背景技术
羽绒服是现代人们冬天首选的保暖衣物之一。现有的羽绒服的保暖、蓄热、防水抗污等功能已经不能满足人们的需求。可反射热能的羽绒服面料逐渐成为了羽绒服面料主流的研究方向。
人体通过四种方式向外散热:一是皮肤通过向周围环境放射电磁波而达到散热目的,这个过程不需要任何物理媒介;二是通过和其他物质直接接触而达到散热目的;三是在人体和物质之间通过液体或者气体之间的流通而传递热量;四是通过汗液蒸发散发热量。热能反射试验,是在样品表面上涂一层铝膜,光滑的表面可以反射无线电波、红外线、紫外线、可见光、X射线等。其中,它反射的人体辐射出的大量红外线,避免了在寒冷环境下的人体热量流失。实验室检测证明:铝膜作为热能反射微片,可以反射75%的红外射线,保暖效果明显,但是将纯铝膜应用到羽绒服里料上,难度巨大,仅仅在特殊需要的行业中,而且铝膜易碎易开裂,舒适感差,而且质量大,不能作为常用羽绒服里料。因此,提出一种带有热能反射微片的羽绒服里料。

(1)将功能颗粒均匀喷涂在布料基材的上半面,通过压制使得功能颗粒进入到布料基材的孔隙中,再向布料基材的上表面喷涂一层固化溶液,压制后获得面料A;
(2)将热能反射微片均匀喷涂在面料A布料基材的下半面,通过压制使得热能反射微片进入到布料基材的孔隙中,然后再喷涂一层热能反射微片至布料基材的下半面经过压制形成反射层,再向布料基材的上表面喷涂一层固化溶液,压制后获得面料B;
(3)将棉线网格经过抗菌处理后涂布胶粘剂,热压至面料B反射层表面,采用皂洗剂进行皂洗,再热洗和冷洗,自然晾干后获得羽绒服里料。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述布料基材为尼丝纺、春亚纺和涤塔纺中的一种。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述功能颗粒包括质量比为1:1的防静电抗菌颗粒和防老化颗粒。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述防静电抗菌颗粒的制备步骤为:将4,4'–二胺基二苯醚溶入极性溶剂中,然后将纳米二氧化钛颗粒加入溶液,再加入均苯四甲酸二酐,在氮气环境下,充分搅拌制备出聚酰亚胺酸二氧化钛混合液,在4-10MPa压力环境下离心去除上清液烘干沉淀物,获得的防静电抗菌颗粒。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述防老化颗粒的制备步骤为:向抗氧剂1076中加入三羧基苯硼酸和交联剂的混合物,获得混合溶液,混合溶液在40-60℃条件下保温1-2h,经过离心洗涤、冷冻干燥后获得反应产物,向反应产物中加入超支化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、酮类溶剂,混合充分搅拌均匀,离心后烘干沉淀物,获得防老化颗粒。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述热能反射微片具体为片状铝粉,所述片状铝粉具体制备步骤:将正硅酸乙酯、硅烷偶联剂溶于异丙醇中混合均匀,得到混合液,将油性铝银浆分散至醇醚溶剂中加热搅拌均匀后加入催化剂,再向其中滴加混合液,反应得到铝银浆;将钛酸酯和乙酰丙酮、异丙醇混合均匀后滴加至铝银浆中,反应后依次经过固液分离、低温干燥以及高温煅烧后,获得片状铝粉。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述固化溶液包括60%-70%纤维胶、10%-20%硬脂酸钠和10%-20%聚乙烯醇、1-5%丙二胺、1-5%三羟甲基丙烷。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤(3)中棉线网格经过抗菌处理的具体步骤为:将棉线网格浸泡在体积浓度为30%的水杨酸中,然后捞出沥干采用含氟拒水剂浸泡处理后捞出烘干。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤(3)中皂洗和热洗的温度为96-108℃。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明带有热能反射微片的羽绒服里料,利用布料基材本身的孔隙,正反面分别填充功能颗粒和热能反射微片,不仅使得布料极材具备抗菌、防撕裂、抗静电、热能反射,而且可以避免多层面料复合,增加面料的重量,而且在热能反射微片的外层设有棉线网格,增加穿着舒适度。
具体实施方式
下面对本申请作进一步详细描述,有必要在此指出的是,以下具体实施方式只用于对本申请进行进一步的说明,不能理解为对本申请保护范围的限制,该领域的技术人员可以根据上述申请内容对本申请作出一些非本质的改进和调整。
实施例1
本实施例中带有热能反射微片的羽绒服里料,羽绒服里料包括布料基材,布料基材的上半部分填充有功能颗粒,且布料基材的下半部分填充有热能反射微片,且热能反射微片的外表面设有棉线网格,羽绒服里料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)功能颗粒与布料基材结合:
a、防静电抗菌颗粒的制备步骤为:将4,4'–二胺基二苯醚溶入极性溶剂中,然后将纳米二氧化钛颗粒加入溶液,再加入均苯四甲酸二酐,在氮气环境下,充分搅拌制备出聚酰亚胺酸二氧化钛混合液,在4-10MPa压力环境下离心去除上清液烘干沉淀物,获得的防静电抗菌颗粒;
b、防老化颗粒的制备步骤为:向抗氧剂1076中加入三羧基苯硼酸和交联剂的混合物,获得混合溶液,混合溶液在40-60℃条件下保温1-2h,经过离心洗涤、冷冻干燥后获得反应产物,向反应产物中加入超支化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、酮类溶剂,混合充分搅拌均匀,离心后烘干沉淀物,获得防老化颗粒;
c、将防静电抗菌颗粒和防老化颗粒按照1:1质量比混合形成功能颗粒,按100-200g/m2均匀喷涂在布料基材的上半面,通过压制使得功能颗粒进入到布料基材的孔隙中,再向布料基材的上表面喷涂一层固化溶液,压制后获得面料A;
(2)热能反射微片与布料基材结合:
a、将正硅酸乙酯、硅烷偶联剂溶于异丙醇中混合均匀,得到混合液,将油性铝银浆分散至醇醚溶剂中加热搅拌均匀后加入催化剂,再向其中滴加混合液,反应得到铝银浆;将钛酸酯和乙酰丙酮、异丙醇混合均匀后滴加至铝银浆中,反应后依次经过固液分离、低温干燥以及高温煅烧后,获得片状铝粉,即热能反射微片;
b、将热能反射微片均匀喷涂在面料A布料基材的下半面,通过压制使得热能反射微片进入到布料基材的孔隙中,然后再喷涂一层热能反射微片至布料基材的下半面经过压制形成反射层,再向布料基材的上表面喷涂一层固化溶液,压制后获得面料B;
(3)成品
a、将棉线网格浸泡在体积浓度为30%的水杨酸中,然后捞出沥干采用含氟拒水剂浸泡处理后捞出烘干;
b、将棉线网格经过抗菌处理后涂布胶粘剂,热压至面料B反射层表面,采用皂洗剂进行皂洗再热洗,皂洗和热洗的温度为96-108℃,再经过冷洗,自然晾干后获得羽绒服里料。
其中,布料基材为尼丝纺、春亚纺和涤塔纺中的一种;固化溶液包括60%-70%纤维胶、10%-20%硬脂酸钠和10%-20%聚乙烯醇、1-5%丙二胺、1-5%三羟甲基丙烷。
对比例1
本对比例中的羽绒服里料,羽绒服里料包括布料基材,布料基材的上半部分填充有功能颗粒,且布料基材的下半部分填充有热能反射微片,且热能反射微片的外表面设有棉线网格,羽绒服里料的制备方法中除步骤(1)中无防静电抗菌颗粒,其余步骤同实施例1。
对比例2
本对比例中的羽绒服里料,羽绒服里料包括布料基材,布料基材的上半部分填充有功能颗粒,且布料基材的下半部分填充有热能反射微片,且热能反射微片的外表面设有棉线网格,羽绒服里料的制备方法中除步骤(1)中无防老化颗粒,其余步骤同实施例1。
对比例3
本对比例中的羽绒服里料,羽绒服里料包括布料基材,布料基材的上半部分填充有功能颗粒,且布料基材的下半部分填充有热能反射微片,且热能反射微片的外表面设有棉线网格,羽绒服里料的制备方法中除步骤(1)中:无功能颗粒的喷涂和固化以及压制,仅在布料基材的上半面喷涂防静电涂层,即获得面料A;步骤(2)中:直接在布料基材的下半面喷涂热能反射微片,无压制步骤,其余步骤同实施例1。
对比例4
本对比例中的羽绒服里料,羽绒服里料包括布料基材,布料基材的上半部分填充有功能颗粒,且布料基材的下半部分填充有热能反射微片,且热能反射微片的外表面设有棉线网格,羽绒服里料的制备方法中步骤(2)无热能反射微片,仅喷涂固化溶液,步骤(3)的棉线网格热压在仅喷涂固化溶液的布料基材上,其余步骤同实施例1。
对比例5
本对比例中的羽绒服里料,羽绒服里料包括布料基材,布料基材的上半部分填充有功能颗粒,且布料基材的下半部分填充有热能反射微片,且热能反射微片的外表面设有棉线网格,羽绒服里料的制备方法中步骤(2)中热能反射微片仅是将油性铝银浆固液分离、干燥后获得的铝粉,其余步骤同实施例1。
为了验证本发明中带有热能反射微片的羽绒服里料的效果,对实施例和对比例制备的面料进行以下试验。
1、针对实施例和对比例制备而成的面料,将玻璃杯中放满100℃的水,再将玻璃杯包裹在样品面料中,放入10℃的环境中,1min后测量面料外表面温度,30min后测量玻璃杯水温。取相同面积样品,抗静电性能以面料表面的比电阻Rs(每平方单位试样对应边间的电阻)来表示。结果如表1所示。
通过上表可看出,本发明制备的面料隔热性和抗静电性能优异,且从表格中可以看出,热能反射微片的添加对面料的隔热性、保温性以及产生有利的影响,在10℃的环境中,实施例1中的水温丝毫没有下降,对比例4-5中的水温大幅度下降,说明本发明制备的面料具有可反射升温、保温性强的效果,从实施例1和对比例1可看出,防静电抗菌颗粒对面料的抗静电性起到较大的影响,从对比例3可看出,虽然隔热性保暖性的效果优异,但是其质量大,厚度大,影响穿着体验感。
2、针对实施例和对比例制备而成的面料,根据GB/T 3923.1-2013《纺织品-织物拉伸性能》对样品进行拉伸试验。结果如表2所示。
注释:老化为将样品面料放置到紫外箱中老化120h后再进行试验。
通过上表可看出,本发明制备的复合面料抗断裂性能和弹力性能优异,从实施例1和对比例1可看出,防静电抗菌颗粒的添加对面料的抗断裂性能起到决定性的作用,但同时防静电抗菌颗粒影响断裂伸长率,从对比例2可看出,实施例的防老化效果主要由防老化颗粒影响,同时制备方法也对其产生一定的影响,从对比例4可看出,热能反射微片使得面料的抗断裂性和弹力减小,尤其是未经过处理的热能反射微片。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种带有热能反射微片的羽绒服里料,其特征在于,所述羽绒服里料包括布料基材,所述布料基材的上半部分填充有功能颗粒,且所述布料基材的下半部分填充有热能反射微片,且所述热能反射微片的外表面设有棉线网格。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有热能反射微片的羽绒服里料,其特征在于,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将功能颗粒均匀喷涂在布料基材的上半面,通过压制使得功能颗粒进入到布料基材的孔隙中,再向布料基材的上表面喷涂一层固化溶液,压制后获得面料A;
(2)将热能反射微片均匀喷涂在面料A布料基材的下半面,通过压制使得热能反射微片进入到布料基材的孔隙中,然后再喷涂一层热能反射微片至布料基材的下半面经过压制形成反射层,再向布料基材的上表面喷涂一层固化溶液,压制后获得面料B;
(3)将棉线网格经过抗菌处理后涂布胶粘剂,热压至面料B反射层表面,采用皂洗剂进行皂洗,再热洗和冷洗,自然晾干后获得羽绒服里料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种带有热能反射微片的羽绒服里料,其特征在于,所述布料基材为尼丝纺、春亚纺和涤塔纺中的一种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种带有热能反射微片的羽绒服里料,其特征在于,所述功能颗粒包括质量比为1:1的防静电抗菌颗粒和防老化颗粒。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种带有热能反射微片的羽绒服里料,其特征在于,所述防静电抗菌颗粒的制备步骤为:将4,4'–二胺基二苯醚溶入极性溶剂中,然后将纳米二氧化钛颗粒加入溶液,再加入均苯四甲酸二酐,在氮气环境下,充分搅拌制备出聚酰亚胺酸二氧化钛混合液,在4-10MPa压力环境下离心去除上清液烘干沉淀物,获得的防静电抗菌颗粒。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种带有热能反射微片的羽绒服里料,其特征在于,所述防老化颗粒的制备步骤为:向抗氧剂1076中加入三羧基苯硼酸和交联剂的混合物,获得混合溶液,混合溶液在40-60℃条件下保温1-2h,经过离心洗涤、冷冻干燥后获得反应产物,向反应产物中加入超支化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、酮类溶剂,混合充分搅拌均匀,离心后烘干沉淀物,获得防老化颗粒。
