Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of edible fungus planting and soil improvement, and particularly relates to a method for improving soil by planting selenium-rich edible fungi.
Background
Selenium is one million in human tissues, but the selenium determines the existence of life and plays a great role in human health. The lack of selenium in human body directly results in the reduction of immunity, and more than forty diseases threatening human health and life can occur. 72% of China's territory belongs to selenium-deficient areas.
In order to solve the problem of selenium deficiency of crops, the Thomga professor of the Tang-Ontang invented a method for planting selenium-enriched crops, and the patent number of the invention is as follows: CN201810873343, comprising the following steps: (1) mixing selenious acid solution with alkaline earth metal hydroxide solution or suspension for reaction, or mixing alkaline earth metal selenite powder with water to generate alkaline earth metal selenite suspension or sol; (2) uniformly spraying suspension or sol of alkaline earth selenite on the surface of the land without water coverage, then plowing and raking the land, and planting selenium-rich crops. The invention has the substantive characteristics and great innovation that water-insoluble selenite is adopted to supplement selenium for the selenium-poor soil at one time, so that the selenium is stored in the soil for a long time; the selenium-rich agricultural products can be permanently produced under the condition that excrement of plants, people eating the selenium-rich agricultural products, livestock and poultry returns to the cultivated land to form selenium circulation.
Because the method only aims at the planting field of crops to improve the selenium-rich soil, common farmers are difficult to master the operation process and are inconvenient to popularize widely. Therefore, the applicant applies for a selenium-rich planting accelerant and a preparation method and a device thereof (application number: 202111381510.4) at 23.11.11.1.2021, and provides a technical scheme for economically, conveniently and safely carrying out mass production of the selenium-rich soil accelerant.

The selenium-enriched edible fungus culture medium is prepared by mixing and fermenting the selenium-enriched fungus culture medium accelerant in the 202111381510.4 patent application example 1 with a culture medium material (which can be obtained locally), uniformly paving the culture medium on a field, irrigating, inoculating, covering with thin soil, and covering with grass or leaves to prevent sunlight and preserve moisture. After planting, the soil is improved into excellent soil quality which is rich in selenium for a long time and contains a large amount of organic fertilizers.
The invention has the remarkable advantages that: the edible fungi are foods which are very beneficial to human health, and the selenium-rich foods have the effects of improving the physical constitution of people, reducing diseases and prolonging the service life. The method is characterized in that field fallow or interplanting is utilized, the selenium-rich edible fungus culture medium accelerant of the applicant is adopted to produce culture medium for planting edible fungi, inorganic selenium is converted into organic selenium through microorganisms in the strains, and then the selenium-rich edible fungi which are convenient for people to eat and absorb are produced.
In order to achieve the aim and achieve the effect of remarkable progress, the invention adopts the following method to plant the selenium-rich edible fungi under the forest:
step 1, planting ridges and a culture medium are prepared:
1) arranging the to-be-planted land to form planting ridges:
leveling the land (with turf or without removing rotten substances), forming planting ridges at intervals of about one meter, and reserving furrows with the width of about 40 centimeters (which is convenient for people to pick mushrooms and plays a role in water guiding at the same time);
2) preparing a selenium-rich culture medium:
adding the fungus culture medium accelerant prepared by the preparation method of the accelerant applied in the 202111381510.4 patent into a culture medium, and reasonably adjusting the proportion of the fungus culture medium accelerant and the culture medium according to factors such as different strains, the application and the requirement of edible fungi, the proportion of selenium in food regulated by related standards and the like; after being mixed evenly, the mixture is fermented for about 20 days; after fermentation, the culture medium of the selenium-enriched edible fungi is obtained;
step 2, laying a culture medium:
uniformly paving the selenium-rich culture medium on ridges to be planted, wherein the thickness of the culture medium is about 20-60mm, and thoroughly watering the culture medium with water;
step 3, inoculation:
inoculation is carried out according to the following three ways, combination or one of the following three ways:
1) uniformly spraying the liquid containing the strain on the surface of the culture medium, or uniformly injecting the liquid containing the strain into the middle lower part of the culture medium by an injection method;
2) spraying the powder strain on the surface of the culture medium;
3) breaking the strain cultured in the strain bag into about 1 cm in diameter according to the distance of about 100-;
step 4, covering soil:
uniformly covering the culture medium surface with 10-50mm thick soil;
step 5, measures for sun protection and evaporation reduction:
adopting one or the combination of the following measures:
1) covering the soil with thin straw or other grass or leaves;
2) planting sun-proof plants at the edge of the planting furrow, such as sorghum, corn, sunflower, pennisetum hydridum, sesame, castor and the like; can also be interplanted with plants;
3) a sunshade net is arranged above the planting ridges for planting the edible fungi.
The selenium content in the selenium-rich edible fungus culture medium in the step two meets the requirements of selenium-rich soil: because of no corresponding national standard, referring to local standard DB41/T1871-2019 selenium-enriched soil requirement of Henan province, the minimum requirements of the selenium content in three different soils are respectively as follows: 0.30 mg/kg, 0.32 mg/kg and 0.35mg/kg, and the highest value of 0.35 is taken for selenium enrichment improvement, the thickness of the selenium enrichment soil is 0.2 m, the soil density is 2.65, and the selenium content per mu of field is 123.7 g. According to the formula, the total selenium content of the culture medium for planting the selenium-rich edible fungi is more than 130 g per mu, so that the selenium-rich edible fungi can be planted in the field after being harvested under the condition of planting once, and the requirement of selenium-rich soil is met; the selenium content is higher after planting for many times.
The strain in the fourth step can be stropharia rugosoannulata, dictyophora phalloidea, oyster mushroom, ganoderma lucidum, shiitake mushroom or other edible strains.
The edible fungi produced by the method can be further prepared into the following products:
1. selenium-rich edible fungus
Can be fresh mushroom or dehydrated mushroom.
2. Selenium-rich edible mushroom product
Mushroom powder: pulverizing dried edible fungus with a pulverizer to obtain powder for making soup, and preparing meal replacement powder.
