Abstract
本发明涉及一种可反射升温的羽绒服面料及其制备方法,属于面料技术领域,所述面料包括内基层、中间基层、外基层,所述内基层和外基层分别通过热压复合在中间基层两面,(1)将普通聚酰亚胺纤维布依次经过酸洗、催化剂浸渍、碳化处理、活化处理后,获得面料A,然后向面料A表面均匀喷涂片状铝粉,再采用蜂窝状透明网格薄膜热压到面料A的铝粉面,获得内基层;(2)向基础布料中依次浸入防老化剂、玻璃微珠和树脂,经过加固处理后获得外基层;(3)将氨纶弹性纤维和聚酯纤维作为经纬线加捻织造,获得中间基层。本发明采用聚酰亚胺纤维作为内基层,将铝粉处理过后喷涂在内基层上,不仅有反射升温的效果,还能增加面料的抗静电性。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于面料技术领域,具体涉及一种可反射升温的羽绒服面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
人体通过四种方式向外散热:一是皮肤通过向周围环境放射电磁波而达到散热目的,这个过程不需要任何物理媒介;二是通过和其他物质直接接触而达到散热目的;三是在人体和物质之间通过液体或者气体之间的流通而传递热量;四是通过汗液蒸发散发热量。
热能反射试验,是在样品表面上涂一层铝膜,光滑的表面可以反射无线电波、红外线、紫外线、可见光、X射线等。其中,它反射的人体辐射出的大量红外线,避免了在寒冷环境下的人体热量流失。实验室检测证明:铝膜可以反射75%的红外射线,保暖效果明显,但是将纯铝膜应用到面料上,难度巨大,仅仅在特殊需要的行业中,而且铝膜易碎易开裂,不能作为常用羽绒服面料。因此,提出一种可反射升温的羽绒服面料及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种设计合理的一种可反射升温的羽绒服面料及其制备方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
本发明提供了一种可反射升温的羽绒服面料的制备方法,所述面料包括内基层、中间基层、外基层,所述内基层和外基层分别通过热压复合在中间基层两面,包括以下步骤:
(1)将普通聚酰亚胺纤维布依次经过酸洗、催化剂浸渍、碳化处理、活化处理后,获得面料A,然后向面料A表面均匀喷涂片状铝粉,再采用蜂窝状透明网格薄膜热压到面料A的铝粉面,获得内基层;
(2)向基础布料中依次浸入防老化剂、玻璃微珠和树脂,经过加固处理后获得外基层;
(3)将氨纶弹性纤维和聚酯纤维作为经纬线加捻织造,获得中间基层;
(4)在中间基层的两面均匀喷涂胶粘剂,然后将内基层、外基层复合在中间基层两面,采用皂洗剂进行皂洗,再热洗和冷洗,自然晾干后获得成品面料。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤(1)中片状铝粉的具体制备步骤:将正硅酸乙酯、硅烷偶联剂溶于异丙醇中混合均匀,得到混合液,将油性铝银浆分散至醇醚溶剂中加热搅拌均匀后加入催化剂,再向其中滴加混合液,反应得到铝银浆;将钛酸酯和乙酰丙酮、异丙醇混合均匀后滴加至铝银浆中,反应后依次经过固液分离、低温干燥以及高温煅烧后,获得片状铝粉。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤(1)中面料A的制备步骤具体为:将普通聚酰亚胺纤维采用体积浓度为20-30%的果酸进行酸洗20-30min,然后捞出沥干采用磷酸二氢铵催化浸渍20-30min,再放入温度为600-800℃且氮气环境的连续碳化炉中热处理40-60min,最后放入400-500℃水蒸气活化炉中加热处理20-30min。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤(2)中的基础布料为高密尼丝纺、高密春亚纺和高密涤塔纺中的一种。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述防老化剂的制备步骤为:向亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂中加入三羧基苯硼酸和交联剂的混合物,获得混合溶液,混合溶液在40-60℃条件下保温1-2h,经过离心洗涤、冷冻干燥后获得反应产物,向反应产物中加入超支化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、酮类溶剂,混合充分搅拌均匀,离心后烘干沉淀物,获得防老化剂。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤(2)中的玻璃微珠的粒径为350-400目、圆整度≥98%、失透率<3%、折射率1.9-2.0。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述基础布料、防老化剂、玻璃微珠、树脂质量配比为(10-20):(1-6):(1-5):(1-12)。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤(3)中,将氨纶弹性纤维和聚酯纤维按照质量比为(0.8-1):(0.1-0.3)纺织。
作为本发明的进一步改进,按质量百分比计,所述胶粘剂包括60%-70%纤维胶、10%-20%硬脂酸钠和10%-20%聚乙烯醇、1-5%丙二胺、1-5%三羟甲基丙烷。
本发明还提供了一种可反射升温的羽绒服面料,由上述制备方法制成。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明可反射升温的羽绒服面料,采用聚酰亚胺纤维作为内基层,将铝粉处理过后喷涂在内基层上,不仅有反射升温的效果,还能增加面料的抗静电性,采用氨纶弹性纤维和聚酯纤维作为中间基材,同时与内基层复合,使得面料在具备优异弹性的效果还具有良好的抗撕裂性;采用包含防老化剂和玻璃微珠的基础布料且在基础布料内部浸入树脂,增加面料表面的光滑度,通过玻璃微珠的物理性能,使得面料隔热保暖,增加面料的表面抗氧化性能,还具有防老化的效果。
具体实施方式
下面对本申请作进一步详细描述,有必要在此指出的是,以下具体实施方式只用于对本申请进行进一步的说明,不能理解为对本申请保护范围的限制,该领域的技术人员可以根据上述申请内容对本申请作出一些非本质的改进和调整。
实施例1
本实施例中的可反射升温的羽绒服面料,面料包括内基层、中间基层、外基层,内基层和外基层分别通过热压复合在中间基层两面,由以下步骤制备:
(1)将正硅酸乙酯、硅烷偶联剂溶于异丙醇中混合均匀,得到混合液,将油性铝银浆分散至醇醚溶剂中加热搅拌均匀后加入催化剂,再向其中滴加混合液,反应得到铝银浆,将钛酸酯和乙酰丙酮、异丙醇混合均匀后滴加至铝银浆中,反应后依次经过固液分离、150℃的低温干燥以及450℃的高温煅烧后,获得片状铝粉;将普通聚酰亚胺纤维采用体积浓度为20-30%的果酸进行酸洗20-30min,然后捞出沥干采用磷酸二氢铵催化浸渍20-30min,再放入温度为600-800℃且氮气环境的连续碳化炉中热处理40-60min,最后放入400-500℃水蒸气活化炉中加热处理20-30min,获得面料A,然后向面料A表面均匀喷涂片状铝粉,再采用蜂窝状透明网格薄膜热压到面料A的铝粉面,获得内基层;
(2)向亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂中加入三羧基苯硼酸和交联剂的混合物,获得混合溶液,混合溶液在40-60℃条件下保温1-2h,经过离心洗涤、冷冻干燥后获得反应产物,向反应产物中加入超支化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、酮类溶剂,混合充分搅拌均匀,离心后烘干沉淀物,获得防老化剂;向基础布料高密尼丝纺中依次浸入防老化剂、玻璃微珠和树脂,其中基础布料、防老化剂、玻璃微珠、树脂的质量配比为10:1:1:1,经过加固处理后获得外基层;其中,玻璃微珠的粒径为350-400目、圆整度≥98%、失透率<3%、折射率1.9-2.0。
(3)将氨纶弹性纤维和聚酯纤维作为经纬线加捻织造,氨纶弹性纤维和聚酯纤维按照质量比为(0.8-1):(0.1-0.3),获得中间基层;
(4)在中间基层的两面均匀喷涂胶粘剂,然后将内基层、外基层复合在中间基层两面,采用皂洗剂进行皂洗,再热洗和冷洗,自然晾干后获得成品面料。其中,按质量百分比计,胶粘剂包括60%-70%纤维胶、10%-20%硬脂酸钠和10%-20%聚乙烯醇、1-5%丙二胺、1-5%三羟甲基丙烷。
实施例2
本实施例中的可反射升温的羽绒服面料,面料包括内基层、中间基层、外基层,内基层和外基层分别通过热压复合在中间基层两面,其中,除制备方法中步骤(2),基础布料、防老化剂、玻璃微珠、树脂的质量配比为20:6:5:12,其余同实施例1。
实施例3
本实施例中的可反射升温的羽绒服面料,面料包括内基层、中间基层、外基层,内基层和外基层分别通过热压复合在中间基层两面,其中,除制备方法中步骤(2),基础布料、防老化剂、玻璃微珠、树脂的质量配比为15:4:5:6,其余同实施例1。
对比例1
本对比例中的可反射升温的羽绒服面料,面料包括内基层、中间基层、外基层,内基层和外基层分别通过热压复合在中间基层两面,其中,除制备方法中步骤(1)不添加片状铝粉,其余同实施例3。
对比例2
本对比例中的可反射升温的羽绒服面料,面料包括内基层、中间基层、外基层,内基层和外基层分别通过热压复合在中间基层两面,其中,除制备方法中步骤(1)的片状铝粉为油性铝银浆经过固液分离和干燥后获得,其余同实施例3。
对比例3
本对比例中的可反射升温的羽绒服面料,面料包括内基层、中间基层、外基层,内基层和外基层分别通过热压复合在中间基层两面,其中,除制备方法中步骤(1)中采用普通聚酰亚胺纤维布,其余同实施例3。
对比例4
本对比例中的可反射升温的羽绒服面料,面料包括内基层、中间基层、外基层,内基层和外基层分别通过热压复合在中间基层两面,其中,除制备方法中步骤(2)中,不添加防老化剂,其余同实施例3。

本对比例中的可反射升温的羽绒服面料,面料包括内基层、中间基层、外基层,内基层和外基层分别通过热压复合在中间基层两面,其中,除制备方法中步骤(2)中,防老化剂中不添加三羧基苯硼酸和超支化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,其余同实施例3。
对比例6
本对比例中的可反射升温的羽绒服面料,面料包括内基层、中间基层、外基层,内基层和外基层分别通过热压复合在中间基层两面,其中,除制备方法中步骤(2)中,不添加玻璃微珠,其余同实施例3。
对比例7
本对比例中的可反射升温的羽绒服面料,面料包括内基层、中间基层、外基层,内基层和外基层分别通过热压复合在中间基层两面,其中,除制备方法中步骤(4)中,胶粘剂包括100%纤维胶,其余同实施例3。
为了验证本发明中可反射升温的羽绒服面料的效果,对实施例和对比例制备的面料进行以下试验。
1、针对实施例和对比例制备而成的面料,将玻璃杯中放满100℃的水,再将玻璃杯包裹在样品面料中,放入10℃的环境中,1min后测量面料外表面温度,30min后测量玻璃杯水温。取相同面积样品,抗静电性能以面料表面的比电阻Rs(每平方单位试样对应边间的电阻)来表示。结果如表1所示。
通过上表可看出,本发明制备的面料隔热性和抗静电性能优异,且从表格中可以看出,玻璃微珠的添加以及聚酰亚胺纤维对面料的隔热性产生影响,同时从实施例1-3和对比例3可看出,聚酰亚胺纤维对面料的抗静电性起到较大的影响,在10℃的环境中,实施例1-3中的水温丝毫没有下降,对比例1-2中的水温大幅度下降,说明本发明制备的面料具有可反射升温、保温性强的效果。
2、针对实施例和对比例制备而成的面料,根据GB/T 3923.1-2013《纺织品-织物拉伸性能》对样品进行拉伸试验以及根据GB/T 3917.3-2009《纺织品-织物撕破性能》对样品进行撕裂性能试验。结果如表2所示。
注释:老化为将样品面料放置到紫外箱中老化120h后再进行试验。
通过上表可看出,本发明制备的复合面料抗撕裂性能优异,从实施例1-3和对比例3可看出,聚酰亚胺纤维的添加对面料的抗撕裂性能起到决定性的作用,同时未经过处理的聚酰亚胺纤维虽然具有一定的抗撕裂性,但效果相对较差,但是聚酰亚胺纤维和玻璃微珠的添加影响面料的弹性,通过调整质量比,达到实施例中较好的效果,通过实施例1-3和对比例4-5可看出,防老化剂的添加使得面料的抗老化性能增加,从对比例6可看出,玻璃微珠影响面料的抗撕裂性,但是增加面料的抗老化性能。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种可反射升温的羽绒服面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述面料包括内基层、中间基层、外基层,所述内基层和外基层分别通过热压复合在中间基层两面,包括以下步骤:
(1)将普通聚酰亚胺纤维布依次经过酸洗、催化剂浸渍、碳化处理、活化处理后,获得面料A,然后向面料A表面均匀喷涂片状铝粉,再采用蜂窝状透明网格薄膜热压到面料A的铝粉面,获得内基层;
(2)向基础布料中依次浸入防老化剂、玻璃微珠和树脂,经过加固处理后获得外基层;
(3)将氨纶弹性纤维和聚酯纤维作为经纬线加捻织造,获得中间基层;
(4)在中间基层的两面均匀喷涂胶粘剂,然后将内基层、外基层复合在中间基层两面,采用皂洗剂进行皂洗,再热洗和冷洗,自然晾干后获得成品面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可反射升温的羽绒服面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中面料A的制备步骤具体为:将普通聚酰亚胺纤维采用体积浓度为20-30%的果酸进行酸洗20-30min,然后捞出沥干采用磷酸二氢铵催化浸渍20-30min,再放入温度为600-800℃且氮气环境的连续碳化炉中热处理40-60min,最后放入400-500℃水蒸气活化炉中加热处理20-30min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可反射升温的羽绒服面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中片状铝粉的具体制备步骤:将正硅酸乙酯、硅烷偶联剂溶于异丙醇中混合均匀,得到混合液,将油性铝银浆分散至醇醚溶剂中加热搅拌均匀后加入催化剂,再向其中滴加混合液,反应得到铝银浆;将钛酸酯和乙酰丙酮、异丙醇混合均匀后滴加至铝银浆中,反应后依次经过固液分离、低温干燥以及高温煅烧后,获得片状铝粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可反射升温的羽绒服面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中的基础布料为高密尼丝纺、高密春亚纺和高密涤塔纺中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可反射升温的羽绒服面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述防老化剂的制备步骤为:向亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂中加入三羧基苯硼酸和交联剂的混合物,获得混合溶液,混合溶液在40-60℃条件下保温1-2h,经过离心洗涤、冷冻干燥后获得反应产物,向反应产物中加入超支化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、酮类溶剂,混合充分搅拌均匀,离心后烘干沉淀物,获得防老化剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可反射升温的羽绒服面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中的玻璃微珠的粒径为350-400目、圆整度≥98%、失透率<3%、折射率1.9-2.0。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种可反射升温的羽绒服面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述基础布料、防老化剂、玻璃微珠、树脂质量配比为(10-20):(1-6):(1-5):(1-12)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种可反射升温的羽绒服面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,将氨纶弹性纤维和聚酯纤维按照质量比为(0.8-1):(0.1-0.3)纺织。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种可反射升温的羽绒服面料的制备方法,其特征在于,按质量百分比计,所述胶粘剂包括60%-70%纤维胶、10%-20%硬脂酸钠和10%-20%聚乙烯醇、1-5%丙二胺、1-5%三羟甲基丙烷。
10.一种可反射升温的羽绒服面料,其特征在于,由权利要求1-9任一所述的一种可反射升温的羽绒服面料的制备方法制成。
