发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种超软复合仿真皮的PU革加工工艺,具备使用效果好的优点,解决了以往PU革加工工艺使用效果不佳的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种超软复合仿真皮的PU革加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤a:选取原料,选取尼龙长纤维、动物皮革边角废料打碎成的真皮短纤维、第一树脂层和第二树脂层;
步骤b:对原料进行清洗,通过清洗机对尼龙长纤维和动物皮革边角废料打碎成的真皮短纤维进行清洗,除去尼龙长纤维和动物皮革边角废料打碎成的真皮短纤维表面的杂质;
步骤c:对原料进行烘干,通过烘干机对尼龙长纤维和动物皮革边角废料打碎成的真皮短纤维进行烘干;
步骤d:对原料进行织造,将原料依次经开松、梳理及干法针刺处理,将原料分别导入干燥塔里进行预结晶和干燥处理,经螺杆挤压机挤压熔融,熔体过滤器过滤后进入纺丝箱,然后采用桔瓣纺丝组件,在双组份纺粘设备上经牵伸纺丝成网;
步骤e:对染液进行配置,将如下重量份的原料:染料:10份、匀染剂:2份、渗透剂:6份、水:982份混合后,搅拌20~30分钟,配制成染液;
步骤f:对原料进行染色,采用微波染色法,将化学染料透染在基层内,得到仿真皮革初胚;
步骤g:对染色后的原料进行烘干,将染色后的原料输送至烘干机进行烘干;
步骤h:对浆料进行配置,将如下重量份的原料:聚氨酯树脂:100份、二甲基甲酰胺:45~65份、醋酸乙酯:20~30份、色浆:15~30份混合后,搅拌30~40分钟,配制成表面层浆料,表面层浆料的粘度为3000~5000cps/25℃;
步骤i:对原料进行涂覆,将配制好的表面层浆料涂覆在基层上,形成过渡层,发泡层浆料通过浇注机混合均匀涂覆在过渡层上,涂覆厚度为0.2~0.4mm,然后预烘半交联半发泡,所用的烘箱温度为60~120℃,在烘箱内停留时间为40~90s,得到皮革基材;
步骤j:将皮革基材和超细纤维贝斯贴合烘干,烘干后冷却,将离型纸揭去,得到仿真皮革。

Claims (7)

1.一种超软复合仿真皮的PU革加工工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤a:选取原料,选取尼龙长纤维、动物皮革边角废料打碎成的真皮短纤维、第一树脂层和第二树脂层;
步骤b:对原料进行清洗,通过清洗机对尼龙长纤维和动物皮革边角废料打碎成的真皮短纤维进行清洗,除去尼龙长纤维和动物皮革边角废料打碎成的真皮短纤维表面的杂质;
步骤c:对原料进行烘干,通过烘干机对尼龙长纤维和动物皮革边角废料打碎成的真皮短纤维进行烘干;
步骤d:对原料进行织造,将原料依次经开松、梳理及干法针刺处理,将原料分别导入干燥塔里进行预结晶和干燥处理,经螺杆挤压机挤压熔融,熔体过滤器过滤后进入纺丝箱,然后采用桔瓣纺丝组件,在双组份纺粘设备上经牵伸纺丝成网;
步骤e:对染液进行配置,将如下重量份的原料:染料:10份、匀染剂:2份、渗透剂:6份、水:982份混合后,搅拌20~30分钟,配制成染液;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超软复合仿真皮的PU革加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤a中第一树脂层由包括如下重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸树脂8-13份、消光填料8-13份、离板蜡20-30份、手感剂8-13份、颜料膏10-15份和增稠剂5-10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种超软复合仿真皮的PU革加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤a中第二树脂层由包括如下重量份的原料制成:中软聚氨酯18-25份、丙烯酸树脂8-13份、消光填料8-13份、离板蜡20-30份、手感剂8-13份、颜料膏10-15份和增稠剂5-10份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种超软复合仿真皮的PU革加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤i中涂覆厚度为0.15~0.2mm,控制烘箱温度在60~150℃条件下烘干,然后冷却。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种超软复合仿真皮的PU革加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤i中皮革基材的厚度为0.05~0.1mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种超软复合仿真皮的PU革加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤j中仿真皮革的厚度为0.15~0.35mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种超软复合仿真皮的PU革加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤d中制得的网依次送入针刺机和水刺机中进行加固,针刺深度5-7mm,针刺密度为50-500N/cm2,单面水刺,水刺深度为0.2-0.3um,水针压力为50-280Mpa。
