背景技术
编织布料是一种常见的包装制品,一般以纤维经过挤出、拉伸成扁丝,再经编织后得到,现有的复合编织布料为三层结构,内层为塑料编织布,中间层为塑料粘合膜,外层为木浆纸,塑料编织布在仓储、货运等领域应用广泛。这种编织布料防渗性能较差,无法对编织布防护的货物进行防水保护,而且阻燃性能差,未能对编织布内部设置的物体进行有效的防火阻燃保护。
针对现有技术存在以下问题:
1、现有塑料编织布的防渗性能较差,无法对编织布防护的货物进行防水保护,在使用时,内部的货物易出现受潮变质的问题;
2、现有塑料编织布的阻燃性能差,无法有效地对编织布内部设置的物体进行有效的防火阻燃保护,货物的储存安全存在隐患。
发明内容
本发明提供一种防渗复合塑料编织布的制作方法,其中一种目的是为了具备提高复合塑料编织布的防渗性能的能力,解决编织布内部的货物易出现受潮变质的问题;其中另一种目的是为了解决塑料编织布无法有效地对编织布内部设置的物体进行有效的防火保护的问题,以达到提高塑料编织布的阻燃性能的效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种防渗复合塑料编织布的制作方法,包括塑料编织布主体,所述塑料编织布主体包括有聚酯纤维弹性面层、涤纶防皱面层和锦纶强度面层,所述聚酯纤维弹性面层的一侧拼接缝制有双重防渗面层,所述双重防渗面层的一侧拼接缝制有阻燃面层。
所述双重防渗面层包括有第一防渗面层和第二防渗面层,所述第二防渗面层包括有聚四氟乙烯分散树脂薄膜。
所述阻燃面层包括有聚乙烯纤维条,所述聚乙烯纤维条的内部设置有磷氮系无卤阻燃剂。
本发明技术方案的进一步改进在于:所述聚四氟乙烯分散树脂薄膜的一侧设置有硅系无卤阻燃剂,所述第二防渗面层与第一防渗面层的内部结构相同,所述第一防渗面层的外表面与第二防渗面层的外表面丝线编织连接。
本发明技术方案的进一步改进在于:所述聚乙烯纤维条的外表面丝线编织连接有外腈棉阻燃纤维条,所述磷氮系无卤阻燃剂、外腈棉阻燃纤维条的外表面均与氨纶纤维条的外表面黏胶压合连接。

2、本发明提供一种防渗复合塑料编织布的制作方法,通过在聚乙烯纤维条的内部嵌设黏结有磷氮系无卤阻燃剂,提高编织布的阻燃防火性能,并通过聚乙烯纤维条和外腈棉阻燃纤维条之间的丝线编织连接,对磷氮系无卤阻燃剂进行防护,减少泄露,通过聚乙烯纤维条、外腈棉阻燃纤维条与氨纶纤维条之间的黏胶压合连接,提高阻燃面层的整体性和可靠性。
3、本发明提供一种防渗复合塑料编织布的制作方法,通过在阻燃面层的一侧设置锦纶强度面层,在对阻燃层进行保护的同时,增加编织布的整体强度,配合在阻燃层一侧设置聚酯纤维弹性面层和涤纶防皱面层,提高复合编织布的整体弹性以及抗扭防皱性能。

如图1-6所示,本发明提供了一种防渗复合塑料编织布的制作方法,包括塑料编织布主体1,塑料编织布主体1包括有聚酯纤维弹性面层4、涤纶防皱面层5和锦纶强度面层6,聚酯纤维弹性面层4的一侧拼接缝制有双重防渗面层2,双重防渗面层2的一侧拼接缝制有阻燃面层3,双重防渗面层2包括有第一防渗面层21和第二防渗面层22,第二防渗面层22包括有聚四氟乙烯分散树脂薄膜221,阻燃面层3包括有聚乙烯纤维条31,聚乙烯纤维条31的内部设置有磷氮系无卤阻燃剂32,聚四氟乙烯分散树脂薄膜221的一侧设置有硅系无卤阻燃剂222,第二防渗面层22与第一防渗面层21的内部结构相同,第一防渗面层21的外表面与第二防渗面层22的外表面丝线编织连接,聚乙烯纤维条31的外表面丝线编织连接有外腈棉阻燃纤维条33,聚乙烯纤维条31、外腈棉阻燃纤维条33的外表面均与氨纶纤维条34的外表面黏胶压合连接,锦纶强度面层6的一侧与阻燃面层3的一侧拼接缝制连接,涤纶防皱面层5的一侧与聚酯纤维弹性面层4的一侧拼接缝制连接,通过在阻燃面层3的一侧设置锦纶强度面层6,在对阻燃层进行保护的同时,增加编织布的整体强度,配合在阻燃面层3另一侧设置涤纶防皱面层5和锦纶强度面层6,提高塑料编织布主体1的整体弹性以及抗扭防皱性能。
实施例2
如图1-6所示,在实施例1的基础上,本发明提供一种技术方案:优选的,一种塑编布制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:进行防渗面层和阻燃面层的制作,并将防渗面层和阻燃面层黏胶压合连接;
步骤二:进行聚酯纤维弹性面层的制作,并与压合连接的防渗阻燃面层进行拼接缝制;
步骤三:对涤纶纤维进行针织,制作涤纶防皱面层,并将其与制作完成的弹性防渗阻燃复合面层进行拼接缝制;
步骤四:利用锦纶纤维梭织成锦纶强度面层,并将其与已经完成的上述面层进行黏胶压合连接。
准备聚四氟乙烯分散树脂若干份,分别对其进行预混、挤压、压延以及双向拉伸,使得聚四氟乙烯分散树脂初步形成微孔性薄膜,准备硅系无卤阻燃剂若干份,分别对其进行碾压、揉搓并进行黏胶连接,形成硅系无卤阻燃剂与胶水按体积比10:1混合的混合物,球形混合阻燃物黏结完成后,进行3-5分钟的干燥,在聚四氟乙烯分散树脂微孔性薄膜内部设置球形混合阻燃物,形成聚四氟乙烯分散树脂微孔性薄膜与球形混合阻燃物按体积比6:1的复合面层,并将两份复合面层对称布置,进行面料压制,通过在聚四氟乙烯分散树脂薄膜的内部设置硅系无卤阻燃剂,在提高编织布的防渗性能的同时,初步增加了布料的防火性能,采用第一防渗面层和第二防渗面层之间的对称布置和面料压制连接,进行双重防渗保护,提高防渗性能。
实施例3
如图1-6所示,在实施例1的基础上,本发明提供一种技术方案:优选的,步骤一还包括:在聚乙烯纤维层内部设置磷氮系无卤阻燃剂,形成聚乙烯纤维与磷氮系无卤阻燃剂按体积比3:1的复合面层,并与外腈棉阻燃纤维进行缝合压制,通过在聚乙烯纤维条的内部嵌设黏结有磷氮系无卤阻燃剂,提高编织布的阻燃防火性能,并通过聚乙烯纤维条和外腈棉阻燃纤维条之间的丝线编织连接,对磷氮系无卤阻燃剂进行防护,减少泄露,提高阻燃面层的整体性和可靠性。
上文一般性的对本发明做了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之做一些修改或改进,这对于技术领域的一般技术人员是显而易见的。因此,在不脱离本发明思想精神的修改或改进,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (4)

1.一种防渗复合塑料编织布的制作方法,包括塑料编织布主体(1),所述塑料编织布主体(1)包括有聚酯纤维弹性面层(4)、涤纶防皱面层(5)和锦纶强度面层(6),其特征在于:所述聚酯纤维弹性面层(4)的一侧拼接缝制有双重防渗面层(2),所述双重防渗面层(2)的一侧拼接缝制有阻燃面层(3);
所述双重防渗面层(2)包括有第一防渗面层(21)和第二防渗面层(22),所述第二防渗面层(22)包括有聚四氟乙烯分散树脂薄膜(221);
所述阻燃面层(3)包括有聚乙烯纤维条(31),所述聚乙烯纤维条(31)的内部设置有磷氮系无卤阻燃剂(32);
该防渗复合塑料编织布的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:进行防渗面层和阻燃面层的制作,并将防渗面层和阻燃面层黏胶压合连接;准备聚四氟乙烯分散树脂若干份,分别对其进行预混、挤压、压延以及双向拉伸,使得聚四氟乙烯分散树脂初步形成微孔性薄膜;准备硅系无卤阻燃剂若干份,分别对其进行碾压、揉搓并进行黏胶连接,形成硅系无卤阻燃剂与胶水按体积比10:1混合的混合物,球形混合阻燃物黏结完成后,进行3-5分钟的干燥;在聚四氟乙烯分散树脂微孔性薄膜内部设置球形混合阻燃物,形成聚四氟乙烯分散树脂微孔性薄膜与球形混合阻燃物按体积比6:1的复合面层,并将两份复合面层对称布置,进行面料压制;在聚乙烯纤维层内部设置磷氮系无卤阻燃剂,形成聚乙烯纤维与磷氮系无卤阻燃剂按体积比3:1的复合面层,并与外腈棉阻燃纤维进行缝合压制;
步骤二:进行聚酯纤维弹性面层的制作,并与压合连接的防渗阻燃面层进行拼接缝制;
步骤三:对涤纶纤维进行针织,制作涤纶防皱面层,并将其与制作完成的弹性防渗阻燃复合面层进行拼接缝制;
步骤四:利用锦纶纤维梭织成锦纶强度面层,并将其与已经完成的上述面层进行黏胶压合连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防渗复合塑料编织布的制作方法,其特征在于:所述聚四氟乙烯分散树脂薄膜(221)的一侧设置有硅系无卤阻燃剂(222),所述第二防渗面层(22)与第一防渗面层(21)的内部结构相同,所述第一防渗面层(21)的外表面与第二防渗面层(22)的外表面丝线编织连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防渗复合塑料编织布的制作方法,其特征在于:所述聚乙烯纤维条(31)的外表面丝线编织连接有外腈棉阻燃纤维条(33),所述聚乙烯纤维条(31)、外腈棉阻燃纤维条(33)的外表面均与氨纶纤维条(34)的外表面黏胶压合连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防渗复合塑料编织布的制作方法,其特征在于:所述锦纶强度面层(6)的一侧与阻燃面层(3)的一侧拼接缝制连接,所述涤纶防皱面层(5)的一侧与聚酯纤维弹性面层(4)的一侧拼接缝制连接。
