Through the method, the users on different electronic equipment sides are always kept in the same service center when using the same shared document, and the centralized management mode can transmit information among different electronic equipment in real time, so that the functions of permission change notification, document modification, demonstration state synchronization and the like of the shared document can be realized.
In practical applications, when a shared document is presented, a document room for presenting the shared document needs to be created first, a user who creates the document room is called a presenter, and other users who view the content of the shared document in the document room are viewers (viewers). In actual implementation, a presenter may create a document room for presenting a shared document by using a second electronic device different from the first electronic device, and after the document room is created, a play view of the shared document is presented in view interfaces presented by the second electronic device on the presenter side and a third electronic device on the viewer side, and document information of the shared document is presented in the play view.

Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a user number setting interface provided in an embodiment of the present application, a user number setting function item 501 corresponding to a shared document is presented on a room page of a document room, a first electronic device presents a user number setting interface 502 in response to a trigger operation for the user number setting function item 501, and sets the user number to a target number 503 (for example, 20) based on the user number setting interface 502, so that when an access request for the document room sent by another electronic device is received, the first electronic device obtains the number of users currently accessing the document room, and if the number of users currently accessing the document room reaches the target number, the other electronic devices are prohibited from entering the document room, that is, the other users cannot access the document room.
In order to realize the view of the presenter, the presenter uses the same login account number used when the document room of the shared document is created through the second electronic device to log in and enter the created document room through the first electronic device, and the first electronic device responds to a display instruction of the shared document and sends a display request of the shared document to the server.
In some embodiments, prior to presenting the presenter view of the shared document, the first electronic device may also set the presentation mode of the shared document to the presentation mode by:
presenting a display mode setting interface for setting a display mode of a shared document, and presenting at least two display modes in the display mode setting interface; the display mode at least comprises a demonstration mode for demonstrating the shared document; setting a presentation mode of the shared document to a presentation mode in response to a selection operation for the presentation mode based on the presentation mode setting interface; correspondingly, when the current login account has the demonstration authority of the shared document and the demonstration mode of the shared document is the demonstration mode, the shared document is presented as a presenter view.
Here, before displaying the shared document, the display mode of the shared document may be set as the presentation mode, referring to fig. 6, where fig. 6 is a schematic view of setting the display mode provided in this embodiment of the application, when a user clicks the shared document, the first electronic device presents a display mode setting interface 601 in response to a display instruction for the shared document, presents selectable view display modes, such as a viewing mode 602 and a presentation mode 603, in the display mode setting interface 601, and when the user selects the presentation mode 603, the first electronic device determines that the current login account has the presentation right of the shared document and determines that the display mode of the shared document is the presentation mode, presents a presenter view of the shared document in response to the selection operation.
In some embodiments, the first electronic device may enable presentation of the presentation prompt information for the shared document in response to the presentation instruction for the shared document by: presenting a shared document list including shared documents; based on the shared document list, presentation prompt information of the selected shared document is presented in response to a presentation instruction for the shared document.
In some embodiments, the first electronic device may present the shared document list including the shared documents by: sending a login request aiming at a shared document application corresponding to a shared document, wherein the login request carries a current login account, and the current login account is used for identity authentication; receiving login response information including an authentication result, and presenting an application interface of the shared document application when determining that the identity authentication of the current login account is passed based on the login response information; a list of shared documents is presented in an application interface that includes shared documents.
Here, when a user clicks a shared document application (i.e., a shared document client) set on a first electronic device, the first electronic device sends a login request for the shared document application corresponding to a shared document to a server in response to the click operation, the server matches a current login account carried in the login request with a pre-stored login account and obtains an authentication result based on the matching result, and returns login response information including the authentication result to the first electronic device, if the current login account matches the pre-stored login account, it is determined that the current login account passes identity authentication, and after the authentication passes, the first electronic device presents an application interface of the shared document application and presents a shared document list including the shared document in the application interface.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a presentation prompt information presentation interface provided in this embodiment of the present application, when a user clicks a shared document application 701 set on a first electronic device, the first electronic device sends a login request for the shared document application to a server in response to the click operation, the server performs identity authentication based on a current login account in the login request, obtains login response information and returns the login response information to the first electronic device, when the authentication passes, an application interface 702 of the shared application is presented, and a shared document list 703 is presented in the application interface 702, where a plurality of shared documents, such as shared document 1, shared document 2, and …, exist in the shared document list 703, and when the user clicks and selects the shared document 1, the first electronic device presents the presentation prompt information 704 of the shared document 1 in response to the selection operation.
In some embodiments, before presenting the presentation hint information for the shared document, the first electronic device may present a room interface for a room of the document to which the shared document corresponds by:
sending a display request aiming at the shared document, wherein the display request carries a current login account, and the current login account is used for identity authentication; receiving display response information returned when the identity authentication of the current login account passes, wherein the display response information comprises demonstration state information of a shared document; presenting a room interface of a document room corresponding to the shared document based on the display response information; the document room is created for a second electronic device based on the current login account; accordingly, the first electronic device may present the presentation prompt information of the shared document by: presenting presentation prompt information generated based on the presentation state information in the room interface.
Here, when a user clicks a shared document, the first electronic device sends a display request for the shared document to the server in response to the click operation, the server performs identity authentication based on a current login account carried by the display request, matches the current login account carried by the login request with a pre-stored login account, and when the current login account and the pre-stored login account match each other, determines that the current login account passes the identity authentication, and at this time, the server returns display response information including presentation status information of the shared document to the first electronic device, where the format of the display response information may be: { uid: x, docid: a, status: playing }, which represents that the shared document a is in a playing state in the document room created by the user x, the first electronic device presents a room interface of the document room corresponding to the shared document a based on the presentation response information, and presents presentation prompt information such as "… in which the shared document a is playing" in the room interface.
In some embodiments, prior to presenting the presentation hints information for the shared document, the first electronic device may generate the presentation hints information by: acquiring demonstration state information used for indicating the demonstration state of the shared document and a prompt message template used for creating demonstration prompt messages; and adding the demonstration state information to the corresponding position of the prompt information template to generate the demonstration prompt information of the shared document.
The demonstration state information is obtained by extracting a target field in the demonstration response information, and the demonstration response information returned by the server received by the terminal is as follows: x, doc, a, status, playing }, the first electronic device extracts each field from the presentation response information, analyzes each field to obtain presentation state information, and adds the analyzed presentation state information to a corresponding position of the prompt information template, so as to generate presentation prompt information such as … when the shared document a is playing.
Step 102: and responding to the triggering operation aiming at the demonstration prompt information, and presenting the presenter view of the shared document when the current login account is determined to have the demonstration right of the shared document.
In some embodiments, prior to presenting the presenter view of the shared document, the first electronic device may determine whether the current login account has presentation rights for the shared document by:
obtaining a login account of a creator of a document room corresponding to a shared document, wherein the document room is used for demonstrating the shared document; matching the login account of the creator with the current login account to obtain a matching result; and when the matching result represents that the login account of the creator is matched with the current login account, determining that the current login account has the demonstration authority of sharing the document.
In actual implementation, the operation of judging whether the current login account has the demonstration permission of sharing the document can be implemented by a server, the first electronic device sends a demonstration permission verification request carrying the current login account and a room identifier of a document room to the server, the server finds the login account of a creator of the corresponding document room and the document room based on the room identifier carried by the verification request, matches the current login account carried by the verification request with the login account of the creator, and returns a matching result to the first electronic device, and when the matching result represents that the login account of the creator matches with the current login account, the user corresponding to the current login account is determined to be the creator of the document room and has the demonstration permission of sharing the document; when the matching result represents that the login account of the creator is not matched with the current login account, it is determined that the user corresponding to the current login account is not the creator of the document room, and because only the creator (i.e., the presenter) of the document room has the presentation right of sharing the document, the current login account does not have the presentation right of sharing the document.
In practical application, the second electronic device may be a creator terminal or a viewer terminal, and as long as the current login account is successfully matched with the login account of the creator of the document room, it may be determined that the current login account has the presentation right of sharing the document. For example, when the user a requests to display the shared document through the first electronic device corresponding to the current login account, the following presentation prompt information is presented in the first electronic device: if the shared document is being played … in the second electronic device, and the second electronic device is a terminal of the user a side and the document room of the shared document is created by the user a through the second electronic device, at this time, the user a is a presenter, and the current login account is successfully matched with the login account of the creator of the document room (both are the user a), it is determined that the user a has the presentation right of the shared document; if the second electronic device is a terminal of a user B side and a document room of the shared document is created by the user A through the third electronic device, at the moment, the user A is a presenter, the user B is a viewer, and the current login account number is successfully matched with the login account number of the creator of the document room, it can be determined that the user A has the presentation authority of the shared document; if the second electronic device is a terminal of the user B side and the document room of the shared document is created by the user B through the second electronic device, at this time, the user B is a presenter, the user a is a viewer, and the current login account (user a) is not matched with the login account (user B) of the creator of the document room, it is determined that the user a does not have the presentation right of the shared document.
In some embodiments, the first electronic device may present the presenter view of the shared document by: presenting a presentation mode selection interface for selecting a presentation mode of the shared document, and presenting the following presentation mode options at the presentation mode selection interface: a presentation mode, a viewing mode; based on the presentation mode selection interface, a presenter view of the shared document is presented in response to a selection operation for the presentation mode.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic view of a presentation interface of a presenter view provided in an embodiment of the present application, when a user clicks on presentation prompt information 801 of a shared document, and a first electronic device determines that a current login account has a presentation right of the shared document in response to the click operation, a presentation mode selection interface 802 is presented, a presentation mode 803 and a viewing mode 804 are presented in the presentation mode selection interface 802, and when the user clicks on the presentation mode 803, the first electronic device presents the presenter view of the shared document in response to the selection operation.
Through the mode, because multiple ends of users in the same document room can be simultaneously online, if a user A can browse or demonstrate a shared document at four ends of a notebook computer, a desktop computer, a mobile phone, a tablet computer and the like, the document room A of the shared document is created by the user A through a login account xxxx on the mobile phone, and at the moment, the document content of the shared document is shown in a playing view presented by the mobile phone; then, the user A logs in through the notebook computer by adopting a login account xxxx and enters the created document room, at the moment, the document content of the shared document is synchronously displayed in a presenter view presented by the notebook computer, and remark information related to the document content is displayed; when the user A uses the login account xxxx again in the tablet computer and enters the created document room, the user A can realize the function of the presenter view in the notebook computer, at the moment, a display mode selection interface is provided for the user A, the user can select the display mode in the tablet computer, and when the viewing mode is selected, the tablet computer presents a playing view and displays the document content in the playing view; when the demonstration mode is selected, the tablet computer presents a presenter view and shows document contents and remark information in the presenter view; therefore, multiple choices can be provided for the user, and the user experience is improved.
Step 103: synchronously displaying the document content in the presenter view and displaying the remark information associated with the document content.
In some embodiments, the first electronic device may present the remark information associated with the document content by: displaying remark information associated with the document content in an area associated with the document content in the presenter view; or displaying remark information related to the document content in a floating layer or popup window mode in the presenter view; alternatively, the remark information associated with the document content is presented via a sub-view that is independent of the presenter view.
When displaying the remark information, the remark information related to the document content can be presented in a presenter view through a bubble-type floating layer or a pop-up window, wherein the bubble-type floating layer or the pop-up window can move in a creation interface, the size and the position of the floating layer or the pop-up window can be set according to practical application, when the remark information is more, a larger floating layer or the pop-up window can be presented to completely display the remark information, a smaller floating layer or the pop-up window can also be presented to display partial remark information, and at this time, more remark information can be viewed through a pull-down strip of the floating layer or the pop-up window. When the remark information is displayed in the sub-view, the sub-view can be a view with a preset transparency and is positioned above the presenter view, and document content displayed in the presenter view can be viewed through the sub-view, so that a user can see more information by displaying the remark information through the sub-view with a certain transparency, and the requirement of the user on quickly browsing the information is met; meanwhile, the sub-view is synchronously moved in the presentation position on the presenter view accompanying the drag-to operation by the user.
Referring to fig. 9A-9B, fig. 9A-9B are schematic diagrams of a display interface of remark information provided in an embodiment of the present application, and in fig. 9A, in an area 901 associated with document content in a presenter view, remark information 902 is displayed; in fig. 9B, the region associated with the document content 903 in the presenter view shows the remark information 904.
In some embodiments, the first electronic device may present the remark information associated with the document content by: and displaying remark information associated with the document content by adopting a display style different from the document content.
The display style different from the document content may be that the remark information is displayed in a style such as a font different from the document content, a character color different from the document content, a display background different from the display style, and a character transparency different from the document content, or the remark information is underlined below the remark information, or the remark information is wrapped around the remark information in a frame form to be distinguished from other document contents, so as to give a striking prompt to a user, thereby improving the viewing experience of the user.
In some embodiments, the first electronic device may hide the displayed remark information by: in the process of displaying remark information associated with document content, presenting hidden function items corresponding to the remark information; and hiding the remark information in response to the triggering operation aiming at the hidden function item.
Here, in practical application, can hide remark information, still can pull the remark information of hiding in order to demonstrate once more, so, the user can set up the show pattern of remark information according to actual conditions, improves user's demonstration effect.
Next, a method for displaying a shared document according to an embodiment of the present application is described, with reference to fig. 1 and fig. 10, and fig. 10 is a flowchart illustrating the method for displaying a shared document according to the embodiment of the present application, and the method for displaying a shared document according to the embodiment of the present application is described as an example, where the first electronic device 400-1, the second electronic device 400-2, and the server 200 in fig. 1 cooperate with each other.
Step 201: the second electronic device sends a creation request for a document room of the shared document to the server in response to a click operation for the shared document.
Here, when the user a clicks on the shared document, the second electronic device sends, in response to a click operation for the shared document, a creation request for creating a document room in which the shared document is displayed to the server, where the creation request carries a current login account and a document identifier of the shared document, and the current login account is used for identity authentication.
Step 202: and the server returns the creating response information to the second electronic equipment when the identity authentication of the current login account is passed based on the creating request.
And the creating response information comprises a room identifier of the document room of the shared document, wherein the server creates the document room corresponding to the shared document based on the current login account when the identity authentication of the current login account is passed based on the creating request, and returns the room identifier of the created document room to the second electronic equipment through the creating response information.
Step 203: and the second electronic equipment presents the play view of the shared document based on the creation response information and shows the document content of the shared document in the play view.
Here, the second electronic device enters the created document room based on the room identifier in the creation response information, that is, a room interface of the document room corresponding to the shared document is presented in the second electronic device, so that a play view of the shared document is presented in the room interface, and document content of the shared document is presented in the play view.
Through the above steps 201-203, creating a document room for presenting the shared document at the second electronic device is realized.
Step 204: the first electronic device responds to click operation of the shared document and sends a display request of the shared document to the server.
Here, when the user a clicks the shared document in the first electronic device, the first electronic device sends a presentation request for the shared document to the server in response to a click operation for the shared document, where the presentation request carries a current login account, and the current login account is used for identity authentication.
Step 205: and the server carries the current login account number to perform identity authentication based on the display request, and returns display response information to the first electronic equipment when the identity authentication of the current login account number is passed.
Here, the server matches the current login account carried by the login request with a pre-stored login account, and when the current login account is matched with the pre-stored login account, the server determines that the identity authentication of the current login account passes. The presentation response information includes presentation state information of the shared document, and for example, the format of the presentation response information may be: { uid: x, docid: A, status: playing }, which represents that the shared document A is in a playing state in the document room created by user x.
And step 206, the first electronic equipment receives the display response information, presents a room interface of the document room corresponding to the shared document based on the display response information, and presents demonstration prompt information generated based on the demonstration state information in the room interface.
Step 207: the first electronic device sends a demonstration permission verification request to the server in response to a click operation for the demonstration prompt information.
And the demonstration authority verification request carries the current login account and the room identifier of the document room.
Step 208: and the server carries out demonstration authority verification on the current login account based on the demonstration authority verification request to obtain and return a demonstration authority verification result to the first electronic device.
The server finds the corresponding document room and the login account of the creator of the document room based on the room identifier carried by the verification request, matches the current login account carried by the verification request with the login account of the creator, and determines that the user corresponding to the current login account is the creator of the document room and has the demonstration authority for sharing the document when the login account of the creator matches with the current login account in the matching result.
Step 209: and when the first electronic equipment determines that the current login account has the demonstration authority of the shared document based on the demonstration authority verification result, presenting a presenter view of the shared document.
Step 210: the first electronic equipment synchronously shows the document content in the presenter view and shows the remark information related to the document content.
Through the steps, the remark information related to the document content of the shared document is displayed on the first electronic device in a view mode through the presenter.
Next, an exemplary application of the embodiment of the present application in a practical application scenario will be described. The description will be given by taking the shared document as an online slide. The method for displaying the shared document, provided by the embodiment of the application, is based on a multi-device multi-account collaborative system architecture, and solves the problem that the view of a presenter cannot be presented when an online slide is presented by using a multi-screen expansion mode. When multiple terminals (namely a plurality of electronic devices) log in a document room of an online slide, the state of the electronic devices in the process of demonstration is identified through login accounts (also called User Identifiers (UIDs)) corresponding to the electronic devices, so that other electronic devices enter a demonstration mode to display remark information related to document contents, instruction synchronization in the demonstration is completed through a document interstorey, and the view of a presenter sharing documents is realized.
In practical applications, when a presenter uses a terminal device (i.e., the second electronic device) such as a notebook computer or a mobile phone to start presenting a shared document, the document content viewed by the viewer through another connected terminal (i.e., the third electronic device) is the same as the document content presented by the terminal device of the presenter, i.e., the document content of the presentation page, the laser pen track, and other contents can be viewed, but the remark information associated with the document content cannot be viewed, which is referred to as a play view herein. The presenter can use another device (i.e. the first electronic device mentioned above) to log in and enter the document room of the same shared document through the same login account, the message system in the backend server can push the presentation prompt information such as "the current document is being presented.", to the first electronic device, and guide the presenter to click the presentation prompt information, when the presenter clicks the presentation prompt information, the first electronic device responds to the click operation, presents the presenter view of the shared document, presents the synchronization information in the presenter view, the synchronization information includes all details of the document content of the presentation page, the laser pen track, and the like, and simultaneously, also presents the remark information associated with the document content.
The method for displaying the shared document is realized by four parts, namely a document identity authentication system, a document room level, a user multi-end simultaneous online and presenter view management of the shared document. The unique UID of the whole network is generated in the background through social account login products such as QQ and WeChat and is used for marking the identity of a user, a presenter needs to access a web site of an online slide in a browser or an application supporting web technology through electronic equipment such as a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a mobile phone or other intelligent equipment and use a presentation function, and then, each part is described in detail.
1. Document identity authentication system
Shared document products such as online slides, online documents and online forms use open identity identifiers (openids) corresponding to shared documents as basic implementation of an online identity authentication system, users do not need to remember traditional authentication marks such as user names and passwords, and can use products or websites such as QQ, WeChat, Google and FaceBook which can use openids as identity providers to complete identity authentication of shared documents.
In practical implementation, the electronic device may establish an association between a current login account (UID) and an open identity (OpenID), and store the established association locally through a cookie, so as to maintain the personal identity maintenance effect for 30 days or longer. After the identity authentication is passed, the user can use the UID to perform operations of viewing a shared document list, creating/editing a shared document, managing document rights, demonstrating the shared document, viewing the shared document and the like in a shared document application.
2. Document room space
In order to realize the information synchronization of the shared documents among different devices when the content of the shared document is updated, a long connection between an electronic device (including all terminal devices on the user side participating in operations such as editing, modifying, demonstrating or watching of the shared document) and a server can be established, then a document identifier (docID) of the shared document is obtained, and the document identifier (docID) and the UID on the corresponding electronic device side are added into a network address (URL) of the long connection, so as to establish the association relationship between the user on the corresponding electronic device side and the shared document; and the association relation is used for synchronously updating the content of the shared document when the content of the shared document is updated.
For example, a long connection is established between a web terminal and a server in the background by using a Websocket technology, an association relationship between a current user and a shared document is established by adding a UID and a docID (in a format of: ws:// docs.qq.com/Websocket ═ 1234567890& docID ═ abcde) in a URL of the established long connection, and a communication link established on the basis of the docID is called a document interatrial layer. The document room level is technically represented by keeping users of different web terminals in the same service center when using the same shared document all the time, and the centralized management mode can transmit information among different terminal devices in real time, so that the functions of document permission change notification, document modification, demonstration state synchronization and the like can be realized.
Referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a flowchart illustrating an information synchronization method for a shared document according to an embodiment of the present application, and information synchronization for permission modification and change notification performed by two users, i.e., a creator and a collaborator (i.e., the above-mentioned viewer) under a document middle-level will be described with reference to fig. 11.
Step 301: the creator terminal requests the server for obtaining the document authority of the shared document.
Here, a terminal (i.e., an electronic device) corresponding to a creator of the shared document sends an authority acquisition request for requesting to acquire a document authority of the shared document to a backend server corresponding to a shared document application, where the authority acquisition request carries a document identifier of the shared document.
Step 302: the server returns the document authority of the shared document to the creator terminal.
Here, after receiving the permission acquisition request, the server pulls the shared document indicated by the document identifier and the document permission of the shared document based on the document identifier in the permission acquisition request, and returns the shared document and the document permission to the creator terminal.
Step 303: and the creator terminal calls the creator authority component to modify the document authority of the shared document.
Step 304: the creator rights component pulls the document rights of the shared document from the server.
Step 305: the server returns the document rights to the shared document to the creator rights component.
Step 306: the creator rights component requests the server for document rights to modify the shared document.
The creator authority component sends an authority modification request aiming at the document authority of the shared document to the server, and the authority modification request carries the document authority returned by the server and the document authority to be modified by the creator, so that the server modifies the document authority of the shared document based on the document authority returned by the server and the document authority to be modified by the creator.
Step 307: the server returns the modified document rights to the creator rights component.
Step 308: and the server sends a message that the document authority of the shared document is changed to the collaborator terminal.
Step 309: and the collaborator terminal requests the server to acquire the document authority of the shared document.
Step 310: the server returns the modified document authority to the collaborator terminal.
Step 311: and the collaborator terminal sends the message of changing the document permission of the shared document to the collaborator permission component.
Step 312: the collaborator rights component requests the server to obtain the modified document rights.
Step 313: the server returns the modified document permissions to the collaborator permissions component.
Step 314: the collaborator terminal presents the refreshed shared document page.
Step 315: the server sends a message that the document authority of the shared document is changed to the creator terminal.
Step 316: the creator terminal requests the server for obtaining the document authority of the shared document.
Step 317: the server returns the modified document right to the creator terminal.
Step 318: and the creator terminal presents prompt information of the successful modification of the document authority.
3. User multi-terminal simultaneous online
The shared document identity authentication system is used for logging in, unified management of users is completed through the UID on the background server, in practical application, the number of the users accessing a document room corresponding to the shared document can be restrained, duplication removing operation is not performed on the UID, therefore, the multi-end simultaneous online of the users in the same document room can be realized, namely, the user A can browse or demonstrate the shared document at four ends of a PC, a Mac, a mobile phone, a tablet computer and the like, and at the moment, the total number of people in the room is 4.
4. Presenter view management for shared documents
The method for displaying the shared document is based on a single-person multi-terminal simultaneous online single-document multi-person collaborative framework, one shared document (such as an online slide) is bound to create one document room (associated by docID), and the displaying states of the shared document displayed at multiple terminals are synchronous.
Referring to fig. 12, fig. 12 is a schematic structural diagram of a display state of a shared document according to an embodiment of the present application, which will be described with reference to fig. 12.
The user X uses the terminal equipment A, initiates a login request aiming at the shared document application corresponding to the shared document to the background server through the login system, after the identity authentication login is completed successfully, opens the online slide A with the identity of UID _ X, and simultaneously sends a creation request for creating a document room to the background server, wherein the request data is in the following JSON format: { uid: x, docid: A }, and after success, slide A establishes a document interatrial floor, with the number of people in the room being 1. Initiate the presentation by clicking on or the like and send a request to synchronize the presentation state (e.g., slide A is in the presentation) to the backend server, requesting data such as the following JSON format: { uid: x, docid: A, status: playing }, where slide A is in a playing state.
And the user X uses the terminal equipment B, initiates a login request to the background server through the login system, sends a request to open the online slide A to enter the document room which is successfully created after the identity authentication is completed, wherein the number of people in the room is 2 (both are the user X), one of the users is the user X on the terminal equipment A, and the other user is the user X on the terminal B. After the connection is successful, the background server sends demonstration state information to the terminals A and B through the message system, and the data format is as the following JSON format: x, status, playing and UID _ X, wherein the current equipment of the terminal A plays the slide A without executing action; the terminal B judges that status is playing and player is currently logged in UID _ X, pops up presentation prompt information used for indicating that the online slide A is presenting, the user X clicks the presentation prompt information, the terminal B responds to clicking operation, carries out authority verification on the user X, presents a presenter view when UID _ X is UID _ X, namely that the presenter and the browser are consistent in identity (both are the user X), synchronously presents the document content of the online slide A in the presenter view, and presents remark information related to the document content; when UID _ X! And presenting a play view, namely UID _ Y, the identities of the presenter and the browser are inconsistent, wherein only the document content of the online slide A is presented in the play view, and the remark information associated with the document content is not presented.

wherein the presentation mode includes at least a presentation mode for presenting the shared document;
setting the presentation mode of the shared document to a presentation mode in response to a selection operation for the presentation mode based on the presentation mode setting interface;
correspondingly, the second presentation module is configured to present a presenter view of the shared document when it is determined that the current login account has the presentation permission of the shared document and the display mode of the shared document is the presentation mode.
In some embodiments, the first presentation module is further configured to present a shared document list including the shared document;
presenting presentation prompt information for the selected shared document in response to a presentation instruction for the shared document based on the shared document list.
In some embodiments, the first presentation module is further configured to send a login request for a shared document application corresponding to the shared document, where the login request carries the current login account, and the current login account is used for identity authentication;
receiving login response information including an authentication result, and presenting an application interface of the shared document application when determining that the identity authentication of the current login account is passed based on the login response information;
presenting a shared document list including the shared document in the application interface.
In some embodiments, the second presenting module is further configured to present a presentation mode selection interface for selecting a presentation mode of the shared document, and present the following presentation mode options at the presentation mode selection interface: a presentation mode, a viewing mode;
presenting, based on the presentation mode selection interface, a presenter view of the shared document in response to a selection operation for the presentation mode.
In some embodiments, the content presentation module is further configured to present remark information associated with the document content in an area associated with the document content in the presenter view; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
displaying remark information related to the document content in the presenter view in a floating layer or popup window mode; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and displaying remark information associated with the document content through a sub-view independent of the presenter view.
In some embodiments, the content presentation module is further configured to present remark information associated with the document content in a presentation style different from that of the document content.
In some embodiments, the apparatus further comprises:
the remark hiding module is used for presenting a hidden function item corresponding to the remark information in the process of displaying the remark information related to the document content;
hiding the remark information in response to a trigger operation for the hidden function item.
In some embodiments, before presenting the presentation hint information for the shared document, the apparatus further comprises:
a room interface presentation module, configured to send a display request for the shared document, where the display request carries the current login account, and the current login account is used for identity authentication;
receiving display response information returned when the identity authentication of the current login account passes, wherein the display response information comprises demonstration state information of the shared document;
based on the display response information, presenting a room interface of a document room corresponding to the shared document;
the document room is created for the second electronic device based on the current login account;
correspondingly, the first presentation module is further configured to present, in the room interface, the presentation prompt information generated based on the presentation state information.
In some embodiments, before presenting the presentation hint information for the shared document, the apparatus further comprises:
the prompt message generating module is used for acquiring demonstration state information used for indicating the demonstration state of the shared document and a prompt message template used for creating demonstration prompt messages;
and adding the demonstration state information to the corresponding position of the prompt information template to generate demonstration prompt information of the shared document.
In some embodiments, prior to said presenting the presenter view of the shared document, the apparatus further comprises:
the demonstration authority verification module is used for acquiring a login account of a creator of a document room corresponding to the shared document, and the document room is used for demonstrating the shared document;
matching the login account of the creator with the current login account to obtain a matching result;
and when the matching result represents that the login account of the creator is matched with the current login account, determining that the current login account has the demonstration authority of the shared document.
In some embodiments, prior to said presenting the presenter view of the shared document, the apparatus further comprises:
the association establishing module is used for establishing long connection between the first electronic equipment and the server;
acquiring a document identifier of the shared document, and adding the document identifier and a current login account to the long-connection network address to establish an association relationship between the current login account and the shared document;
and the incidence relation is used for synchronously updating the content of the shared document when the content of the shared document is updated.
In some embodiments, the apparatus further comprises:
the user number setting module is used for presenting a user number setting interface for setting the number of users accessing the document room corresponding to the shared document;
setting the number of users accessing a document room corresponding to the shared document as a target number based on the user number setting interface, wherein the document room is created for the user corresponding to the current login account and is used for demonstrating the shared document;
wherein the target number is used for prohibiting other users from accessing the document room when the number of users accessing the document room reaches the target number.

The processor of the computer device reads the computer instructions from the computer-readable storage medium, and executes the computer instructions, so that the computer device executes the method for presenting the shared document described above in the embodiment of the present application.
The embodiment of the application provides a computer-readable storage medium which stores executable instructions, and the executable instructions are stored in the computer-readable storage medium and when being executed by a processor, the executable instructions cause the processor to execute the method for displaying the shared document provided by the embodiment of the application.
In some embodiments, the computer-readable storage medium may be memory such as FRAM, ROM, PROM, EPROM, EEPROM, flash, magnetic surface memory, optical disk, or CD-ROM; or may be various devices including one or any combination of the above memories.
In some embodiments, executable instructions may be written in any form of programming language (including compiled or interpreted languages), in the form of programs, software modules, scripts or code, and may be deployed in any form, including as a stand-alone program or as a module, component, subroutine, or other unit suitable for use in a computing environment.
By way of example, executable instructions may correspond, but do not necessarily have to correspond, to files in a file system, and may be stored in a portion of a file that holds other programs or data, such as in one or more scripts in a hypertext Markup Language (HTML) document, in a single file dedicated to the program in question, or in multiple coordinated files (e.g., files that store one or more modules, sub-programs, or portions of code).
By way of example, executable instructions may be deployed to be executed on one computing device or on multiple computing devices at one site or distributed across multiple sites and interconnected by a communication network.

Claims (16)

1. A method for displaying a shared document is applied to a first electronic device, and comprises the following steps:
presenting presentation prompt information of a shared document in response to a presentation instruction for the shared document;
the demonstration prompt information is used for prompting that the document content of the shared document is shown in the play view presented by the second electronic equipment;
responding to the triggering operation aiming at the demonstration prompt information, and presenting a presenter view of the shared document when the current login account is determined to have the demonstration right of the shared document;
synchronously displaying the document content in the presenter view, and displaying remark information associated with the document content.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to said presenting a presenter view of the shared document, the method further comprises:
presenting a display mode setting interface for setting a display mode of the shared document, and presenting at least two display modes in the display mode setting interface;
wherein the presentation mode includes at least a presentation mode for presenting the shared document;
setting the presentation mode of the shared document to a presentation mode in response to a selection operation for the presentation mode based on the presentation mode setting interface;
correspondingly, when it is determined that the current login account has the demonstration right of the shared document, presenting a presenter view of the shared document, including:
and when the current login account is determined to have the demonstration permission of the shared document and the display mode of the shared document is determined to be the demonstration mode, presenting the view of a presenter of the shared document.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein presenting presentation hint information for a shared document in response to a presentation instruction for the shared document comprises:
presenting a shared document list including the shared document;
presenting presentation prompt information for the selected shared document in response to a presentation instruction for the shared document based on the shared document list.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein presenting a shared document list that includes the shared document comprises:
sending a login request aiming at a shared document application corresponding to the shared document, wherein the login request carries the current login account, and the current login account is used for identity authentication;
receiving login response information including an authentication result, and presenting an application interface of the shared document application when determining that the identity authentication of the current login account is passed based on the login response information;
presenting a shared document list including the shared document in the application interface.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein said presenting a presenter view of the shared document comprises:
presenting a presentation mode selection interface for selecting a presentation mode of the shared document, and presenting the following presentation mode options at the presentation mode selection interface: a presentation mode, a viewing mode;
presenting, based on the presentation mode selection interface, a presenter view of the shared document in response to a selection operation for the presentation mode.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein said presenting remark information associated with the document content comprises:
displaying remark information associated with the document content in an area associated with the document content in the presenter view; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
displaying remark information related to the document content in the presenter view in a floating layer or popup window mode; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and displaying remark information associated with the document content through a sub-view independent of the presenter view.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein said presenting remark information associated with the document content comprises:
and displaying remark information associated with the document content by adopting a display style different from the document content.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
in the process of displaying remark information related to the document content, presenting a hidden function item corresponding to the remark information;
hiding the remark information in response to a trigger operation for the hidden function item.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to said presenting presentation prompt information for the shared document, the method further comprises:
sending a display request aiming at the shared document, wherein the display request carries the current login account, and the current login account is used for identity authentication;
receiving display response information returned when the identity authentication of the current login account passes, wherein the display response information comprises demonstration state information of the shared document;
based on the display response information, presenting a room interface of a document room corresponding to the shared document;
the document room is created for the second electronic device based on the current login account;
correspondingly, the presenting of the presentation prompt information of the shared document includes:
presenting, in the room interface, the presentation hint information generated based on the presentation state information.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to said presenting presentation prompt information for the shared document, the method further comprises:
acquiring demonstration state information used for indicating the demonstration state of the shared document and a prompt message template used for creating demonstration prompt messages;
and adding the demonstration state information to the corresponding position of the prompt information template to generate demonstration prompt information of the shared document.
11. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to said presenting a presenter view of the shared document, the method further comprises:
obtaining a login account of a creator of a document room corresponding to the shared document, wherein the document room is used for demonstrating the shared document;
matching the login account of the creator with the current login account to obtain a matching result;
and when the matching result represents that the login account of the creator is matched with the current login account, determining that the current login account has the demonstration authority of the shared document.
12. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
establishing a long connection between the first electronic device and a server;
acquiring a document identifier of the shared document, and adding the document identifier and a current login account to the long-connection network address to establish an association relationship between the current login account and the shared document;
and the incidence relation is used for synchronously updating the content of the shared document when the content of the shared document is updated.
13. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
presenting a user number setting interface for setting the number of users who access a document room corresponding to the shared document;
setting the number of users accessing a document room corresponding to the shared document as a target number based on the user number setting interface, wherein the document room is created for the user corresponding to the current login account and is used for demonstrating the shared document;
wherein the target number is used for prohibiting other users from accessing the document room when the number of users accessing the document room reaches the target number.
14. A display device for sharing documents is arranged on a first electronic device, and comprises:
the first presentation module is used for responding to a presentation instruction aiming at a shared document and presenting presentation prompt information of the shared document;
the demonstration prompt information is used for prompting that the document content of the shared document is shown in the play view presented by the second electronic equipment;
the second presentation module is used for responding to the triggering operation aiming at the demonstration prompt information, and presenting the presenter view of the shared document when the current login account is determined to have the demonstration right of the shared document;
and the content display module is used for synchronously displaying the document content in the presenter view and displaying remark information related to the document content.
15. A computer device, comprising:
a memory for storing executable instructions;
a processor, configured to execute the executable instructions stored in the memory, and implement the method for displaying a shared document according to any one of claims 1 to 13.
16. A computer-readable storage medium storing executable instructions for implementing the method of presenting a shared document according to any one of claims 1 to 13 when executed by a processor.
