Wherein the pretreatment of the cypress leaves comprises the following steps: taking the cypress leaves, removing impurities, cleaning, airing, and cutting into sections, wherein each section is 0.5-1 cm.
The pretreatment of the black tea comprises the following steps: taking black tea, and cutting into segments, wherein each segment is 0.5-1 cm.
The pretreatment of the citronella comprises the following steps: taking citronella, removing impurities, cleaning, removing residual roots, and cutting into sections, wherein each section is 0.5-1 cm.
The pretreatment of the lysimachia foenum-graecum hance comprises the following steps: taking the root-carrying whole grass of lysimachia foenum-graecum hance, removing impurities and sediment on roots, cleaning, and cutting into sections, wherein each section is 0.5-1 cm.
The pretreatment of the mint comprises the following steps: taking stems and leaves of the mint, removing impurities, cleaning, and cutting into sections, wherein each section is 0.5-1 cm.
Example 2
The vehicle-mounted traditional Chinese medicine sachet provided in the embodiment is prepared by the following method:
(1) respectively pretreating the cypress leaves, the black tea, the citronella, the lysimachia foenum-graecum hance and the mint, drying and crushing at 40-50 ℃, and sieving by using a 80-mesh sieve to obtain traditional Chinese medicine powder; (2) weighing and mixing the traditional Chinese medicine powder, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine powder comprises, by mass, 20 parts of cypress leaves, 20 parts of black tea, 15 parts of citronella, 15 parts of lysimachia foenum-graecum hance and 30 parts of mint, weighing 80g of the mixed traditional Chinese medicine powder, filling the mixed traditional Chinese medicine powder into a material bag, sealing, and filling the material bag into a technical decorative bag to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine sachet.
Example 3
The vehicle-mounted traditional Chinese medicine sachet provided in the embodiment is prepared by the following method:
(1) respectively pretreating the cypress leaves, the black tea, the citronella, the lysimachia foenum-graecum hance and the mint, drying and crushing at 40-50 ℃, and sieving by using a 80-mesh sieve to obtain traditional Chinese medicine powder; (2) weighing and mixing the traditional Chinese medicine powder, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine powder comprises, by mass, 25 parts of cypress leaves, 15 parts of black tea, 10 parts of citronella, 10 parts of lysimachia foenum-graecum hance and 35 parts of mint, weighing 80g of the mixed traditional Chinese medicine powder, filling the mixed traditional Chinese medicine powder into a material bag, sealing, and filling the material bag into a technical decorative bag to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine sachet.
Examples 1 to 3 were tested as follows.
Test example 1
And (3) testing the anti-fatigue effect: the test group consisted of 40 volunteers (25-50 years old, 20 each of male and female). The test group is divided into four groups at random, and the four groups are respectively named as an experimental group 1, an experimental group 2, an experimental group 3 and a control group, and each group contains 5 men and women. The traditional Chinese medicine sachet of the embodiment 1 is placed in the vehicle of the experimental group 1, the traditional Chinese medicine sachet of the embodiment 2 is placed in the vehicle of the experimental group 2, the traditional Chinese medicine sachet of the embodiment 3 is placed in the vehicle of the experimental group 3, and the vehicle of the control group is not provided with any sachet or sprayed with any air freshener.
Each group of volunteers drives the corresponding vehicle respectively and drives the vehicle for 300 kilometers on the expressway in a silent mode. Then, the mental state, fatigue degree and carsickness degree of each group of volunteers were examined, and the results thereof are shown in the following table.

The test results in the table show that the traditional Chinese medicine sachet provided by the invention has obvious effects of resisting fatigue and carsickness and can refresh and restore consciousness.
Test example 2
And (3) testing the bacteriostatic and bactericidal effect: the test was performed by using a plate dilution method, wherein the test substance in the experimental group 1 was the mixed traditional Chinese medicine powder in the traditional Chinese medicine sachet of example 1, the test substance in the experimental group 2 was the mixed traditional Chinese medicine powder in the traditional Chinese medicine sachet of example 2, and the test substance in the experimental group 3 was the mixed traditional Chinese medicine powder in the traditional Chinese medicine sachet of example 3, and in addition, a drug-free control group was provided, and a phosphate buffer was added to the control group. The method comprises the following specific steps:
(1) the test bacteria are Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, and the 24h culture of agar slant is washed with phosphate buffer solution and made into 10-degree bacteria6～107cfu/mL of bacterial suspension is ready for use.
(2) Selecting a neutralizer: the phosphate buffer containing 2% lecithin, 0.5% sodium thiosulfate and 3% tween 80 was selected by the neutralizer selection test to meet the specified standards for neutralizers.
(3) Quantitative sterilization test of bacterial suspension: diluting the mixed traditional Chinese medicine powder in the traditional Chinese medicine sachet provided in the embodiment 1-3 with sterile water until the mass concentration is 10%, respectively filling 4.5mL of mixed traditional Chinese medicine powder solution, phosphate buffer solution and bacterial suspension into different test tubes, placing the test tubes in a water bath at 20 ℃ for preheating for 5min, respectively adding 0.5mL of bacterial suspension into an experimental group and a control group, uniformly mixing to obtain a bacterial-medicine mixed solution, and continuously placing the bacterial-medicine mixed solution in the water bath at 20 ℃ to enable the traditional Chinese medicine to act for 30 min; adding 0.5mL of the mixed solution of the bacteria and the medicines into a test tube containing 4.5mL of a neutralizing agent, uniformly mixing and neutralizing for 10min, inoculating 1mL of the solution after the action on a plate, pouring a culture medium, uniformly coating, culturing at a constant temperature of 37 ℃ for 24-28 h (48 h for staphylococcus aureus and 24h for escherichia coli), counting the number of viable bacteria, and calculating the sterilization rate. The results are shown in the following table:
the results in the table show that the mixed traditional Chinese medicine powder in the traditional Chinese medicine sachet provided by the invention has obvious sterilization and bacteriostasis effects and can improve the environment in closed spaces such as automobiles and the like.
Test example 3
And (4) testing toxic and side effects: the experimental mouse is normally raised in an empty cage and a cage hung with the traditional Chinese medicine sachet, the state of the mouse is observed, the observation time is 1 month, the mouse has no abnormal phenomenon in the period, the mouse is weighed, and the weight of the mouse has no obvious change, which shows that the traditional Chinese medicine sachet provided by the invention has small toxic or side effect and even has no toxic or side effect.
Claims (9)
1. A vehicle-mounted traditional Chinese medicine sachet is characterized in that: the traditional Chinese medicine sachet comprises the following components in parts by mass: 15-25 parts of cypress leaves, 15-25 parts of black tea, 10-20 parts of citronella, 10-20 parts of lysimachia foenum-graecum hance and 25-35 parts of mint, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) respectively pretreating cacumen Platycladi, black tea, herba Cymbopogonis Citrari, herba Lysimachiae Foenumgraeci and herba Menthae, oven drying, pulverizing, and sieving to obtain Chinese medicinal powder; (2) weighing the traditional Chinese medicine powder according to the required weight parts, mixing, filling into a material bag, sealing, and filling the material bag into a technical decorative bag to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine sachet.

The vehicle-mounted traditional Chinese medicine sachet of claim 1, wherein: the traditional Chinese medicine sachet comprises the following components in parts by mass: 20 parts of cypress leaves, 20 parts of black tea, 15 parts of citronella, 15 parts of lysimachia foenum-graecum hance and 30 parts of mint.
