本发明涉及维生素D2微囊制备技术领域。维生素D2微囊制备是将维生素D2微囊溶解到植物油中,通过变性淀粉及抗氧化剂进行乳化,采用喷雾干燥,利用淀粉包埋,形成微囊产品。该产品特点通过乳化形成微囊,具有很高的稳定和水溶性的特性,可添加于奶粉、米粉,软饮料及钙制剂中补充维生素D2。

技术领域
本发明涉及维生素D2衍生物技术领域,更具体地说是一种维生素D2微囊粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
维生素D2是人和动物维持正常生命活动与健康所必须的微量有机化合物之一,药品、食品和饲料中都可以适量添加维生素D2来满足人或动物有规律地从外界摄取。维生素D2是在植物中发现的维生素D2的主要天然形式。(参见中国专利95118188.2)。而维生素根据其溶解度分为两类即脂溶性维生素(A、D、E、K)等,或水溶性维生素(B1、B2、B6),叶酸、烟酸及维生素C)等。[见《药物化学》第15章,一、维生素的分类(中央电大农医部王淑霞)]。由于维生素D2不溶于水而溶于脂肪及脂溶剂,因此在食物中常与脂质共存,在肠道吸收时也与脂质的吸收密切相关,当人或动物对脂质的吸收不良时,脂溶性维生素D2的吸收会减少,从而引起相应的缺乏症。在医学上维生素D2的主要适应症包含三个方面:一、用于维生素D缺乏症的预防与治疗。如:绝对素食者、肠外营养病人、胰腺功能不全伴吸收不良综合症、肝胆疾病(肝功能损害、肝硬化、阻塞性黄疸)、小肠疾病(脂性腹泻、局限性肠道炎、长期腹泻),胃切除等。二、用于慢性低钙血症、低磷血症、佝偻病及伴有慢性肾功能不全的骨软化症、家族性低磷血症及甲状旁腺功能低下(术后,特发性或假性甲状旁腺功能低下)的治疗。三、用于治疗急、慢性及潜在手术后手足抽搐症及特发性手足抽搐症,而动物维生素D2的缺乏症的特征表现为:维生素D2不足时,即使钙、磷充足,动物也不能很好的利用,钙,磷、镁在骨骼中的沉积会下降;幼龄动物的成骨作用发生障碍,出现佝偻病和软骨症,牙齿发育不良,生长受阻;成年动物发生骨质疏松症,易骨折,关节变形;母畜孕期维生素D2过度缺乏会造成新生幼仔先天畸形,母畜本身也会受到损害;家禽缺乏维生素D2可降低产蛋量和孵化率,蛋壳薄而易脆裂。因此在现代机械化人工大量饲养动物的条件下更需补充维生素D2。大多数情况下补充维生素D2的方式服用相关的衍生物进行补充,但维生素D2属于脂溶性维生素,无法直接服用,从而选择制成微囊粉,微囊粉可以直接服用或可添加于奶粉、米粉、软饮料及钙制剂中用于补充维生素D2。目前的微囊粉生产工艺及配方不能够充分解决生素D2属于脂溶性维生素,无法直接服用的问题,并且添加于奶粉、米粉、软饮料及钙制剂等中不能使维生素D2充分被人体吸收,从而造成一定量维生素D2的浪费,使得下游生产线成本的增加,产品稳定性降低。
发明内容
针对现有技术中上述的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种维生素D2微囊粉及其制备方法;本发明能够有效的提高微囊的稳定性与水溶性,同时保证微囊与其它产品的互溶性。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的解决方案是:一种维生素D2微囊粉,由下列重量份原料制备而成,包括维生素D2油900~1100g、变性淀粉8500~8600g、白砂糖14500~14600g、抗坏血酸棕榈酸脂48~49g和生育酚242~243g。
一种维生素D2微囊粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、按上述比例取维生素D2置于容器中,加入植物油使维生素D2溶解于;
b、待维生素D2完全溶解后,加入包合物以及抗坏血酸棕榈酸脂抗氧化剂进行乳化;
c、完全乳化后采用喷雾制粒干燥,再利用淀粉和抗结剂二氧化硅包埋;
d、筛分,得维生素D2微囊粉产品。
优选的,所述步骤c中干燥温度为110-130℃。
优选的,所述步骤a中的植物油可选用葵花油、花生油、菜籽油。
优选的,所述步骤b中的包合物为乙基纤维素或蔗糖或变性淀粉,使用时选择其中的一种或者两种。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明将产品通过乳化形成微囊,使得微囊具有很高的稳定和水溶性的特性,可添加于奶粉、米粉,软饮料及钙制剂中使维生素D2利用更加充分,又因为该工艺有效的提高了微囊的稳定性和水溶性,使其够更好与奶粉、米粉,软饮料及钙制剂充分的互溶,提高了维生素D2的利用率,有效的降低了下游生产线的成本,同时保证下游产品的稳定性。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。实施例中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
下面结合具体的实施方式来对本发明的技术方案做进一步的限定,但要求保护的范围不仅局限于所作的描述。
本发明提供一种技术方案:一种维生素D2微囊粉,由下列重量份原料制备而成,包括维生素D2油1000g、变性淀粉8500g、白砂糖14500g、抗坏血酸棕榈酸脂48g和生育酚242g。
一种维生素D2微囊粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、按上述比例取维生素D2置于容器中,加入植物油使维生素D2溶解于;
b、待维生素D2完全溶解后,加入包合物以及抗坏血酸棕榈酸脂抗氧化剂进行乳化;
c、完全乳化后采用喷雾制粒干燥,再利用淀粉和抗结剂二氧化硅包埋;
d、筛分,得维生素D2微囊粉产品。
优选的,所述步骤c中干燥温度为120℃。
优选的,所述步骤a中的植物油可选用葵花油、花生油、菜籽油。
优选的,所述步骤b中的包合物为乙基纤维素或蔗糖或变性淀粉,使用时选择其中的一种或者两种。

Claims (5)
1.一种维生素D2微囊粉,其特征在于:由下列重量份原料制备而成,包括维生素D2油900~1100g、变性淀粉8500~8600g、白砂糖14500~14600g、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯48~49g和生育酚242~243g。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种维生素D2微囊粉制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
a、按上述比例取维生素D2置于容器中,加入植物油使维生素D2溶解于;
b、待维生素D2完全溶解后,加入包合物以及抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯抗氧化剂进行乳化;
c、完全乳化后采用喷雾制粒干燥,再利用淀粉和抗结剂二氧化硅包埋;
d、筛分,得维生素D2微囊粉产品。
3.根据权利要求2所述的维生素D2微囊粉制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤c中干燥温度为110-130℃。
4.根据权利要求2所述的维生素D2微囊粉制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤a中的植物油可选用葵花油、花生油、菜籽油。
5.根据权利要求2所述的维生素D2微囊粉制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤b中的包合物为乙基纤维素或蔗糖或变性淀粉,使用时选择其中的一种或者两种。
