Description

Natural antioxidant skin cream and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of skin care products, in particular to a natural antioxidant skin cream and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The skin cream is cream-like cosmetic for face or body with skin caring effect. The skin cream applied on face can form a film on skin to prevent water loss of skin.
Normally, healthy skin produces a protective substance, Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF), by itself. The natural moisturizing factor is produced in the stratum corneum of the outermost layer of the epidermis, contains components such as hyaluronic acid and amino acids, and moisturizes the skin to maintain the skin elasticity. The generation of natural moisturizing factors can be damaged by high temperature, wind, air conditioners and other environmental factors, so that the skin becomes water-deficient and dry, and the skin cream has the effect. The skin cream on the market has rich functionality. However, many skin creams incorporate various chemical components such as preservatives, synthetic antibacterial agents, artificial colors, and the like. Since the skin cream is applied to the skin, it is required to have certain safety to the human body. According to research, most of components of the applied skin cream are absorbed by the skin. Therefore, skin creams containing a large amount of chemical components may cause some side effects to the human body.
In addition, although the existing skin cream can play a moisturizing and water locking function, the main substances of the skin cream are wax and grease, a film is formed on the skin after the skin cream is applied, the film has poor air permeability and is not beneficial to the skin to breathe, the natural generation of natural moisturizing factors in the skin can be influenced, and the skin becomes dry after a long time, so that the skin cream is dependent.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a natural antioxidant skin cream and a preparation method thereof. The skin cream disclosed by the invention almost completely adopts natural components, does not contain harmful artificial chemicals such as preservatives and the like, is high in safety, good in mildness, small in irritation to human skin and non-toxic. In addition, the skin cream has good air permeability, lubricity and moistening property, and also has an antioxidation effect.
The specific technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a natural antioxidant skin cream is prepared from the following substances in percentage by mass: 3-4% of beeswax, 4-5% of shea butter, 5-6% of coconut oil, 3-5% of grape seed oil, 2-4% of green tea seed oil, 5-6% of glycerol, 5-6% of squalane, 2.5-3.5% of aloe grease, 2-3% of monoglyceride, 1-2% of trehalose, 1.5-2.5% of tremella extract, 1.5-2.5% of water-soluble ceramide, 0.01-0.1% of sodium hyaluronate, 3-7% of aloe wet gel, 0.2-0.4% of collagen peptide powder, 0.01-0.1% of chlorogenic acid, 1-3% of bletilla striata extract and the balance of water.
The skin cream provided by the invention almost completely adopts natural components, and the safety is high. The formula adopts coconut oil, squalane and chlorogenic acid which have bacteriostatic functions per se, no preservative is required to be added, and particularly, the chlorogenic acid exists in plants such as honeysuckle and the like, has the antibacterial function and the antioxidant function, has no toxic or side effect on a human body, and can be used as a substitute of a chemically synthesized preservative. Squalane has the property of inhibiting mould, has the function of lubrication, makes the touch of the product not greasy, and can replace synthetic products such as silicone oil and the like.
The formula of the invention also adopts a plurality of raw materials with excellent moisturizing performance: the skin care cream is prepared from shea butter, aloe grease, green tea seed oil, trehalose, sodium hyaluronate and aloe wet gel, and can be used for fully moistening skin and improving original dryness and roughness. The aloe wet gel is a natural extract, has viscosity, good film forming property after being smeared, good air permeability, water retention, bacteriostasis and anti-inflammation functions, is cool and smooth to the touch of the skin, and can relieve the greasy feeling of wax and grease to the skin.
The formula of the invention adopts water-soluble ceramide, and the component can repair cuticle of epidermis, recover barrier function of skin, keep moisture of skin and make skin smooth and soft.
The bletilla striata extract is added in the formula, is mild to skin, good in skin friendliness and good in skin permeability, is easy to form a film, and can achieve the effects of moistening skin and preventing skin allergy.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the total amount of the beeswax, the total amount of the shea butter and the aloe vera, the total amount of the coconut oil, the total amount of the grape seed oil, the green tea seed oil and the squalane, the total amount of the glycerin, the trehalose, the sodium hyaluronate, the tremella extract, the water-soluble ceramide, the chlorogenic acid, the collagen peptide powder, the aloe wet gel and the bletilla striata extract is as follows: 3-3.5: 7-8:5-5.5:11-13: 18-21.
The formula of the skin cream particularly limits the proportion of wax (beeswax), solid grease (shea butter and aloe grease), semi-solid grease (coconut oil), liquid grease (grape seed oil, green tea seed oil and squalane) and water-soluble substances (glycerin, trehalose, sodium hyaluronate, a tremella extract, water-soluble ceramide, chlorogenic acid, collagen peptide powder, aloe wet gel and a bletilla striata extract), so that the skin cream has more stable property during storage, good spreadability, easy film formation on the skin, moist feeling and no oily feeling.
Preferably, the natural antioxidant skin cream is prepared from the following substances in percentage by mass: 3.5% of beeswax, 4.7% of shea butter, 3% of aloe vera fat, 5.3% of coconut oil, 4% of grape seed oil, 3% of green tea seed oil, 5.5% of squalane, 2.8% of monoglyceride, 5.5% of glycerol, 1.5% of trehalose, 2% of tremella extract, 2% of water-soluble ceramide, 0.05% of sodium hyaluronate, 5% of aloe wet gel, 0.3% of collagen peptide powder, 0.05% of chlorogenic acid, 2% of bletilla striata extract and the balance of water.
Preferably, the average molecular weight of the collagen peptide powder is 950-1050 Da.
The formula of the invention adopts the collagen peptide with the average molecular weight of about 1000Da, which not only can further increase the moisturizing performance of the product, but also can easily absorb the low-molecular weight collagen peptide by the skin and repair the skin to a certain extent.
Preferably, the aloe vera wet gel is pre-treated: controlling the solid content of the aloe wet gel to be 60-70wt%, and adding baking soda with the mass of 2-4% of the aloe wet gel under the stirring condition of 150-; then heating to 65-75 ℃ at the speed of 4-6 ℃/min under the stirring condition of 500-700r/min, and then cooling to room temperature to obtain the aloe wet gel mixed with bubbles; and finally, replacing gas in the bubbles of the aloe wet gel with absolute ethyl alcohol under the vacuum and reduced pressure condition to obtain the pretreated aloe wet gel.
In order to further improve the air permeability of the skin cream after being applied, the aloe wet gel is pretreated, in the pretreatment process, a proper amount of baking soda is added at a certain temperature and stirring speed, the baking soda is gradually heated after being dissolved in water, the stirring speed is improved, when the temperature is increased to be more than 20 ℃, the baking soda begins to decompose to generate sodium carbonate and carbon dioxide, the generated carbon dioxide and part of external air are wrapped in the aloe wet gel under violent stirring to form a large amount of capillary bubbles, and the stirring speed needs to be strictly controlled so as to form the capillary bubbles. And then placing the aloe wet gel under vacuum decompression condition, wherein the bubbles are broken due to the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the bubbles, and the gas escapes, and at the moment, the gas in the bubbles is replaced by absolute ethyl alcohol so as to fill the space in the bubbles. The reason why absolute ethyl alcohol is used is that: 1. ethanol, however, has good wettability and therefore can rapidly penetrate into the interior of the bubble and become locked therein. 2. The ethanol has no toxicity to skin, good safety and low cost. 3. The ethanol is volatile, when the skin cream is not applied, the ethanol is locked in the bubbles, when the skin cream is applied, the contact surface with the air is suddenly enlarged and quickly volatilized, the ethanol volatilizes, after part of the ethanol is absorbed by the skin, the sterilizing and skin moistening effects are also realized, and when the ethanol volatilizes, the heat absorption brings a cooling feeling and the greasy feeling is relieved. Meanwhile, the space in the bubbles is released after the ethanol volatilizes, so that a large number of capillary pores are left in the film layer after the skin cream is smeared to form the film, the air permeability of the film layer is increased, the breathing of skin cells is facilitated, and the greasy feeling brought by the film layer can be compensated.
Preferably, the shea butter, the coconut oil, the grape seed oil and the green tea seed oil are respectively subjected to modification treatment: adding the oil substances into a high-pressure reaction kettle, heating for dehydration, adding a catalyst, introducing hydrogen, reacting for 20-30min under the conditions of hydrogen pressure of 0.5-0.7MPa, 100-110 ℃ and stirring at 600r/min under 400-110 ℃, and filtering to remove impurities after the reaction to obtain the modified oil substances.
In the process of preserving the skin cream, because the melting point of the oil substance is lower, the binding force between wax and grease in the skin cream is poorer at higher temperature, the grease is easy to permeate out and separate from the skin cream after a long time, the grease is easy to permeate out, the grease is easy to produce, the use of the skin cream is seriously influenced by the grease producing phenomenon, the smearing property of the cream after the grease is lost is influenced, and the cream is dry and hard and is difficult to smear and form a film after being smeared. In addition, vegetable oil is easy to be oxidized, rancid and smelly after being stored for a long time, and the normal use of the skin cream is influenced. Aiming at the technical problems, the oil substances are modified, the melting point of the oil substances is properly improved and the oxidation resistance of the oil substances is also improved after the modification treatment, so that the skin cream is not easy to produce oil and deteriorate in the long-term storage process. The modification degree needs to be strictly controlled in the modification process, if the modification is excessive, the melting point of the oil substance is too high, the liquid oil substance can be changed into a softer paste substance at normal temperature, and the quality and the practicability of the skin cream can also be influenced, so that the modification condition is strictly controlled, and only slight modification is carried out on the oil substance.
A preparation method of natural antioxidant skin cream comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing Cera flava, Shea butter, oleum Cocois, grapeseed oil, green tea seed oil, glycerol, Aloe fat, squalane and monoglyceride, heating to 85-95 deg.C, maintaining the temperature, and stirring to obtain oily liquid;
(2) adding trehalose, a tremella extract, water-soluble ceramide, sodium hyaluronate, collagen peptide powder, chlorogenic acid and a bletilla striata extract into water, mixing and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed aqueous solution;
(3) cooling the oily liquid, adding the mixed aqueous solution when the oily liquid is cooled to 50-60 ℃, and shearing and emulsifying to obtain an emulsion;
(4) adding aloe wet gel into the emulsion and stirring uniformly; finally, the natural antioxidant skin cream is prepared.
Preferably, in step (3), the shear rate is 11000-13000 r/min.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the skin cream disclosed by the invention almost completely adopts natural components, does not contain harmful artificial chemicals such as preservatives and the like, is high in safety, good in mildness, small in irritation to human skin and non-toxic. In addition, the skin cream has good air permeability, lubricity and moistening property, and also has an antioxidation effect.
