Abstract
本发明提供一种维生素C缓释直饮粉剂,该缓释直饮粉剂的原料各组成占总配方重量的百分比,维生素C为15~50%,缓释材料为5~35%,植物油为0.1~1%,复合甜味剂为30~75%,矫味剂为0.2~5%,香精为0.2~2%,果汁粉为2~10%,黏合剂为0~5%,崩解剂为0~5%,润湿剂为5~30%,上述原料经过筛分、混料、润湿、制粒和调味而得。本发明的缓释直饮粉剂的维生素C含量高,具有良好风味、在口腔中融化速度快、口感顺滑,缓释效果好、长效稳定的维生素C缓释直饮粉剂,以使VC在人体内有效地控制释放、提高维生素C利用率,同时具有口感良好、易于吞服等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及到营养保健品技术领域,特别涉及一种维生素C缓释直饮粉剂,以及该缓释直饮粉剂的制备方法。
背景技术
目前,市场上有很多维生素C的制剂,多为片剂、口服液、固体饮料等。维生素C(简记VC)又称“抗坏血酸”,是人体必需的重要营养素之一,具有增强免疫力,促进创口和手术切口愈合,降低血脂,预防癌症,抗氧化,有美白效果等作用。而人类自身无法合成维生素C,只能从膳食中获取这种维持机体所必需的物质。
大部分维生素C速释剂型如维生素C咀嚼片、维生素C含片、维生素C口服液、维生素C固体饮料等口服后,具有口感良好、易于服用等优势,但维生素C迅速的被小肠所吸收,在体内的稳定浓度为10~15mg/l,当浓度大于20mg/l的时候,多余的部分则以原形排出体外,临床上大剂量服用维生素C的时候,往往需要患者频繁的服用,患者的依从性较差,而且经常会出现漏服现象。小部分维生素C缓释剂型如维生素C缓释吞服片、维生素C缓释微丸等口服后,具有释药速率可达零级、无时滞现象,生物利用度高,局部刺激性小,可减少每日用药用药次数等优势,但口感较差、不具备良好风味。因此,本发明提供一种维生素C缓释直饮粉剂,以及该缓释直饮粉剂的制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种维生素C缓释直饮粉剂,该缓释直饮粉剂以维生素C为主要加入相关辅料后,经过筛分、混料、润湿、制粒和调味而得,该缓释直饮粉剂的维生素C含量高,具有良好风味、在口腔中融化速度快、口感顺滑,缓释效果好、长效稳定的维生素C缓释直饮粉剂,以使VC在人体内有效地控制释放、提高维生素C利用率,同时具有口感良好、易于吞服等优点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种维生素C缓释直饮粉剂,包括维生素C、缓释材料、复合甜味剂、矫味剂、香精、果汁粉和润湿剂,还包括植物油、黏合剂、崩解剂的一种或多种混合;各组成占总配方重量的百分比为:维生素C:15~50%,缓释材料:5~35%,植物油:0.1~1%,复合甜味剂:30~75%,矫味剂:0.2~5%,香精:0.2~2%,果汁粉:2~10%,黏合剂:0~5%,崩解剂:0~5%,润湿剂:5~30%。
作为进一步改进,所述的缓释材料是由蜡质缓释材料或/和亲水凝胶缓释材料组成;
所述的蜡质缓释材料为硬脂酸、代可可脂、单脂肪酸甘油酯(单甘酯)中的一种或多种混合;
所述的亲水凝胶缓释材料为黄原胶、阿拉伯胶、魔芋粉、卡波姆中的一种或多种混合。
所述的植物油为大豆色拉油、橄榄油、核桃油、玉米油中的一种或多种混合。
所述的复合甜味剂为甜菊糖苷、阿斯巴甜、三氯蔗糖、罗汉果甜苷、赤藓糖醇、木糖醇、山梨糖醇中的一种或多种混合。
所述的矫味剂为柠檬酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸钠中的一种或多种混合。
所述的香精为橙味香精、菠萝香精、柠檬香精中的一种或多种混合。
所述的果汁粉为橙味果汁粉、菠萝果汁粉、柠檬果汁粉中的一种或多种混合。
所述的黏合剂为羟丙基甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠中的一种或多种混合。
所述的崩解剂为交联羧甲基纤维素钠、交联聚维酮、羧甲淀粉钠中的一种或多种混合。
所述的润湿剂为水、乙醇中的一种或多种混合。
为了实现上述目的,本发明还提供制备该缓释直饮粉剂的制备方法,该制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1原料筛分,将原料的晶体或颗粒状物分别于粉碎机中粉碎并过80目筛;
S2一次混料,将装有配方量植物油的容器置于一定温度的水浴锅中,逐次加入蜡质缓释材料混合搅拌,至蜡质缓释材料全部熔化搅匀,再加入维生素C搅拌均匀,冷却凝固,取出粉碎,过筛,制得预混料一;
S3二次混料,将所述预混料一与亲水凝胶缓释材料、复合甜味剂、果汁粉、矫味剂、黏合剂、崩解剂混合均匀制得预混料二;
S4润湿处理,于预混料二中加入配置好的润湿剂,搅拌混合均匀而制得软材;
S5制粒,将所述软材加入挤出机中,经挤出机挤出条状物,并利用切刀切成颗粒;
S6调味,将干燥后所述颗粒与香精混合均匀,得到维生素C缓释直饮粉剂。
进一步的,步骤S2所述水浴锅的温度为65℃~75℃;冷却凝固温度为15℃~25℃,保证良好的成型性能。
步骤S5所述挤出机挤出速度为10~100rrpm/min,挤出筛板为0.5~1.4mm,得到较好的颗粒度。
相比于现有技术,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明提供了一种缓释效果好,长效稳定的骨架型维生素C缓释直饮粉剂。降低了普通制剂带来的峰谷效应等不利影响,可减少服用次数。
2、本发明提供了一种具备良好风味和口感的维生素C缓释直饮粉剂。较常规缓释制剂,增加了风味及口感,更易于服用。
3、本发明的配比中采用了蜡质缓释材料或/和亲水凝胶缓释材料,在掩盖维生素C酸味、兼具口感的同时,延长了缓释直饮粉剂在胃肠道中的滞留时间,从而提高了功效成分的生物利用度。
4、本发明采用挤出法一步制备骨架型维生素C缓释直饮粉剂,工艺操作简单,重现性好,颗粒粒径可控,过程中无粉尘飞扬,成品收率高。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明作进一步的详细说明,以使本领域技术人员能够充分理解本发明的技术内容。应理解,以下实施例用于对本发明进行进一步说明,不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制,本领域的技术人员根据本发明的上述内容作出的一些非本质的改进和调整均属于本发明的保护范围。下述示例具体的工艺参数等也仅是合适范围中的一个示例,即本领域技术人员可以通过本文的说明做合适的范围内选择,而并非要限定于下文示例的具体数值。
一种制备维生素C缓释直饮粉剂的原料各组成占总配方重量的百分比为:维生素C:15~50%,缓释材料:5~35%,植物油:0.1~1%,复合甜味剂:30~75%,矫味剂:0.2~5%,香精:0.2~2%,果汁粉:2~10%,黏合剂:0~5%,崩解剂:0~5%,润湿剂:5~30%。该缓释直饮粉剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)原料的晶体或颗粒状物分别于粉碎机中粉碎并过80目筛;
(2)将装有配方量植物油的容器置于一定温度的水浴锅中,逐次加入蜡质缓释材料混合搅拌,至蜡质缓释材料全部熔化搅匀,再加入维生素C搅拌均匀,冷却凝固,取出粉碎,过筛,制得预混料一;
(3)将上述预混料一与亲水凝胶缓释材料、复合甜味剂、果汁粉、矫味剂、黏合剂、崩解剂混合均匀制得预混料二;
(4)于预混料二中加入配置好的润湿剂,搅拌混合均匀而制得软材;
(5)将上述软材加入挤出机中,经挤出机筛板(0.5~1.4mm)挤出,设定挤出速度为10~100rrpm/min挤出条状物,并利用切刀切成条状颗粒;
(6)干燥后所得颗粒与香精混合均匀,得到维生素C缓释直饮粉剂。
该缓释直饮粉剂的维生素C含量高,具有良好风味、在口腔中融化速度快、口感顺滑,缓释效果好、长效稳定的维生素C缓释直饮粉剂,以使VC在人体内有效地控制释放、提高维生素C利用率,同时具有口感良好、易于吞服等优点。
获得的维生素C缓释直饮粉剂,按照USP<2040>检测方法测定维生素C释放度,转数设定100rpm,水温设定37℃,900mL水作为溶出介质。且该维生素C缓释直饮粉剂,酸甜适中,橙子口味良好,在口腔中融化速度快、无颗粒感、无呛喉感。经测定,维生素C溶出率随着时间增加逐渐上升,显示出较好的溶出特性。下面结合具体的实施例,用于进一步说明和描述本发明的构思,但并不意味着本发明仅限于下列描述的具体方案。在实施例中取值为本发明所述范围的任一具体数值,均为可实施。
实施例1:

该维生素C缓释直饮粉剂的制备方法如下:
(1)维生素C、赤藓糖醇、柠檬酸钠分别粉碎过80目筛;
(2)将功效成分维生素C 252.6g,亲水凝胶缓释材料黄原胶50g、卡波姆100g,复合甜味剂赤藓糖醇553.4g、甜菊糖苷0.4g、三氯蔗糖0.6g,果汁粉柠檬果汁粉30g,矫味剂柠檬酸钠5g混合均匀制得预混料一;
(3)选用润湿剂95%乙醇溶液,于预混料一中加入200g配置好的润湿剂,搅拌混合均匀而制得软材;
(4)将上述软材加入挤出机中,经挤出机筛板(1.2mm)挤出,设定挤出速度为30rpm/min挤出条状物,并利用切刀切成条状颗粒;
(5)干燥后所得颗粒与香精柠檬香精8g混合均匀,得到维生素C缓释直饮粉剂。
获得的维生素C缓释直饮粉剂,酸甜适中,柠檬口味良好,在口腔中融化速度快、无颗粒感、无呛喉感。
获得的维生素C缓释直饮粉剂,按照USP<2040>检测方法测定维生素C释放度,转数设定100rpm,水温设定37℃,900mL水作为溶出介质。经测定,维生素C1h溶出46.66%、2h溶出76.59%、3h溶出84.51%、4h溶出86.27%。

该维生素C缓释直饮粉剂的制备方法如下:
(1)维生素C、赤藓糖醇、柠檬酸钠分别粉碎过80目筛;
(2)将盛有植物油玉米油2g的容器置于80℃的水浴中,逐次加入蜡质缓释材料硬脂酸100g、单甘酯150g混合搅拌,至物料全部熔化搅匀,再加入功效成分维生素C 315.66g搅拌均匀,于0-4℃的冰箱中冷却凝固,取出粉碎,过30目筛,制得预混料一;
(3)将上述预混料一与复合甜味剂赤藓糖醇377.87g、甜菊糖苷0.67g、三氯蔗糖0.8g,果汁粉橙味果汁粉30g,矫味剂柠檬酸钠5g,黏合剂羧甲基纤维素钠10g混合均匀制得预混料二;
(4)配置润湿剂50%乙醇溶液,于预混料二中加入130g配置好的润湿剂,搅拌混合均匀而制得软材;
(5)将上述软材加入挤出机中,经挤出机筛板(1.0mm)挤出,设定挤出速度为30rpm/min挤出条状物,并利用切刀切成条状颗粒;
(6)干燥后所得颗粒与香精橙味香精8g混合均匀,得到维生素C缓释直饮粉剂。
获得的维生素C缓释直饮粉剂,酸甜适中,橙子口味良好,在口腔中融化速度快、无颗粒感、无呛喉感。
获得的维生素C缓释直饮粉剂,按照USP<2040>检测方法测定维生素C释放度,转数设定100rpm,水温设定37℃,900mL水作为溶出介质。经测定,维生素C 2h溶出28.73%、4h溶出53.82%、6h溶出69.45%、8h溶出78.9%。

该维生素C缓释直饮粉剂的制备方法如下:
(1)维生素C、赤藓糖醇、柠檬酸钠分别粉碎过80目筛;
(2)将盛有植物油橄榄油2g的容器置于80℃的水浴中,逐次加入蜡质缓释材料硬脂酸320g、单甘酯160g混合搅拌,至物料全部熔化搅匀,再加入功效成分维生素C 656.6g搅拌均匀,于0-4℃的冰箱中冷却凝固,取出粉碎,过30目筛,制得预混料一;
(3)将上述预混料一与亲水凝胶缓释材料卡波姆80g,复合甜味剂赤藓糖醇296.4g、甜菊糖苷0.6g、三氯蔗糖0.8g、阿斯巴甜2g,果汁粉菠萝果汁粉48g,矫味剂柠檬酸钠8g,崩解剂交联聚维酮16g混合均匀制得预混料二;
(4)选用润湿剂95%乙醇溶液,于预混料二中加入220g配置好的润湿剂,搅拌混合均匀而制得软材;
(5)将上述软材加入挤出机中,经挤出机筛板(1.0mm)挤出,设定挤出速度为30rpm/min挤出条状物,并利用切刀切成条状颗粒;
(6)干燥后所得颗粒与香精菠萝香精9.6g混合均匀,得到维生素C缓释直饮粉剂。
获得的维生素C缓释直饮粉剂,酸甜适中,菠萝口味良好,在口腔中融化速度快、无颗粒感、无呛喉感。获得的维生素C缓释直饮粉剂,按照USP<2040>检测方法测定维生素C释放度,转数设定100rpm,水温设定37℃,900mL水作为溶出介质。经测定,维生素C 2h溶出22.85%、4h溶出46.10%、6h溶出78.17%、8h溶出83.58%。

1.一种维生素C缓释直饮粉剂,其特征在于:包括维生素C、缓释材料、复合甜味剂、矫味剂、香精、果汁粉和润湿剂,还包括植物油、黏合剂、崩解剂的一种或多种混合;各组成占总配方重量的百分比为:维生素C:15~50%,缓释材料:5~35%,植物油:0.1~1%,复合甜味剂:30~75%,矫味剂:0.2~5%,香精:0.2~2%,果汁粉:2~10%,黏合剂:0~5%,崩解剂:0~5%,润湿剂:5~30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述维生素C缓释直饮粉剂,其特征在于:所述的缓释材料由蜡质缓释材料或/和亲水凝胶缓释材料组成。
3.根据权利要求2所述维生素C缓释直饮粉剂,其特征在于:所述的蜡质缓释材料为硬脂酸、代可可脂、单脂肪酸甘油酯中的一种或多种混合。
4.根据权利要求2所述维生素C缓释直饮粉剂,其特征在于:所述的亲水凝胶缓释材料为黄原胶、阿拉伯胶、魔芋粉、卡波姆中的一种或多种混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述维生素C缓释直饮粉剂,其特征在于:所述的植物油为大豆色拉油、橄榄油、核桃油、玉米油中的一种或多种混合。
6.根据权利要求1所述维生素C缓释直饮粉剂,其特征在于:所述的复合甜味剂为甜菊糖苷、阿斯巴甜、三氯蔗糖、罗汉果甜苷、赤藓糖醇、木糖醇、山梨糖醇中的一种或多种混合。
7.根据权利要求1所述维生素C缓释直饮粉剂,其特征在于:所述的矫味剂为柠檬酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸钠中的一种或多种混合。
8.根据权利要求1所述维生素C缓释直饮粉剂,其特征在于:所述的香精为橙味香精、菠萝香精、柠檬香精中的一种或多种混合。
9.根据权利要求1~8任一项所述维生素C缓释直饮粉剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1原料筛分,将原料的晶体或颗粒状物分别于粉碎机中粉碎并过80目筛;
S2一次混料,将装有配方量植物油的容器置于一定温度的水浴锅中,逐次加入蜡质缓释材料混合搅拌,至蜡质缓释材料全部熔化搅匀,再加入维生素C搅拌均匀,冷却凝固,取出粉碎,过筛,制得预混料一;
S3二次混料,将所述预混料一与亲水凝胶缓释材料、复合甜味剂、果汁粉、矫味剂、黏合剂、崩解剂混合均匀制得预混料二;
S4润湿处理,于预混料二中加入配置好的润湿剂,搅拌混合均匀而制得软材;
S5制粒,将所述软材加入挤出机中,经挤出机挤出条状物,并利用切刀切成颗粒;
S6调味,将干燥后所述颗粒与香精混合均匀,得到维生素C缓释直饮粉剂。
10.根据权利要求9所述维生素C缓释直饮粉剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S2所述水浴锅的温度为65℃~75℃;冷却凝固温度为15℃~25℃。
11.根据权利要求9所述维生素C缓释直饮粉剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S5所述挤出机挤出速度为10~100rrpm/min,挤出筛板为0.5~1.4mm。
