Description

Skin care product obtained by biological fermentation technology and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care products, in particular to a skin care product obtained by utilizing a biological fermentation technology and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Water is indispensable for human metabolism, the water taken by human bodies every day reaches the surface of the skin of people very rarely and rarely, the skin is lack of water, a plurality of skin problems such as dead skin, wrinkling, greasy skin, blackhead and the like are caused, and the skin is dried and damaged from inside to outside due to the influence of dry environment, sun, environmental pollution, air conditioning, insufficient sleep and various pressures, so that the skin is dry and damaged, and is dry and loses elasticity, thereby causing the aging problem. If the skin of a human body is lack of moistening of sebum and moisture, the outermost epidermal cuticle layer is dried up, aging is accelerated, desquamation occurs, and the air conditioner can also pump away the moisture, so that people can feel dry and astringent, desquamation is increased, symptoms such as dry seborrheic dermatitis, white pityriasis and the like easily occur, and therefore, the moisture retention is not slow. Most skin care products have the moisturizing function, and the film forming agent is added into the skin care products to maintain or increase the moisture content of the skin and improve the absorption and moisturizing effects.
The skin care products commonly used in the market at present mainly have three troubles: 1. the moisturizing effect cannot be lasting; 2. the absorption performance is poor, and the water only floats on the surface of the skin; 3. after the use, the feeling is sticky and greasy, and the uncomfortable feeling is obvious. d. adding propylene glycol dicaprate, octyl dodecanol xyloside and octyl dodecanol into the oil phase in the step a, and uniformly stirring for later use;
e. adding hydroxyacetophenone into the water phase pot in the step c, and stirring uniformly for later use;
f. respectively adding 85-90% of the water phase obtained in the step e and all the oil phase obtained in the step d into an emulsifying and stirring pot for emulsification, and controlling the temperature to be 80-85 ℃;
g. after the reaction in the step f is carried out for 8-10 minutes, adding the residual 10-15% of water phase, and starting to shear the solution in the emulsifying pot, wherein the shearing speed is 2800r/min-3880r/min, and the shearing time is 5-6 minutes;
h. and g, after the shearing in the step g is finished, injecting cooling water to cool the solution, after cooling to below 38 ℃, adding the aureobasidium pullulans/barley seed fermentation product filtrate, uniformly stirring, discharging, and sealing and storing.
Optionally, the emulsifying pot is preheated by injecting steam into the emulsifying pot before step f.
Optionally, the stirring time for the dissolution of the aqueous phase in step c is between 10 minutes and 15 minutes.
Optionally, in step f, the rotation speed of the emulsifying pot is 20r/min-40r/min, and the vacuum pressure is 0.25 mpa-0.35 mpa.
Optionally, the skin care product has a pH of 5.5-7.4.
Optionally, the vegetable oil is 2-10 parts by weight, the propylene glycol dicaprate is 2-5 parts by weight, 1-3 parts of emulsifier, 1-5 parts of isostearyl alcohol, 1-3 parts of cetearyl alcohol, 1-3 parts of acryloyl dimethyl ammonium taurate/VP copolymer, 1-3 parts of octyl dodecanol xyloside, 1-2 parts of octyl dodecanol, 0.3 to 1.0 weight part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 1 to 5 weight parts of aureobasidium pullulans/barley seed fermentation product filtrate, 1-5 parts of propylene glycol, 0.01-0.3 part of sodium hyaluronate, and the aqueous phase component comprises glycerol, butanediol and deionized water.

Specifically, because the high temperature resistant time of the propylene glycol dicaprate, the octyl dodecanol xyloside and the octyl dodecanol is shorter, the oil phase is added before the oil phase is prepared to be added into the emulsifying pot after the temperature of the oil phase is raised; similarly, because the high temperature resistance time of the hydroxyacetophenone is short, the hydroxyacetophenone is added into the water phase after the water phase is heated and before the water phase is prepared to be added into the emulsifying pot, so as to shorten the time of the hydroxyacetophenone at high temperature. And the purpose that the water phase is added into the emulsifying pot twice is that 10% -15% of the water phase reserved later is the residual water phase pumped in after the oil phase is completely pumped out, and the effect of flushing a pipeline can be achieved.
It is to be noted that when the oil phase and the water phase are added into the emulsifying pot, steam is injected into the emulsifying pot in advance, the emulsifying pot is preheated to ensure that the cooling water in the jacket of the emulsifying pot is completely discharged, the emulsifying pot is vacuumized, the pressure in the pot is between-0.25 and 0.35mpa after vacuumization, meanwhile, the sealing degree of the emulsifying pot needs to be checked in time, the temperature change condition in the emulsifying pot needs to be observed in the emulsifying process of the water phase and the oil phase, the temperature is supplemented in time, and the temperature is controlled to be between 80 and 85 ℃.
After the oil phase and the water phase are emulsified, the solution is cooled to a temperature lower than 38 ℃, then the aureobasidium pullulans/barley seed fermentation product filtrate is added and uniformly stirred, and finally the aureobasidium pullulans is added, so that a layer of protective film is integrally formed in the solution, and the effects of improving the moisture retention effect and the absorption effect and reducing wrinkles are achieved.
According to the technical scheme, the aureobasidium pullulans is added into the components of the skin care product to improve the absorption effect and the moisturizing effect of the skin care product, and the novel biotechnology (aureobasidium pullulans/barley seed fermentation product filtrate) is applied and used as the core technology of the product; extracting biological fermentation essence from the fermentation product filtrate of the aureobasidium pullulans/barley seeds by adopting unique microbial fermentation and separation technology; the product is applied to a product formula, and the moisturizing conditioning components in the formula are combined, so that the vitality and elasticity of the product are enhanced, the ecological balance of skin probiotics is adjusted, and a protective film is formed, thereby realizing the improvement of the resistance of the external environment and achieving the purposes of improving the absorption effect and the moisturizing effect.
