本发明涉及一种水基含碳滑板涂料及其制备方法,属于耐火材料技术领域,该种水基含碳滑板涂料包括主料和外加剂;所述主料包括:鳞片石墨和去离子水;所述外加剂包括氮化硼、正丁醇、聚乙二醇和OP‑10乳化剂,鳞片石墨粒度为1000目。本发明公开的水基含碳滑板涂料的配方中,水基涂料保证使用过程中有足够的耐侵蚀性和润滑性,选择合适的石墨粒度来保证涂料存放过程中不易聚沉,同时加入合适的外加剂来保证涂料具有适当的粘性。石墨作为骨料提供良好的润滑性,氮化硼增强高温抗侵蚀性,聚乙二醇提高涂料粘度,正丁醇和OP‑10乳化剂作为结合剂防止涂料存放过程中聚沉。

本发明属于耐火材料技术领域,具体地,涉及一种水基含碳滑板涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
滑板作为滑动水口的滑动部件,在多次使用后,由于接触面的高温氧化及频繁摩擦,不可避免地出现表面脱碳、起毛等现象,滑板表面致密层的完整性被破坏,滑板操作的灵活程度及钢水流量控制的准确性降低。滑板涂料减少了滑板滑动阻力,大大增加了润滑效果,有效防止钢水在舌形区的粘附,使滑板寿命得到提高。现有开发的滑板涂料,其耐侵蚀性、润滑性受温度影响较大,存在储存稳定性差,影响其施工性能等问题。
发明内容
为了解决背景技术中提到的技术问题,本发明提供一种水基含碳滑板涂料及其制备方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种水基含碳滑板涂料,包括主料和外加剂;
所述主料包括:鳞片石墨和去离子水;所述外加剂包括氮化硼、正丁醇、聚乙二醇和OP-10乳化剂,鳞片石墨粒度为1000目。
主料及外加剂的重量百分比分别为:鳞片石墨25-32%、氮化硼1-7%、正丁醇0.1-2%、聚乙二醇2-6%、OP-10乳化剂1-4%,余量为去离子水。
进一步地,主料及外加剂的重量百分比分别为鳞片石墨29-31%、氮化硼4.5-5.5%、正丁醇1.5-2%、聚乙二醇4.5-5.5%、OP-10乳化剂2.5-3.5%;余量为去离子水。
进一步地,主料及外加剂的重量百分比分别为鳞片石墨30%、氮化硼5%、正丁醇2%、聚乙二醇5%、OP-10乳化剂3%;余量为去离子水。
进一步地,聚乙二醇为PEG-1000、PEG-1500中的一种。
一种水基含碳滑板涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将称取好的主料和外加剂加入搅拌机中,搅拌过程中加入去离子水,总的搅拌时间≥30min;搅拌结束后出料,阴凉干燥处保存。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明公开的水基含碳滑板涂料的配方中,水基涂料保证使用过程中有足够的耐侵蚀性和润滑性,选择合适的石墨粒度来保证涂料存放过程中不易聚沉,同时加入合适的外加剂来保证涂料具有适当的粘性。石墨作为骨料提供良好的润滑性,氮化硼增强高温抗侵蚀性,聚乙二醇提高涂料粘度,正丁醇和OP-10乳化剂作为结合剂防止涂料存放过程中聚沉。
本发明公开的水基含碳滑板涂料的配方中原料的配比合理、生产制造简单,存放周期长。制备的水基含碳滑板涂料涂抹在滑板上使用,涂料施工性能良好、润滑性强,有效地提高了钢铁冶金的生产效率。

第三步、混碾好的涂料按净重10±0.1kg放入广口塑料桶中,密封包装,放置在阴凉干燥处。放置一周后未出现分层现象,组织试生产小批量在钢厂试用,试用过程现场施工人员反映水基含碳滑板涂料施工性能良好。
