Abstract
一种电气产品预包装用的纸做的减震用具,可取代传统的泡沫聚苯乙烯树脂。该减震用具包括有预定宽度和形状的纸板,在该纸板上预定部分有一组凹槽,用来固定和支承电气产品,以及位于纸板两表面上的一组肋条,用来缓冲外来的撞击。
Description
本发明涉及电气产品预包装用的减震用具,更具体地说,涉及用来缓冲包装在箱子里的电气产品所受到的外来碰撞的,回收纸张所制成的减震用具。
泡沫聚苯乙烯树脂是公知的具有优良减震性能的材料,而且一直被用来防止包装在箱子里的电气产品受到外来碰撞。一般,在电气产品放入包装箱之前,事先将泡沫聚苯乙烯树脂制品放入包装箱内。另一种情况是,将泡沫聚苯乙烯树脂制品插入电气产品和包装箱之间的空隙处。因此,泡沫聚苯乙烯树脂制品的尺寸和形状取决于电气产品的外形和包装方法。泡沫聚苯乙烯树脂制品覆盖电气产品的整个外表面或上、下部分。
然而,尽管泡沫聚苯乙烯树脂有着良好的减震效果,它仍然存在几个问题。首先,它不能回收利用。其次,电气产品制造商承担着根据消费者的要求,重新收集废泡沫聚苯乙烯树脂的额外负担。
本发明的目的在于解决这些现有问题,提供一种电气产品预包装用的纸做的减震用具,它由回收的纸张制成,以取代泡沫聚苯乙烯树脂制成的减震用具,从而对愈来愈重要的问题——环境保护和自然资源的回收利用作出贡献。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供一种电气产品预包装用的纸做的减震用具,它有预定的厚度和宽度,并覆盖装入包装箱的电气产品的至少一个表面,它包括:
至少一块固定和支承上述产品的纸板,在上述纸板预定部分形成至少一个用来容纳上述产品预定部分的凹槽,和在上述纸板两个表面上形成的用来缓冲上述产品受到的外来碰撞的减震装置。
优选的减震装置包括位于朝向上述产品的纸板表面上的一组第一垂直肋条,和位于上述纸板另一表面上的一组第二垂直肋条。
参照附图详细描述本发明的优选实施例,本发明的上述目的和其它优点会更加清楚。附图中:

图1至图4表示的是依据本发明回收纸张制成的减震用具。参见图1至图4,减震用具是一块具有预定厚度和宽度的纸板1,在纸板1的中间形成一个中心凹槽1A,在纸板1的两个表面上分别形成用来缓冲外来碰撞的第一垂直肋条2和第二垂直肋条3。
第一垂直肋条2位于纸板1朝向电气产品7的表面上。第二垂直肋条3位于纸板1的另一个表面上。在纸板的两个表面上形成的第一垂直肋条2和第二垂直肋条3呈十字交叉状。
第一垂直肋条2上设置端部开口的立方体以与电气产品7的外形相匹配,在立方体内形成减震槽4和减震肋5,用来分散电气产品7的重力。第一垂直肋条2的高度和数量由电气产品7的外形决定。
如图1和图3所示,在垂直纸板1的每个角上形成“”型凹槽,用来缓冲各个角上的撞击。每个角上可以切出平直的或圆形的凹台,以缓冲各个角上的撞击。
第二垂直肋条3朝向包装箱的高度是一致的。为提高抗震效果,可设置附加的减震肋和减震凹槽。
在图2和图4所示的实施例中,具有上述结构的减震纸板可以与电气产品的左、右表面相配合。根据电气产品的外形和薄弱部位,纸板也可以与电气产品的任何两个相对表面配合。电气产品的两个相对表面可以是左、右表面;或前、后表面;也可以是上、下表面。
具体地说,当纸板用来与电气产品的左右表面相配时,就需要一对左、右纸板。图3和图4表示电气产品如何与减震纸板预包装在一起。电气产品7的左、右表面架在一对具有一组第一垂直肋条2的减震纸板之间。然后,将电气产品7放入包装箱中。
上述电气产品7的包装方式具有把来自电气产品上、下方向的撞击用设在纸板1的前、后侧的,具有预定高度和形状的垂直肋条2和3将其吸收的效果。横跨纸板1的中间出口的减震肋条4使得对水平方向的撞击的缓冲效果增大了一倍。
位于第一垂直肋条2的中部的减震凹槽5也使缓冲来自水平方向的撞击的效果增大了一倍。增强抗震效果的减震槽5也起分散电气产品前部的压力的作用,因为这一部分的重量比电气产品其它部分重。
位于正方形纸板1角上的角凹台6也吸收角上的撞击,从而保护电气产品7不会受到任何方向的外来撞击。
如上所述,本发明提供一种能取代现有的泡沫聚苯乙烯树脂的,电气产品预包装用的纸做的减震用具。因此,这种减震用具在使用后可以回收,从而节省了重新收集废弃的减震用具的费用。
虽然以上只对本发明的优选实施例进行了描述,但本领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离本发明的宗旨和范围的前提下,能对本发明作出各种形式上和细节上的变化。
Claims (10)
1.一种电气产品预包装用的纸做的减震用具,它有预定的厚度和宽度,并覆盖装入包装箱里的上述产品的至少一个表面,该纸做的减震用具包括:
至少一块固定和支承上述产品的纸板,在上述纸板预定部分形成至少一个用来容纳上述产品预定部分的凹槽;和在上述纸板两个表面上形成的用来缓冲上述产品受到的外来撞击的减震装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的电气产品预包装用的纸做的减震用具,其特征在于,所述减震装置包含:
位于朝向上述产品的上述纸板的一个表面上的一组第一垂直肋条;及
位于上述纸板另一表面上的一组第二垂直肋条。
3.如权利要求2所述的电气产品预包装用的纸做的减震用具,其特征在于,在上述纸板的两个表面上形成的上述第一垂直肋条和第二垂直肋条呈十字交叉状。
4.如权利要求2所述的电气产品预包装用的纸做的减震用具,其特征在于,在上述第一和第二肋条上设置用来与电气产品的外形相匹配的,端部开口的立方体。
5.如权利要求2所述的电气产品预包装用的纸做的减震用具,其特征在于,在上述第一和第二垂直肋条上有用来分散电气产品的重力的减震槽和减震肋。
6.如权利要求2所述的电气产品预包装用的纸做的减震用具,其特征在于,上述第一垂直肋条的高度和数量由电气产品的外形决定。
7.如权利要求1所述的电气产品预包装用的纸做的减震用具,其特征在于,上述纸板还包含位于它的每个角上的用来缓冲外来撞击的角凹台。
8.如权利要求1所述的电气产品预包装用的纸做的减震用具,其特征在于,上述纸板还包含位于每个角上,用来缓冲外来撞击的,有着预定形状的平直的或圆形的凹台。
9.如权利要求2所述的电气产品预包装用的纸做的减震用具,其特征在于,上述第二垂直肋条的高度是一致的。
10.如权利要求2所述的电气产品预包装用的纸做的减震用具,其特征在于,上述第二垂直肋条上设置有减震槽和减震肋。
