技术领域
本发明涉及特种纺织材料,具体地,涉及一种涂层锦丝绸及其加工方法。
背景技术
降落伞是一种得到广泛应用的气动减速装置,其结构通常由伞衣、伞带、伞绳和伞包等主要部分组成,相比其它减速装置具有质量轻、减速高效、成本低廉等优势。在近几十年时间里,降落伞技术获得了突飞猛进发展,从开始阶段试验测试降落伞性能,到应用牛顿力学从理论上建立降落伞拉直和充气阶段物理模型,再到受益于计算机技术的进步,将计算机应用于降落伞仿真模拟和工程辅助设计。如今,降落伞已经广泛应用于航空、物资空投、深空探测、飞船返回舱回收等领域。
降落伞的伞衣面料需具有高强轻薄的特性,传统伞衣多采用粗细为30旦尼儿或45旦尼儿的锦纶66高强丝为原料,采用平纹组织结构织制,结合涂层整理加工而成,一般也称为涂层锦丝绸。近年来,具有高强重比、低透气量的伞衣面料日益成为研究重点,其加工方法主要集中在二方面,一是通过选用30旦尼尔以下的锦纶66长丝为原料,采用较高经纬密度进行织造,满足高强重比要求,另一方面采用聚丙烯酯类整理剂涂层加工,满足低透气量甚至零透气量的要求。但在实际生产中,具有“高强重比+零透气量”的锦丝绸产品往往很难实现量产加工,其原因在于:若不经涂层整理,虽然强重比能达到较高值,但不能满足低透气量的要求;反之,经涂层整理后能降低透气量,但伞衣面料的克重显著增加,往往又不能满足高强重比的要求。此外,部分伞衣面料在高空快速开伞应用中易受器件或自身摩擦影响产生高温灼伤,不同程度上降低了其应用性能。
因此,如何合理选择锦纶66长丝粗细和面料结构、优化涂层剂组成及整理工艺,在较少涂层整理剂用量条件下达到低透气量、高强重比的涂层锦丝绸产品质量要求,同时赋予其防灼阻燃效果,是目前伞衣面料加工中亟待解决的技术难题。
发明内容
针对上述涂层锦丝绸难以在实现高强重比同时实现低透气量的问题,本发明提供了一种涂层锦丝绸及其加工方法,该方法通过选择细旦高强锦纶长丝进行织物织造,结合涂层浆处方优化与整理,实现低涂层浆用量下锦丝绸表面树脂膜结构的完整性,赋予织物低透气量,满足既有伞衣面料“高强重比+零透气量”的加工要求。
为了实现上述目的,本发明一方面提供一种涂层锦丝绸的加工方法,该加工方法包括如下步骤:将锦丝绸经乳化除油处理后,采用含乙烯基聚氨酯浆和含乙烯基聚丙烯酸酯的涂层浆进行涂层整理,然后轧光即得。
本发明中,采用低细度高强度的锦纶单丝为原料,赋予织物较高强度和较低克重,降低了锦丝绸面料自身的重量,满足了伞衣面料高强重比的加工要求;涂层锦丝绸的涂层整理浆采用反应性聚氨酯预聚体(即含乙烯基的聚氨酯)和含乙烯基聚丙烯酸酯进行自由基反应,在锦丝绸表面形成界面连续、结构致密且弹性优良的复合树脂薄膜,单面压差或拉伸状态下能达到零透气量。
优选地,所述锦丝绸采用20~30旦尼儿锦纶66单丝平纹组织织造而成,所述单丝的强度≥8.5g/旦尼儿。
采用上述单丝和织造方法织造而成的锦丝绸具有较高强度和较低克重,满足高强重比要求。
具体地,所述乳化除油处理方法为:将所述锦丝绸浸渍于含有浓度为2.5~5g/L的阴离子净洗剂中,在40~80℃下处理10~20min。
上述技术方案可以有效除去锦丝绸表面油污。阴离子净洗剂采用阴离子聚丙烯酰胺。
具体地,所述涂层整理方法为:将经乳化除油处理后的所述锦丝绸浸渍于含有浓度为10~20g/L含乙烯基聚氨酯、5~10g/L含乙烯基聚丙烯酸酯、5~10g/L乳化剂、5~10g/L增稠剂和1~2g/L引发剂的涂层浆中在85~95℃下烘焙处理10~15min。
乳化剂可以是如脂肪酸皂、磷酸盐、聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧丙烯醚、环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物等,增稠剂可以是阿拉伯胶、果胶、琼脂、羧甲基纤维素、丙二醇藻蛋白酸酯、甲基纤维素等。
进一步地,所述所述引发剂为过硫酸铵、偶氮二异丁腈、过氧化二苯甲酰和过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯中的一种或多种。
具体地,所述轧光处理工艺条件为:温度130~150℃,车速60~70m/min,轧点压力8~10kg。
优选地,所述含乙烯基聚氨酯为含有乙烯基的聚醚型或聚酯型聚氨酯。
优选地,所述含乙烯基聚丙烯酸酯为含有乙烯基的聚醚型或聚酯型聚氨酯。
进一步地,所述涂层浆中还含有乙烯基磷酸。
本发明第二方面提供一种涂层锦丝绸,该涂层锦丝绸由上述的加工方法加工而得。

2、在本发明的一个优选技术方案中,在涂层浆中添加乙烯基磷酸阻燃剂,在焙烘过程中有机磷单体与其他含乙烯基的反应物发生自由基聚合,显著提升了涂层锦丝绸的极限氧指数,获得良好的防灼和阻燃效果。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
实施例1
涂层锦丝绸的加工方法包括如下步骤:
(1)锦丝绸织造:以30旦尼儿锦纶66长丝采用平纹组织织造锦丝绸坯布,其中单丝强度9.2g/旦尼儿;
(2)乳化除油处理:将经步骤(1)织造的试样浸于40℃的含2.5g/L阴离子净洗剂的溶液中进行除油处理15min,然后水洗后烘干;
(3)涂层整理:将经步骤(2)处理的试样进行涂层整理,在85℃焙烘处理12min后得到涂层锦丝绸织物;涂层浆中含有:含乙烯基聚醚型聚氨酯大分子10g/L,含乙烯基聚丙烯酸酯5g/L,乳化剂5g/L,增稠剂5g/L,过硫酸铵1g/L;
(4)高温轧光:将经步骤(3)处理的试样在130℃高温条件下进行轧光处理;车速为60m/min,轧点压力为8kg。
实施例2
涂层锦丝绸的加工方法包括如下步骤:
(1)锦丝绸织造:以20旦尼儿锦纶66长丝采用平纹组织织造锦丝绸坯布,其中单丝强度8.5g/旦尼儿;
(2)乳化除油处理:将经步骤(1)织造的试样浸于80℃的含5g/L阴离子净洗剂的溶液中进行除油处理20min,然后水洗后烘干;
(3)涂层整理:将经步骤(2)处理的试样进行涂层整理,在95℃焙烘处理15min后得到涂层锦丝绸织物;涂层浆中含有:含乙烯基聚醚型聚氨酯大分子20g/L,含乙烯基聚丙烯酸酯10g/L,乳化剂10g/L,增稠剂10g/L,过氧化二苯甲酰1g/L,过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯1g/L;
(4)高温轧光:将经步骤(3)处理的试样在150℃高温条件下进行轧光处理;车速为70m/min,轧点压力为10kg。
实施例3
(1)锦丝绸织造:以30旦尼儿锦纶66长丝采用平纹组织织造锦丝绸坯布,其中单丝强度9.2g/旦尼儿;
(2)乳化除油处理:将经步骤(1)织造的试样浸于40℃的含2.5g/L阴离子净洗剂的溶液中进行除油处理15min,然后水洗后烘干;
(3)涂层整理:将经步骤(2)处理的试样进行涂层整理,在85℃焙烘处理12min后得到涂层锦丝绸织物;涂层浆中含有:含乙烯基聚醚型聚氨酯大分子10g/L,含乙烯基聚丙烯酸酯5g/L,乙烯基磷酸20g/L,乳化剂5g/L,增稠剂5g/L,过硫酸铵1g/L;
(4)高温轧光:将经步骤(3)处理的试样在130℃高温条件下进行轧光处理;车速为60m/min,轧点压力为8kg。
对比例1
以实施例1述及的工艺与方法步骤(1)~(4)进行涂层锦丝绸加工,其中步骤(3)处理中不添加含乙烯基聚醚型聚氨酯。
对比例2
以实施例1述及的工艺与方法步骤(1)、(2)进行锦丝绸加工,其他条件或者参数与实施例1一致。
对比例3
以实施例1述及的工艺与方法步骤(1)、(2)、(3)进行锦丝绸加工,其他条件或者参数与实施例1一致。
对比例4
以实施例1述及的工艺与方法步骤(1)、(2)、(4)进行锦丝绸加工,其他条件或者参数与实施例1一致。
对比例5
以实施例2述及的工艺与方法步骤(1)~(4)进行涂层锦丝绸加工,其中步骤(3)处理中不添加含乙烯基聚酯型聚氨酯。
对比例6
以实施例2述及的工艺与方法步骤(1)、(2)进行锦丝绸加工,其他条件或者参数与实施例2一致。
对比例7
以实施例2述及的工艺与方法步骤(1)、(2)、(3)进行锦丝绸加工,其他条件或者参数与实施例2一致。
对比例8
以实施例2述及的工艺与方法步骤(1)、(2)、(4)进行锦丝绸加工,其他条件或者参数与实施例2一致。
对比例9
以实施例3述及的工艺与方法步骤(1)~(4)进行涂层锦丝绸加工,其中步骤(3)处理中不添加含乙烯基聚酯型聚氨酯。
对比例10
以实施例3述及的工艺与方法步骤(1)、(2)进行锦丝绸加工,其他条件或者参数与实施例3一致。
对比例11
以实施例3述及的工艺与方法步骤(1)、(2)、(3)进行锦丝绸加工,其他条件或者参数与实施例3一致。
对比例12
以实施例3述及的工艺与方法步骤(1)、(2)、(4)进行锦丝绸加工,其他条件或者参数与实施例3一致。
性能检测
对实施例1~3和对比例1~12中锦丝绸织物,测定涂层锦丝绸织物标准大气条件下的单位平方米克重,参照GB/T3923.1-2013测定试样断裂强力,参照GB/T5453-1997测定试样的透气量,参照GB/T5454-1997氧指数法测定极限氧指数LOI值。并计算强重比(强力/克重),结果见表1。
表1性能检测结果
由表1可知:
a.经本发明述及的方法处理后的试样(实施例1、实施例2、实施例3)强重比分别高于各自的对比样,织物透气量为0,表明本发明中采用的乙烯基预聚体通过自由基反应后形成的锦丝绸涂层具有较好的结构完整性和可形变能力,阻燃效果也较好(实施例3、对比例9-对比例12),满足伞衣面料高强重比、低透气量和防灼性能的应用要求。
b.采用常规涂层整理处方(即不含乙烯基聚氨酯和乙烯基磷酸)加工的试样(对比例1、对比例5和对比例9)强重比与本发明述及的试样(实施例1、实施例2、实施例3)相近,但仍具有一定的透气量,且阻燃效果较差。
c.不经过涂层整理和轧光加工的试样(对比例2、对比例6、对比例10)强重比也与本发明述及的涂层锦丝绸试样(实施例1、实施例2、实施例3)相近,但由于未进行涂层整理,因此试样的透气量较大,且阻燃效果较差。
d.不经过轧光加工的试样(对比例3、对比例7、对比例11)强重比与本发明述及方法处理的涂层锦丝绸试样(实施例1、实施例2、实施例3)相近,但由于未进行轧光整理,试样组织点存在少量间隙,使得织物仍具有一定的透气量,阻燃效果与实施例对应的样品较接近。
e.不经过涂层整理处理的试样(对比例4、对比例8、对比例12)强重比与本发明述及的涂层锦丝绸试样(实施例1、实施例2、实施例3)也相近,但由于未涂层整理,织物组织点存在间隙,表现为锦丝绸织物的透气量很大,且阻燃效果较差。
以上结合实施例详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式,但是,本发明并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本发明的技术构思范围内,可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种简单变型,这些简单变型均属于本发明的保护范围。
另外需要说明的是,在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征,在不矛盾的情况下,可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合,为了避免不必要的重复,本发明对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。
此外,本发明的各种不同的实施方式之间也可以进行任意组合,只要其不违背本发明的思想,其同样应当视为本发明所公开的内容。
Claims (10)
1.一种涂层锦丝绸的加工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:将锦丝绸经乳化除油处理后,采用含乙烯基聚氨酯浆和含乙烯基聚丙烯酸酯的涂层浆进行涂层整理,然后轧光即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涂层锦丝绸的加工方法,其特征在于,所述锦丝绸采用20~30旦尼儿锦纶66单丝平纹组织织造而成,所述单丝的强度≥8.5g/旦尼儿。
3.根据权利要求1所述的涂层锦丝绸的加工方法,其特征在于,所述乳化除油处理方法为:将所述锦丝绸浸渍于含有浓度为2.5~5g/L的阴离子净洗剂中,在40~80℃下处理10~20min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的涂层锦丝绸的加工方法,其特征在于,所述涂层整理方法为:将经乳化除油处理后的所述锦丝绸浸渍于含有浓度为10~20g/L含乙烯基聚氨酯、5~10g/L含乙烯基聚丙烯酸酯、5~10g/L乳化剂、5~10g/L增稠剂和1~2g/L引发剂的涂层浆中在85~95℃下烘焙处理10~15min。
5.根据权利要求4所述的涂层锦丝绸的加工方法,其特征在于,所述所述引发剂为过硫酸铵、偶氮二异丁腈、过氧化二苯甲酰和过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的涂层锦丝绸的加工方法,其特征在于,所述轧光处理工艺条件为:温度130~150℃,车速60~70m/min,轧点压力8~10kg。
7.根据权利要求1所述的涂层锦丝绸的加工方法,其特征在于,所述含乙烯基聚氨酯为含有乙烯基的聚醚型或聚酯型聚氨酯。
8.根据权利要求1所述的涂层锦丝绸的加工方法,其特征在于,所述含乙烯基聚丙烯酸酯为含有乙烯基的聚醚型或聚酯型聚氨酯。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的涂层锦丝绸的加工方法,其特征在于,所述涂层浆中还含有乙烯基磷酸。
10.一种涂层锦丝绸,其特征在于,由根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的加工方法加工而得。
