Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗癌控血糖桦褐孔菌纯粉片,该纯粉片成分包括:桦褐孔菌、人参、黄芪、黄连、山药、葛根、地黄、冬麦、灵芝、枸杞、当归,有益效果:桦褐孔菌富含的多酚碳复合物,可对机体组织产生强有力的生物刺激,桦褐孔菌还含有桦褐孔菌多糖,多糖类作为构成生命的四大基本物质之一,具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗衰老等方面的作用;黄芪中的黄芪黄酮、黄芪多糖是治疗糖尿病的有效成分,可使人体内的糖原合成酶活性增加,从而具有降低血糖的作用;当归的有效成分是当归多糖,当归多糖对于有高血糖的糖尿病病人有降血糖的作用;枸杞多糖具有抗氧化、防衰老、抗癌、降血糖、降血脂多种生理功能,本纯粉片具有良好预防抗癌控血糖的效果。

技术领域:
本发明属于纯粉片技术领域,特别涉及一种抗癌控血糖桦褐孔菌纯粉片及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术:
当血糖值高于正常范围即为高血糖。高血糖也是通常大家所说“三高”中的一高。另外“两高”分别是高血压和高脂血症。空腹血糖正常值在6.1mmol/L以下,餐后两小时血糖的正常值在7.8mmol/L以下,如果高于这一范围,称为高血糖。正常情况下,人体能够通过激素调节和神经调节这两大调节系统确保血糖的来源与去路保持平衡,使血糖维持在一定水平。但是在遗传因素(如糖尿病家族史)与环境因素(如不合理的膳食、肥胖等)的共同作用下,两大调节功能发生紊乱,就会出现血糖水平的升高。
目前控血糖的药物在出现高血糖症状时使用,一般血糖轻度升高,很多人没有明显的症状,对于控血糖预防效果较差,所以本发明提供一种抗癌控血糖桦褐孔菌纯粉片及其制备方法与应用来解决上述问题。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种抗癌控血糖桦褐孔菌纯粉片及其制备方法与应用,解决了目前控血糖的药物在出现高血糖症状时使用,一般血糖轻度升高,很多人没有明显的症状,对于控血糖预防效果较差的缺点。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种技术方案:
一种抗癌控血糖桦褐孔菌纯粉片,该纯粉片成分包括:桦褐孔菌、人参、黄芪、黄连、山药、葛根、地黄、冬麦、灵芝、枸杞、当归。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述纯粉片的成分重量份数为:5-35份桦褐孔菌、2-15份人参、2-5份黄芪、1-5份黄连、5-10份山药、2-8份葛根、1-3份地黄、1-10份冬麦、2-10份灵芝、2-10份枸杞、1-5份当归。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述纯粉片的成分重量份数为:20份桦褐孔菌、10份人参、3份黄芪、4份黄连、8份山药、4份葛根、2份地黄、8份冬麦、4份灵芝、5份枸杞、2份当归。
一种抗癌控血糖桦褐孔菌纯粉片的制备方法,该制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、选取纯粉片制备用的桦褐孔菌、人参、黄芪、黄连、山药、葛根、地黄、冬麦、灵芝、枸杞、当归原料,除杂、清洗、沥干;
步骤二、将步骤一中选取的原料灭菌处理;
步骤三、将灭菌后的原料进行干燥;
步骤四、将步骤三中干燥后的桦褐孔菌、人参、黄芪、黄连、山药、葛根、地黄、冬麦、灵芝、枸杞、当归进行粉碎处理;
步骤五、将步骤四中粉碎的原料进行压片,得到抗癌控血糖桦褐孔菌纯粉片。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述步骤三中干燥的温度75-115℃,干燥时间为60-150分钟。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述步骤二中原料灭菌的温度为110-120℃,所述灭菌的时间为5-25分钟。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述步骤四中原料粉碎后通过700-800目筛进行筛分处理,获得超细微粉备用。
本发明还包括一种桦褐孔菌纯粉片在制备具有抗癌控血糖作用的产品中的应用。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明所述的一种抗癌控血糖桦褐孔菌纯粉片及其制备方法与应用,桦褐孔菌富含的多酚碳复合物,可对机体组织产生强有力的生物刺激,桦褐孔菌还含有桦褐孔菌多糖,多糖类作为构成生命的四大基本物质之一,具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗衰老等方面的作用;黄芪中的黄芪黄酮、黄芪多糖是治疗糖尿病的有效成分,可使人体内的糖原合成酶活性增加,从而具有降低血糖的作用;当归的有效成分是当归多糖,当归多糖对于有高血糖的糖尿病病人有降血糖的作用;枸杞多糖是其主要活性成分,具有抗氧化、防衰老、免疫调节、抗癌、降血糖、降血脂、神经保护等多种生理功能,枸杞多糖是一种水溶性多糖,枸杞子富含枸杞多糖,具有生理活性,提高胰岛细胞的抗氧化能力,减轻过氧化物对细胞的损伤,降低内二醛生成量,所以枸杞多糖对胰岛细胞有一定的保护作用;灵芝多糖是灵芝中的有效成分之一,灵芝多糖降血糖之原理是:促进外周组织对葡萄糖的利用,抑制脂肪酸分解,可改善高血糖症状;麦冬中含有的其他成分,具有抗疲劳、清除自由基、提高细胞免疫功能以及降血糖的作用;地黄寡糖是地黄的有效活性成分,具有补血、降血糖、抗肿瘤、增强免疫等药理活性,还有强心利尿、解热消炎、促进血液凝固等作用,对于有心脏疾病及血液高凝状态的糖友尤为适合;葛根中有效成分是葛根素,对高血糖有一定疗效,是中药降血糖方剂中常用的一味中药,还能降低血清胆固醇、降低甘油三酯,用于治疗高血糖、高血脂病症等;山药多糖是其主要活性成分,具有增强机体免疫力、抗衰老、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、降血糖、促进胃肠功能、保护肝脏、抗突变等作用;黄连中提取的黄连素,可通过抑制糖异生以及促进血糖原酵解而产生降糖作用,在降血糖的同时,还有降血脂、抗氧化的作用;人参皂苷具有降血糖、调节免疫力、治疗心血管疾病、抗肿瘤等多种药理作用,可使轻症糖尿病患者血糖降低,停药后仍可维持2周以上,降低血中胆固醇、甘油三酯、升高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇,改善动脉硬化,防止糖尿病并发症的发生,可以减少胰岛素的用量,因此本纯粉片具有良好预防抗癌控血糖的效果,且制备方法简单、可控。

实施例1:一种抗癌控血糖桦褐孔菌纯粉片,该纯粉片成分包括:桦褐孔菌、人参、黄芪、黄连、山药、葛根、地黄、冬麦、灵芝、枸杞、当归。
其中,所述纯粉片的成分重量份数为:5-35份桦褐孔菌、2-15份人参、2-5份黄芪、1-5份黄连、5-10份山药、2-8份葛根、1-3份地黄、1-10份冬麦、2-10份灵芝、2-10份枸杞、1-5份当归。

其中,所述纯粉片的成分重量份数为:30份桦褐孔菌、8份人参、4份黄芪、3份黄连、6份山药、7份葛根、1份地黄、6份冬麦、8份灵芝、7份枸杞、3份当归。
一种抗癌控血糖桦褐孔菌纯粉片的制备方法,该制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、选取纯粉片制备用的桦褐孔菌、人参、黄芪、黄连、山药、葛根、地黄、冬麦、灵芝、枸杞、当归原料,除杂、清洗、沥干;
步骤二、将步骤一中选取的原料灭菌处理;
步骤三、将灭菌后的原料进行干燥;
步骤四、将步骤三中干燥后的桦褐孔菌、人参、黄芪、黄连、山药、葛根、地黄、冬麦、灵芝、枸杞、当归进行粉碎处理;
步骤五、将步骤四中粉碎的原料进行压片,得到抗癌控血糖桦褐孔菌纯粉片。
其中,所述步骤三中干燥的温度75-115℃,干燥时间为60-150分钟。

具体的:一种抗癌控血糖桦褐孔菌纯粉片及其制备方法与应用,使用时,选取纯粉片制备用的桦褐孔菌、人参、黄芪、黄连、山药、葛根、地黄、冬麦、灵芝、枸杞、当归原料,除杂、清洗、沥干,然后将选取的原料灭菌处理,灭菌后的原料进行干燥,再将干燥后的桦褐孔菌、人参、黄芪、黄连、山药、葛根、地黄、冬麦、灵芝、枸杞、当归进行粉碎处理,原料粉碎后通过700-800目筛进行筛分处理,获得超细微粉备用,最后将粉碎的原料进行压片,得到抗癌控血糖桦褐孔菌纯粉片,桦褐孔菌富含的多酚碳复合物,可对机体组织产生强有力的生物刺激,桦褐孔菌还含有桦褐孔菌多糖,多糖类作为构成生命的四大基本物质之一,具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗衰老等方面的作用;黄芪中的黄芪黄酮、黄芪多糖是治疗糖尿病的有效成分,可使人体内的糖原合成酶活性增加,从而具有降低血糖的作用;当归的有效成分是当归多糖,当归多糖对于有高血糖的糖尿病病人有降血糖的作用;枸杞多糖是其主要活性成分,具有抗氧化、防衰老、免疫调节、抗癌、降血糖、降血脂、神经保护等多种生理功能,枸杞多糖是一种水溶性多糖,枸杞子富含枸杞多糖,具有生理活性,提高胰岛细胞的抗氧化能力,减轻过氧化物对细胞的损伤,降低内二醛生成量,所以枸杞多糖对胰岛细胞有一定的保护作用;灵芝多糖是灵芝中的有效成分之一,灵芝多糖降血糖之原理是:促进外周组织对葡萄糖的利用,抑制脂肪酸分解,可改善高血糖症状;麦冬中含有的其他成分,具有抗疲劳、清除自由基、提高细胞免疫功能以及降血糖的作用;地黄寡糖是地黄的有效活性成分,具有补血、降血糖、抗肿瘤、增强免疫等药理活性,还有强心利尿、解热消炎、促进血液凝固等作用,对于有心脏疾病及血液高凝状态的糖友尤为适合;葛根中有效成分是葛根素,对高血糖有一定疗效,是中药降血糖方剂中常用的一味中药,还能降低血清胆固醇、降低甘油三酯,用于治疗高血糖、高血脂病症等;山药多糖是其主要活性成分,具有增强机体免疫力、抗衰老、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、降血糖、促进胃肠功能、保护肝脏、抗突变等作用;黄连中提取的黄连素,可通过抑制糖异生以及促进血糖原酵解而产生降糖作用,在降血糖的同时,还有降血脂、抗氧化的作用;人参皂苷具有降血糖、调节免疫力、治疗心血管疾病、抗肿瘤等多种药理作用,可使轻症糖尿病患者血糖降低,停药后仍可维持2周以上,降低血中胆固醇、甘油三酯、升高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇,改善动脉硬化,防止糖尿病并发症的发生,可以减少胰岛素的用量,因此本纯粉片具有良好抗癌控血糖的效果,且制备方法简单、可控。

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗癌控血糖桦褐孔菌纯粉片,其特征在于:所述纯粉片的成分重量份数为:20份桦褐孔菌、10份人参、3份黄芪、4份黄连、8份山药、4份葛根、2份地黄、8份冬麦、4份灵芝、5份枸杞、2份当归。
4.一种抗癌控血糖桦褐孔菌纯粉片的制备方法,其特征在于:该制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、选取纯粉片制备用的桦褐孔菌、人参、黄芪、黄连、山药、葛根、地黄、冬麦、灵芝、枸杞、当归原料,除杂、清洗、沥干;
步骤二、将步骤一中选取的原料灭菌处理;
