A rose beautifying particle solid beverage is characterized by comprising functional components and auxiliary materials which are acceptable in the field of pharmacy and used for preparing granules; the functional components are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 15-25 parts of rose, 7-15 parts of saffron, 7-15 parts of burdock, 10-20 parts of lotus leaf, 10-20 parts of tuckahoe, 10-20 parts of aloe, 20-30 parts of coix seed, 5-10 parts of fig, 20-30 parts of kudzuvine root and 10-20 parts of groundsel.
2. A preparation method of the rose beauty-maintaining particle solid beverage based on the claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, adding rose into water for soaking, performing microwave extraction, performing ultrafiltration concentration, and performing spray drying to obtain rose powder;
s2, micronizing the fig to obtain fig powder;
s3, mixing burdock, Poria, semen Coicis, and radix Puerariae, pulverizing, decocting in water, filtering to obtain water extractive solution, and clarifying with microfiltration membrane to obtain clarified solution;
s4, mixing stigma croci, folium Nelumbinis, Aloe, and Concha Haliotidis, pulverizing, reflux extracting with 70-75% ethanol solution, and filtering to obtain ethanol extractive solution;
s5, mixing the clear liquid and the alcohol extract, concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain a concentrated paste, adding rose powder and fig powder, and stirring to obtain functional components;
s6, adding pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary materials for preparing granules into the effective components, and processing the mixture into the granules by wet granulation.
