Abstract
The disclosure provides an information processing method, an information processing apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium. The present disclosure provides an information processing method, including: in response to a first operational event, publishing a first user-associated task item at a first system; generating a record of task items in the first online document according to the task items; in response to the second operational event, a first online document is opened in the first system to display a record of the first user-associated task item. The method of the embodiment of the disclosure can facilitate the user to quickly check the task items.
Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to an information processing method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium.
Background
Within an enterprise or within a project group, goals or plans to be completed are typically specified, and tasks that are specifically to be completed are typically specified for the purpose of completing the goals or plans, with different tasks being assigned to different goals or plans.

As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, including the following steps.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, a task item includes a first type of information, at least zero second type of information attributed to the first type of information, and at least zero task information attributed to the second type of information. In some embodiments, task items need to have a first type of information, but may be devoid of second type information and task information, with one or more of the second type information being attributed to a first type of information and one or more of the task information being attributed to a second type of information. The first type of information may be target information of a task event, the second type of information may be key result information, and the task information may be specific task content that needs to be completed in order to achieve the task specified by the key result information.
The first online document includes one or more of a first sub-document, a second sub-document, a third sub-document, and a fourth sub-document; generating a record of the task item in the first online document, including at least one of: generating a record of the first type of information in the first sub-document; generating a record of the second type of information in the second sub-document; generating a record of the task information in the third sub-document; and generating the statistical information of the task items in the fourth subdocument.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, opening a first online document in a first system to display a record of a first user-associated task item in response to a second operational event comprises: displaying one or more document controls in the first system, different document controls being associated with different sub-documents; in response to the triggering operation of the document control, displaying a target subdocument associated with the triggered document control; wherein the target subdocument is a subdocument of the first online document.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4 to 6, in the "progress" page, a plurality of document controls (such as KR task decomposition, KR, objective) are displayed, and the document controls are associated with the sub-documents, and the document controls are triggered to display contents in different sub-documents, so that the user can view the first type of information, the second type of information or the task information according to needs.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 7-10, document controls corresponding to the fifth, sixth, seventh, and eighth sub-documents are also displayed in the first system. As shown in fig. 7, the fifth sub-document may be a gantt chart of the first kind of information showing a state of the first kind of information, as shown in fig. 8, the sixth sub-document may be a state dashboard of the task information showing association information and completion state of each task information with the task information as a basic unit, as shown in fig. 9, the seventh sub-document may be a supervisor dashboard of the task information showing a priority state of the task information, as shown in fig. 10, and the eighth sub-document may be a supervisor dashboard of the task information showing a supervisor state of the task information.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, for any second type of information in the task item, a piece of task information belonging to the second type of information is preset. In some embodiments, for the second type of information, even if the user does not set task information for the second type of information, one piece of task information is automatically generated, so that in the case of having the second type of information, it can be guaranteed to have the task information, and the preset task information may be generated according to the content of the second type of information.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, if zero second-type information is included in the task item that is attributed to the first-type information, the record of the second-type information generated in the second sub-document is empty, and the record of the task information generated in the third sub-document is empty. In some embodiments, the task item may or may not have the second type of information, and in the absence of the second type of information, the task item does not have the task information, and therefore, the second sub-document and the third sub-document have no record of the second type of information and the third type of information, that is, the record is empty.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, further comprising: and in response to the editing operation on the published task items, updating the record of the corresponding task item in the first online document according to the editing result of the editing operation. In some embodiments, editing operations may include adding, deleting, modifying. The record in the first online document and the published task item are correlated, and the record of the corresponding task item in the first online document can be modified correspondingly by editing the published task item.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 15, it can be seen that a second control is displayed on the right side of the collaborator identifier of the displayed collaborator of the first online document, the second control displays the authority of the collaborator on the first online document, the second control can be triggered by clicking or the like, the display style after the second control is triggered is similar to that shown in fig. 15, optional authority (such as manageable, editable and readable in fig. 14) will be displayed, the authority of the collaborator of the first online document can be changed by selecting the optional authority, after the authority of the collaborator on the first online document is modified, a prompt message can be displayed to inform that the authority is modified, in case that the collaborator is an individual user, a notification can be sent to the individual user after the authority of the individual user is modified, and in case that the collaborator is a department or group, after the authority of the department or group is modified, the notification may not be sent to the department or group.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, after displaying the collaboration of all the first online documents, further comprising: in response to a third operational event identified to the target collaborator on the displayed first online document, deleting the target collaborator identified the corresponding collaborator. In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 16, the third operational event may include a right-swipe operation of the displayed collaborator identifications, a delete control being displayed after the right-swipe operation, and clicking on the delete control so that the target collaborator identification may be deleted in the list of collaborator identifications, which is also no longer the collaborator of the first online document to which the target collaborator identification corresponds.
In some embodiments, a notification is sent to the first user and/or the target object in response to a change in the target object's rights to the first online document. In some embodiments, the target object may be a collaborator of the first online document, and after the rights of the first online document are changed, the first user may receive notification information as an owner of the task item, and the target object with the modified rights may receive notification information according to a selection of an operator who modifies the rights of the target object. In some embodiments, the notification is sent when the rights of the target object to the first online document are opened, the rights of the target object to the first online document are changed, and the notification may not be sent when the rights of the target object to the first online document are removed.
In some embodiments, collaborators on the first online document may be classified into three types, i.e., people, group, and department members, and for people, a notification may be sent when their rights to the first online document are opened or changed. For group and department members, a notification may be received according to operator selection when their rights to the first online document are opened, and a notification may not be sent to them when their rights to the first online document are changed.
In some embodiments, for task items related to periods, a period is selected in the first system, and then a record of the task item in the selected period is displayed in the first online document, when the user opens the first online document, a loading effect is displayed if the record of the task item in the selected period is available, and when the loading display of the record in the first online document fails, a control for reloading is provided, and the record is reloaded by triggering the control.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 17, a third control ("reply and report" in the figure) is provided in the first system, and after the third control is triggered, a reply interface is displayed, in which document identifications of a reply report and a progress report are displayed, a reply report document and a progress report document of a task item can be opened by triggering the document identifications, and a progress report of the task item can also be added in the reply interface.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 2, page tabs are displayed in the interface of the first system, including "target", "align", "progress", "data" in fig. 2, different page tabs are triggered to enter different pages, a page of the task item of the first user is displayed as shown in fig. 2 after a page tab (target in fig. 2) corresponding to the task item is triggered, and a jump is made to a page of the third sub-document as shown in fig. 3 after a fourth control (task management in fig. 2) is triggered. As shown in fig. 2, a person list may be displayed in the interface of the first system, and the person list may include persons of a superior level, an sibling level, a subordinate level, an attention and the like of the first user, and the person in the triggered person list may view task items associated with the triggered person by clicking and the like. Specifically, after triggering a person in the people list, a record of task items for the triggered person may be displayed, similar to the interface shown in FIG. 3.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the task item is combined with the first online document, the task item is automatically synchronized into the first online document, and the first online document is embedded into the first system for display, the first online document is preset with a first sub-document, a second sub-document and a third sub-document, records can be viewed from different dimensions, the records of the task information have fields of start and stop dates, responsible persons, priorities, states and progress of the task, so that a user can know details of the task conveniently, and the user can view all task items, the task information and the states and progress thereof intuitively in one screen through the first online document.
There is also provided in some embodiments of the present disclosure an information processing apparatus including:
a publishing unit for publishing a task item associated with a first user at a first system in response to a first operational event;
a synchronization unit for generating a record of task items in the first online document according to the task items;
a display unit to open the first online document in the first system to display a record of the first user-associated task item in response to the second operational event.
In some embodiments, a task item includes a first type of information, at least zero second type of information that is categorized in the first type of information, and at least zero task information that is categorized in the second type of information;
the first online document includes one or more of a first sub-document, a second sub-document, a third sub-document, and a fourth sub-document;
generating a record of the task item in the first online document, including at least one of: generating a record of the first type of information in the first subdocument; generating a record of the second type of information in the second sub-document; generating a record of the task information in the third sub-document; and generating the statistical information of the task items in the fourth sub-document.
In some embodiments, opening the first online document in the first system to display a record of the first user-associated task item in response to the second operational event includes:
displaying one or more document controls in the first system, different document controls being associated with different sub-documents; in response to the triggering operation of the document control, displaying a target subdocument associated with the triggered document control; and the target subdocument is a subdocument of the first online document.
In some embodiments, at least one of the following is satisfied:
presetting task information belonging to any second type of information in task items;
if the task item includes zero second-type information belonging to the first-type information, the record of the second-type information generated in the second sub-document is empty, and the record of the task information generated in the third sub-document is empty.
In some embodiments, the synchronization unit is further configured to: and in response to the editing operation on the published task items, updating the record of the corresponding task item in the first online document according to the editing result of the editing operation.
In some embodiments, in response to an editing operation on a published task item, updating a record of the task item in the first online document based on the editing result of the editing operation, including at least one of:
responding to the operation of adding the first type of information, and adding a record corresponding to the first type of information in the first sub-document;
in response to the operation of adding the second type of information, updating the record corresponding to the first type of information to which the second type of information belongs in the first sub-file, and adding the record corresponding to the second type of information in the second sub-file;
in response to the operation of deleting the first type of information, deleting the corresponding record in the first sub-document, deleting the record of the second type of information belonging to the first type of information in the second sub-document, and deleting the record of the task information belonging to the second type of information in the third sub-document;
if the first type of information of the task items associated with the first user is completely deleted, displaying a first placeholder in the first online document;

in response to the modification operation on the content of the first type of information or the content of the second type of information, updating the content of the corresponding record in the first sub-document or the second sub-document;
and updating the sequence numbers of the corresponding records in the first sub-document or the second sub-document in response to the adjustment operation of the sorting of the first type of information or the second type of information.
In some embodiments, at least one of the following is satisfied:
if no task item which is related to the first user and is already published and to be published exists at present, displaying first preset information in the first online document;
and if no task item which is associated with the first user and is already published currently exists but the task item to be published is associated with the first user, displaying second preset information in the first online document.
In some embodiments, at least the following is satisfied:
the owner of the first online document defaults to the first system;
the first user default to have a first right to the first online document;
when a superior user views a document in which a record of task items associated with a subordinate user is located in a first system, automatically giving a second authority to the document in which the record of task items associated with the subordinate user is located to the superior user;
when the document where the records of the task items associated with other users are located is viewed, if the document does not have the authority of viewing the records of the task items associated with other users, the records of the task items issued by other users are hidden, and the second place-occupying identification is displayed.
In some embodiments, the display unit is further configured to: if the user viewing the first online document has a first right to the first online document, displaying a first control in the first system;
the first control is used for displaying a first interface after being triggered, and adding collaborators for the first online document and distributing authority for the added collaborators on the first interface.
In some embodiments, at least one of the following is satisfied:
when adding collaborators for the first online document through the first interface, existing collaborators of the first online document are in an unselected state;
when adding collaborators for the first online document through the first interface, users without permission to use task items are in an unselected state;
when a collaborator of the first online document is selected through the first interface, displaying a second control in the first interface, wherein the second control is used for sending notification information to the selected collaborator;
the first interface displays the identification of the first user, the collaborator identifications of at least n collaborators and/or the number of undisplayed collaborator identifications, wherein n is not less than 1.
In some embodiments, collaborator identifications for at least n collaborators of the first online document are displayed in the first interface, and after the collaborator identifications are triggered, collaborator identifications for all collaborators of the first online document are displayed.
In some embodiments, the collaborators of the first online document include the first user and an immediately superior user of the first user.
In some embodiments, displaying the collaborators identifications for all of the first online documents includes displaying the collaborators identifications for the collaborators of the first online document and a second control for modifying the permissions of the collaborators to identify the corresponding collaborators.
In some embodiments, after displaying the collaborator identifications of all the first online documents, the method further comprises a control unit for deleting the collaborator corresponding to the target collaborator identification in response to a third operation event of the displayed target collaborator identification of the first online document;
some embodiments further include a communication unit to send a notification to the first user and/or the target object in response to a change in the rights of the target object to the first online document.
For the embodiments of the apparatus, since they correspond substantially to the method embodiments, reference may be made to the partial description of the method embodiments for relevant points. The above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, wherein the modules described as separate modules may or may not be separate. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.
The method and apparatus of the present disclosure have been described above based on the embodiments and application examples. In addition, the present disclosure also provides an electronic device and a computer-readable storage medium, which are described below.
Referring now to fig. 18, shown is a schematic block diagram of an electronic device (e.g., a terminal device or server) 800 suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present disclosure. The terminal device in the embodiments of the present disclosure may include, but is not limited to, a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a notebook computer, a digital broadcast receiver, a PDA (personal digital assistant), a PAD (tablet computer), a PMP (portable multimedia player), a vehicle terminal (e.g., a car navigation terminal), and the like, and a stationary terminal such as a digital TV, a desktop computer, and the like. The electronic device shown in the drawings is only an example and should not bring any limitation to the functions and use range of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
The electronic device 800 may include a processing means (e.g., a central processing unit, a graphics processor, etc.) 801 that may perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM) 802 or a program loaded from a storage means 808 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 803. In the RAM803, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic apparatus 800 are also stored. The processing apparatus 801, the ROM 802, and the RAM803 are connected to each other by a bus 804. An input/output (I/O) interface 805 is also connected to bus 804.
Generally, the following devices may be connected to the I/O interface 805: input devices 806 including, for example, a touch screen, touch pad, keyboard, mouse, camera, microphone, accelerometer, gyroscope, or the like; output devices 807 including, for example, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), speakers, vibrators, and the like; storage 808 including, for example, magnetic tape, hard disk, etc.; and a communication device 809. The communication means 809 may allow the electronic device 800 to communicate wirelessly or by wire with other devices to exchange data. While the figure illustrates an electronic device 800 having various means, it is to be understood that not all illustrated means are required to be implemented or provided. More or fewer devices may be alternatively implemented or provided.
In particular, the processes described above with reference to the flow diagrams may be implemented as computer software programs, according to embodiments of the present disclosure. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via the communication means 809, or installed from the storage means 808, or installed from the ROM 802. The computer program, when executed by the processing apparatus 801, performs the above-described functions defined in the methods of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium of the present disclosure may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present disclosure, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In contrast, in the present disclosure, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: electrical wires, optical cables, RF (radio frequency), etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
In some embodiments, the clients, servers may communicate using any currently known or future developed network Protocol, such as HTTP (HyperText Transfer Protocol), and may interconnect with any form or medium of digital data communication (e.g., a communications network). Examples of communication networks include a local area network ("LAN"), a wide area network ("WAN"), the Internet (e.g., the Internet), and peer-to-peer networks (e.g., ad hoc peer-to-peer networks), as well as any currently known or future developed network.
The computer readable medium may be embodied in the electronic device; or may be separate and not incorporated into the electronic device.
The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by the electronic device, cause the electronic device to perform the methods of the present disclosure as described above.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present disclosure may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, smalltalk, C + +, and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. the first control is used for displaying a first interface after being triggered, and adding collaborators for the first online document and distributing authority for the added collaborators on the first interface.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided an information processing method satisfying at least one of:
when adding collaborators for the first online document through the first interface, existing collaborators of the first online document are in an unselected state;

collaborators of the first online document comprise a first user and an directly superior user of the first user;
displaying the collaborators of all the first online documents, wherein the collaborators of the first online documents are displayed, and the collaborators and the second control are used for modifying the authority of the collaborators corresponding to the collaborators;
after displaying the collaborators' identifications of all the first online documents, the method further comprises the following steps: deleting the target collaborator identification corresponding collaborator in response to the third operation event of the target collaborator identification of the displayed first online document;

According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided an information processing apparatus including:
the issuing unit is used for responding to the first operation event and issuing task items associated with the first user on the first system;
a synchronization unit for generating a record of task items in the first online document according to the task items;
a display unit to open the first online document in the first system to display a record of the first user-associated task item in response to the second operational event.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided an electronic device including: at least one memory and at least one processor;
wherein the at least one memory is configured to store program code, and the at least one processor is configured to call the program code stored in the at least one memory to perform the method of any one of the above.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, a computer-readable storage medium for storing program code, which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to perform the above-described method, is provided.

Claims (15)
1. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
in response to a first operational event, publishing a first user-associated task item at a first system;
generating a record of the task item in a first online document according to the task item;
in response to a second operational event, the first online document is opened in the first system to display a record of a first user-associated task item.
2. The method of claim 1,
the task item comprises a first type of information, at least zero second type of information belonging to the first type of information, and at least zero task information belonging to the second type of information;
the first online document comprises one or more of a first subdocument, a second subdocument, a third subdocument and a fourth subdocument;
generating a record of the task item in a first online document, including at least one of: generating a record of the first type of information in the first sub-document; generating a record of the second type of information in the second sub-document; generating a record of the task information in the third sub-document; and generating the statistical information of the task items in the fourth sub-document.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein opening the first online document in the first system to display a record of the first user-associated task item in response to the second operational event comprises:
displaying one or more document controls in the first system, different document controls being associated with different sub-documents; in response to the triggering operation of the document control, displaying a target subdocument associated with the triggered document control; wherein the target subdocument is a subdocument of the first online document.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein at least one of:
presetting one piece of task information belonging to the second type of information for any one piece of the second type of information in the task items;
if the task item includes zero second-type information belonging to the first-type information, the record of the second-type information generated in the second sub-document is empty, and the record of the task information generated in the third sub-document is empty.
5. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
and responding to the editing operation of the published task item, and updating the record of the corresponding task item in the first online document according to the editing result of the editing operation.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein in response to an editing operation on a published task item, updating a record of the task item in the first online document according to an editing result of the editing operation, comprises at least one of:
responding to the operation of adding the first type of information, and adding a record corresponding to the first type of information in the first sub-document;
in response to the operation of adding the second type of information, updating the record corresponding to the first type of information to which the second type of information belongs in the first sub-document, and adding the record corresponding to the second type of information in the second sub-document;
in response to the operation of deleting the first type of information, deleting the corresponding record in the first sub-document, deleting the record of the second type of information belonging to the first type of information in the second sub-document, and deleting the record of the task information belonging to the second type of information in the third sub-document;
if the first type of information of the task items associated with the first user is completely deleted, displaying a first placeholder in the first online document;
in response to the operation of deleting the second type of information, deleting the corresponding record in the second sub-document, and deleting the record of the task information belonging to the second type of information in the third sub-document;
in response to the modification operation on the content of the first type of information or the content of the second type of information, updating the content of the corresponding record in the first sub-document or the second sub-document;
and updating the sequence numbers of the corresponding records in the first sub-document or the second sub-document in response to the adjustment operation of the sequence of the first type of information or the second type of information.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein at least one of:
if no task item which is related to the first user and is already published and to be published exists at present, displaying first preset information in the first online document;
and if the task item which is associated with the first user and is already issued does not exist currently, but the task item to be issued is associated with the first user, displaying second preset information in the first online document.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein at least one of the following is satisfied:
an owner of the first online document defaults to the first system;
the first user has a first right to the first online document by default;
when a superior user views a document in which a record of task items associated with a subordinate user is located in the first system, automatically giving a second authority to the document in which the record of the task items associated with the subordinate user is located to the superior user;
when the document where the records of the task items associated with other users are located is viewed, if the document does not have the authority of viewing the records of the task items associated with other users, the records of the task items issued by other users are hidden, and a second placeholder is displayed.
9. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the user viewing the first online document has a first right to the first online document, displaying a first control in the first system;
the first control is used for displaying a first interface after being triggered, and adding collaborators for the first online document and distributing authority for the added collaborators on the first interface.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein at least one of:
while adding collaborators for the first online document through the first interface, existing collaborators of the first online document are in an unselected state;
while adding collaborators for the first online document through the first interface, users without permission to use task items are in an unselected state;
upon selection of a collaborator of the first online document through the first interface, displaying a second control in the first interface, the second control for sending notification information to the selected collaborator;
and displaying the identification of the first user, the collaborators of at least n collaborators and/or the number of undisplayed collaborators on the first interface, wherein n is not less than 1.
11. The method of claim 9, wherein collaborator identifications for at least n collaborators on the first online document are displayed on the first interface, and wherein after the collaborator identifications are triggered, collaborator identifications for all collaborators on the first online document are displayed.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein at least one of:
collaborators of the first online document comprise the first user and an immediately superior user of the first user;
the displaying of the collaborator identifications of all the first online documents comprises displaying the collaborator identifications of the collaborators of the first online documents and a second control, wherein the second control is used for modifying the authority of the collaborators corresponding to the collaborator identifications;
after displaying the collaborator identifications of all the first online documents, the method further comprises: deleting a target collaborator identification of the first online document in response to a third operation event for the target collaborator identification;
in response to a change in rights of the target object to the first online document, sending a notification to the first user and/or target object.
13. An information processing apparatus comprising:
the issuing unit is used for responding to the first operation event and issuing task items associated with the first user on the first system;
a synchronization unit for generating a record of the task item in a first online document according to the task item;
a display unit to open the first online document in the first system to display a record of a first user-associated task item in response to a second operational event.
14. An electronic device, comprising:
at least one memory and at least one processor;
wherein the at least one memory is configured to store program code and the at least one processor is configured to invoke the program code stored in the at least one memory to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 12.
15. A computer readable storage medium for storing program code, which when executed by a processor, causes the processor to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 12.
