Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a document sharing method, a document sharing device and electronic equipment, wherein a document to be shared is received, format conversion is carried out on the document, a download notification message is broadcasted to each client, when a first client modifies the content of the document, the modification content message of the first client is received, and annotation content is broadcasted to each client, so that the problems that under the condition of multi-party participation, annotation, page turning, page adding and deleting and the like cannot be carried out on each client in a meeting are solved.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of mobile communications, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, and a system for sharing a document.
Background
Nowadays, in the fields of education, government and enterprise, finance and the like, a converged conference system combining a video conference and an electronic whiteboard technology is widely applied. In the converged conference system, the conference staff often need to share documents, background reference materials and the like which are already written by the conference staff in the conference, discuss, negotiate, modify and annotate the documents and the conference staff, and save and take away the final results, so that the document sharing becomes a key technology in the converged conference system.
In a fusion conference system, a conventional document sharing method is to open an existing document locally at a client, and then share a local video picture to each client in a conference by using desktop sharing. The document sharing mode is actually to share a local file system to a client in a meeting in a video streaming mode, so that only a client initiating desktop sharing is allowed to upload and share a single-end file under the mechanism, and interaction is performed in a video streaming mode, so that the client in the meeting cannot annotate, page and add or delete a document, and store file annotation and modification contents of a meeting discussion.
Disclosure of Invention
The method, the device and the system for sharing the document provided by the embodiment of the invention aim to solve the problem that in the prior art, under the condition of multi-party participation, the operation of annotating, turning pages, modifying or the like on the document can not be realized by a client at a meeting, and the document can only be shared by the client initiating desktop sharing in a video stream mode, but the document operation can not be performed by other clients.
In order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for document sharing, including:
receiving a document to be shared, and performing format conversion on the document;
broadcasting a download notification message to each client, wherein the download notification message is used for indicating each client to download the document after format conversion;
after the first client modifies the content of the document, receiving a content modification message of the first client, and broadcasting the content modification message to each client, wherein the content modification message carries modification content, and the modification content is used for being displayed after being downloaded by a second client;

Detailed description of the preferred embodiment

the first client side selects the document to open at the local machine, at the moment, the first client side initiates a command to transmit the document to the server side, and the server side converts the document into the picture according to pages after receiving the document.
After the conversion is completed, the server sends a command to inform the total page number of the converted pictures of the document at the second client and the third client and the information that the downloading can be performed, the second client and the third client firstly perform corresponding page number increase on respective electronic whiteboards, wherein the page number increased by the whiteboards is equal to the total page number of the pictures, and then the downloaded and converted pictures are displayed on the pages of the electronic whiteboards.
Therefore, the documents are presented on the interfaces of the clients in the form of pictures, and the clients can simultaneously perform the functions of document viewing, annotation, adding and deleting, conference explanation, zooming, saving and the like. In a conference mode, after a second client annotates a document displayed on an electronic whiteboard, the annotation content is transmitted from the second client to a server, the server broadcasts the annotation content to a first client and a third client, and the first client and the third client present the annotation content on respective electronic whiteboards after receiving the annotation content.
Similarly, when the third client zooms a certain page of picture in the document, the zooming command is uploaded to the server, the server broadcasts the zooming instruction to the first client and the second client, and the first client and the second client receive the instruction and zoom the corresponding pictures in the same way.
Detailed description of the invention
As an example in fig. 4, a scenario in which n is 4, that is, a first client, a second client, a third client, and a fourth client participate in four clients is taken as an example for explanation:
the first client side selects the document to open at the local machine, at the moment, the first client side initiates a command to transmit the document to the server side, and the server side converts the document into the picture according to pages after receiving the document.
After the conversion is completed, the server sends a command to inform the total page number of the converted pictures of the document at the second client, the third client and the fourth client of the conference and the information that the downloading can be performed, the second client, the third client and the fourth client firstly perform corresponding page number increase on respective electronic whiteboards, wherein the page number increased by the whiteboards is equal to the total page number of the pictures, and then the downloaded and converted pictures are displayed on the pages of the respective electronic whiteboards.
Therefore, the documents are presented on the interfaces of the clients in the form of pictures, and the clients can simultaneously perform the functions of document viewing, annotation, adding and deleting, conference explanation, zooming, saving and the like. In a conference mode, after a third client annotates a document displayed on an electronic whiteboard, the annotation content is transmitted from the third client to a server, the server broadcasts the annotation content to a first client, a second client and a fourth client, and the first client, the second client and the fourth client present the annotation content on respective electronic whiteboards after receiving the annotation content.
Similarly, when the fourth client annotates a certain page of picture in the document, the annotation command is uploaded to the server, the server broadcasts the zoom instruction to the first client, the second client and the third client, and the first client, the second client and the third client receive the instruction and then display the corresponding picture in the same annotation mode.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the elements or steps of the invention described above may be implemented in a general purpose computing device, centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of computing devices, and preferably, are implemented in program code executable by a computing device, such that the steps shown and described may be executed by a computing device and, in some cases, in a different order than that shown and described herein, or as separate integrated circuit modules or as a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

after the first client modifies the content of the document, receiving a content modification message of the first client, and broadcasting the content modification message to each client, wherein the content modification message carries modification content, and the modification content is used for being downloaded and then displayed by a second client.

receiving the total number of pages of the converted document, and increasing the number of the same pages of the electronic whiteboard according to the total number of pages of the document;
and downloading the document to be shared, which is notified by the server.
7. The method of claim 5 or 6, wherein the content modification comprises at least one of: and performing document viewing, annotation, page addition, page deletion, conference explanation, page scaling or page saving.
8. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
and displaying the downloaded document on an electronic whiteboard.
9. An apparatus for document sharing, comprising:
