respond to the instruction to acquire the selected content.
203. The terminal highlights the selected content.
After the user selects a part of the content, the terminal may also highlight the selected content, for example, the highlighting may be highlighting, or may be other manners, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. Therefore, the user can clearly know that the selected content is selected through highlighting the selected content, and if the user is not satisfied, the selected content can be readjusted, and the accuracy of the selected content can be improved through the display mode.
In one possible implementation manner, if the user is not satisfied with the selected content, the user may further perform a selected content adjustment operation, and when the terminal receives a selected content adjustment instruction triggered by the selected content adjustment operation, the terminal may determine the adjusted selected content according to the selected content adjustment instruction, so as to highlight the adjusted selected content.
For example, as shown in fig. 8, the user may perform an editing operation on the target document to edit the content of the target document, the user clicks on a text or a title, the terminal may display an input control 801, and the user may perform an operation on the input control 801, i.e., edit the content. During the editing process or the viewing process, if a section of content is required to be discussed with other users, a selection operation can be performed on the section of content required to be discussed in the target document, the terminal responds to a selection instruction triggered by the selection operation, the selected content can be highlighted, as shown in fig. 9, the highlighting can be in a mode of selecting box display, the terminal can display a selecting box 901, and the position and the effect of a trademark of the selected content 902' in daily life of people in the modern society are increasingly important in the selecting box 901.
The selection operation may be a triggering operation of the provided selection control after the long-press operation, or may be triggered based on a shortcut key, for example, a double-press operation, or a sliding operation with a pressing force greater than a pressure threshold, etc., which is not limited in the manner of the selection operation in the embodiment of the present application.
This step 203 is an optional step, and in this step 203, only highlighting the selected content by the terminal is described as an example, and in one possible implementation, the terminal may also directly execute step 204 after step 202, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
204. The terminal generates shared content based on the selected content.
After the terminal acquires the selected content, the terminal can generate the shared content based on the selected content so as to share the shared content to other users.
In one possible implementation, the terminal may obtain a location of the selected content in the target document, and generate the shared content based on the location. After receiving the shared content, the users who share the content can acquire the position of the selected content in the target document based on the position, so that the content in the position in the target document is highlighted.
In another possible implementation manner, the terminal may obtain the description information corresponding to the type according to the type of the selected content, and generate the shared content based on the selected content and the description information.
For example, if the selected content is text, the descriptive information "XX shares a piece of text for you" may be acquired. The selected content is a picture, and the descriptive information "XX shares a picture for you" can be acquired.
In one possible implementation, the user may also perform feedback operations on the selected content, such as evaluating, re-editing, or replying to operations while sharing the selected content. In this implementation, when the terminal generates the shared content, the feedback information may also be used as a part of the shared content. Specifically, the implementation manner can be realized through the following step one and step two.
And step one, the terminal responds to a feedback instruction of the selected content, and feedback information of the selected content is displayed on a target position of the selected content. The feedback instruction may be triggered by a triggering operation of the feedback control by the user. Specifically, the terminal may display a feedback control in the interface, and the user may select the content and click on the feedback control to input feedback information about the selected content.
In one possible implementation, the terminal may further provide an input box for inputting feedback information, through which the feedback information is acquired, so that the feedback information is displayed around the selected content. Specifically, in the step 204, the terminal may obtain information in the input box as feedback information for the selected content in response to the feedback instruction for the selected content, determine a target position of the selected content, and display the feedback information at the target position.
Wherein the target location may be a location that is less than a distance threshold from the selected content. That is, the target position is a position around the selected content, for example, the target position may be located below, above, left or right of the selected content, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
For example, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, both of which show the case where the input box 903 is displayed. The terminal may display the input box 903 in response to the feedback instruction, the user may input text in the input box 903, or insert a picture or a file in the input box, and the terminal may obtain feedback information of the selected content by obtaining information in the input box, and display feedback information below the selected content, where the display effect of the feedback information may be as shown as feedback information 1101 in fig. 11. It should be noted that the selected content may be content to which feedback information is added after being selected by other users. For example, as shown in FIG. 12, feedback cues 1201 may be displayed at peripheral locations of the selected content, i.e., highlighted feedback cues 1201 ("1") in FIG. 12, the "1" indicating that there is a piece of feedback information for the selected content. The user can trigger the feedback prompt, and the terminal can respond to the triggering instruction of the feedback prompt triggered by the triggering operation to display the existing feedback information 1202 on the target position of the selected content. The user may also re-tabulate feedback for the feedback information or answer the feedback information, so that the user may input the feedback information as shown in fig. 10, and the terminal may display two pieces of feedback information as shown in fig. 13.
Through the mode, the user can input feedback information in a self-defined mode, the content forms of the feedback information are various, the view of the user can be expressed more clearly, and therefore sharing efficiency is higher, and the effect is better. In addition, the corresponding feedback information is displayed at the position around the selected content, and the user can directly know the relation between the feedback information and the selected content according to the display position of the feedback information, so that the display effect is visual and clear, and the sharing efficiency can be effectively improved.
And step two, the terminal generates shared content based on the selected content and the feedback information.
After the terminal acquires the feedback information, the terminal can generate the shared content based on the selected content and the feedback information, and share the shared content to other users to inform the other users that the user of the terminal feeds back the selected content and feeds back the content.
In one possible implementation, the shared content may carry the location of the selected content in the target document and identification information of the target document. Thus, other users can know which document the shared content is fed back to through the identification information of the target document, and can know what the selected content is according to the position of the selected content in the target document, and the selected content can be rapidly positioned through the two information so as to know which content is fed back. In this implementation, the step 204 may be: the terminal obtains the position of the selected content in the target document, and associates the position, the identification information of the target document and the shared content.
In a specific possible embodiment, the selected content may include different types of content, for example, the selected content may be rating information, prompt information (e.g., @ any user), or file sharing. The terminal may use different description information for different types of contents to describe the selected contents. Specifically, the type of the selected content is acquired, and according to the type, descriptive information corresponding to the type is acquired, and based on the selected content, the feedback information and the descriptive information, shared content is generated. For example, if the selected content is evaluation information, the description information may be "XX evaluated YYYYY". "
205. And the terminal sends the shared content to the target user or the target user group.
After the terminal generates the shared content, the shared content can be shared with other users. Specifically, the sharing process can be shared to a certain user or a certain user group, so that the sharing process for a plurality of users is realized. For this difference in transmission object, two possible cases are provided below:
in one mode, the target user group is determined based on a state of a target sharing control, where the target sharing control is used for indicating the user group corresponding to the target document to share the selected content. The step 205 is: and the terminal acquires the state of the target sharing control, and sends the sharing content to the user group corresponding to the document in response to the target sharing control being in the selected state.
For example, as shown in fig. 10, the target sharing control may be "notify to session", and if the user selects the target sharing control, the sharing content may be directly shared to the user group corresponding to the target document. If not, the terminal can perform interface jump, jump from the interface shown in fig. 13 to the candidate user group selection interface, and the user can freely select which user group to share in, and the terminal can perform a sending step, namely the following second mode.
The second mode, the target user or the target user group is determined based on a selection instruction of the candidate user or the candidate user group. In the step 205, the terminal may display the candidate users or the candidate user groups in response to the triggering instruction of the selection control of the sharing user, and send the sharing content to any candidate user or any candidate user group in response to the selection instruction of the candidate user or any candidate user group.
After the evaluation information shown in fig. 13 is displayed, the terminal may further provide a candidate user group selection interface, so that the user may freely select which user group to share in, and the terminal may perform the transmitting step.
The above description is given by taking the example of sharing the selected content in the user sharing target document, where the target user or the users in the target user group may receive and display the shared content, and may further view the shared content, and the above description is given by the process of receiving and viewing the shared content by the user.
Specifically, the terminal may receive the shared content sent by the other users in the target user group, and display the shared content in the target user group. For example, as shown in fig. 14, the terminal may display shared content 1401. The user may click on the shared content 1401 to view the corresponding content in a particular target document. And the terminal can respond to the viewing instruction of the shared content, skip the interface to the display interface of the target document corresponding to the shared content, and highlight the selected content in the shared content in the display interface. For example, as shown in fig. 15, the terminal jumps to a display interface 1501 of a target document corresponding to the shared content, and the terminal may display the selected content 1502. In the implementation manner that the user further shares the feedback information, the terminal may further display a feedback prompt 1503, and if the user clicks the feedback prompt 1503, the terminal may display the feedback information, where the display effect may be as shown in fig. 13. The user may also perform editing operations on the target document, for example, as shown in fig. 15, a format editing control 1501 may be provided, through which the format of the text is adjusted 1501. As shown in fig. 16, an insert control 1601 may be provided through which other formats of files may be inserted in the target document.
Specifically, in the display process, the terminal may acquire the position of the selected content in the shared content in the target document, and highlight the content in the position. In the implementation manner that the user also shares the feedback information, the terminal may also display the feedback information at the target position of the content.
In one possible implementation manner, the shared content carries the position of the selected content in the shared content in the target document and the identification information of the target document. The interface jump process may be: and the terminal determines the target document corresponding to the shared content according to the identification information of the target document carried by the shared content, and jumps the interface to the display interface of the target document corresponding to the shared content. The display process may be accordingly: the terminal highlights the content at the location based on the location of the selected content in the target document. In the implementation manner that the user also shares the feedback information, the terminal may also display the feedback information at the target position of the position.
The above process of sharing and displaying the shared content only takes the sharing evaluation information as an example, and may actually be information for prompting the user, or other information, for example, as shown in fig. 17-19, the user may add information of a key prompt at any position, where the information of the key prompt may be a target identifier and a user identifier, for example @ a certain user. Specifically, as shown in fig. 17, the terminal may display a reminder selection interface 1701, and the user may select a contact with a key reminder, so as to add a reminder message 1801 to the document, where the reminder message 1801 may also generate corresponding shared content, so as to send the shared content 1901 in fig. 19 to the user group. The terminal may also provide other functions, for example, as shown in fig. 20, may display information of a user group, as shown in fig. 21, and may also provide information of all documents shared in the user group.
In one possible implementation, if the selected content includes a target identification and a user identification, the user may want to highlight a user or users to view or edit the selected content.
Specifically, in this implementation, the following two cases may be included:
case one: the terminal may send the shared content to a target user corresponding to the at least one user identification in response to the selected content including the at least one target identification and the at least one user identification.
And a second case: the terminal may send the shared content, the at least one target identity, and the at least one user identity to a user group in which the at least one target user is located in response to the selected content including the at least one target identity and the at least one user identity.
In the first and second cases, the target identifier may be @, but may be any other identifier, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application. In case one, the terminal may send the selected content to the user who needs to be prompted with emphasis to view or edit. In the second case, the terminal may send the shared content to the user group where the user who needs @ is located, and send the target identifier and the user identifier, so that the terminal that receives the shared content, the target identifier and the user identifier may display the shared content in the user group, and display the at least one target identifier and the at least one user identifier, so that the user may clearly know whether to view or edit the selected content in the shared content.
In another specific possible embodiment, the target identifier and the user identifier may also be added after the user selects the content instead of the information in the selected content to @ some users. In this implementation, the selection instruction based on the candidate user or the candidate user group includes an addition instruction to the target identifier and the user identifier, and the foregoing transmission process may be divided into the following two cases:
case one: and the terminal responds to an adding instruction of at least one target identifier and at least one user identifier in the context of the selected content, and sends the shared content to a target user corresponding to the at least one user identifier.
And a second case: and the terminal responds to an adding instruction of at least one target identifier and at least one user identifier in the context of the selected content, and sends the shared content, the at least one target identifier and the at least one user identifier to a user group where the at least one target user is located.
In addition to the above-mentioned case that the selected content includes the target identifier and the user identifier, or the user adds the target identifier and the user identifier after the selected content is selected, the case may further include a case: the user does not select the content in the document, but adds the target identity and the user identity at any position in the document.
In this case, the above-described transmission procedure may include two cases:
case one: and the terminal responds to an adding instruction to the target identifier and the user identifier at any position in the target document, and sends the position of the target document to a target user corresponding to the user identifier.
And a second case: and the terminal responds to an adding instruction to the target identifier and the user identifier at any position in the target document, and sends the position of the target document and the user identifier to the user group corresponding to the target document.
In the first and second cases, the position of the target identifier is sent, and the user who receives the position can determine the position of the document content which wants to prompt the user to view or edit according to the position, so as to obtain the content which prompts to view or edit.
In the following description of the case of receiving a location, the terminal receives any location in a target document sent by any user, and may obtain, based on the any location, the context content of the location in the target document in response to a viewing instruction for the location, and display the context content. That is, if other users prompt the user to view or edit the content around a certain position in the document, the target identifier and the user identifier of the user may be added, and after the terminal where the user is located receives the position, the context content of the position may be determined according to the position, so as to further obtain that the context content needs to be viewed, determine whether editing or answering is needed, and so on. The sharing mode is convenient and quick, good in flexibility, high in sharing efficiency and good in effect.
In addition to sharing feedback information as described above, users may want to add interactive content to documents with other users or in groups of users. For example, the interactive content may be chat content. The terminal can respond to the conversion instruction of the interactive content with the target user or in the target user group, acquire the interactive content, convert the format of the interactive content into the format corresponding to the type according to the format conversion mode corresponding to the type of the interactive content, and display the converted interactive content in the document.
For example, the interactive content may be text, which may be converted to a text format in the document, and added to the document. The interactive content can be a picture, the terminal can perform character recognition on the picture, and recognized characters are added into the document. The text recognition process may be implemented through a text recognition model, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application. The interactive content may also be a file, the terminal may store the file to a target address, and the description information of the file is added in the file, for example, "the file is referred to below, address of the file: a link address. Through the mode, the user does not need to manually write chat content into the document, so that the method is convenient and quick, reduces user operation and improves editing efficiency.
The document may be an existing document or a newly created document. That is, the document is the document selected based on the selection instruction or the document created based on the document creation instruction. The interactive contents display process described above may include two cases:
case one: and the terminal displays the converted interactive content in the document selected based on the selection instruction.
And a second case: the terminal responds to the document creation instruction to create a document, and the converted interactive content is displayed in the created document.
Of course, the terminal may also add a file to the target document, and the user may add description information of the file to a corresponding position of the file, and specifically, the terminal may obtain the target file in response to a file insertion instruction to any position in the target document, associate the obtaining address of the target file with the target document, and display file information of the target file in the position in the target document. For example, as shown in fig. 22-24. As shown in FIG. 22, the insertion may be triggered by a target identifier, which may be added to the document by the user, the terminal may display a candidate list 2201, which may include a hintable user, an insertable file, and selection controls, such as "select colleagues" 2202 and "select files" 2203. If the user triggers the selection control "select file" 2203, the terminal may display a select file page 2301 as shown in fig. 23, and the user may select one or more files provided in the select file page 2301 to be inserted into the document, thereby obtaining file information "@ recording a"2401 as shown in fig. 24.
A specific example is provided below to illustrate the flow of the sharing process, and referring to fig. 25, the flow of the method may specifically be:
in the sharing process, the selected content is text, the shared content is in the form of a session card, the document information can be stored in the form of a target data structure for example, after a user selects a section of text through a cursor, the front end analyzes the text selected by the cursor, obtains the data structure (text, existing comment content, at object, picture, file and the like) contained in the selected text, extracts the session card descriptive content which can be forwarded when initiating chat, generates a unique identity (Identification, ID) for reference forwarding, when the user selects to forward to a session, transmits the descriptive content and the unique ID for reference forwarding through jsapi (JavaScript Application Programming Interface) communicated with the terminal, javaScript application program interface), and contains the session ID for reference forwarding, the initiator identity ID, the terminal receives the event call to parse the session ID, creates and directly opens the session, sends a card for reference forwarding through the transmitted session card information, carries the information of the session ID, the initiator identity ID, the open person to the referenced document (Uniform Resource Locator ) and can quickly respond to the referenced document (ID) or the current position of the user by locating the reference in the position of the session, and the current position of the user can be referred to by the user.
For the scene of adding the file, a file (audio, software, compressed file, video file, doc-format file, excel form, pdf-format file, external chain file) and the like can be added in the file, and after the file is added, the file can be archived through effective information description, so that more perfect capability is provided for reservation and collaboration of social application.
The process of adding a file in a file is that when a user refers to a file, uploading logic of the file is automatically triggered, a file URL or a file identification (fileID) of a content delivery network (Content Delivery Network, CDN) is returned after the uploading is successful, an independent data object in the file is generated by the address on a CDN line and basic information of the file, the object records the basic information of the file and stores the data object, no modification is supported, editing and deleting are processed as a whole, and meanwhile, the data object of the file is converted into a change instruction in file cooperation to carry out cooperation notification operation of data storage.
In one possible implementation, for multiple users accessing the target document at the same time, the multiple users may also be provided with communication functionality, i.e., one user may communicate with another user. Specifically, the user may operate to view a plurality of users who are accessing the target document, and the terminal may display at least one user who is accessing the target document in response to a display instruction to the user who is accessing the target document. If a user wants to communicate with any one of the users, the user may be selected, the terminal may display a session window with the user in response to a selection instruction to any one of the users.
For example, as shown in FIG. 25, the terminal may display a user view control 2501 in the interface, and if the user clicks on the user view control 2501, the terminal may display a plurality of users accessing the target document, illustrated here by way of example as a list 2502 of users. As shown in fig. 26, if the user clicks on user a, if the user has a history session with user a, the history session 2601 may be displayed. Of course, a session window may be created and displayed if there is no history session.
In another possible implementation manner, the terminal may also respond to a selection instruction of a plurality of users to create a user group formed by the user of the terminal and the plurality of users, and display a session window of the user group. Thus, the user can select a plurality of users from the users accessing the target document to perform group chat so as to discuss the target document. The communication mode is convenient and quick, document editing and user session can be performed simultaneously, and document editing efficiency and document content sharing efficiency are effectively improved.
The display position of the session window may be a fixed position, which may be set by a related technician according to requirements, or may be determined based on an operation position corresponding to the selection instruction. The terminal can acquire the operation position corresponding to the selection instruction, and according to the operation position, the display position of the session window is determined.
The terminal can respond to a selection instruction of any user to establish a session with any user, and a session window with the user is displayed in an interface. If there is a history session with the user, the history session may be displayed directly.
If the user is not satisfied with the display position of the session window, the position of the session window can be adjusted, and the terminal can respond to the position adjustment instruction of the session window to determine the adjusted position of the session window, so that the session window is displayed at the adjusted position. For example, the user may drag the session window, and the terminal displays that the session window moves along with the operation track according to the operation track of the drag operation until the drag operation is ended.
For example, as shown in fig. 27, an online collaboration document is provided to a user to view a current online personnel list through a long link data channel established between a websocket and a proxy server (proxy), all users currently establishing links are provided with information of user identification (denoted as vid) and unique identification (morph) of an enterprise, whether other social application account numbers, enterprise names, names and the like, when the user clicks on online personnel, information of the user is acquired and jsapi communication with a terminal is initiated, a request of a session is initiated, the data of the communication includes all data of the current user, after the terminal receives a invoked event, a chat action is initiated through the transmitted user information, a new single chat session is established, if the personnel already communicated, the original session is directly opened for communication, the initiated chat exists in a window form, and the position of the window is calculated according to the position of the current click transmitted by the front end when the jsapi is initiated, the position of the window is required to be displayed according to the position of the click, and the user is allowed to manually drag the position of the window to be displayed, and the normal influence of the window browsing is avoided.
A specific example is provided below, taking application in a social application as an example, see fig. 28 and 29, the user equipment (terminal) may send a request to a common proxy server (common proxy) that may send a request to online document nj logic (webdocnjlogic) via connectionless hypertext transfer protocol (http) logic, and then to a document collaborator server (doccollabsvr, doc Collaborator server) to send a long connection push client request to the background. The background inquiry sends push to file push (docpush), document proxy server and document stay (doc presence), document push, document proxy server and client keep long connection. Seven steps may be included with the process:
1. in a social application workbench, an online collaboration application is opened, a document list is entered, when a document is selected to be created or the document is created, a terminal logs in a user identity by using the current social application, an identity bill (docsid, docskey) for the collaboration document is exchanged to the background, the identity of the current user is marked by docsID, docsID is matched with docsID for authentication, validity period and authority information for the document are marked, docsID is brought into a URL of the document, the docsID is a cookie of a domain where sensitive information is planted into the current domain, and then a web page view (webview) is started to open address access of the document. Wherein the cookie is data stored on the user's local terminal. Webview is a control in the android system that functions to present a web page.
2. After receiving the request of the document, the online collaboration node JS server first obtains docsid, docskey, docid (document ID) from url and cookie, and is used to check whether the current user login state is valid, whether there is authority to view the document, and other authentication logic.
3. If the identity verification is successful, the node server pulls the relevant data (including the information of the current collaborators, the document content, the authority configuration and the like) of the document to the bottom background storage server, and returns the relevant data to the browser for rendering and displaying.
4. When a user opens a document, a browser (Webview) opens the document, and an identity authentication module in the terminal can initiate a long link service (WebSocket) to establish a long link with a background at the same time, so that the long link is used for data communication such as content update, authority update notification and the like of the document in the cooperation process.
5. In the process of operating the document by the user, each operation action in the editor triggers the message notification of the long link service, the data of the document is updated to the background for storage in real time, and the background also notifies the change or authority notification logic of other people to the document in the cooperation process in real time.
6. When the document opened by the user receives the content change pushed by the server, the content of the document exists in the form of an instruction set, if different people have operation conflicts on the document at the same position, a merging algorithm (for example, an operation transformation (Operation Transform, OT) algorithm) of the instruction set is triggered, the document content after the conflict is merged is rendered to the user, and when the conflict that cannot be merged occurs, the terminal can prompt the user to have version conflicts and needs to discard a part of content or manually merge the conflicting content. Regarding conflict handling, details are not provided herein.
7. In the process of opening the collaborative document, a user can forward the document to others at any time to invite and collaboratively view at the same time, when the user receiving the forwarding card or notification can directly enter the document, the user can see the online collaborator list of the current document, each row on the left side of the document can display the information of each row of editors of the document, and when the document is edited by only one person, the information of each row of editors of the document can not be displayed.
Corresponding to any user, the user needs to have editing authority on the document so as to perform editing operation. The rights of any user accessing the target document are determined based on the manner in which the user first accessed the target document. Classifying users according to the rights of a plurality of users corresponding to one document:
the owner has the highest rights and is the creator of the target document. If the identification information (vid) of the user is in the list of collaborators, the corresponding rights are given. Vid belongs to a collaboration group, and rights (the rights of the Vid belong to a plurality of Vid are calculated by the highest rights) are given to the collaboration group. Otherwise giving the document global rights. The terminal may check the user rights against the rule to ensure that the user operation is valid. Several rights setting rules are provided below:
1. addition of collaborators
The owners add collaborators according to rights set by the owners; the collaborators or members of the collaboration group pull, following their rights. By linking in, the document rights are followed.
The collaborators deleted by the owner can only be pulled in, and cannot click on the link to enter.
2. Deletion of collaborators
a. By instructing "delete collaborators (deletecollamators") delete, only the owner can operate. In practice, it is not deleted from storage, but marked as unauthorized. Therefore, it cannot become a collaborator again unless the owner and the collaborator actively add. After deletion, the document in the collaborator document list disappears, and a push instruction is issued to the deleted person.
b. The collaborators actively exit the collaboration, delete from storage, and enter through the connection to become the collaborators again. After deletion, a push instruction is issued to the document owner.
3. Modification of collaborators
Only the owner can operate by instructing "collaborators modifications" modifications. At present, a push instruction is not issued.
4. Acquisition of collaborators
By instructing "get collaborators" (get collaborators) get, only owners and collaborators can get. The method is compatible with old editors, the unified authority of the editors is read-write, and the old editors are collaborators which have editing authority before and are deleted by owners afterwards.
And for the checking of the rights, if the owner, the highest rights are returned; if the client is a collaborator, returning the collaborator authority (including the condition of no authority); if the member is a member of the collaboration group, returning to the collaboration group authority, and if a plurality of collaboration groups exist, returning to the highest authority information; if none of the above are true, the document global rights are returned.
According to the method and the device for sharing the content in the target document, the content in the target document is selected, and the shared content can be generated according to the selected content, so that the shared content is shared to other users or user groups. And the sharing mode is flexible and changeable, so that the sharing efficiency and the sharing effect are effectively improved.
Any combination of the above optional solutions may be adopted to form an optional embodiment of the present application, which is not described herein in detail.
