Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for managing a network disk online file according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applicable to a situation where a network disk template file is filled in by multiple users for fast distribution and for good security, and the method may be executed by a device for managing a network disk online file, and may be integrated in a network disk, and specifically includes the following steps:
step 110, receiving an input external chain, and determining whether a storage space corresponding to the external chain comprises a composite template file.
In this embodiment, the compound template file is a custom file type. It is a complex of directories and files, which is both a file directory and an editable template file. In the file directory are all the subfiles created by it. In this embodiment, the initiator may initiate an out-link for the composite template file, and other filling persons may input the out-link address on a web disk interface or a web page after receiving the out-link. After receiving the input external chain, the network disk judges whether the storage space corresponding to the external chain comprises the composite template file.
For example, the determining whether the storage space corresponding to the external link includes the composite template file may include: acquiring file attributes of files in a storage space; judging whether the file attributes comprise template attributes and directory attributes; when the template attribute and the directory attribute are included, it is determined that a composite template file is included. The composite template file is used as a new file format supported by the network disk, and is characterized in that the file attribute is utilized for marking. Template attributes and directory attributes may be added for the template file. And writes these attributes to the metadata of the file in the network disk database. And determining whether the file is a composite template file or not by searching the metadata of the file in the storage space.
And step 120, when the composite template file is included, determining a corresponding file directory according to the composite template file.
When the composite template file is included, the corresponding scene may be determined to be a usage scene for automatic distribution filling management. The corresponding file directory, i.e. the corresponding storage path in the network disk, can be determined by obtaining the directory attribute of the composite template file.
Step 130, creating a file copy according to the composite template file in the file directory.
Since each filling-in document corresponds to a filling-in person, a corresponding copy of the document needs to be created for each filling-in person. Creating a file copy from the composite template file, comprising: judging whether the user who inputs the external link is a network disk registered user or not; and when a user is registered for the network disk, creating a file copy according to the composite template file. Since the out-link may be distributed multiple times, the person entering the out-link may not be the intended filler. Therefore, in this embodiment, it is first necessary to determine whether it is a network disk registered user. Optionally, it may be determined whether the user is a network disk registered user according to the information of the network disk logged in by the user, and when the user is determined to be the network disk registered user, a corresponding file copy is created for the user. Furthermore, as some identity information may exist in the copy, corresponding identity information can be automatically added in the file copy through the login network disk information, so that the filling amount of a filling person is reduced, and the possibility of wrong filling is reduced. The writer can also determine whether the login information is wrong or not through the automatically added information. Meanwhile, file copies are generated in the set file directory, and the filled multiple file copies can be effectively managed in the later period. The initiator does not need to migrate the duplicate files one by one, and can check filling conditions through the file directory to determine whether the deletion exists.
And step 140, acquiring information of an input external link user, setting an editing authority for the user on the file copy, and setting the file copy to be invisible for other filling users.
To facilitate management of file copies, multiple file copies are typically stored in a set file directory. In this case, there is a possibility that the file copy is modified by others, and meanwhile, sensitive information may also exist in the file copy, and there may be a risk of leakage. Therefore, in this embodiment, it is necessary to acquire information of a user who inputs an external link, set an editing right for the user with respect to the copy file, facilitate filling and modification by the user, and automatically set the copy of the file to be invisible to others. Avoiding the possibility of divulging a secret.
Optionally, the setting of the editing right for the user on the file copy may include: and matching the information of the external link user with user authority information preset in the authority attribute in the composite template file, and setting an editing authority for the user when the matching is successful. The initiator can additionally fill in the authority attribute in the composite template file, correspondingly fill in the set account information of the filling person, and can set the number of the editable files and the filling person corresponding to the corresponding copy of the editable files for each filling person. In this way, the examiner and the reviewer can be set flexibly. Correspondingly, the account information in the authority attribute can be matched with the login information of the input external link user, and when the account information is matched with the login information of the input external link user, the corresponding editing authority is set for the external link user. The safety of filling information of the file copy can be effectively ensured.
Step 150, displaying the file directory, and receiving the editing operation of the user on the file copy.
The set file directory can be used as a storage space to be displayed to a user who inputs the external link, the user who inputs the external link can directly click the corresponding generated file copy to be filled, and the network disk receives the editing operation of the user on the file copy. Because only the file copy with the authority is correspondingly displayed for the user, the user usually only has one file, and the user cannot generate selection and filling errors.
Step 160, after the user editing operation is completed, storing the file copy in the file directory.
After the user completes the filling, the file can be saved, and the network disk stores the file copy in the file directory. Facilitating the initiator to manage all copies of the file.
The method comprises the steps of determining whether a storage space corresponding to an external chain comprises a composite template file or not by receiving the input external chain;
when the composite template file is included, determining a corresponding file directory according to the composite template file; in the file directory, creating a file copy according to the composite template file; acquiring information of an input external link user, setting an editing authority for the user on the file copy, and setting the file copy to be invisible to other users; displaying the file directory and receiving the editing operation of the user on the file copy; and after the user editing operation is finished, storing the file copy in the file directory. The template attribute and the directory attribute can be added to the attributes of the template file to generate a new-format composite template file. The initiator only needs to generate an external link from the composite template file and send the external link to a plurality of filling persons. And when the writer clicks the external link, automatically creating a file copy for the writer in a set folder according to the template attribute, verifying the identity of the writer, giving the writer an editing authority for the file copy, and storing the file copy after the writer finishes writing. And automatic collection and arrangement of a plurality of file copies are realized. The initiator only needs to set the composite template file, generate the external link and send the external link to all filling persons, so that the online file distribution and management of the network disk can be realized, and the efficiency of using the network disk as an online file distribution management editing tool is effectively improved.
In a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the method may further include the following steps: and modifying the file name for the file copy according to the information of the user. By modifying the file name and writing the information of the filling person into the file name of the file copy, the initiator can conveniently and intuitively observe the filling completion condition of the file copy in the file directory and determine the persons who have filled the file copy and the persons who have not filled the file copy.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a method for managing online files of a network disk according to a second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the method may further include the following steps: receiving the operation of selecting a template file and setting a file directory by a composite template file initiator; generating a composite template file according to the template file and a set directory, and adding a template attribute and a directory attribute to the composite template file; receiving a user for setting an editing authority by a composite template file initiator; and generating the authority attribute according to the user information of the editing authority.
Correspondingly, the method for managing the online file of the network disk provided by the embodiment specifically includes:
step 210, receiving the operation of selecting the template file and setting the file directory by the composite template file initiator.

Step 220, generating a composite template file according to the template file and the set file directory, and adding a template attribute and a directory attribute to the composite template file.
The network disk system generates template attributes and directory attributes of the composite template file according to the selected template file and the file directory, and the values of the directory attributes can be written into corresponding paths. And generating a composite template file. The composite template file can adopt a specific suffix name to distinguish the file from the traditional file.
Step 230, receiving a user with editing authority set by the composite template file initiator, and generating an authority attribute according to the user information of the editing authority.
Correspondingly, the initiator can also set the information of the filling person, so that the corresponding filling authority can be conveniently set for the initiator at the later stage. In this embodiment, the initiator may sequentially input the web disk identity information corresponding to the filling person, or may collectively select the persons in the specific group. And adding corresponding authority attribute for the composite template file according to the information of the filling person set by the initiator, wherein the value of the authority attribute can be the network disk identity information of the filling person. After the initiator completes the setting, the initiator can generate an external link by using the file directory corresponding to the setting as a storage space through an external link generation operation, and then the external link is distributed.
Step 240, receiving the input external chain, and determining whether the storage space corresponding to the external chain includes the composite template file.
And step 250, when the composite template file is included, determining a corresponding file directory according to the composite template file.
Step 260, creating a file copy according to the composite template file in the file directory.
And 270, acquiring information of a user who inputs the external link, setting an editing authority for the user on the file copy, and setting the file copy to be invisible for other filling users.
Step 280, displaying the file directory, and receiving the user's editing operation on the file copy.
Step 290, after the user editing operation is completed, storing the file copy in the file directory.
The present embodiment adds the following steps: receiving the operation of selecting the template file and setting the file directory by the composite template file initiator; generating a composite template file according to the template file and a set catalog, and adding a template attribute and a catalog attribute to the composite template file; receiving a user for setting an editing authority by a composite template file initiator; and generating the authority attribute according to the user information of the editing authority. The method and the system are convenient for the initiator to quickly generate the composite template file and the external chain, do not need to create the file and the external chain for each filling person, reduce the operation of the initiator and improve the working efficiency.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of a method for managing online files of a network disk according to a third embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the method may further include the following steps: generating a file link by the file copy, and embedding the file copy link into the composite template file; and sets the editing authority of the file copy for the composite template creator or the designee.
Correspondingly, the method for managing the online file of the network disk provided by the embodiment specifically includes:
step 310, receiving an input external chain, and determining whether a storage space corresponding to the external chain comprises a composite template file.
And 320, when the composite template file is included, determining a corresponding file directory according to the composite template file.
And step 330, creating a file copy according to the composite template file in the file directory.
Step 340, obtaining information of an input external link user, setting an editing authority for the user on the file copy, and setting the file copy to be invisible for other filling users.
Step 350, displaying the file directory, and receiving the editing operation of the user on the file copy.
And step 360, after the user editing operation is completed, storing the file copy in the file directory.
Step 370, generating a file link for the file copy, and embedding the file copy link into the composite template file.
Although the corresponding filling content can be viewed by viewing the files in the file directory, for the initiator, if the number of file copies is too large, the initiator needs to click on the file copies one by one to view the file copies. The operation is relatively complicated. Therefore, in this embodiment, a corresponding text link may be generated for each file copy and embedded in the composite template file. Illustratively, the text link can directly correspond to corresponding filling contents as required, and the name and the information of the filling person of the file copy can be embodied in the text link. The initiator can check the filling contents of all the file copies by only opening the composite template file.
And 380, setting the editing authority of the file copy for the creator or the appointed person of the composite template.
The initiator can also modify the file copy, and correspondingly, the initiator or the designee can set the editing authority of the file copy. So that the creator and the inspector specified by the creator modify the copy of the file.
This embodiment adds the following steps: generating a file link by the file copy, and embedding the file copy link into the composite template file; and sets the editing authority of the file copy for the composite template creator or the designee. The method and the system have the advantages that the initiator can conveniently and quickly check all the duplicate files, check and edit the duplicate files, meanwhile, the authority of the inspector can be set, the duplicate files can be modified in an authorization mode, and the working efficiency is further improved.
