The embodiment of the invention also provides a retting treatment method of the retting device, which is implemented by utilizing the municipal garden greening environment-friendly flower retting device and comprises the following steps:
placing the collected plant residue into a grinding assembly;
the plant residues are extruded by the extrusion assembly, crushed by the crushing assembly and discharged into the containing tray;
the blocking frame and the containing tray are relatively displaced, so that plant residues in the containing tray are looser, and the fertilizer retting efficiency is improved;
adjusting the temperature inside the composting device through a temperature control device;
original additives are added into the containing tray, so that the fertilizer retting efficiency is improved;
and finally, after the plant residues in the containing tray are subjected to retting to form fertilizer, discharging the fertilizer in the containing tray out of the supporting frame through the transportation assembly.
Specifically, firstly, the collected plant residues are poured into the shell from the upper end of the shell; plant residues can be temporarily stored on the baffle; at the moment, the hydraulic cylinder is started to enable the extrusion block to move towards the abutting block until the plant residues are extruded to destroy the fiber structure of the plants. Then start first cylinder, make its output shaft one end shorten, the plant residuum after being extruded breaks away from the baffle and falls into on the roller.
Starting the driving roller to rotate the conveyor belt to drive the blocking frame to move; when the blocking frame is positioned below the scanner, the scanner sends a signal to the controller, and the controller controls the first motor to start, so that the rolling roller rotates to further roll the plant residues; and simultaneously, the second motor is started, so that the plant residues falling from the two groups of rolling rollers are beaten away by the clapper, and the conglomeration is avoided. And the spraying device is started to spray the fermenting agent on the plant residues in the containing tray, so that the time spent on retting fertilizer is shortened.
And then, the plant residues fall into the vibrating plate, and the plant residues fall into the containing tray along the vibrating plate after being further loosened by starting the vibration exciter and are positioned in the rectangular grids.
When the scanner can not scan the blocking frame, the scanner sends a signal to the controller, and the controller controls the first motor to stop, so that the rolling roller stops rotating, and energy is saved.
And the plant residue on the holding tray is at the appropriate temperature for composting by the temperature control device, so that the efficiency of composting is improved.
When the plant residues on the containing tray need to be ventilated, the third motor is started in sequence, the four groups of cams push the containing tray in sequence, the stirring blocks are matched with the rectangular grids to stir the plant residues, and the plant residues are looser.
After the plant residue is retted to form fertilizer, the plant residue continues to rotate actively, so that the fertilizer on the containing disc is discharged from the discharge hole.
