本发明公开了一种弹性耐沾污外墙涂料及其制备方法,该弹性耐沾污外墙涂料由以下质量百分比的原料组成:弹性丙烯酸乳液:30%~40%;填料:20%~24%;钛白粉:15%~20%;TiO2/SBA‑15:1%~5%;分散剂:0.6%~1.1%;消泡剂:0.4%~0.7%;润湿剂:0.6%~1.0%;增稠剂:0.7%~1.0%;杀菌剂:0.1%~0.3%;防腐剂:0.2%~0.3%;防霉剂:0.2%~0.4%;pH调节剂:0.1%~0.2%;防冻融助剂:0.6%~0.9%;成膜助剂:1.0%~1.2%;功能助剂:2%~5%;水:余量。将上述原料分批混合均匀,即可得到弹性耐沾污外墙涂料。本发明的弹性耐沾污外墙涂料形成的漆膜具有很好的弹性,漆膜较致密,污染物很难进入漆膜形成吸入性污染,耐沾污性能优异,远高于国家标准,且具有长效抗菌性,可有效避免漆膜发霉、生菌。

一种弹性耐沾污外墙涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种弹性耐沾污外墙涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
建筑物外墙面在进行表面装饰前,一般需要先涂覆一层水泥砂浆作为基层,用于将墙面抹平。水泥基材属于脆性材料,抗拉强度较低,当受到温度变化、干湿交替、冻融循环、墙体沉降等因素影响时,容易产生裂缝。例如,抹灰砂浆在硬化时,由于体积收缩而产生硬化裂缝;夏季多雨气温高,由于湿涨干缩的干湿变化而产生的干缩裂缝;冬季低温,下雨后积水冻融,由于水结冰体积膨胀而产生的冻融裂缝等。因此,建筑物外墙面表面装饰若使用普通外墙涂料,随着基层裂纹的产生和扩展,装饰涂层很容易开裂,弹性涂料才是最佳选择。
弹性涂料是一类以水为分散介质,弹性乳液为成膜物质,通过加入颜填料和助剂,经一定工艺过程合成的水性涂料,弹性涂料的弹性来源于具有弹性的乳液。丙烯酸乳液便属于弹性乳液,可以将其作为成膜物质来制备弹性涂料。然而,市售的弹性涂料虽然能满足弹性方面的需求,但耐沾污性和抗菌性普遍较差,很难满足我国环境污染严重、空气质量较差的国情,制约了其发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种弹性耐沾污外墙涂料及其制备方法。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种弹性耐沾污外墙涂料,由以下质量百分比的原料组成:弹性丙烯酸乳液:30%~40%;填料:20%~24%;钛白粉:15%~20%;TiO2/SBA-15:1%~5%;分散剂:0.6%~1.1%;消泡剂:0.4%~0.7%;润湿剂:0.6%~1.0%;增稠剂:0.7%~1.0%;杀菌剂:0.1%~0.3%;防腐剂:0.2%~0.3%;防霉剂:0.2%~0.4%;pH调节剂:0.1%~0.2%;防冻融助剂:0.6%~0.9%;成膜助剂:1.0%~1.2%;功能助剂:2%~5%;水:余量。
所述的填料为方解石粉、硅灰石粉、滑石粉、硫酸钡粉末、高岭土粉末、重钙粉中的至少一种。
所述的分散剂为聚羧酸盐、聚丙烯酸铵盐、羧酸共聚物、疏水改性共聚物铵盐中的至少一种。
所述的消泡剂为聚合物复合矿物油、金属皂类消泡剂、有机硅类消泡剂中的至少一种。
所述的润湿剂为烷基聚氧乙烯醚、环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物中的至少一种。
所述的增稠剂为改性羟乙基纤维素、聚氨酯、改性脲溶液中的至少一种。
所述的杀菌剂为嘧啶硫铜锌和氧化锌所组成的混合物。
所述的防腐剂为5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮和2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮所组成的混合物。
所述的防霉剂为2-苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯。
所述的pH调节剂为2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇。
所述的防冻融助剂为丙二醇。
所述的成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯。
所述的功能助剂为丙烯酸聚合物。
上述弹性耐沾污外墙涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)预混:将分散剂和润湿剂溶于水,加入增稠剂,混合至溶液成浆状,再加入pH调节剂、填料、TiO2/SBA-15和钛白粉,混合均匀;
2)调稀:取样,当粒度小于50μm时,加入杀菌剂、防腐剂、防霉剂、防冻融助剂、成膜助剂和功能助剂,混合均匀,再加入弹性丙烯酸乳液和消泡剂,混合均匀,得到弹性耐沾污外墙涂料。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的弹性耐沾污外墙涂料形成的漆膜具有很好的弹性,漆膜较致密,污染物很难进入漆膜形成吸入性污染,耐沾污性能优异,远高于国家标准,且具有长效抗菌性,可有效避免漆膜发霉、生菌。
1)本发明通过添加纳米粉体TiO2/SBA-15,TiO2经过光催化反应后激发出高活性氧化还原电子对,可以对微生物细菌和油性污染物进行分解,能够显著提高涂膜的耐沾污性,且将TiO2负载在SBA上,可以有效避免TiO2颗粒因为团聚而活性下降;
2)本发明通过添加弹性丙烯酸乳液,可以赋予漆膜弹性;
3)本发明通过添加含嘧啶硫铜锌的长效抗菌剂,可以赋予漆膜长效抗菌性,避免了漆膜发霉、生菌。
具体实施方式
一种弹性耐沾污外墙涂料,由以下质量百分比的原料组成:弹性丙烯酸乳液:30%~40%;填料:20%~24%;钛白粉:15%~20%;TiO2/SBA-15:1%~5%;分散剂:0.6%~1.1%;消泡剂:0.4%~0.7%;润湿剂:0.6%~1.0%;增稠剂:0.7%~1.0%;杀菌剂:0.1%~0.3%;防腐剂:0.2%~0.3%;防霉剂:0.2%~0.4%;pH调节剂:0.1%~0.2%;防冻融助剂:0.6%~0.9%;成膜助剂:1.0%~1.2%;功能助剂:2%~5%;水:余量。
优选的,所述的弹性丙烯酸乳液为纯丙乳液。
优选的,所述的填料为方解石粉、硅灰石粉、滑石粉、硫酸钡粉末、高岭土粉末、重钙粉中的至少一种。
进一步优选的,所述的填料为高岭土粉末、重钙粉中的至少一种。
优选的,所述的分散剂为聚羧酸盐、聚丙烯酸铵盐、羧酸共聚物、疏水改性共聚物铵盐中的至少一种。
进一步优选的,所述的分散剂为聚羧酸盐、聚丙烯酸铵盐中的至少一种。
优选的,所述的消泡剂为聚合物复合矿物油、金属皂类消泡剂、有机硅类消泡剂中的至少一种。
进一步优选的,所述的消泡剂为聚合物复合矿物油。

2)调稀:取样,当粒度小于50μm时,加入杀菌剂、防腐剂、防霉剂、防冻融助剂、成膜助剂和功能助剂,混合均匀,再加入弹性丙烯酸乳液和消泡剂,混合均匀,得到弹性耐沾污外墙涂料。

1.一种弹性耐沾污外墙涂料,其特征在于:由以下质量百分比的原料组成:弹性丙烯酸乳液:30%~40%;填料:20%~24%;钛白粉:15%~20%;TiO2/SBA-15:1%~5%;分散剂:0.6%~1.1%;消泡剂:0.4%~0.7%;润湿剂:0.6%~1.0%;增稠剂:0.7%~1.0%;杀菌剂:0.1%~0.3%;防腐剂:0.2%~0.3%;防霉剂:0.2%~0.4%;pH调节剂:0.1%~0.2%;防冻融助剂:0.6%~0.9%;成膜助剂:1.0%~1.2%;功能助剂:2%~5%;水:余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹性耐沾污外墙涂料,其特征在于:所述的填料为方解石粉、硅灰石粉、滑石粉、硫酸钡粉末、高岭土粉末、重钙粉中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的弹性耐沾污外墙涂料,其特征在于:所述的分散剂为聚羧酸盐、聚丙烯酸铵盐、羧酸共聚物、疏水改性共聚物铵盐中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的弹性耐沾污外墙涂料,其特征在于:所述的消泡剂为聚合物复合矿物油、金属皂类消泡剂、有机硅类消泡剂中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的弹性耐沾污外墙涂料,其特征在于:所述的润湿剂为烷基聚氧乙烯醚、环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的弹性耐沾污外墙涂料,其特征在于:所述的增稠剂为改性羟乙基纤维素、聚氨酯、改性脲溶液中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的弹性耐沾污外墙涂料,其特征在于:所述的杀菌剂为嘧啶硫铜锌和氧化锌所组成的混合物;所述的防腐剂为5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮和2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮所组成的混合物;所述的防霉剂为2-苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯。
8.根据权利要求1所述的弹性耐沾污外墙涂料,其特征在于:所述的pH调节剂为2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇。
9.根据权利要求1所述的弹性耐沾污外墙涂料,其特征在于:所述的防冻融助剂为丙二醇;所述的成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯;所述的功能助剂为丙烯酸聚合物。
10.权利要求1~9中任意一项所述的弹性耐沾污外墙涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)预混:将分散剂和润湿剂溶于水,加入增稠剂,混合至溶液成浆状,再加入pH调节剂、填料、TiO2/SBA-15和钛白粉,混合均匀;
2)调稀:取样,当粒度小于50μm时,加入杀菌剂、防腐剂、防霉剂、防冻融助剂、成膜助剂和功能助剂,混合均匀,再加入弹性丙烯酸乳液和消泡剂,混合均匀,得到弹性耐沾污外墙涂料。
