Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of a method for setting a right of an online document according to an embodiment of the present application is shown. The method can be applied to a terminal, for example, the execution subject of each step may be the terminal 10 in the application program running environment shown in fig. 1, or may be a client of a target application program installed in the terminal 10. The method comprises the following steps (201-203):
The user interface is the integral design of man-machine interaction, operation logic and attractive interface of software, is a medium for interaction and information exchange between a system and a user, and realizes the conversion between the internal form of information and a human acceptable form. The user interface is designed between a user and hardware to interactively communicate with each other, aims to enable the user to conveniently and efficiently operate the hardware to achieve bidirectional interaction and complete work expected to be completed by means of the hardware, is widely defined and comprises a human-computer interaction user interface and a graphical user interface, and the user interface exists in the field of human and mechanical information communication. Optionally, the user interface comprises a screen of an application program presented to the user at the client, the application program may be a computer program that needs to be downloaded for installation, or a computer program that is ready-to-use, such as an online document application.
Optionally, the display mode for displaying the online document in the user interface includes any one of:
1. displaying an online document on a user interface of a client, wherein the client is installed in a terminal;
2. the online document is displayed on a user interface of the browser.
The display mode of the online document displayed in the user interface may be selected and adjusted according to actual conditions, and the display mode of the online document is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In step 202, a selection operation for the region content in the online document is received.
The region content refers to the content of a partial region in the online document. Optionally, the regional content refers to a portion of content in the online document. Optionally, the region content is a paragraph, a sentence or several characters in the online document. Optionally, the paragraph includes a segment of text, text and pictures, text and tables, and other partial contents.
The selection operation for the area content in the online document refers to an operation in which the user selects the area content from the online document. Alternatively, there are various ways for the selection operation of the area content in the online document, in which the area content may be selected by moving a mouse slide, or by moving a cursor to click on the area content in a blank space beside a paragraph or a line, or by selecting and clicking on a title corresponding to the area content.
Optionally, receiving a selection operation for regional content in the online document comprises receiving a selection instruction for target content in the online document. The selection instruction for the target content in the online document refers to an instruction generated after a computer selects part of content in the online document, and is used for indicating the position information of the part of content selected by the user in the online document to the computer.
In step 203, in response to the setting operation for the area content, the area content is set as the editing-restricted content.
The setting operation for the regional content refers to an operation in which the user sets the regional content in the online document. Optionally, there are multiple ways for the setting operation of the area content, for example, after the user selects the area content, a menu is automatically popped up, and the user can set the area content by clicking a setting option in the menu; for another example, after the user selects the area content, the user clicks a mouse pop-up menu, and the user can set the area content by clicking a setting option in the menu; for another example, after the user selects the area content, the user clicks a control in the fixed function area to set the area content.
The editing-restricted content refers to content with restricted editing rights, and the user can edit the corresponding editing-restricted content only with the corresponding editing rights, such as modifying text, deleting text, adding text, bolding text, underlining text, indenting text, changing font or number format, changing cell background color, compiling item list, sorting by column, adding table/image/comment/formula, and the like.
In an exemplary embodiment, after the step 202, the following steps are further included: a restricted edit control is displayed. Accordingly, the step 203 can be alternatively realized by the following steps: and setting the area content as the editing-restricted content in response to the triggering operation of the editing-restricted control.
Optionally, an operation menu is displayed above the area content, and the operation menu includes a forwarding control and a limited editing control. The operation menu is a display window control used for displaying the corresponding operation control executed according to the regional content to the user. The editing restriction control is an operation control for setting the region content as editing restriction content. Optionally, the restricted editing control is a button displayed in the interface for opening the restricted editing function. Optionally, the editing restriction control is displayed in a pop-up manner after the user selects the area content, for example, in an operation menu which is automatically popped up after the area content is selected. Optionally, after the user selects the area content, a mouse click or a long-press display limit editing control is performed on the area content, for example, the user clicks the mouse click or the long-press display operation menu, and the limit editing control is limited in the menu. Optionally, a restricted editing control is displayed in the fixed function area. The fixed functional area is a human-computer interaction window displayed in the client interface, and comprises some functional controls for user editing, such as a limit editing control. The display mode of the limited editing control is not limited to this, and may be adjusted according to a specific use scenario.
Optionally, the triggering operation may be a user performing a click operation with a finger, or a user controlling a mouse to perform a click operation, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
In one example, please refer to FIG. 3, which illustrates an interface diagram showing a restriction edit control. When the user selects the area content 31 by moving a cursor (not shown), the operation menu 32 is displayed in a pop-up manner above the end position of the area content 31, and the transfer button 33 and the edit restriction button 34 are displayed in the operation menu 32. Alternatively, the edit restriction button 34 may pop up to display after the user clicks a mouse button after selecting the area content 31. Alternatively, the limited edit button 34 may pop up to display after the user's finger selects the area content 31 and presses the screen for a long time.
In an exemplary embodiment, after the step 202, the following steps are further included: and responding to the triggering operation aiming at the limited editing control, and displaying a password setting interface. Accordingly, the step 203 can be alternatively realized by the following steps: and acquiring the password input in the password setting interface, and setting the area content as the editing-restricted content.
The password setting interface is a display interface for a user to input or set a password. Optionally, the password setting interface has a password input box control and a password confirmation box control, the user can input the set password in the password input box control, the user can input the set password again in the password confirmation box control to confirm that the input password is the password intended to be used, if the passwords input twice are consistent, the password setting is successful, and if the passwords input twice are inconsistent, the password needs to be input again. Optionally, a password determination control is provided in the password setting interface to indicate that the password setting is completed. In one example, please refer to fig. 4, which illustrates an interface diagram showing a password setup interface. After the user selects the area content 31 by moving a cursor (not shown in the figure), a password setting interface 40 is displayed on the upper layer of the area content 31, and a password input box control 41, a password confirmation box control 42, a determination button 43, and a cancel button 44 are displayed in the password setting interface 40. Alternatively, the password setting interface 40 may pop up after the user clicks a restriction edit control (not shown) after selecting the area content 31.
Optionally, a password setting interface has a password setting option for quick setting of a password by a user, for example, a current user account is set as the password option, after the user clicks the password option, the document may automatically set the user account as a password corresponding to the content of the area, and other users may edit the content by inputting the password of the current user account.
Optionally, the shortcut password setting option is an option in which one of numbers such as a certificate number, a job number, a telephone number, a mailbox number, an enterprise account number, and the like of the user is used as a password, and the user having an editing right for the editing-restricted content can input a number corresponding to the editing-restricted content as the password, so as to edit the editing-restricted content. In this case, there is a one-to-one correspondence between the user and the password, and the passwords for the editing-restricted content by different users may be different or the same. Alternatively, even if the user who has no editing right for the editing-restricted content inputs the correct password, the editing-restricted content cannot be edited. Alternatively, a user who has no editing right on the online document cannot edit the editing-restricted content even if the input password is correct.
Alternatively, the password input in the password setting interface may be obtained by, in response to a trigger operation for a password determination control in the password setting interface, obtaining a password input in a password input box control or a password confirmation box control, the password being used to obtain an editing right to limit the editing content.
In one example, the type of the online document is a legal document, a decision book, a draft document, or the like, which requires collaborative editing by others, but does not want important text regions in the document to be modified improperly, and the important text regions in the document can be set to limit editing contents to prevent other collaborators from modifying the documents improperly. If other users want to delete a section of the document, which includes the editing-restricted content, the editing-restricted content will remain after deleting the section. For example, a user wants to delete the text contents of the first to third sections in the document, where the text content of the second section is the editing-restricted content, and the editing-restricted content (i.e., the text content of the second section) of the user has no editing right, and after the user deletes the text contents of the first to third sections, because the text content of the second section is the editing-restricted content and the user has no corresponding editing right, the text content of the second section is not deleted by the user, but remains in the online document, and the text contents of the first and third sections can be successfully deleted.
In an example, the usage of the online document includes usage of data collection, job schedule collection, entry information collection, and the like, in an application scenario of such information collection, if a fixed content in the document is set as a limited editing content, a step of setting the limited editing content needs to be performed multiple times, and at this time, a user may set the entire information collection document as a limited editing area first, and then set an editable area in the limited editing area, so as to reduce operation steps and improve document production efficiency. For example, when the online document is a test question, the whole test question is set as a limited editing area, and then the answer area is set as an editable area, so that the server can not synchronize data generated by the answer text edited by each user, but independently store the document completed by each user and send the document to a document creator or a document owner, thereby improving the teaching efficiency.
In one example, the regional content includes at least one document content. The user can set the editing-restricted content in a batch manner. The batch processing refers to that a user can select multiple items of document contents in a document, and the multiple items of document contents are set as editing-limiting contents together by clicking an editing-limiting control. Optionally, the document contents are discontinuous document contents, for example, after the user selects the first section of text, the third section of text, and the fifth section of text in the document at the same time, and clicks the editing restriction control, the three sections of text contents are set together as editing restriction contents, and the three sections of text contents are discontinuous document contents.
In summary, according to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the limited editing area is set by taking any selected area in the online document as a unit, and the limited editing permission corresponding to the limited editing area can be set on the limited editing area, so that the limited editing area and the limited editing permission can be set more accurately and more finely, the other contents of the online document can be ensured to be edited normally while the limited editing contents are prevented from being modified due to misoperation of other collaborators, and the flexibility of the limited editing function and the cooperation efficiency among document users are greatly improved.
In addition, one area in the online document is set as an editing-limiting area in a password setting mode, and various password setting modes are provided, so that the flexibility of the editing-limiting function in the online document is improved, the security of the online document is ensured, and the scenes of the online document are enriched.
In an exemplary embodiment, the process of setting the area content as the editing-restricted content in step 203 described above may be implemented by the following steps:
step 1, acquiring position information of regional content;
the position information of the area content is information reflecting the position of the area content in the document. Optionally, the location information of the regional content includes a location of any character in the regional content in the online document. Optionally, the location information of the regional content includes locations of a start character and an end character of the regional content in the online document.
Step 2, generating a position interval of the area content according to the position information of the area content;
the position section of the area content is a mathematical expression of the position information of the area content. In mathematics, an interval generally refers to a set of real numbers within the interval endpoints. For example, the interval [ a, b ] is a set of real numbers x satisfying a ≦ x ≦ b, a, b are the interval endpoints of [ a, b ], and b-a is the length of the interval.
In one example, a position interval of the area content is generated according to the positions of the start character and the end character of the area content in the online document, and if the position of the start character of the area content in the online document is Sn and the position of the end character of the area content in the online document is En, the position interval of the area content is [ Sn, En ], wherein the left end point of the interval is Sn and the right end point of the interval is En.
Step 3, adding the position interval of the area content into an interval tree;
the section tree is used to record a position section that restricts the editing content. The interval tree is a dynamic set which is obtained by expanding on the basis of a balanced tree and supports an interval as an element, wherein the key value of each node is the left end point of the interval. By establishing this particular structure, the time complexity of the find and insert operations on elements of the interval can be made o (logn).
The interval tree comprises a plurality of position intervals, and each position interval in the interval tree corresponds to an area corresponding to the editing-limited content in the online document.
The interval tree can be simply represented as a root, a left sub-tree, and a right sub-tree. The left and right subtrees have their own subtrees. Optionally, the position section added to the section tree first is a root node, or the position section located at a position opposite to the middle position in the online document or the section tree is a root node or a root position section, and is located at the top level in the section tree. Optionally, the root node has a child node, that is, the root position interval has a child position interval, and if the left interval end point value or the right interval end point value of the child position interval is smaller than the left interval end point value of the root position interval, the child position interval is located on the left side of the root position interval and is a left sub-tree of the root position interval; if the right interval end point value or the left interval end point value of the sub-position interval is greater than the right interval end point value of the root position interval, the sub-position interval is positioned on the right side of the root position interval and is a right subtree of the root position interval.
In one example, please refer to fig. 5, which illustrates a structural diagram of an interval tree. The figure includes a root interval 50, a left sub-tree interval 51 and a right sub-tree interval 52 of the root interval, and a left sub-tree interval 52a and a right sub-tree interval 52b of the right sub-tree interval 52.
Optionally, the process of adding the location interval of the region content to the interval tree is as follows:
01. acquiring an end point value of a position interval;
the interval endpoint values include a position interval left endpoint value and an interval right endpoint value.
02. Determining a root position interval of the position interval based on the position interval endpoint value;
optionally, the root position section corresponding to the position section is determined according to the distance between the position section and the position section in the section tree. Optionally, the root position section corresponding to the position section is determined according to the distance between the position section and the position section at the lowest layer in the section tree.
03. The position interval is inserted into the interval tree as a sub-position interval of the root position interval.
And inserting the position interval into the interval tree as a sub-position interval of the root position interval based on the size relation between the position interval endpoint value and the root position interval endpoint value. If the left interval end point value or the right interval end point value of the position interval is smaller than the left interval end point value of the root position interval, inserting the position interval to the left side of the root position interval to be used as a left subtree of the root position interval; and if the right interval endpoint value or the left interval endpoint value of the position interval is larger than the right interval endpoint value of the root position interval, inserting the position interval to the right side of the root position interval to be used as a right subtree of the root position interval.
The above process of adding the location interval of the region content to the interval tree has a corresponding time complexity. Temporal complexity is the runtime of a qualitative description algorithm in computer science. Temporal complexity is often expressed in terms of large O symbols. If the time complexity of the algorithm is o (logn), the time complexity of the algorithm has logarithmic time. Is a standard notation of log-time algorithms. Optionally, by storing the position interval corresponding to the editing-restricted content in the interval tree, the time complexity of performing the relevant operation on the interval tree can be set to o (logn), so that the running speed and the running time of the algorithm are effectively increased.
And 4, sending a limit editing setting instruction to the server.
The edit restriction setting instruction is a computer instruction for informing the server of information for setting edit restriction contents in the client. The edit restriction setting instruction includes setting information for restricting editing of the content. For example, in the case where the area content is set as the editing-restricted content, the section tree data including the position section generated from the position information of the area content is included in the editing-restricted instruction.
In summary, the position interval for limiting the editing content is stored by setting the interval tree, so that the time required for detecting and updating the limiting editing content in the online document reaches the logarithmic time effect, the program running time is greatly reduced, the running speed is increased, and the timeliness of the more precise and refined limiting editing function in the online document is powerfully supported.
In an exemplary embodiment, after step 203, the following steps are further included:
and step 204, in response to the authority setting operation aiming at the regional content, setting the editing authority for the editing-limited content.
Optionally, the step 204 further includes the following sub-steps:
and step 204a, displaying a permission setting menu corresponding to the editing-limited content.
The authority setting menu is a menu control for displaying a control for restricting the execution of the setting operation of the edited content. The authority setting menu is used for setting the editing authority for limiting the editing content.
Optionally, the permission setting menu includes a permission setting control. The permission setting control is used for opening the control for setting the editing permission for the limited editing content.
Optionally, the permission setting menu includes a close restriction editing control. The closing restriction editing control is a control for closing a restriction editing function for restricting editing of the content.
Optionally, in addition to displaying the permission setting menu corresponding to the editing-restricted content, a frame identifier corresponding to the editing-restricted content may also be displayed. Optionally, the trigger signal for the permission setting control is a signal generated by a user clicking the permission setting control.
The permission setting interface comprises member identifications of collaborators of the online document and permission selection items corresponding to the member identifications.
The member identification is one or more combination of member head portrait, user account and member nickname, and is used for distinguishing different collaborators in the online documents, wherein each collaborator in the online documents has a unique user account. Optionally, the user account is an Identity identification number (ID) of a collaborator of the online Document in the client, and is a relatively unique code in the online Document collaboration system of the user.
The permission selection item corresponding to the member identification is a control used for setting the permission of the member identification for limiting the content editing. Optionally, the permission selection items include editable options, browsing only options, and invisible options.
The editable options are controls for giving the member identification of editing rights and viewing rights for restricting the edited content. The browsing-only option is a control for giving the member identifier a right to limit the editing content to view and forbidding the member identifier a right to limit the editing content to edit. The invisible option is a control for prohibiting the member from identifying viewing rights and editing rights that limit the edited content.
And step 204b-2, in response to the selection operation of the editable option corresponding to the target member identifier, setting the editing permission of the user account corresponding to the target member identifier as the editable permission.
Optionally, the operation of selecting in response to identifying the corresponding editable option for the target member comprises receiving a selection signal identifying the corresponding editable option for the target member. Optionally, the selection signal for the editable option corresponding to the target member identifier is a signal generated by the user clicking the editable option corresponding to the target member identifier.
Optionally, the process of setting the editing right of the user account corresponding to the target member identifier as an editable right is as follows:
1. acquiring a user account set corresponding to the editing-restricted content;
and acquiring a user account set corresponding to the position interval for limiting the editing content.
The user account set is a set of user accounts for recording the authority for restricting editing of content. Optionally, the set of user accounts includes a set of editable user accounts, a set of browsing only user accounts, and a set of invisible user accounts. Optionally, the user account with editing authority for limiting the editing content is recorded in the editing user account set. Optionally, only user accounts recorded with only viewing permission for limiting the edited content in the user account set are browsed. Optionally, a user account having no viewing right for limiting the editing content is recorded in the invisible user account set.
2. Adding the user account to the editable user account set.
Optionally, if the user account is in the user account set only browsed or invisible user account set before the process of adding the user account to the editable user account set, the user account needs to be removed from the user account set only browsed or invisible user account set, and then the user account is added to the editable user account set.
Optionally, the position interval for limiting the editing content and the corresponding user account set may be recorded and stored in a manner of generating key value pairs. The key value pair storage is an organization form in the database, wherein, the key (key) is a position interval for limiting the editing content, and the value (value) is the user account set data corresponding to the position interval for limiting the editing content.
And step 204b-3, in response to the selection operation of the browsing-only option corresponding to the target member identifier, setting the editing permission of the user account corresponding to the target member identifier as the browsing-only permission.
Optionally, the operation of selecting in response to the browsing-only option corresponding to the target member identification comprises receiving a selection signal of the browsing-only option corresponding to the target member identification. Optionally, the selection signal for the browsing-only option corresponding to the target member identifier is a signal generated by the user clicking the browsing-only option corresponding to the target member identifier.
Optionally, the process of setting the editing right of the user account corresponding to the target member identifier as the browsing right only is as follows:
1. acquiring a browsing-only user account set corresponding to the editing-limited content;
2. adding the user account to the set of browsing-only user accounts.
Optionally, according to the initialization setting, other user accounts except the user account of the first user account are in the browsing-only user account set.
Optionally, the browsing-only user account set may not be stored, and if a user account is not in the editable user account set or the invisible member account set, the member identifier is a browsing-only right for restricting the editing right of the edited content.
And step 204b-4, responding to the selection operation of the invisible option corresponding to the target member identification, and setting the editing permission of the user account corresponding to the target member identification as the invisible permission.
Optionally, the operation of selecting in response to identifying the corresponding invisible option for the target member comprises in response to receiving a selection signal identifying the corresponding invisible option for the target member. Optionally, the selection signal for the invisible option corresponding to the target member identifier is a signal generated by the user clicking the invisible option corresponding to the target member identifier.
Optionally, the process of setting the editing right of the user account corresponding to the target member identifier as the invisible right is as follows:
1. acquiring an invisible member account set corresponding to editing-restricted content;
2. adding the user account to the set of invisible user accounts.
The steps 204b-2 to 204b-4 are in parallel relation, and the final executed steps are determined according to the actual operation of the user.
In one example, the permission selection item further includes a style limit editing option, a content limit editing option. The following steps are present in parallel with the above step 204b-2 to step 204 b-4.
And step 204b-5, in response to the selection operation aiming at the style limit editing option, setting the editing permission for limiting the editing content as the style limit editing permission. The style limit editing permission is a permission for limiting the text style, and a user without the style limit editing permission cannot modify the display style of the text, such as the font, the font size, the color and the like.
And step 204b-6, in response to the selection operation for the content limitation editing option, setting the editing right for limiting the editing of the content as the content limitation editing right. The content limited editing right is a right for limiting text content, and a user without the content limited editing right can not modify the text content but can modify the display style of the text.
In one example, please refer to fig. 7, which illustrates an interface diagram showing a permission setting interface. The drawing includes a member identifier 71 and a permission selection item control 72 corresponding to the member identifier, and after clicking the permission selection item control 72, a user can select corresponding permission selection options, such as an editable option 72a, a browsing-only option 72b, and an invisible option 72c in the drawing. According to the permission setting scheme in fig. 7, the member a has an editing permission for the editing-restricted content, the member B has only a viewing permission for the editing-restricted content, and the member C has no viewing permission for the editing-restricted content.
In an example, the editing right of the user account corresponding to the target member identifier is a conditional editing right, and the conditional editing right refers to an editing right that a user account corresponding to the target member identifier has under a certain condition. The permission setting interface comprises condition selection items, wherein the condition selection items comprise an editing condition option, a request condition option and a time condition option.
And responding to the selection operation aiming at the editing condition option, and setting the editing permission of the user account corresponding to the target member identification as the editing permission with the editing condition. The edit condition is used to indicate that the user has completed a certain edit operation. The editing permission with the editing condition refers to the editing permission which is possessed only by the user account corresponding to the target member identification under the condition of meeting the corresponding editing condition. For example, when the online document is a test question, the user can see the answer content preset as hidden display only by filling in the editing content on the answer area as required.
And responding to the selection operation aiming at the request condition option, and setting the editing permission of the user account corresponding to the target member identification as the editing permission with the request condition. The request condition is a condition indicating that a request for restricting an editing right for editing content is authorized by a user applying the request to a user having a management right. The editing permission with the request condition refers to the editing permission which is possessed only by the user account corresponding to the target member identification under the condition of meeting the corresponding request condition. For example, after the user B agrees to the request of the user a for applying the editing right to the editing-restricted content, the user a may edit the editing-restricted content.
And responding to the selection operation aiming at the time condition option, and setting the editing permission of the user account corresponding to the target member identification as the editing permission with the time condition. The time condition is used to indicate that the finger time satisfies the set time or the set time length. The editing permission with the time condition refers to the editing permission which is possessed only by the user account corresponding to the target member identification under the condition of meeting the corresponding time condition. For example, the user a has only editing rights or viewing rights for a fixed period of time.
In one example, the editing right of the user account corresponding to the target member identifier is an editing right with a password. The setting user of the editing-restricted content can set a password for the editing-restricted content. Accordingly, the user needs to enter the password correctly before the limited editing contents can be edited. Optionally, the password is set for the editing-restricted content, and the passwords corresponding to different editing-restricted contents may be different or the same. Optionally, the password is a pair of passwords, including a protection password and an unlocking password, the protection password and the unlocking password being different.
In summary, the embodiment provided by the application enriches the application scenarios of the limited editing function in the online document by setting the more detailed editing authority for the limited editing region, and improves the experience of the user in using the online document.
In an exemplary embodiment, after the step 204b, the following steps are further included:
and 204c, setting an unlocking password corresponding to the user account under the condition that the editing authority of the user account is set to be editable.
The unlocking password is used for acquiring the editing authority for limiting the editing content.
Optionally, the unlocking password is a user account. Optionally, the unlocking password is one of a certificate number, a job number, a telephone number, a mailbox number, an enterprise account number, and the like of the user corresponding to the user account.
Optionally, a password setting option corresponding to the target member identifier is displayed in the permission setting interface, where the password setting option is used to set a corresponding unlocking password for the user account, for example, a job number corresponding to the user account is used as the unlocking password.
Optionally, a password input box corresponding to the target member identifier is displayed in the permission setting interface, and the input password is acquired as the unlocking password. In one example, a user who needs to edit the editing-restricted content needs to edit by staff outside the company in addition to staff inside the company, at this time, an unlocking password can be set for the user in the password input box, and the staff inside the company uses the job number as the password, so that the operation is simplified and the method is flexibly applicable to various collaboration scenes.
The step of setting the unlocking password corresponding to the user account can be realized by the following processes:
1. and acquiring an unlocking password set corresponding to the editing-restricted content.
2. And adding the unlocking password corresponding to the user account into the editable user unlocking password set.
Alternatively, the unlock password set may also be referred to as a preset password set.
For the case that the editing right of the user account is set to be only the browsing right or the invisible right, the process can be referred to for setting the unlocking password corresponding to the user account.
In summary, the embodiment provided by the application sets the password for the limited editing area and provides multiple password setting modes, so that the flexibility of the limited editing function in the online document is improved, the security of the online document is ensured, and meanwhile, the scenes of the online document are enriched.
In an exemplary embodiment, after the step 204, the following steps are further included:
and step 205, in response to the triggering operation for closing the editing-restricted control, restoring the editing-restricted content to the normal editing content.
Optionally, the triggering operation for the closing restriction editing control is an operation of clicking the closing restriction editing control by the user.
Alternatively, the process of restoring the editing-restricted content to the normal editing content is as follows:
step 1, acquiring position information for limiting editing content;
step 2, searching a position interval for limiting the editing content in the interval tree according to the position information of the limiting editing content;
step 3, removing the position interval for limiting the editing content from the interval tree;
and 4, sending a limit editing setting instruction to the server.
Alternatively, in a case where the editing-restricted content is set as the normal editing content, the editing-restricted instruction includes data of the section tree after the position section of the editing-restricted content is removed.
The normal editing content refers to content with unlimited editing right.
In an exemplary embodiment, the method for setting the authority of the online document further includes the following steps:
step 206, responding to the editing action aiming at the target position in the online document, and detecting whether the position information of the editing-limited content changes;
the editing behavior refers to an operation behavior of editing and setting an online document by a user. Optionally, the editing action may change a position of a character in the online document. Optionally, the editing behavior comprises at least one of inserting characters at the target location and deleting characters at the target location.
Alternatively, inserting characters at the target location refers to the user typing in text, tables, or pictures, etc. at the target location. Optionally, deleting the character at the target position refers to deleting the text, the table, the picture or the like at the target position by the user.
Alternatively, detecting whether the position information of the editing-restricted content is changed includes detecting whether the position of a start character or an end character of the editing-restricted content is changed.
In step 207, if the position information of the editing-restricted content is changed, the section tree is updated based on the changed position information of the editing-restricted content.
And if the position of the initial character or the end character of the editing-restricted content is changed, updating the interval tree based on the position of the changed initial character or end character of the editing-restricted content. The updating process of the section tree comprises the steps of updating the position section corresponding to the editing-restriction content with changed position information in the section tree and updating the relative position relation between the position sections in the section tree. The relative positional relationship includes a relative distance between the position sections. For example, the interval 1 is [2,5], the interval 2 is [8,10], and in this case, the relative position of the interval 1 and the interval 2 may be that the interval 1 is on the left side of the interval 2, or the interval 2 is the right subtree of the interval 1, and the relative distance between the interval 1 and the interval 2 is 3.
Optionally, the process of updating the interval tree is as follows:
1. acquiring a position interval of the editing-restricted content in the interval tree;
alternatively, the position section of the editing-restricted content in the section tree is acquired based on the position information before the editing-restricted content has not changed. Alternatively, the position section of the editing-restricted content in the section tree is acquired based on the changed position information of the editing-restricted content and the changed part of the position information.
2. And changing the interval endpoint in the position interval of the editing content limitation based on the changed position of the start character or the end character of the editing content limitation.
Optionally, the relative distance between position intervals in the interval tree is updated based on the changed positions of the start character or the end character of the editing-restricted content.
In summary, according to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the position interval information of the editing-restricted content in the interval tree is updated immediately by monitoring the data change in the online document in real time, so that the editing-restricted content and the position information thereof are updated in real time, and the accuracy and the real-time performance of the editing-restricted function in the online document are improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, the online document mentioned in the embodiment of the present application is displayed by an online document editor, and the online document editor includes an input layer, a data layer, a layout layer, and a rendering layer.
An online document editor is computer software used to compose, typeset, and view online document files, including document collaboration, file storage and sharing management, among other functions. The online document editor is used for processing the online document or the common document, so that a user can check, edit and set the online document and manage storage of the document. Optionally, the running platform of the online document editor includes multiple platforms such as Web, iOS, and Android.
The displaying of the online document in the user interface in step 201 above may be implemented by:
step 1, receiving an operation signal aiming at an online document through an input layer;
step 2, updating and storing the data of the online document through a data layer based on the operation signal;
the data of the online document comprises at least one item of data of one-dimensional linear structure data, interval tree data and user account data of the online document.
Optionally, the text data of the document is a one-dimensional linear structure, and there is a one-to-one relationship between data and elements in the one-dimensional linear structure, such as a one-dimensional array, where each element corresponds to one data. The one-dimensional linear structure data storage mode comprises two modes of sequential storage (Array) and chain storage (Link) of a linear structure. Storing data in a sequential storage manner is called a sequence table, and storing data in a chained storage manner is called a linked list. The order here means that the addresses of the storage elements are consecutive, and chained storage, not necessarily consecutive. Any section subset of the document can be described conveniently by using the section, and a section is marked as a section with regional authority by setting character attributes for the designated section. If a tree structure is used to describe the document data, the region authority that is highly flexible to implement is greatly limited, so that the document data in the embodiment of the present application is in a one-dimensional linear structure.
Alternatively, the section tree data includes data of the position sections in the section tree, for example, data of the section end points of the position sections and relative distance data between the position sections are stored.
Optionally, the user account data includes a user account in the user online document.
Step 3, generating a typesetting configuration corresponding to the online document according to the data of the data layer through the typesetting layer;
optionally, the layout configuration is a configuration model according to which the online document is displayed, and includes content data of the online document and corresponding display position information. Alternatively, when the rendering layer displays an online document using a Document Object Model (DOM), the composition configuration is a DOM tree. Alternatively, the rendering layer displays the online document through hypertext Markup Language (HTML), and the layout configuration is Canvas (Canvas) in HTML5 for generating images in real time on a web page and manipulating the image content, which is basically a bitmap (bitmap) that can be manipulated in JavaScript.
The typesetting configuration comprises the editing permission for limiting the editing content, namely the user account set corresponding to the editing content.
And 4, displaying the online document based on the typesetting configuration and the user account information through the rendering layer.
And the rendering layer displays the online document according to the typesetting configuration and the identification number of the member.
To sum up, according to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the online document is processed by using the self-designed online document editor, one-dimensional linear data is selected as the data type of the online document, so that a user can set a fine-grained limited editing area in a self-drawing selection area, complete controllability of the optional selection area in the online document is supported from the bottom layer of the editor, limitation of the selection area and a cursor realized by a traditional online document editor based on a contentdigital mode in a browser is removed, complete controllability of the editing area is achieved, and powerful technical support is provided for the user to set the limited editing content optionally.
Referring to fig. 8, a flowchart of an online document display method according to an embodiment of the present application is shown. The method can be applied to a terminal, for example, the execution subject of each step may be the terminal 10 in the application program running environment shown in fig. 1, or may be a client of a target application program installed in the terminal 10. The method comprises the following steps (801-804):
step 801 displays an online document in a user interface.
The editing-restricted content refers to the regional content with restricted editing rights, and the regional content refers to the content of a partial region in the online document.
The location information for limiting the editing content has already been described in the above embodiment, and reference may also be made to the description of the location information for the area content in the above embodiment, which is not described herein again.
In step 803, the editing-restricted contents are distinctively displayed.
The differential display is to change the display style of the editing-restricted content to be different from the display style of the normal editing content.
Optionally, the editing-restricted content is distinctively displayed according to the authority information of the editing-restricted content. And changing the display style of the editing-limited content under the condition that the user account has no editing permission on the editing-limited content. And normally displaying the editing-limited content under the condition that the user account has the editing right on the editing-limited content.
In an exemplary embodiment, after the step 801, the following steps are further included:
and step 804, acquiring the authority information for limiting the editing content.
The authority information is used for recording the authority type of the user account for limiting the editing content.
And under the condition that the currently logged user account does not have the editing authority for limiting the editing content, executing the step of displaying the editing content which is limited to be distinguished.
The process of determining whether the currently logged-in user account has the editing authority for limiting the editing content is as follows:
1. and acquiring a user account set corresponding to the editing-restricted content.
This step is introduced in the above embodiment and is not described herein.
2. And searching the currently logged-in user account in the user account set corresponding to the editing-limited content.
3. If the currently logged user account is not in the user account set corresponding to the editing-restricted content, determining that the currently logged user account does not have the editing permission for restricting the editing of the content; and if the currently logged user account is in the user account set corresponding to the editing-restricted content, determining that the currently logged user account has the editing permission for restricting the editing of the content.
In an exemplary embodiment, the implementation of step 803 above includes at least one of:
the first method is as follows: adding a background color to the editing-restricted content. Optionally, a background color is added to the editing-restricted content without changing the text color. For example, the graying display is to set the background color of the editing-restricted content to gray.
The second method comprises the following steps: and adding a frame to the editing-limited content. For example, a frame identifier is added, and the frame identifier is a minimum rectangular frame including editing-restricted content. Optionally, the color of the border is the same as the corresponding color of the user. The collaboration color corresponding to the user refers to an identification color allocated to each user in the online document, and is used for distinguishing different users participating in online document collaboration.
The third method comprises the following steps: and displaying a setting picture above the editing-restricted content, wherein the setting picture is used for shielding the editing-restricted content. For example, after the setting picture is displayed above the editing-restricted content, the transparency of the picture can be adjusted, so that a user who does not have the right to edit the editing-restricted content can see the editing-restricted content, thereby distinguishing the editing-restricted content from the normal display content.
The method is as follows: and adding watermark information to the editing-limited content. Optionally, the watermark information is text information or pattern information. Optionally, the watermark information is text information that restricts editing of the content setter information, for example, the user a has opened editing restriction, or you have no right to edit the content.
The fifth mode is as follows: the editing-restricted content is displayed at a luminance less than the threshold value. Optionally, the text in the editing-restricted content is displayed with a brightness less than the threshold. For example, when the text is normally displayed as black, the black is faded to gray when displayed at a luminance lower than the threshold value.
The method six: the highlight freeze displays the edit restriction content. The highlighted freeze display refers to lifting the content of the editing-restricted area, and the restriction cursor cannot be positioned in the area corresponding to the editing-restricted content.
In one example, please refer to fig. 9, which illustrates an interface diagram for limiting the display style of the edited content. The display style of the editing-restricted content 90 in the figure is a gray display, a prompt bar 91 is displayed above the editing-restricted content 90, and the prompt bar displays the information of the setter aiming at the editing-restricted content 90 so as to inform the current user of the information of the user with the set authority for the editing-restricted content 90, thereby facilitating the communication among collaborators of the online document. Optionally, the display style of the editing content is limited to display a prompt box, and the prompt box is used for prompting the user that the part of the content has no editing right. Optionally, the display style of the editing-restricted content is a display border identifier, and the border identifier is a minimum rectangular frame including the editing-restricted content. The display style of the editing-restricted content can be changed according to actual conditions, and the embodiment of the application does not limit the display style.
In an exemplary embodiment, the step 803 further includes the following steps:
step 805, responding to the trigger operation for the password input control, displaying a password input interface.
The password input interface is an interface for a user to input a password for restricting editing of the content. Optionally, the password input interface includes a password input box and a determination button, the user may input a password in the password input box, after inputting the password, the user may click the determination button to prompt the client that the password is input, and instruct the client to obtain the password input by the user in the password input box.
Step 806, obtaining the password input in the password input interface.
And responding to the input operation aiming at the password input interface, and acquiring the password input in the password input interface. Optionally, the response to the input operation to the password input interface is an operation of inputting a password in the password input box and an operation of clicking a determination button in the password input interface.
In step 807, under the condition that the password is matched with the preset password, it is determined that the currently logged-in user account has the editing right for limiting the editing content.
The process of determining whether the password matches the preset password is as follows:
and acquiring a preset password set corresponding to the editing-restricted content.
And if the input password is in a preset password set corresponding to the editing-restricted content, determining that the password is matched with the preset password.
Optionally, searching for an input password in a preset password set, judging whether the input password is in the preset password set, and if the input password is in the preset password set, determining that the password is matched with the preset password; and if the input password is not in the preset password set, determining that the password is not matched with the preset password.
When the user edits the editing restricted area after inputting the password, any one of the following cases may exist:
case 1: after the user A inputs the password, only the user A can edit the password, and the user B, C needs to edit the password and input the password.
Case 2: user B, C may also have programmed the password after user a has entered the password, and need not enter the password again.
Case 3: after the user A inputs the password, the user B, C can not edit with the user A at the same time, and the user B, C can edit the password after the user A finishes editing.
In summary, according to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, different styles of the editing-restricted area are displayed to the user according to the authority information of the editing-restricted area by acquiring the corresponding authority information of the editing-restricted area, so as to remind the user whether the area has editing authority, and improve the efficiency of using the online document by the user.
In addition, the user can acquire the authority of a certain limited editing area by inputting a password, so that the flexibility of editing the limited editing area in the online document is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, the online document display method described above may also be implemented as follows:
step 901 displays the online document in a user interface.
Step 902, acquiring a position of a moving cursor of the second user account in the online document.
Optionally, the second user account refers to an account of a user currently browsing the online document. The above-described moving cursor is a cursor for marking a position where the user is to perform an operation.
In an exemplary embodiment, after the step 902, the following steps are further included:
step 903, acquiring an interval tree corresponding to the online document;
the section tree is used to record a position section that restricts the editing content.
Step 904, searching whether a target position interval exists in the interval tree;
the target position interval refers to a position interval where a moving cursor of the second user account is located.
Optionally, whether a target position interval exists in the interval tree is searched according to a binary search mode. Optionally, the process of searching whether the target position interval exists in the interval tree in the binary search mode is as follows:
a. acquiring a position interval of an interval tree;
optionally, the first time this step is performed, the starting position interval in the interval tree is obtained. The start position interval refers to a root node of a top layer in an interval tree.
b. Detecting whether the position of the moving cursor is in a position interval or not;
and judging the size relationship between the position numerical value of the moving cursor and the end point value of the initial position interval.
If the position value of the moving cursor is smaller than the left interval endpoint value or larger than the right interval endpoint value, the position of the moving cursor is not in the position interval, the sub-position interval of the position interval is used as a new position interval, and the step b is executed until the position value of the moving cursor is larger than or equal to the left interval endpoint value and smaller than or equal to the right interval endpoint value, or the sub-position interval does not exist in the position interval.
The step of setting the sub-position interval of the position interval as the new position interval is to determine the sub-position interval of the position interval as the new position interval based on the magnitude relation between the position value of the moving cursor and the end value of the initial position interval. If the position value of the moving cursor is smaller than the end point value of the left interval, determining a sub-position interval positioned on the left side of the position interval as a new position interval; and if the position value of the moving cursor is larger than the end point value of the right interval, determining the sub-position interval positioned at the right side of the position interval as a new position interval.
And c, if the position value of the moving cursor is more than or equal to the end point value of the left interval and less than or equal to the end point value of the right interval, the position of the moving cursor is in the position interval, and the step c is executed.
And d, if the position of the moving cursor is not in the last position interval, executing the step d.
c. Determining that a target position interval exists in an interval tree;
