Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is an implementation environment of a document content sharing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and referring to fig. 1, the implementation environment may include a plurality of terminals 101 and a server 102, where the plurality of terminals 101 may perform data interaction with the server 102 based on network connection, respectively.
In this embodiment, the users logged in to the multiple terminals 101 may be accessing a document in the server 102 at the same time, each terminal 101 may send, to the server 102, the editing operation information of the user logged in to the terminal 101 on the document, and the server 102 may forward the editing operation information to the terminal 101 where the other user accessing the document is located.
For example, the document may be a table, multiple users may access the table, the server 102 may store the table, multiple terminals 101 where the multiple users are located may access the table in the server 102 through a network connection, and the multiple users may edit the table at the same time. The plurality of terminals 101 may transmit the editing operation information to the server 102, and the server 102 may transmit the editing operation information transmitted by one terminal 101 to the other terminal 101, thereby achieving data synchronization in the table. The document is only taken as a table for explanation, and the document may also be a word document, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
The plurality of terminals 101 may access the server 102 through an installed terminal, or may access the server 102 through a portal site, which is not limited in the present embodiment.
The document content sharing method is applied to a terminal, which may be one terminal 101 of the multiple terminals 101, in this embodiment of the present application, multiple users may edit the same document at the same time, where for a certain terminal, a local user logged in on the terminal may be accessing the document, and other users logged in on other terminals may also be accessing the document and edit the document. The multiple users can feed back on the content in the same document to expand the discussion.
The following describes a specific flow of the document content sharing method through the embodiment shown in fig. 2. Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a document content sharing method provided in an embodiment of the present application, and referring to fig. 2, the document content sharing method may include the following steps:
201. and the terminal responds to the display instruction of the target document and jumps the interface to the display interface of the target document.
In the embodiment of the application, a user can open a target document at a terminal, edit the target document, and the terminal responds to a display instruction of the target document and jumps to a display interface of the target document.
The display instruction of the target document may act on a social application, and the process of performing interface jump by the terminal may be executed in the social application, or may jump from the social application to a browser, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
For example, multiple users may share viewing or editing rights of the same document, and the creation process of the target document may be as shown in fig. 3 to 7. Taking the document creation process as an example in a social application, a user may perform a trigger operation on a document creation control (e.g., "write document" 301) in the social application shown in fig. 3, and the terminal may create a document in response to a document creation instruction. As shown in FIG. 4, a user may edit a document title 401 and a sharing user 402 of the newly created document, i.e., a user who may have viewing or editing rights to the document. The user can select a sharing user from own contacts, the terminal can provide the selection contact interface 501, and organization structure information 502 (such as an enterprise address book and enterprise partners) of an enterprise can be provided in the contact interface 501 for selecting the contact. As shown in FIG. 6, after selection, touch operation can be performed on the "create document" control 601 to create a document, and the creation of the file is completed, as shown in FIG. 7, the user can also edit the document content in the "body" part 701. Of course, besides the document creation function, other functions may be provided in the social application, and as shown in fig. 3, a to-do item or a new to-do implementation may be provided, a file may be added, or a file entry may be provided, which is not listed here.
In one possible implementation manner, when the target document is successfully created, a user group corresponding to the target document may be generated based on the selected multiple shared users. For example, if the user selects 3 sharing users, the user and the 3 sharing users may edit the target document, and the terminal may generate a user group with a user number of 4. The 4 users may conduct an expanded discussion on the target document in the user group.
202. And the terminal responds to the selection instruction of the content in the target document and acquires the selected content in the target document.
If a user wants to share part of content in the target document with other users, the content in the target document can be selected, and when a terminal receives a selection instruction triggered by the selection operation, the terminal can respond to the instruction to acquire the selected content.
203. And the terminal highlights the selected content.
After the user selects a part of the content, the terminal may further highlight the selected content, for example, the highlight may be a highlight, or may be in another manner, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application. Therefore, the user can clearly know that the part of the selected content is selected through the highlighted display, and can readjust the content if the user is not satisfied, so that the accuracy of the selected content can be improved through the display mode.
In a possible implementation manner, if the user is not satisfied with the selected content, a selected content adjustment operation may be further performed, and when the terminal receives a selected content adjustment instruction triggered by the selected content adjustment operation, the adjusted selected content may be determined according to the selected content adjustment instruction, so that the adjusted selected content is highlighted.
For example, as shown in fig. 8, the user may perform an editing operation on the target document to edit the content of the target document, the user clicks the text or the title, the terminal may display an input control 801, and the user operates the input control 801 to edit the content. In the editing process or the viewing process, if a piece of content is to be discussed with other users, a selection operation may be performed on the part of the content in the target document that is desired to be discussed, the terminal may highlight the selected content in response to a selection instruction triggered by the selection operation, as shown in fig. 9, the highlight may be in a manner of a checkbox display, the terminal may display a checkbox 901, and the checkbox 901 displays "the position and role of the selected content 902 in the daily life of people in modern society becomes more and more important".
The selection operation may be a triggering operation performed on a provided selection control after a long-time pressing operation, or may be triggered based on a shortcut key, for example, a double-click operation, a sliding operation in which a pressing force degree is greater than a pressure threshold, or the like.
The step 203 is an optional step, and only the example that the terminal highlights the selected content in the step 203 is described, in a possible implementation manner, the terminal may also directly perform the step 204 after the step 202, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
204. And the terminal generates sharing content based on the selected content.
After the terminal acquires the selected content, the terminal can generate the sharing content based on the selected content so as to share the sharing content to other users.
In one possible implementation manner, the terminal may obtain a position of the selected content in the target document, and generate shared content based on the position. After the other sharing users receive the sharing content, the positions of the selected content in the target document can be known based on the positions, and therefore the content on the positions in the target document can be highlighted.
In another possible implementation manner, the terminal may obtain description information corresponding to the type according to the type of the selected content, and generate shared content based on the selected content and the description information.
For example, if the selected content is a text, the descriptive information "XX shares a piece of text for you" may be obtained. If the selected content is a picture, the description information "XX shares a picture for you" can be obtained.
In one possible implementation manner, when the user shares the selected content, a feedback operation, such as an operation of evaluating, re-editing, or replying, may also be performed on the selected content. In this implementation manner, when the terminal generates the shared content, the feedback information may also be used as a part of the shared content. Specifically, the implementation may be realized by the following step one and step two.
The method comprises the steps that firstly, a terminal responds to a feedback instruction of the selected content and displays feedback information of the selected content on a target position of the selected content. The feedback instruction can be triggered by a triggering operation of the feedback control by a user. Specifically, the terminal may display a feedback control in the interface, and the user may select a content, click the feedback control, and input feedback information for the selected content.
In one possible implementation manner, the terminal may further provide an input box for inputting the feedback information, and the feedback information is acquired through the input box, so that the feedback information is displayed around the selected content. Specifically, in step 204, the terminal may, in response to the feedback instruction for the selected content, acquire information in the input box as feedback information for the selected content, determine a target position of the selected content, and display the feedback information on the target position.
The target position can be a position with a distance from the selected content smaller than a distance threshold. That is, the target position is a position around the selected content, for example, the target position may be located below, above, left, or right of the selected content, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
For example, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, both of them show a case where the input box 903 is displayed. The terminal may display the input box 903 in response to the feedback instruction, the user may input characters in the input box 903, or insert pictures or files in the input box, the terminal may obtain feedback information about the selected content by acquiring information in the input box, and display the feedback information below the selected content, where the display effect of the feedback information may be as feedback information 1101 in fig. 11. It should be noted that the selected content may also be content to which feedback information is added after being selected by another user. For example, as shown in fig. 12, a feedback prompt 1201 may be displayed at a position around the selected content, that is, the highlighted feedback prompt 1201 ("1") in fig. 12, where the "1" indicates that there is a piece of feedback information about the selected content. The user may perform a trigger operation on the feedback prompt, and the terminal may display existing feedback information 1202 on the target position of the selected content in response to a trigger instruction for the feedback prompt triggered by the trigger operation. The user may also re-list the feedback for the feedback information or answer the feedback information so that the user may input the feedback information as shown in fig. 10 and the terminal may display two pieces of feedback information as shown in fig. 13.
Through the mode, the user can input the feedback information in a user-defined mode, the content form of the feedback information is various, the viewpoint of the user can be clearly expressed, and therefore the sharing efficiency is higher and the effect is better. In addition, corresponding feedback information is displayed at positions around the selected content, a user can directly know the relation between the feedback information and the selected content according to the display position of the feedback information, the display effect is visual and clear, and the sharing efficiency can be effectively improved.
And step two, the terminal generates shared content based on the selected content and the feedback information.
After the terminal acquires the feedback information, the shared content can be generated based on the selected content and the feedback information, the shared content is shared to other users to inform the other users, and the user of the terminal feeds back and feeds back the selected content.
In one possible implementation manner, the shared content may carry a position of the selected content in the target document and identification information of the target document. Therefore, other users can know which document the shared content is fed back to through the identification information of the target document, and can know what the selected content is according to the position of the selected content in the target document. In this implementation, the step 204 may be: and the terminal acquires the position of the selected content in the target document and associates the position, the identification information of the target document and the shared content.
In a specific possible embodiment, the selected content may include different types of content, for example, the selected content may be evaluation information, may be prompt information (e.g., any user), and may also be file sharing. For different types of contents, the terminal can use different description information to describe the selected contents. Specifically, the type of the selected content is obtained, description information corresponding to the type is obtained according to the type, and shared content is generated based on the selected content, the feedback information and the description information. For example, if the selected content is evaluation information, the description information may be "XX has evaluated yyyy. "
205. And the terminal sends the shared content to a target user or a target user group.
And after the terminal generates the sharing content, the sharing content can be shared to other users. Specifically, the shared information can be shared to a certain user, and can also be shared to a certain user group, so that a process of sharing the shared information to a plurality of users is realized. For the difference of the transmission object, two possible cases are provided as follows:
in the first mode, the target user group is determined based on the state of a target sharing control, and the target sharing control is used for indicating that the selected content is shared to the user group corresponding to the target document. The step 205 is: and the terminal acquires the state of the target sharing control, responds to the selected state of the target sharing control, and sends the sharing content to the user group corresponding to the document.
For example, as shown in fig. 10, the target sharing control may be "notify to session", and if the user selects the target sharing control, the user may directly share the shared content to the user group corresponding to the target document. If not, the terminal may perform interface skipping, and skip from the interface shown in fig. 13 to the candidate user group selection interface, so that the user may freely select which user group to share, and the terminal may perform the sending step, that is, the following manner two.
And secondly, determining the target user or the target user group based on a selection instruction of the candidate user or the candidate user group. In step 205, the terminal may display the candidate users or the candidate user group in response to the trigger instruction for the sharing user selection control, and send the shared content to the candidate users or the candidate user group in response to the selection instruction for any candidate user or any candidate user group.
After the evaluation information shown in fig. 13 is displayed, the terminal may further provide a candidate user group selection interface, and the user may freely select which user group the terminal shares with, and the terminal may perform the sending step.
The above description is given by taking an example that the user shares the selected content in the target document, the target user or the users in the target user group may receive and display the shared content, and may further view the shared content, and the following description is given to the above process by a process of the user receiving and viewing the shared content.
Specifically, the terminal may receive the shared content sent by other users in the target user group, and display the shared content in the target user group. For example, as shown in fig. 14, the terminal may display shared content 1401. The user may click on the shared content 1401 to view the corresponding content in the specific target document. The terminal can respond to the viewing instruction of the shared content, jump the interface to the display interface of the target document corresponding to the shared content, and highlight the selected content in the shared content in the display interface. For example, as shown in fig. 15, the terminal jumps to a display interface 1501 of a target document corresponding to the shared content, and the terminal may display the selected content 1502. In the implementation manner that the user also shares the feedback information, the terminal may further display a feedback prompt 1503, and if the user clicks the feedback prompt 1503, the terminal may display the feedback information, and the display effect may be as shown in fig. 13. The user may also perform an editing operation on the target document, for example, as shown in fig. 15, a format editing control 1501 may be provided, by which the format of the text is adjusted by the format editing control 1501. As shown in fig. 16, an insertion control 1601 may be provided, by which insertion control 1601 a file of another format may be inserted in the target document.
Specifically, in the display process, the terminal may obtain a position of the selected content in the shared content in the target document, and highlight the content at the position. In the implementation manner in which the user also shares the feedback information, the terminal may further display the feedback information at a target position of the content.
In one possible implementation manner, the shared content carries a position of the selected content in the shared content in the target document and identification information of the target document. The interface jump process may be: and the terminal determines the target document corresponding to the shared content according to the identification information of the target document carried by the shared content, and jumps to a display interface of the target document corresponding to the shared content. The display process may accordingly be: and the terminal highlights the content at the position according to the position of the selected content in the target document. In the implementation manner in which the user also shares the feedback information, the terminal may also display the feedback information at a target position of the position.
The process of sharing and displaying the shared content is only to take the sharing evaluation information as an example, but may also be information prompting the user, or other information, for example, as shown in fig. 17 to 19, the user may add a highlight prompting information at any position, and the highlight prompting information may be a target identifier and a user identifier, for example, a certain user is @ a certain user. Specifically, as shown in fig. 17, the terminal may display a reminder selection interface 1701, and the user may select a contact that is highlighted, so as to add a prompt message 1801 to the document, and the prompt message 1801 may also generate corresponding sharing content, so as to send the sharing content to the user group, such as the sharing content 1901 in fig. 19. The terminal may also provide other functions, for example, as shown in fig. 20, information of a user group may be displayed, as shown in fig. 21, or information of all documents shared in the user group may be provided.
In one possible implementation, if the target identifier and the user identifier are included in the selected content, the user may want to highlight a user or users to view or edit the selected content. Specifically, in this implementation, the following two cases may be included:
the first condition is as follows: the terminal may send the shared content to a target user corresponding to the at least one user identifier in response to the selected content including the at least one target identifier and the at least one user identifier.
Case two: the terminal may send the shared content, the at least one target identifier, and the at least one user identifier to a user group in which the at least one target user is located, in response to the selected content including the at least one target identifier and the at least one user identifier.
In the first and second cases, the target identifier may be @, or of course, other identifiers may be used, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application. In case one, the terminal may send the selected content to a user who needs to be emphatically prompted to view or edit the selected content. In case two, the terminal may send the shared content to a user group where the user needing @ is located, and send the target identifier and the user identifier, so that the terminal receiving the shared content, the target identifier and the user identifier may display the shared content in the user group, and display the at least one target identifier and the at least one user identifier, so that the user may clearly know whether the user needs to check or edit the selected content in the shared content.
In another specific possible embodiment, the target identification and the user identification may also be added after the user selects the content instead of the information in the selected content, to @ some users. In this implementation, the instruction based on the selection of the candidate user or the candidate user group includes an instruction to add the target identifier and the user identifier, and the sending process may be divided into the following two cases:
the first condition is as follows: and the terminal responds to an adding instruction of at least one target identifier and at least one user identifier in the context of the selected content, and sends the shared content to a target user corresponding to the at least one user identifier.
Case two: and the terminal responds to an adding instruction of at least one target identifier and at least one user identifier in the context of the selected content, and sends the shared content, the at least one target identifier and the at least one user identifier to a user group where the at least one target user is located.
In addition to the above-mentioned situation that the selected content includes the target identifier and the user identifier after the user selects the content, or the user adds the target identifier and the user identifier after the user selects the content, the method may also include a situation that: the user does not select the content in the document, but adds the target identifier and the user identifier at any position in the document. In this case, the above-described transmission procedure may include two cases:
the first condition is as follows: and the terminal responds to an adding instruction of the target identification and the user identification at any position in the target document, and sends the position of the target document to a target user corresponding to the user identification.
Case two: and the terminal responds to an adding instruction of the target identification and the user identification at any position in the target document, and sends the position of the target document and the user identification to a user group corresponding to the target document.
In the first and second cases, the position of the target identifier is sent, and the user receiving the position can determine the position of the document content which the user wants to be prompted to view or edit according to the position, so as to obtain the content prompted to view or edit.
The following describes a case of receiving a location, where a terminal receives any location in a target document sent by any user, and may respond to a viewing instruction for the location, acquire context content of the location in the target document based on the any location, and display the context content. That is, the other users prompt the user to view or edit the content around a certain position in the document, the target identifier and the user identifier of the user may be added, and after the terminal where the user is located receives the position, the context content of the position may be determined according to the position, so as to know that the content of the upper and lower positions needs to be viewed, and determine whether the editing or answering needs to be performed, etc. The sharing mode is convenient and quick, good in flexibility, high in sharing efficiency and good in effect.
In addition to sharing feedback information as described above, a user may want to add interactive content to a document with other users or in a group of users. For example, the interactive content may be chat content. The terminal may respond to a conversion instruction for the interactive content with the target user or in the target user group, acquire the interactive content, convert the format of the interactive content into a format corresponding to the type according to a format conversion manner corresponding to the type of the interactive content, and display the converted interactive content in a document.
For example, the interactive content may be text, and the text may be converted into a text format in the document and added to the document. The interactive content can be pictures, and the terminal can perform character recognition on the pictures and add recognized characters to the document. The process of character recognition can be realized by a character recognition model, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. The interactive content may also be a file, and the terminal may store the file to a target address, and add description information of the file to the document, such as "refer to the file below, an address of the file: link address ". By the method, the user does not need to manually write the chat content into the document, convenience and rapidness are realized, user operation is reduced, and editing efficiency is improved.
The document may be an existing document or a newly created document. That is, the document is the document selected based on the selection instruction or the document created based on the document creation instruction. The above interactive contents display process may include two cases:
the first condition is as follows: and the terminal displays the converted interactive content in the document selected based on the selection instruction.
Case two: the terminal creates a document in response to the document creation instruction, and displays the converted interactive contents in the created document.
Of course, the terminal may also add a file in the target document, and the user may add description information of the file at a corresponding position of the file, specifically, the terminal may obtain the target file in response to a file insertion instruction for any position in the target document, associate an obtaining address of the target file with the target document, and display file information of the target file at the position in the target document. For example, as shown in fig. 22-24. As shown in FIG. 22, the insert operation may be triggered by a target identifier, which the user may add to the document, and the terminal may display a candidate list 2201, which may include the user, the user may prompt, the files may be inserted, and selection controls may be provided, such as "select colleagues" 2202 and "select files" 2203. If the user performs a trigger operation on the selection control "select file" 2203, the terminal may display a select file page 2301 as shown in fig. 23, and the user may select one or more files provided in the select file page 2301 to be inserted into the document, thereby obtaining file information "@ recording a" 2401 as shown in fig. 24.
A specific example is provided below, and a flow of the sharing process is described, referring to fig. 25, where the flow of the method may specifically be:
in the sharing process, for example, the selected content is a text, the shared content is a session card, and the document information may be stored in a form of a target data structure, after the user selects a section of text through a cursor, the front end analyzes the text selected by the cursor to obtain a data structure (text, existing comment content, at object, picture, file, etc.) contained in the selected text, and extracts a description content of the session card that can be forwarded when the user initiates a chat, and generates a unique Identification (id) that refers to and forwards, when the user selects and forwards to a session, the description content and the unique id that refer to and forwards are transmitted through a jsapi (JavaScript Application Programming Interface) that communicates with the terminal, and contain a session id that refers to and forwards, an initiator id, and the terminal receives an event call to analyze the session id, creating and directly opening a session, sending a reference forwarding card through transferred session card information, and carrying the session ID, the identity ID of an initiator and the information of a person who opens the card into a document URL (Uniform Resource Locator) referred by the card, after receiving access forwarded by the reference, a document service quickly locates the referenced position and highlights the information by matching the session ID and a document identifier (herein referred to as docId) in the URL, shows the content of discussion initiated by all members at the current position, and a user can interact with collaborators by replying or initiating a new discussion.
For the scene of adding files, a file (audio, software, compressed file, video file, document in doc format, excel form, document in pdf format, and out-link file) can be added into the document, and after the file is added into the document, the important file can be archived through effective information description, so that more perfect capability is provided for retention and cooperation of social applications.
The process of adding a file in the document is that when a user refers to a file, the uploading logic of the file is automatically triggered, after the uploading is successful, a file URL or a file identifier (fileID) of a Content Delivery Network (CDN) is returned, an independent data object in the document is generated by an address on a CDN line and file basic information, the object records the basic information of the file and stores the data object without supporting the change, the editing and the deletion are processed as a whole, and meanwhile, the data object of the file is converted into a changeset instruction in the document cooperation to perform the cooperation notification operation of data storage.
In one possible implementation, the communication function may also be provided with respect to a plurality of users accessing the target document at the same time, i.e., one user may communicate with another user. Specifically, the user may operate to view a plurality of users who are accessing the target document, and the terminal may display at least one user who is accessing the target document in response to a display instruction to the user who is accessing the target document. If the user wants to communicate with any one of the users, the user can be selected, and the terminal can display a conversation window with the user in response to a selection instruction for any one of the users.
For example, as shown in fig. 25, the terminal may display a user view control 2501 in the interface, and if the user clicks on the user view control 2501, the terminal may display a plurality of users accessing the target document, which is exemplified by adopting a user list 2502. As shown in fig. 26, if the user clicks on user a, if the user has a history session with user a, the history session 2601 may be displayed. Of course, a session window may be created and displayed if there are no historical sessions.
In another possible implementation manner, the terminal may also create a user group formed by the user of the terminal and the plurality of users in response to the selection instruction of the plurality of users, and display a session window of the user group. In this way, the user can select a plurality of users to perform group chat among the users accessing the target document so as to discuss the target document. The communication mode is convenient and fast, document editing and user conversation can be carried out simultaneously, and document editing efficiency and document content sharing efficiency are effectively improved.
The display position of the conversation window may be a fixed position, and the fixed position may be set by a relevant technician as required, or may be determined based on the operation position corresponding to the selection instruction. The terminal can obtain the operation position corresponding to the selection instruction, and the display position of the conversation window is determined according to the operation position.
The terminal can respond to a selection instruction of any user, establish a session with the user and display a session window with the user in the interface. If there is a historical session with the user, the historical session may be displayed directly.
If the user is not satisfied with the display position of the conversation window, the position of the conversation window can be adjusted, and the terminal can respond to the position adjustment instruction of the conversation window to determine the adjusted position of the conversation window, so that the conversation window is displayed at the adjusted position. For example, the user may perform a drag operation on the session window, and the terminal displays the session window moving along with the operation track of the drag operation according to the operation track of the drag operation until the drag operation is finished.
For example, as shown in fig. 27, the online collaboration document provides a user with a list of currently online people through a long link data channel established between a web socket (websocket) and a background proxy server (proxy), and all users currently establishing links view the list of currently online people, where information of each user includes a user identifier (here, labeled as vid), a unique identifier (corporate), whether other social application accounts, a name of an enterprise, a name of the enterprise, and the like, and when a user clicks an online person, the user obtains information of the user and initiates jsapi communication with a terminal, a session request is initiated, data of the communication includes all data of the current user, and after the terminal receives a called event, a chat behavior is initiated through the transmitted user information, a new single chat session is established, and if there are already communicating people, the original session is opened directly for communication, the initiated chat exists in the form of a window, the position of the window is positioned according to the current click position transmitted by the front end when the jsapi is initiated, the position of the window to be displayed is calculated according to the click position, the user is allowed to manually drag the window position, and the influence on the normal editing and browsing of the document is avoided.
A specific example is provided below, for example, in application to a social application, and referring to fig. 28 and fig. 29, a user equipment (terminal) may send a request to a common proxy server (common proxy), which may send a request to an online document nj logic (webdocnjlogic) and then to a document Collaborator server (docollabsvr, doc collator server) to send a long-connection push client request to the background through a logic of a connectionless hypertext transfer protocol (http). Background inquiry sends push to file push (docpush), document proxy server and document dwell (doc presence), document push, and document proxy server keeps long connection with client. The flow may include seven steps:
1. in a social application workbench, an online collaboration application is opened, a document list is entered, when a document is selected to be created or created, a terminal can log in user identity by using the current social application, identity notes (docsid and docsk) for the collaboration document are exchanged to a background, the identity of a current user is marked by the docsid, the docsk and the docsid are matched for authentication and are used for marking the valid period and authority information of the document, the docsid is brought to a URL of the document, the docsk is sensitive information and is planted in a cookie of a domain where a current domain name is located, and then a webpage view (webview) is started to open address access of the document. Wherein the cookie is data stored on the user's local terminal. Webview is a control in an android system that is used to expose a web page.
2. After receiving a document request, a JS server of an online cooperative node firstly acquires docsid, docskey and docid (document ID) from url and cookie to check whether the current user login state is valid or not, whether the current user login state has authority for viewing the document or not and other authentication logics.
3. If the identity verification is successful, the node server pulls the document related data (including information of the current collaborator, document content, authority configuration and the like) from the bottom background storage server and returns the document related data to the browser for rendering and displaying.
4. When a browser (Webview) opened by a user opens a document, an identity authentication module in the terminal simultaneously initiates a long link service (WebSocket) to establish a long link with a background for the communication of data such as document content update, authority update notification and the like in a cooperation process.
5. In the process of operating the document by the user, the operation behavior in the editor triggers message notification of the long-link service every time, data of the document is updated to the background for storage in real time, and meanwhile, the background also notifies other people of change or authority notification logic of the document in the cooperation process in real time.
6. When a document opened by a user receives content change pushed by a server, the content of the document exists in the form of an instruction set, if different people have Operation conflict on the document at the same position, a merging algorithm (for example, an Operation Transform (OT) algorithm) of the instruction set is triggered, the document content after the merging conflict is rendered to the user, and when conflict which cannot be merged occurs, a terminal can prompt the user that the version conflict occurs, and a part of content needs to be abandoned or the content with the conflict needs to be manually merged. The collision handling is not described herein.
7. When a user opens a collaborative document, the user can forward the document to others to invite and collaboratively check at any time, when the user receiving the forwarding card or the notification can directly enter the document, the online collaborator list of the current document can be seen, each line on the left side of the document can also show the information of editors in each line of the document, and when only one person edits the document, the information cannot be displayed.
Corresponding to any user, the user needs to have the editing authority for the document to perform editing operation. The rights of any user accessing the target document are determined based on the manner in which the user first accesses the target document. Classifying users according to the authority of a plurality of users corresponding to one document:
the owner has the highest rights and is the creator of the target document. If the user's identification information (vid) is on the list of collaborators, the corresponding rights are given. The Vid belongs to the cooperation group, and the right is given to the cooperation group (the right is counted by the highest right when the Vid belongs to a plurality of cooperation groups). Otherwise, giving the document the overall rights. The terminal may check the user rights against the rule to ensure that the user operation is valid. Several rights setting rules are provided below:
1. addition of collaborators
The collaborators added by the owner press the authority set by the owner; collaborators or collaboration group members pull, follow their rights. Incoming through the link, the document rights are followed.
Collaborators deleted by the owner can only be pulled in, and cannot click on a link to enter.
2. Deletion of collaborators
a. By instructing "delete collaborators (deletecollectors") to delete, only the owner can operate. In practice, they are not deleted from storage, but are marked as not authorized. Thus, unless the owner and collaborators actively add, they cannot become collaborators again. After deletion, the document in the collaborator document list disappears, and a push instruction is issued to the deleted person.
b. The collaborators actively quit collaboration, delete from storage, and become collaborators again through connection entry. After the deletion, a push instruction is issued to the document owner.
3. Collaborator modification
By instructing "collaborators modifications (modifycollorators)" modifications, only the owner can operate.
Currently, a push instruction is not issued.
4. Collaborator acquisition
By instructing the get collaborators (getcolloctors) to get, only the owner and collaborators can get. The method is compatible with old editors, the editors unify the authority into reading and writing, the old editors are collaborators which have the editing authority before and are deleted by the owner subsequently.
And for the examination of the authority, if the authority is the owner, the highest authority is returned; if the collaborator is the collaborator, the collaborator authority (including the case of no authority) is returned; if the group members are the members of the cooperative group, returning the authority of the cooperative group, and if a plurality of cooperative groups exist, returning the highest authority information; if none of the above is true, the document overall rights are returned.

And the sharing can be directly carried out on the users or the users can share the users with the user group, compared with the prior art that other users cannot be notified, the sharing mode is flexible and changeable, and the sharing efficiency and the sharing effect are effectively improved.
